In this paper, machine cell formation problem is discussed. To reflect precisely actual manufacturing situations such as routing sequences, production quantities, and machining (or operation) characteristics, a new network presentation (or the problem is proposed. It is formulated as a simple 0-1 quadratic programming model with linear constraints. Then, the model is converted into a 0-1 integer programming model using a variable transformation technique. Lastly, some computational results are presented.

The study deals with the problem of the formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills in information environment. The role of reflection as a mechanism of formation of a modern teacher's self-consciousness was cleared up. The technology of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills was characterized and tested. The main stages of the technology were: a motivational and cognitive stage, a problematic and practical stage, and a reflective and operational stage. The substantiated pedagogical conditions of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills were adhered. The criterial and evaluative characteristics of the formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills were worked out: components (reflection of personal conformity, reflection of the psychological and pedagogical barriers, reflection of professional growth); criteria (criterion of consistency, criterion of difficulty, criterion of potential); indicators (cognitive-evaluative, value-motivational, activity-creative). The levels of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills (insufficient level, acceptable level, and optimum level) were determined. The analysis of students' surveys showed the effectiveness and expediency of using the technology of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills in the process of professional training.

이 논문의 목적은 메가 시티 서울의 기술상용화 네트워크 도시 형성의 가능성을 고찰하는 데 있다. 1960년대 이후 우리나라는 국가적 차원에서 볼 때, 급속한 경제 성장을 경험하고 있지만, 지역적 차원에서 살펴보면, 서울을 포함한 수도권과 비수도권 간 심각한 지역불균등 발전을 경험하고 있다. 필자는 이와 같은 지역불균등 발전의 해결 방안으로 서울을 중심으로 기술상용화 네트워크 도시 형성의 필요성을 제시하고자 한다. 기술상용화 네트워크 도시는 남북도시협력 축(통일 R&BD 지향-복합기술 R&BD 축), 메가 시티 확장 축(녹색 수출 R&BD 지향-녹색 수출 R&BD 확장 축), 중소도시 연계 축(평창 올림픽 R&BD 지향-생명기술 R&BD축), 메갈로 폴리스 축(R&D-R&BD 연계 협력 지향-기초기술 R&BD 축) 등 4가지 축으로 이루어진다.

본 논문에서는 multi-hop 블루투스 스캐터넷을 형성하는 BSFP (Bluetooth Scatternet Formation Protocol)을 제안한다. BSFP는 각각의 블루투스 기기에서 독립적으로 수행되고, 초기단계에서 주변 기기들에 대한 정보를 요구하지 않으며, 모든 기기들이 블루투스의 통신 가능 범위 안에 위치하지 않아도 스캐터넷을 형성할 수 있다. BSFP는 1) 자신의 주위에 어떤 노드들이 있는지를 찾는 Init 단계, 2) 각각의 노드가 국부적 정보만을 가지고 스캐터넷을 형성하는 Ready 단계, 3) 연결된 링크를 이용하여 통신을 하는 Complete 단계로 구성된다. BSFP에서는 스캐터넷 형성을 완료할 때까지 걸리는 실행시간이 기기들의 수가 늘어나도 크게 변하지 않으며, 인접 기기들 간의 통신 링크의 수가 많은 스캐터넷을 형성하여 신뢰도 높은 mobile ad hoc network을 구성할 수 있도록 해 준다.

The article analyzes the main theoretical approaches to the formation of managerial competencies and establishes the degree of development of the problem. The content of the concept of "managerial competence" has been clarified, to determine the structure of managerial competencies of a future specialist in the education system and indicators of the formation of managerial competencies. The organizational and pedagogical conditions necessary for the effective process of forming the managerial competencies of future specialists are revealed. The following research methods were used in the work: theoretical (analysis of regulatory documents and scientific literature on the problem under study, comparison, generalization, modeling), empirical (diagnostics of the level of formation of managerial competencies of students of the system, questioning, observation, peer review, comparative qualitative and quantitative analysis of diagnostic results the level of formation of managerial competencies).

The article theoretically substantiated, developed and practically implemented a structural and functional model of the formation of ICT competence, taking into account interdisciplinary integration, defines the pedagogical conditions that contribute to the formation of ICT competence: interdisciplinary integration as a basis for building an interdisciplinary course, the content of which is aimed at the formation of ICT competence; the use of IEE, including information, didactic, technological components as a basis for the formation of ICT competence; integration of formal, non-formal and informal education for the implementation the integrity of the acquired knowledge, skills, experience as the basis for the formation of the ICT competence of teachers; creation and use of a set of tasks (educational (UZ), educational and methodological (UMP), educational and professional (UPZ)) as special tools for the formation of ICT competence.

The recycling cell formation problem means that disposal products are classified into recycling product families using group technology in their end-of-life phase. Disposal products have the uncertainties of product condition usage influences. Recycling cells are formed considering design, process and usage attributes. In this paper, a new approach for the design of cellular recycling system is proposed, which deals with the recycling cell formation and assignment of identical products concurrently. Fuzzy ART neural networks are applied to describe the condition of disposal product with the membership functions and to make recycling cell formation. The approach leads to cluster materials, components, and subassemblies for reuse or recycling and can evaluate the value at each cell of disposal products. Disposal refrigerators are shown as an example.

This paper offers an overview of matrix formation and calculation techniques within the framework of General Linear Models (GLMs). It takes a sequential approach, beginning with a detailed exploration of matrix formation and calculation methods in regression analysis and univariate analysis of variance (ANOVA). Subsequently, it extends the discussion to cover multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA). The primary objective of this study was to provide a clear and accessible explanation of the underlying matrices that play a crucial role in GLMs. Through linking, essentially different statistical methods, by fundamental principles and algebraic foundations that underpin the GLM estimation. Insights presented here aim to assist researchers, statisticians, and data analysts in enhancing their understanding of GLMs and their practical implementation in diverse research domains. This paper contributes to a better comprehension of the matrix-based techniques that can be extended to GLMs.

By virtue of the development and widespread of social network services, the importance of SNS for an individual's social capital formation as well as people's act of sharing information is increasingly highlighted. However, there are still few empirical studies on successful formation of SNS, people's attitude towards participation in SNS, and the brisk act of sharing information in the SNS as yet. This study performed an analysis that, in terms of forming the successful SNS, people's attachment to the group in SNS induces the attitude towards the participation in SNS, and the information-sharing act on the basis of the socio-psychological theory. For this purpose, this study carried out empirical study by dividing the influential factors into the attachment to online group, and attachment to the members in SNS group on the basis of trust. This study set up the component factors in trust as high-dimensional factors, and used SPSS 18.0 and SmartPLS 2.0 as analysis tools. Analysis results confirmed that group formation in SNS and people's attachment to the group were significantly influence attitude towards participation in SNS as well as information sharing behavior. This result implies that group formation in SNS plays an important role in active use of SNS.
