현재 공공기관의 기록 평가 제도는 기록관리기준표를 중심으로 시행되고 있으나 많은 한계를 안고 있다. 특히 업무관리시스템 외의 다른 시스템에는 적용되지 않는 등 복합적인 현재의 기록생산 환경을 적절하게 반영하지 못하고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 복합적인 업무환경에서 생산되는 기록을 평가하는 데에 적용할 수 있도록 기록관리기준표를 개선하는 방안을 제안하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 지자체에서 수행하는 업무 중 '공장설립 및 등록' 업무를 사례로 업무과정에서 기록이 어떤 시스템에서 어떻게 생산되는지 조사하였다. 구체적으로 관련 법규, 업무처리시스템, 업무과정을 분석하고 업무과정 및 시스템별로 생산기록의 유형을 조사하였다. 이를 토대로 복합적인 생산 환경을 고려한 새로운 기록관리기준표는 어떤 절차에 의해 개발되고 어떤 구조를 갖추어야할지를 제안하였다.

Most of lichens are formed by Ascomycota, less than 1% are lichenized Basidiomycota. The flora investigation of lichenized Ascomycota of South Korea has been well studied in the past three decades; however, prior to this study, none of basidiolichens was discovered. During the recent excursion, an unexpected clavarioid basidiolichen, Sulzbacheromyces sinensis was collected. Morphology and ecology has been recorded in detail. DNA was extracted, and ITS, 18S, 28S nuclear rDNA were generated. In order to further confirm the systematic position of the Korean specimens, maximum likelihood and Bayesian inference analysis including all the species of the order Lepidostromatales were conducted based on the ITS. As a result, the phylogenetic tree of the order Lepidostromatales was reconstructed, which differed from the previous studies. The inferred phylogenetic tree showed that species of Sulzbacheromyces in three different continents (Asia, South Africa and South America) were separated into three clades with support. In this study, the species worldwide distribution map of Lepidostromatales was illustrated, and S. sinensis had a widest distribution range (paleotropical extend to the Sino-Japanese) than other species (paleotropical or neotropical). Prior to this study, the range of distribution, southernmost and northernmost points and the fruiting time of S. sinensis were recorded, and the genus Sulzbacheromyces was firstly reported from Korean peninsula and Philippines.

The marine brown algal genus Colpomenia has a worldwide distribution, with five species reported in Korea and Japan. However, no studies to date attempted to identify the number of species and geographical distribution of Colpomenia along Chinese coast. To fill the biodiversity knowledge gap, we analyzed 63 mitochondrial cox3 and 62 mitochondrial atp6 sequences of Colpomenia specimens collected from 30 localities along the Chinese coast. Maximum likelihood and Bayesian inference trees suggest the presence of at least three Colpomenia species (i.e., C. peregrina, C. claytoniae, and C. sinuosa) in China. C. peregrina and C. claytoniae are documented for the first time. C. sinuosa was only found in the South China Sea and its distribution didn't overlap with that of C. peregrina which was found in the Yellow-Bohai Sea and the East China Sea. C. claytoniae appears to be confined to three isolated islands in the East and the South China Sea, where it occurs in sympatry with, respectively, C. peregrina and C. sinuosa. Future study can focus on comparing eco-physiological differences of Colpomenia species in response to environmental variables and exploring possible genetic hybridization / introgression at inter-specific contact zones.

1894년에 일어난 동학농민혁명은 전국에 걸쳐 일어난 밑으로부터의 항쟁이다. 이 사건은 우리나라 근대화의 서막을 열었으며 이 사건을 전후로 동아시아의 세력판도가 달라지는 전환점이 된 의미가 큰 사건이다. 동학혁명에 대한 인식은 1894년 당시 동학농민군은 반란을 일으킨 세력으로서 역적의 굴레에서 벗어날 수 없었다. 그러나 근현대의 질곡을 거쳐 점차 변화되었다. 마침내 1994년 동학농민혁명 100주년을 기점으로 동학농민혁명에 대한 관심이 증대되고 연구도 활발해지면서 재조명되었다. 본고에서는 동학농민혁명사료를 중심으로 동학농민혁명기록물의 현황과 가치 및 성격을 살펴보았으며 시론적으로 기록학적 관점에서 수집과 분류, 정리와 기술에 대해 검토하였다.

정보통신기술의 발달과 더불어 게임 산업이 성장하면서 유저의 게임데이터는 다양한 플레이 및 옵션에 따라 초 단위로 기록되며 방대한 양의 게임데이터를 빅데이터 기반으로 분석할 수 있게 되었다. 비즈니스와 결합하여 다양한 분야에서 수익창출을 위한 새로운 가치를 발견하는 것에 빅데이터를 활용하고 있지만, 게임 산업에서의 빅데이터 활용은 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 리그오브레전드의 게임데이터를 이용하여 라인 별 승패예측모형을 구축한 뒤 세분화 된 라인의 특성을 반영한 변수 중요도를 도출하여 일반 게임유저가 승률을 올리기 위해 전적검색사이트를 이용하여 사전에 팀 구성원에 대한 정보를 제공받을 수 있도록 한다.

배달산업이 COVID-19 상황과 함께 요식업을 중심으로 크게 성장함에 따라 배달업 종사자가 크게 증가했다. 그와 함께 개인형 모빌리티(Personal Mobility: PM)를 활용한 새로운 배달 형태가 등장했으며, 이륜차 혹은 PM 관련 사고는 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 안전 배달 모니터링 환경을 구축하기 위해 PM의 주행 분석 장치의 제작한다. 이를 위해 주행 분석 장치와 장치에서 수집된 데이터를 클라우드 서버를 통해 처리하는 시스템을 구성했으며, 이 시스템을 통해 PM의 운전상황에서 운전 중 발생할 수 있는 특수한 상황(가/감속, 과속방지턱 통과)을 인식하고 기록하고자 한다. 그 결과 장치 내 측정 센서(IMU)에서 수집한 각속도, 가속도, 지자기 값을 통해 운행 여부 및 인도 주행 여부, 경사로 주행 여부를 판단해 낼 수 있었다. 이 기술은 기존의 영상기반 기록장치보다 약 1600배 이상의 주행 정보 저장 효율을 달성할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 기존의 대통령선물에 대한 메타데이터의 보완을 위하여 패싯검색기능을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 대통령기록관이 온라인 서비스 중인 3,574건의 대통령선물을 바탕으로 대통령선물의 선물명, 증정인, 증정국가와 증정일 및 수령 경위, 규격, 특징에서 추출된 기록물의 특성을 파악하였다. 이를 기초로 5개의 기본 패싯과 51개의 하위패싯으로 대통령선물 패싯 기반의 분류를 설계하였으며 구조화된 패싯은 각 패싯 요소를 정의하고 배열 순서 및 기호를 부여하였다. 이러한 분류체계는 검색시스템에 적용하여 패싯네비게이션을 구축하는 기반으로의 활용을 기대할 수 있을 것이다. 연구를 통해 대통령선물에 대한 새로운 분류체계 개발이 필요하다는 점을 확인하였으며 이를 위한 대안적 의미의 분류체계로서 패싯 분류를 적용할 것을 제안하였다.

Numerous Sundials were fabricated during the reign of King Sejong of the Joseon Dynasty. One among them is Jeongnam-Ilgu (the Fixing-South Sundial), where the time can be measured after setting up the suitable meridian line without a compass. We reconstructed the new Jeongnam-Ilgu model based on the records of 'Description of Making the Royal Observatory Ganui (簡儀臺記)' in the Veritable Record of King Sejong. Jeongnam-Ilgu has a summer solstice half-ring under a horizontal ring which is fixed to two pillars in the north and south, and in which a declination ring rotates around the polar axis. In our model, the polar axis matches the altitude of Hanyang (that is Seoul). There are two merits if the model is designed to install the polar axis in the way that enters both the north and south poles and rotates in them: One is that it is possible to fix the polar axis to the declination ring together with the cross-strut. The other is that a twig for hanging weights can be protruded on the North Pole. The declination ring is supposed to be 178 mm in diameter and is carved on the scale of the celestial-circumference degrees on the ring's surface, where a degree scale can be divided into four equal parts through the diagonal lines. In addition, the time's graduation that is drawn on the summer solstice half-ring makes it possible to measure the daytime throughout the year. An observational property of Jeongnam-Ilgu is that a solar image can be obtained using a pin-hole. The position cast by the solar image between hour circles makes a time measurement. We hope our study will contribute to the restoration of Jeongnam-Ilgu.

본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 제품을 개발하여 테스팅을 거친 후 사용자에게 인도하는 시기를 결정하는 방출문제에 대하여 연구되었다. 소프트웨어의 결함을 제거하거나 수정 작업 중에도 새로운 결함이 발생될 가능성이 있는 무한고장수를 가진 비동질적인 포아송 과정에 기초하고 수명분포는 단위당 고장발생률이 증가하거나 감소하는 속성을 가진 형상모수가 2인 확률 분포를 이용한 최적 방출시기에 관한 문제를 제시하여 소프트웨어 요구 신뢰도를 만족시키고 소프트웨어 개발 및 유지 총비용을 최소화 시키는 최적 소프트웨어 방출 정책에 대하여 논의 되었다. 본 논문의 수치적인 예에서는 고장 간격 시간 자료를 적용하고 모수추정 방법은 최우추정법과 추세분석을 통하여 자료의 효율성을 입증한 후 최적 방출시기를 추정하였다.

이 연구는 디지털 환경에서 데이터가 중심이 되는 전자기록의 출처에 새롭게 접근하기 위해, 데이터 출처 개념과 출처 모델을 검토하고 수용하여, 어떻게 전자기록을 대상으로 새롭게 출처 개념을 적용할 수 있을지의 가능성을 살펴보았다. 이어서 데이터 중심의 전자기록을 대상으로 한 출처 표현 모델을 개발하기 위해 기초 연구를 진행하였다. 특히 소급형 출처와 전망형 출처 개념으로 전환할 것과, 기록관리 메타데이터와는 별개의 모델을 통해 출처를 표현하고 기록과 연결할 수 있는 모델을 개발할 것을 제안하였다. 기록과 동적 관계를 맺으면서도 독립적으로 출처를 표현할 수 있는 모델을 개발할 수 있다면, 오히려 기록의 유동성을 보장할 수 있으면서도, 기록의 속성과 이를 지원할 출처의 역할을 더 충실히 수행할 수 있을 것이다. 결국, 이 연구가 제안한 기본적인 모델 개발 방향을 수용하는 출처 모델은 기록의 고정성과 활동의 재현성, 재현의 신빙성을 뒷받침할 수 있을 것이며, 디지털환경에서 적합한 출처 모델로서 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다.
