주거용 건물의 실내.외 항공기소음레벨 평가 (Estimation on the Interior and Outside Aircraft Noise Level of Residential House)

  • It is important to increase the sound proof performance of building for reducing the influence of aircraft noise on the bais of actual survey of existed buildings. The purpose of this study is to propose the basic data for designing sound insulation of residential house. In this study, field measurement of aircraft noise Interior and outside noise level difference were carried out for 7 days in 2 residential houses. As the result, aircraft noise levels showed to be Leq $71.8{\sim}74.5$dB(A), WECPNL $82.2{\sim}83.4$ and indoor noise level were NC-55 ${\sim}63$ over acceptable NC-30 in 2 measured houses. Noise reduction effect showed to be $15.8{\sim}23.1$dB(A) in measured houses, and houses with double window were preferable to those with single window in sound proof performance. The outside sound pressure level for residential house was a little different according to the type of source. In measuring by using aircraft noise it was effected by angle and distance from measuring point, to aircraft, window area, and sound absorption of room, and so on.

  • 군 비행장은 군용 항공기와 더불어 민간 항공기 운항의 증가와 추진력이 좋은 신형 기종의 도입으로 인하여 소음 및 진동에 의한 민원이 증가하고 있으며, 특히 군 비행장 내에 근무하고 있는 장병 뿐 아니라 군 가족에게도 이러한 소음과 진동이 과다하게 노출되고 있다. 그러나 군 비행장내 소음 및 진동 실태조사는 전무한 실정으로 건축물 신축시 소음 및 진동의 영향을 고려하지 않고 있어 활주로 인접 건축물의 타일 등 내부 마감재가 탈락하는 문제뿐 아니라 관사와 같은 거주지역의 건설 위치를 결정하는데 기준이 없어 건축물의 진동에 의한 영향 최소화 및 적절한 진동대책 수립이 불가능한 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 군 비행장내 소음 및 진동 실태조사를 수행하고 실태조사 자료를 통계분석 방법을 이용해 건축물의 진동량을 예측 할 수 있는 정량평가 모델을 도출하였으며, 군 비행장내 건축물의 용도별 건축물 설치기준을 제안하였다. 이는 향후 군 비행장내 건축물 신축 및 비행장 신설 시 적합한 건축물 설치를 위한 기준을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • This study evaluates the impact of aircraft noise on people's health using the Todai health index(THI). A questionnaire survey was conducted in the vicinity of Gimpo International Airport in Seoul, South Korea, from August 8th to September 9th, 2005. The survey area was divided into three groups based on different aircraft noise levels : area (1) for $80{\sim}85$ WECPNL, area (2) for $75{\sim}80$ WECPNL and area (3) for less than 75 WECPNL. In each area, approximately 200 respondents were sampled. Twelve scale scores of THI are converted to dichotomous variables based on scale scores of 90 percentile value or 10 percentile value in the control group. Logistic regression analysis taking twelve scores converted as the dependent variables and WECPNL(area), age, gender as the independent variables is conducted. Significant dose-response relationships are found in the scale of MOUT, DEPR, NERV, LIFE. Factor analysis was carried out and 2 factors are extracted. Those two factors might be called the "somatic factor" and the "mental factor". The dose-response relationship between two factors and noise seems to be unclear. Unexpectedly the odds ratio of the menatl factor in area (2), where the noise exposure level is lower than that of the area (1), is the highest and the annoyance in this area is also higher than area (1).

다중 주파술의 체적산란강도 차이를 이용한 에코그램 내에서의 종 분리와 잡음 제거 (Species Identification and Noise Cancellation Using Volume Backscattering Strength Difference of Multi-Frequency)

  • Species identification in hydroacoustic survey is one of the key requirements to estimate biomass of organism and to understand the structure of zooplankton community. Feasibility of species identification using two frequencies (38 and 120 kHz) was investigated on the basis of mean volume backscattering strength difference (MVBS). Virtual echogram technique was applied to two frequencies data sets that obtained from surveys in the Antarctic Ocean and Yellow Sea. Virtual echogram method using MVBS revealed the possibility of species identification, which species identification relying on visual scrutiny of single frequency acoustic data resulted in significant errors in biomass estimation. Through noise cancellation using MVBS, much of the acoustic noise caused by acoustic instruments could be removed in new virtual echogram, and the biomass estimation and data quality was improved.

민간항공기와 군용항공기 소음에 의한 성가심 반응 비교 (Comparison of community annoyance from commercial and military aircraft noise)

  • The noise problem has been a public interest for several years in Korea. Especially, the noises which were emitted from aircrafts on the airport and in the air have injurious effects on people over a vast range. Hence, there need vast data on the aircraft noise to evaluate the effect of various parameters. In present study, the works which consist of social surveys and noise measurements were conducted at points near the airport and the airbase. Total of 1,784 participants give effective responses in forty-five areas nearby the measurement points. Questionnaires asked the responses concerned with attitude, noise sensitivity, directive effects, secondary effects, annoyance and attempts to lower noise level exposed. From the field survey, the doseresponse relationship of community response to aircraft noise was established and there are different characteristics between civil and military aircraft. Though the study is still continuing on a few interest, one among some results is that %HA (%highly annoyed) of civil aircraft is higher than military's under the 70 WECPNL.

  • Nowadays, the construction sites are growing in city every year, so complaints for construction noise have increased more and more. To analyze this noise scientifically, construction noise prediction program was developed in 1998 and 2005 but it is too difficult to apply program in field because there is few soundproof facilities and it can't understand the coordinate system and so on. The aim of this study is to develop noise prediction program to apply in construction sites. For this, the problems of existing program was analyzed and survey was performed to get requestion of field overseer and upgraded program. To get reliability of program, it was compared with sound measurement value in field. As a result, construction sound prediction program have various soundproof facilities data than existing program. It can also analyze multi receiver point at the same time for several construction machinery. Most of all, it is more powerful to set receiver or source in the axis of X, Y, Z. so program user can make use of it easily. An average of difference is -0.9$\sim$1.8dB.
