This paper describes the synthesis of robust and non-fragile $H^{i~}$state feedback controllers for linear varying systems with time delay and affine parameter uncertainties, as well as static state feedback controller with structural uncertainty. The sufficient condition of controller existence, the design method of robust and non-fragile $H^{i~}$static state feedback controller, and the region of controllers satisfying non-fragility are presented. Also, using some change of variables and Schur complements, the obtained conditions can be rewritten as parameterized Linear Matrix Inequalities (PLMIs), that is, LMIs whose coefficients are functions of a parameter confined to a compact set. We show that the resulting controller guarantees the asymptotic stability and disturbance attenuation of the closed loop system in spite of time delay and controller gain variations within a resulted polytopic region.

In this study, the ultimate goal is to acquire stability when turning around efficiently by using the controller which is applied partial feedback linearization of One-wheel Unicycle Robot. When moving around, linear controller could result in unstable factor according to widening operation range. So in order to reduce instability, 1 have developed Non-linear Controller using Partial Feedback Linearization. Compared with linear controller, Non-linear Controller guarantees the superiority of Regulating Control and Tracking Control in direct and also revolution motion of Robot. I'm sure of the Non-linear controller performance through many experiments.

The fuzzy and state-feedback control systems have been applied in various areas from non-linear to linear systems. A Fuzzy controller is endowed with control rules and membership function that are constructed on the knowledge of expert, as like intuition and experience. but It is very difficult to obtain the exact values which are the membership function and consequent parameters. though apply back-propagation algorithm to the system, the convergence time a much. Besides, the state-feedback system is most widely used in industry due to its simple control structure and easily able to design the controller. but it is weak in complex system of higher degree and non-linear. In this paper presents the design of a fuzzy switching mode, it these two controllers work at different operation conditions, the advantages of both controller can be retained and the disadvantages can be removed. Between the Fuzzy and the State-feedback controlles, the good outputs are selected by the switching mode. Moreover it is powerful in complex system of higher degree and non-linear. In these sense compared with the state-feedback controller, the performance of the proposed controller was improvedin the section of linearization.

We present a state-space approach to make non-square linear systems strictly passive by using an input-dimensional parallel feedforward compensator. A necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of the parallel feedforward compensator is given by the static output feedback formulation, which enables to utilize linear matrix inequality. By modifying the structure of the compensator the additional technical assumption in the previous result [1] is removed. The effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated by some numerical examples which can be stabilized by the proportional-derivative (PD) and proportional-derivative-integral (PID) control laws. The proposed control scheme can successfully replace the measurements of derivative terms in the control laws.

We present a state-space approach to design a passivity-based dynamic output feedback control of a finite collection of non-square linear systems. We first determine a squaring gain matrix and an additional dynamics that is connected to the systems in a feedforward way, then a static passivating (i.e. rendering passive) control law is designed. Consequently, the actual feedback controller will be the static control law combined with the feedforward dynamics. A necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of the parallel feedfornward compensator (PFC) is given by the static output feedback fomulation, which enables to utilize linear matrix inequality (LMI). The effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated by some examples including the systems which can be stabilized by the proprotional-derivative (PD) control law.
This paper presents a systematic analysis and a simple design of a robust adaptive control law for a class of non linear systems with modeling errors and a time-delay input. The theory for designing a robust adaptive control law based on input- output feedback linearization of non linear systems with uncertainties and a time-delay in the manipulated input by the approach of parameterized state feedback control is presented. The main advantage of this method is that the parameterized state feedback control law can effectively suppress the effect of the most parts of nonlinearities, including system uncertainties and time-delay input in the pp-coupling perturbation form and the relative order of non linear systems is not limited.

The problem of designing a parallel feedforward compensator (PFC) is considered for a class of non-square linear systems such that the closed-loop system is strictly passive. If a given square system has (vector) relative degree one and is weakly minimum phase, the system can be rendered passive by a state feedback. However, when the system states are not always measurable and the given output is considered, passivation (i.e. rendering passive) of a non-minimum phase system or a system with high relative degree cannot be achieved by any other methodologies except by using a PFC. To passivate a non-square system we first determine a squaring gain matrix and design a PFC such that the composite system has relative degree one and is minimum phase. Then the system is rendered strictly passvie by a static output feedback law. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of the PFC and the squaring gain matrix are given by the static output feedback formulation, which enables to utilize linear matrix inequality (LMI). As an application of the scheme, an alternative way of replacing the role of velocity measurements is provided for the PD-control law of a convey-crane system.
The decentralized static output feedback design problem is considered. A constrained trust region method is developed that solves this optimal control problem when a complete set of state variables is not available. The considered problem is interpreted as a non-linear (non-convex) constrained matrix optimization problem. Then, a decentralized constrained trust region method is developed for this problem class exploiting the diagonal structure of the problem and using inexact computations. Finally, numerical results are given for the proposed method.

This paper presents a design method of non-parallel distributed compensation (non-PDC) static output feedback controller for continuous- and discrete-time T-S fuzzy systems. The existence condition of static output feedback control law is represented in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The proposed sufficient stabilizing condition does not need any transformation matrices and equality constraints and is less conservative than the previous result of [21].

The paper proposes reference model error feedback control scheme for motion control system with hard non-linear components as like saturation and dead-zone in plant input part. Additionally, the plant has the system uncertainty effected by plant model parameter deviation and disturbance. The control algorithm uses the reference model to apply additional feedback loop with the error between reference model output and actual output effected by disturbance and non-linear components. And the stability evaluation based on Popov stability and controller design method are formulated to be performed. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is examined by simulations. The results are proven by reasonable performances following reference model responses with good disturbance rejection performance without over-tuning of controller.
