This paper describes a new technology to develop the character recognition technology based on pattern recognition for non-contacting inspection optical lens slant or precision parts, and including external form state of lens or electronic parts for the performance verification, this development can achieve badness finding. And, establish to existing reflex data because inputting surface badness degree of scratch's standard specification condition directly, and error designed to distinguish from product more than schedule error to badness product by normalcy product within schedule extent after calculate the error comparing actuality measurement reflex data and standard reflex data mutually. Developed system to smallest 1 pixel unit though measuring is possible 1 pixel as $37{\mu}m{\times}37{\mu}m$ ($0.1369{\times}10-4mm^2$) the accuracy to $1.5{\times}10-4mm$ minutely measuring is possible performance verification and trust ability through an experiment prove.
Video from unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is influenced by natural environments due to the light-weight UAV, specifically by winds. Thus UAV's shaking movements make the video shaking. Objective of this paper is making a stabilized video by removing shakiness of video acquired by UAV. Stabilizer estimates camera's motion from calculation of optical flow between two successive frames. Estimated camera's movements have intended movements as well as unintended movements of shaking. Unintended movements are eliminated by smoothing process. Experimental results showed that our proposed method performs almost as good as the other off-line based stabilizer. However estimation of camera's movements, i.e., calculation of optical flow, becomes a bottleneck to the real-time stabilization. To solve this problem, we make parallel stabilizer making average 30 frames per second of stabilized video. Our proposed method can be used for the video acquired by UAV and also for the shaking video from non-professional users. The proposed method can also be used in any other fields which require object tracking, or accurate image analysis/representation.

In this paper, the aim is to develop plasma heater products combining the sterilization and purification functions of low-temperature plasma lamp method with the function of vertical heating system using wavelengths of vacuum magnetic (VU). Through this process, the government aims to improve the cultivation environment of crops in greenhouses or facility houses and to increase their storage capacity by increasing the freshness of stored crops such as free-temperature storage. In addition, real-time monitoring technologies will be incorporated that will enable users to identify and respond to changes within greenhouses in real time by utilizing ICT technologies.

According to the national building status, there are a total of 2.89 million buildings that are over 30 years old after completion, and the number is increasing by more than 70,000 to 80,000 buildings every year. As a result, the demand for demolition works is also increasing, and more than 3 to 4 collapse accidents occur steadily every year during demolition work. Major causes of accidents include non-compliance with plans, negligence of on-site supervisors, and failure to secure structural safety. Due to the strengthening of the Severe Disaster Punishment Act, there is growing interest in the demand for secure management of collapse detection during demolition works. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the applicability of real-time safety monitoring systems using a total station capable of 3D automatic displacement measurement in building demolition work for securing structural safety by the load changes during the demolition process.

Traffic and congestion control in the wireless sensor network is an important parameter that decides the throughput and QoS (Quality of Service). This paper proposes a transmission rate priority-based traffic control scheme to serve digital contents streaming in wireless sensor networks. In this paper, priority for transmission rate decides on the real-time traffic and non-real-time with burst time and length. This transmission rate-based priority creates low latency and high reliability so that traffic can be efficiently controlled when needed. Traffic control in this paper performs the service differentiation via traffic detection process, traffic notification process and traffic adjustment. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme achieves improved performance in delay rate, packet loss rate and throughput compared with those of other existing CCF and WCA.

It is the purpose of this paper to make a preliminary study on the use of repetitive control to improve velocity accuracy by eliminating repetitive disturbances caused by machining inaccuracies of the axis of rotation location. If the control system can be intelligent enough to compensate for such machining errors, then one may be able to improve the accuracy of the velocity control, or alternatively, one may maintain the same accuracy and relax the machining tolerances required. This could decrease cost significantly. Experiments are performed testing repetitive control methods on a constant speed rolling operation testbed. The experimental results show very substantial decreases in the tracking error of the system. Spectral data of the output motion are given to demonstrate the attenuation of the disturbance frequencies and harmonics, related to the bandwidth being used. It is seen that the simplest form of repetitive control which is very easily implemented, can produce striking improvement in control system performance in such belt drive rolling operations, and the learning can be accomplished in a short time.
In this paper the overall dynamic response of simple railway bridges subjected to high-speed trains is investigated numerically based on the mechanical models of simply supported single-span and continuous two-span Bernoulli-Euler beams. Each axle of the train, which is composed of rail cars and passenger cars, is considered as moving concentrated load. Distance, magnitude, and maximum speed of the moving loads are adjusted to real high-speed trains and to load models according to Eurocode 1. Non-dimensional characteristic parameters of the train-bridge interaction system are identified. These parameters permit a spectral representation of the dynamic peak response. Response spectra assist the practicing engineers in evaluating the expected dynamic peak response in the design process of railway bridges without performing time-consuming time history analyses.
Due to the characteristic that early childhood education is a process of nurturing children's senses by a leader rather than the transfer of knowledge, even in the era of with Corona, early childhood distance education is not one-to-one non-face-to-face education, but rather through distributed materials such as early childhood education packages or media such as TV. Distance education was conducted in a self-care method. Through a review of prior research and intensive parent interviews, the researcher identified the requirements for distance education, such as the expansion and accessibility of educational contents, understanding of basic knowledge of early childhood distance education, and the need to increase children's social skills through real-time distance education. It was identified that the current distance education-related solutions are not suitable for early childhood education. Accordingly, the researcher presents the basic direction (VERI) of the early childhood distance education solution of diversity, ease, real-time communication, and integration, and provides a Web/App platform that allows children, parents, and teachers to share content and communicate in real time and in non-real time. The development of a solution was proposed. This distance education solution is expected to effectively support early childhood distance education in the era of With Corona as infants, parents, and teachers communicate and share the current situation, which is only presenting guidelines and materials.
In order to provide real-time data from sensors and instruments at manufacturing processes on web, we proposed a communication service model based on XML(eXtensible Markup Language). HTML(Hyper Text Markup Language) is inadequate for describing real-time data from manufacturing plants while it is suitable for display of non-real-time multimedia data on web. For applying XML-based web service of process data in Intranet environment, real-time performance of communication services was evaluated to provide the system design criteria. XML schema for the data presentation was proposed and its communication performance was evaluated by simulation in terms of transmission delay due to increased message length and processing delay for transformation of raw data into defined format. For transformation of raw data into XML format, we proposed two structures: one is the scheme where transformation is done at an SCC(Supervisory Control Computer) after receiving real-time data from instruments. the other is the scheme where transformation is carried out at instruments before the data are transmitted to the SCC. Performances of two structures were evaluated on a testbed under various conditions such as six packet sizes and offered loads of 20%, 50% and 80%, respectively. Test results show that proposed schemes are applicable to the systems in Ethernet 100BaseT network if total message traffic is less than 7 Mbps.

Fourier transform has been one of the most common tools to study the frequency characteristics of signals. With the Fourier transform alone, it is difficult to tell whether signal's frequency contents evolve in time or not. Except for a few special cases, the frequency contents of most signals encountered in the real world change with time. Time-frequency methods are developed recently to overcome the drawbacks of Fourier transform, which can represent the information of signals in time and frequency at the same time. In this study, heat damage process of a carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP) and glass fiber reinforced plastic(GFRP) under monotonic tensile loading was characterized by acoustic emission. Different kinds of specimens were used to determine the characteristics of Strength and AE signals. Time-frequency analysis methods were employed for the analysis of fracture mechanism in CFRP such as matrix cracking, debonding and fiber fracture.
