This study was to analyze land use tendency of the apartment complexes in Banpo in Seoul, Bundang, and Keureng in Chungju. The results of this study were followings. The patterns of Land use in the apartment complexes have been diversified and open spaces have been increased since 1990. In addition, land use relating facilities also has been increased. In the apartment complexes in large cities, park spaces also have been increased. The results of this study indicated that the tendency of apartment complexes is not just residential areas but places for quality of life.

In the suburbs near the capital area in Korea, many apartment house complexes are dotted that encircled by field. These apartment house complexes encircled by field, have not park and are abutting on the field, unlike large scale new town. This study is aimed to clear the characteristic of field around these apartment house complexes, consists in development the suburbs near the capital area. As a method of study we conducted greenery evaluation from view of Inhabitant by questionnaire survey. We concluded as follows: inhabitants attach importance to the nature around apartment house complex when move into that; inhabitants are satisfied and feel nature about the field; inhabitants tend to take field as a sight; inhabitants need low-rise development for harmony with field.

This study examined the relationships between father and son through son's developmental stages focusing on the father-son communication. The researcher conducted the survey among 600 male students including the 5th grade elementary students, the 2nd grade middle school students and the 2nd grade high school students residing new areas of town Pusan. The results of this study are as follows. It showed that there are some differences in function and content of father-son communication. Also it develomental stages was revealed that there is the quality differences in father-son communication through son's develomental stages. Elementary students was higher levels of father-son communication quality than those of middle and high schools. In conclusion, the results of this study showed that the relationship between father and son is changing through son's developmental stages. If father can recognize the characteristics of the developmental stages of their son's, they would be more effectively cope their sons' development demand.

종래의 방파기능에 부가하여 방파제에 친수기능과 소파기능을 부여한 다목적 방파제(종 Slit형 유공방파제)를 계획, 설계하였다. 수리실험을 통해 기존 구조물과의 비교 평가를 시행하여 유공방파제의 유의성을 확인하였으며, 실험결과를 토대로 현지적용을 목적으로 단면을 개선하였다.

부산광역시 소재의 해운대 종합처리장(소각장, 하수처리장)운전에 따른 사후환경영향조사의 일환으로, 해운대 소각장 주변 반경 2km이내 영향 예상지역에 대한 대기질 조사로서 ⅰ) 아황산가스, 일산화탄소, 이산화질소, 오존 등의 대기환경기준항목 7가지, 알루미늄, 카드뮴, 크롬 등의 중금속류 8개 항목, 벤젠, 톨루엔 등의 휘발성유기화합물질 4개 항목에 대한 측정 및 분석을 실시하고, ⅱ) 종합처리장 주변의 대기질 실측조사를 통하여 나타난 자료를 바탕으로 향후 대기질에 의한 주변 환경상의 영향을 종합 분석하여 그 개선방안을 수립하고자 한다. This paper first introduces the concept of image as a key factor in recognition, and city identity as the dominant image of a region which is commonly possessed by individuals living and working in the region. Then, the new approach toward planning, the notion of self-organization associated with images and positive feedback mechanisms in terms of city vitalization, is discussed. Thirdly, carrying out the case study of a process in which Iida City in Japan has acquired a city identity as a puppet drama town, we present four stages in planning for city identity four stages and discuss the phenomena of city image self-organization. Finally, it is pointed out that multimedia are effective measures for the promotion of self-organization of city images, and that the role of local governments is very important in city planning to support the self-organization of cities.

This study attempted to proposed the strategies for development of peach packinghouses. The overview of the conditions of existing peach packinghouses located Chongdo county was provided. Then, the grading system of packinghouse was newly suggested. In empirical analysis, the optimal size, location, and equipments were taken into account for the case of establishing new packinghouse. The main finding of this study was that the planning and construction of peach packinghouse should be executed in accordance with the regional peculiarities. Specifically, First, the packinghouse could make higher profit by high-quality goods using realistic grading/standardization. It would be preferred by customers that the effective itemization of fruits like peach. Second, it would be necessary that the scale of packinghouse was examinated in the county or town level. Third, in order to make an effective management of the packinghouse, several alternatives for operation were suggested. Also the software of packinghouse should be arranged to satisfy the packinghouse, producers, and customers.

서울과 일산 신도시의 출근통행 교통수단 선택모형을 구축하고, 두 도시간 수단선택행태를 분석.비교하였다. 분석을 위한 자료로는 1996년 서울시에서 수행한 가구통행실태조사자료를 이용하였으며, 수단선택모형으로는 다항로짓모형을 사용하였다. 두 지역 출근통행 수단선택모형의 모형구조상의 차이 및 모형의 지역간 이전가능성을 분석하였고, 출근통행의 시간가치 및 탄력성을 분석하고 비교하였다. 통계적 검증의 결과 출근통행의 수단선택에 있어서, 모형구조적 측면에서나 선택행태적 측면에서 수단 선택모형의 두 도시간 이전은 불가능한 것으로 나타났다. 서울의 출근통행의 시간가치가 일산보다 전반적으로 큰 것으로 분석되었고, 특히 서울의 경우, 택시이용자의 시간가치가 자가용 이용자의 시간가치보다 큰 것으로 나타났다. 두 도시 모두 통행시간에 대한 탄력성 통행비용에 대한 탄력성보다 전반적으로 크며, 버스와 지하철간의 통행시간에 대한 교차탄력성이 매우 높은 것으로 분석되었다.

본 연구에서는 도시화로 인하여 대규모 토지이용 변화가 예상되는 신도시 개발예정지구인 판교 운중천유역을 시험유역으로 선정하고, 2004년 8월부터 수문관측망을 구성하여 장기적인 수문모니터링을 수행하고 있으며, 2007년 현재 시험유역내 4개의 하천수위관측소 (판교교, 삼평교, 매송2교, 내동교), 3개의 우량관측소(매송2교, 내동교, 운중저수지), 그리고 저수지 및 용수로 수위관측소 (운중저수지) 등 총 8개 지점에 대하여 초음파 수위계 5개, 압력식 수위계 5개, 전도형 강우계 3개가 설치되어 운영중이다. 모든 자료는 10분 단위로 관측되고 있으며, 무선인터넷시스템을 통하여 모니터링 서버에 주기적으로 전송되어, 현장의 계측상황 및 장비에 대한 제어, 자료 분석 및 저장이 가능하도록 되어 있다. 관측된 모든 자료는 홈페이지(http://218.148.68.59/kict)를 통해 실시간으로 제공되고 있다.

This paper reviews the one of problems that may occure for the tram operating in Korea, it's a free-riding problem, I analyzed the feasibility of combining the introduction of world-class technology solution "IT". It is under review the introduction of tram in Su-won city, Chang-won city, Wi-Rye new town. Free-riding is one of the biggest issues of any agency that operates the public transportation system. It has been acting as the main factors threatening the financial integrity of the operating agency, and the ratio of free-riding is further increased. In this paper, I want to build a foundation for the development of the system by analyzing the economic feasibility for the introduction of free-riding prevention system.
