본 연구는 우리나라 국가기록물 관리의 현황에 대한 문제점을 다음과 같이 네 가지로 구분하고, 이에 대한 해결책을 제언한 논문이다. 1)중앙기록물관리기관의 위상의 제고(提高) 문제, 2)국가기록물 보존서고의 신축 관련 문제, 3)기록물관리법의 법령 개정 보완의 문제, 4)기록물관리 전문요원의 자격기준 문제, 1) 중앙기록물관리기관의 기능을 강화하기 위해서는, 현재 행정부는 물론이고 입법부와 사법부 등의 산하에 있는 모든 공공기관에서 생산되는 공공기록물들을 총합(總合) 수집하여 중앙기록물관리기관에서 명실상부하게 종합적으로 관장(管掌)할 수 있는 제도적 장치의 마련이 절실함을 파악하였다. 그러기 위해서는 현행 기록물관리법을 수정 보완함으로써, 중앙기록물관리기관을 행정자치부 내에서 최소한 차관급의 기관으로 성장 승격시켜야 함을 주장하였다. 2) '국가기록물(國家記錄物) 보존서고(保存書庫) 신축(新築)사업'의 문제는, 이 신축 건물을 우리나라 기록물관리기관으로서 국가(國家)를 대표(代表)하는 상징적(象徵的)인 건축물(建築物)로 삼을 것을 제안하였다. 그리고 이 건물에 대통령기록관도 아울러 입주하여야 함을 유념하여, 이 건물에 우리나라의 대표(代表)적인 기록물(記錄物)이나 위인(偉人) 등의 형상을 상징(象徵)할 수 있는 예술적 조형물(造形物) 및 장식물(裝飾物)의 설치가 요구됨을 주장하고, 이에 따른 <기획예산처>의 재정적 지원을 당부하였다. 3) 현행 기록물관리법의 법령 개정 보완의 문제를 (1)중앙기록물관리기관의 기능 강화의 방안, (2)비공개기록물의 생산의무화 및 비밀보호의 규정으로 구분하여 고구(考究)하였다. 그 결과, 현행 기록물관리법의 제5조와 제6조 및 그에 따른 시행령의 해당 조항을 수정 보완함으로써, 삼부(三府: 입법부 사법부 행정부) 산하 모든 공공기관의 기록물들이 중앙기록물관리기관에 총합적으로 수집되고, 이 기관에서 모든 국가기록물들을 관장(管掌)할 수 있도록 관계 법령을 개정할 것을 제안(提案)하였다. 그리하여 중앙기록물관리기관은 우리나라의 모든 기록물관리기관을 지도 감독할 수 있는 권한을 부여하도록 하는 방안을 도출하였다. 그리고 현행 기록물관리법에 누락되어 있는 비공개기록물에 대한 생산의무 및 이들 기록물에 대한 비밀보호의 규정을 반드시 제정할 것을 제안하였다. 4) 기록물관리 전문요원의 자격기준의 문제는 현행기록물관리법의 시행령 제40조에 제시된 '기록물관리 전문요원의 자격'조건을 완화(緩和)하여, '기록관리학 학사학위 이상을 취득한 자'등을 그 최소기준으로 삼을 것을 제안하였다. 그리고 현재 공공기관에서 기록물관리업무를 담당하고 있는 일선의 실무자들을 우선적으로 배려하여, 이들이 중앙기록물관리기관 등에서 소정의 교육을 이수하면 그 자격을 인정하여 줄 것을 제안하였다. 그밖에 본 장의 연구에서는 기록관리사의 등급과 그 자격요건을 각각 구분하여 보았다.

Mite of the genus Hypoaspis of family Laelapidae are free-living soil predators mostly observed on the open grass field. Five species in the genus Hypoaspis were listed in Korean Catalog (NIBR, 2013) without detail information. Recent series of soil acarine biodiversity survey in Gyeongbuk and Gangwon provinces during 2009-2015 recovered a new record of Hypoaspis sardous (Canestrini, 1884) to Korean inventory from apple orchard and riparian grass land. Detailed description and morphological comparison with the related species, H. aculeifer which is well known biological control agent of horticultural crop pests were provided with identification keys.

A Clinical Pathway(CP) is standard process to way of treat diseases or injuries which is adapted to each hospital based on National Clinical Practice Guideline(CPG). Since CP is standard guideline for doctors and nurses working in a hospital, making and modifying CP is one of the most important administrational work for hospital and also rare work because once it is fixed, it's not changed whether there are new kind of disease discovered or new treatment is developed. However, in present, patient's waiting time during hospital residence process, is discussed as service competitive for patients. In this research, we utilize process mining tool to verify patients treatment process follows CP with EMR(Electronic Medical Record) in a sample hospital, and suggest modifcation point of CP through verification.

Parabrachiella trichiuri (Yamaguti, 1939), a copepod parasitic on the ribbonfish Trichiurus lepturus (Linnaeus, 1758), is recorded as a new record of Korean fauna. The copepod is the only known species of the family Lernaeopodidae parasitic on T. lepturus. Parabrachiella trichiuri can be differentiated from its congeners by a combination of characters: the trunk is pyriform, with two pairs of processes, the maxilla is less than half as long as the cephalothorax, and the genital process is not protruding from the margin of the trunk. This species had been assigned to different genera, such as Clavellopsis Wilson, 1915, Isobranchia Heegaard, 1947, and Neobrachiella Kabata, 1979.

Ipomoea cristulata Hallier f. (Convolvulaceae), native to the desert regions of the central USA to Mexico, was newly found in Gojeong-ri, Deokgwa-myeon, Namwon-si, Jeollabuk-do. This species can be distinguished from I. coccinea by leaves with 3-5 lobes, hirsute distributed adaxially, and corolla entirely red or orange-red. Its Korean name is 'Nabi-ip-yu-hong-cho' based on its butterfly-shaped leaves. We provide a detailed description, photographs, habitat details, and a taxonomic key to related taxa.

A total of 27 species of Carabidae from Korea is listed. Of these, 9 species, Badister ussuriensis, Bembidion aurefuscum, Bradycellus anchomenoides, Desera geniculata, Diplocheila elongata, Harpalus quadripunctatus, Odacantha aegrote, Trichotichnus longitarsis, and Trichotichnus nishioi are reported for the first time from Korea.

A crambid species, Heterocnephes apicipicta Inoue, is reported for the first time in Korea. Three females of Heterocnephes apicipicta were collected from two islands in the Southern Sea of Korea. Diagnosis of the species is provided with a brief description of adult, including female genitalia.

We report the species Hemigaster taiwanus for the first time in Korea. This genus is also new to Korea. A diagnosis and photographs of diagnostic characters of the species are provided.

우리나라 거제도 연안 수심 4 m 진흙바닥에서 Clariger chionomaculatus 1개체(체장 40.5 mm)를 채집하였다. 본 종의 특징은 가늘고 긴 체형에 비늘이 없고, 눈 아래에 수염이 있으며, 제2등지느러미 기조수가 I, 12~15, 뒷지느러미 기조수는 I, 12~14, 가슴지느러미 상부에 1개의 유리연조, 등 쪽에 다수의 흰색 반점들이 있는 채색패턴을 갖는 점이다. 본 종은 지금까지 일본에서만 보고된 종으로 우리나라에서는 거제도 연안에서 처음 출현하였다. 본종의 신한국명으로 '흰점왜망둑'을 제안한다.
