대학병원 종사자의 조직구조, 조직문화에 따른 조직갈등의 관계에 대한연구 (The Relation of Organization Structure, Organization Culture and Organization Conflict of University Hospital Staff Members)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of hospital organization structure, organization culture, organization conflict and the interrelation of influential factor in organization conflict. The data for this study were collected through a self-administered survey with a structured delivered to 755 subjects including several nursing staff members, administration staff members and medical technicians at six hospitals. The structural equation model was used to examine the relation of organization structure, organization culture and organization conflict. The results of the analysis in this study were as follows. First, organization structure had a positive influence on organization conflict, especially in terms of complexity and centralization. But, formalization had a negative influence on organization conflict. Second, organization culture had a positive influence on organization conflict, especially in terms of group culture, developmental culture, and hierarchical culture. But, group culture had a negative influence on organization conflict. Third, organization structure had positive influences, especially on organization culture complexity, centralization, and formalization. But, centralization had negative influences too.

정신분열병 환자에서 부정적 감정이 청각적 언어상상에 의해 유발된 대뇌 피질 활성에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Negative Emotion to Cortical Activity Induced by Auditory Verbal Imagery in Patients with Schizophrenia)

  • 연구목적 : 환청이 자기감시체계의 이상이라고 주장하는 일부 학자들은 청각적 언어상상과 관련된 뇌 활성화 소견을 이용하여 환청의 병리기전을 밝히고자 하였다. 그런데 대부분의 환청의 내용은 부정적 감정을 동반하는 내용이다. 이런 점에서 저자들은 부정적 감정이 청각적 언어상상에 의해 유발된 대뇌 피질 활성에 어떤 식으로 영향을 미치는지 알아보고, 이를 통해 부정적 감정이 환청발생에 미칠 수 있는 영향을 이해해 보고자 하였다. 방법 : 정상인과 정신분열병 환자를 대상으로 부정적 내용의 청각적 언어상상 과제와 부정적 내용의 청각적 언어상상 과제를 수행토록 하였다. 이 두 가지 과제를 수행하면서 정량화뇌파검사를 시행하였고, 이때의 대뇌피질 활성의 차이를 paired t-test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 그리고 이러한 차이가 정신분열병 환자와 정상인에서 각기 어떤 식으로 달리 나타나는가 비교하였다. 결과 : 정상인의 경우 중립적 감정일 때에 비해 부정적 감정의 청각적 언어상상시, 좌측 측두엽 부위(TCP1)에서 beta주파수대의 뇌파 진폭이 증가하였고, 대뇌 우반구의 몇몇 부위(FP2, F4, C4, CP2, P4)에서 theta주파수대의 뇌파 진폭이 감소하였다. 그러나 정신분열병 환자의 경우, 두 가지 과제를 수행하는 동안 모든 주파수대에서 뇌파 진폭의 차이가 관찰되지 않았다. 결론 : 본 연구 결과는 좌측 측두엽의 더 많은 활성이 요구되는 부정적 내용의 청각적 언어상상을 하게 될 때, 정신분열병 환자에서는 적절한 활성화가 이루어지지 못하는 것을 지지하는 소견으로 생각된다. 그리고 이에 따른 자기감시체계의 활성의 저하가 환청과 밀접하게 관련될 수 있는 것으로 시사된다.

Children's Positive and Negative Emotionality Depending on Their Eating Behaviors

  • This study investigated childhood eating behavior, the influence of eating behavior on the positive and negative emotionality of children, and the pattern or eating behavior influence on emotionality depending on the age and gender of children. A total of 202 children (ages 5 to 7) were selected from 3 nurseries and 1 kindergarten ill Seoul and the survey data responses from teachers were analyzed. The results were as follows. First, children with higher levels of eating behavior showed a higher positive emotionality score compared to those with lower levels of eating behavior. The effect of gender was not significant and positive emotionality tended to increase in the 5 and 6 year old groups as the level of eating behavior increased; in addition, it was generally similar in the 7 year old group. Second, the children with lower level, of eating behavior showed a higher negative emotionality score compared to those with higher levels of eating behavior. The main effects by age and gender were insignificant; however, the interaction of age and eating behavior affected the negative emotionality of children. The eating behavior of children affects emotionality and children with better eating behaviors showed more positive emotional responses and less negative emotional responses in the same circumstances.

Fashion savvy II: 타인의 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움, 자아존중감과 의복구매 자신감이 fashion savvy에 미치는 영향 (Fashion savvy II: The influences of fear of negative evaluation by others, self esteem, and consumer confidence in fashion decisions on fashion savvy)

  • The purpose of this study was to test the determinants of fashion savvy. As determinants, this study examined fear of negative evaluation by others and self esteem as subject-related variables and consumer confidence in fashion decisions as the product-related variable. It was hypothesized that fear of negative evaluation and self esteem influence fashion savvy both directly and indirectly through consumer confidence in fashion decisions. Data were gathered by surveying university students in Seoul metropolitan area, using convenience sampling, and 311 questionnaires were used in the statistical analysis. In analyzing data, factor analysis and path analysis were conducted. Tests of the hypothesized path show that one factor of fear of negative evaluation and self esteem influence fashion savvy directly and indirectly through consumer confidence in fashion decisions. More specifically, 'fear of negative impression and judgment' factor negatively influences 'marketing literacy' and 'consumer selfefficacy' of fashion savvy, whereas self-esteem positively influences 'consumer self-efficacy' of fashion savvy. In addition, consumer confidence in fashion decisions influences all six factors of fashion savvy. The implications of these findings and suggestions for future study are also discussed.

유아의 긍정적, 부정적 정서성이 내면화 및 외현화 행동문제에 미치는 영향: 대인관계지능 및 개인이해지능의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Influences of Young Children's Emotionality and Inter/Intrapersonal Intelligence on Behavioral Problems)

  • This study focused on the links between emotionality, interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence, and behavior problems in a sample of 185 four- to five-year-old children in kindergarten and daycare centers in Seoul. All variables were measured by the teachers of surveyed children. Collected data were analyzed by Simple Regression and Hierarchical Multiple Regression. The main results of this study were as follows: Firstly, children's positive and negative emotionality each exerted negative and positive effects on their interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence. Secondly, children's positive emotionality had a negative influence on internalizing behavior problems. On the other hand, children's negative emotionality had a positive influence on internalizing and externalizing behavior problems. Finally, effect of children's positive emotionality on their internalizing behavior problems was totally mediated by interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence. On the other hand, effect of children's negative emotionality on their internalizing and externalizing behavior problems was partially mediated by their interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence.

고무차륜시스템에서의 지락보호를 위한 급전선로 절연과 부극전위와의 영향 분석 (An Analysis of Influence Between the Power Feeding Line Insulation and Negative Rail Potential for the DC Ground Fault Protection in the Rubber Wheel System)

  • We have analyzed influence of potential rise in negative bus, which caused by decrease of power feeding line insulation, upon protecting method of DC ground protection device which detecting potential rise between negative bus and ground in order to detect ground fault in the rubber wheel system. For this purpose, we proposed negative potential equation between negative bus and ground and calculated negative potential according to system condition changes by estimating power feeding line insulation changes in steel wheel system and rubber wheel system, and equalizing DC power feeding system when ground fault occurred. Also, in order to estimate negative potential of real system, we modeled the rubber wheel system, and simulated normal status, grounding fault occurrence and power feeding line insulation changes. In normal status, negative potential did not rise significantly regardless of vehicle operation. When ground fault occurred, negative potential rose up over 300V regardless of fault resistance. However, we also observed that negative potential rose when power feeding line insulation dropped down under $1M{\Omega}$. In conclusion, our result shows that in case of rubber wheel system unlike steel wheel system, relay will be prevented maloperation and insulation status observation can be ensured when ground over voltage relay will be set 200V ~ 300V.

The Effects of Personal Materialism and Price-perception on Store Patronage of Apparel Shopping

  • The direct impacts of individual materialism on price perceptions and price perceptions on patronage behavior have been limited in previous research. This study examined the impact of materialism on consumer perceptions of clothing price and the influence that price perceptions have on store patronage by consumers. Using factor analysis and stepwise regression analysis, results indicated that materialistic values revealed four factors (pursuit of happiness, acquisition centrality, success, and practical-consuming). Materialistic four values influence consumer attitudes toward the positive and negative roles of price. In turn, patronage is predicted by positive and negative price-perception. Implications and future research directions are also discussed.

공연예술 서비스 실패에 따른 고객감정반응이 소비자 불평행동에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Customer Emotional Response by Failure of Performing Arts Service on Consumer Complaint Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 공연예술의 서비스의 부정적 측면에 주목하여 연구를 설계하였다. 공연예술에 관심이 증가하면서 공연예술분야에서도 서비스에 대한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 현재 공연예술서비스의 긍정적인 측면에 대한 연구는 꾸준히 증가하고 있지만, 부정적인 측면의 연구는 부족하다. 본 연구에서는 기존 연구의 한계점을 보완하고 실증연구를 위해 Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) 모형을 적용하여 연구를 진행하였다. 자극 변수인 공연예술서비스 실패가 유기체인 부정적 감정을 매개로 불평행동반응에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 공연예술서비스 실패 요인 중 공연작품과 인적 서비스가 부정적 감정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 부정적 감정을 매개로 공적 불평행동과 사적 불평행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 마지막으로, 본 연구는 공연예술의 서비스 실패 요인을 변수화하여 소비자를 분석하였다는데 학문적 의의가 있을 것이다.

온라인 입소문이 병원선택에 미치는 영향의 카노속성에 따른 차이 (Differential effects of online word-of-mouth about attractive and one-dimensional Kano attributes on hospital selection)

  • Purposes: This purpose of this study was to check how much the online word of mouth influences on customer's hospital selection according to Kano's model. Methodology: Kano classified the attributes that affect customer's satisfaction into attractive, one-dimensional, indifferent, must-be, and reverse attributes. Among them, attractive and one-dimensional attributes make up the largest portion in hospital selection. Based on this, the influence of positive or negative online reviews on the selection of hospitals was investigated. Differentiated service was selected as the attractive attributes, and a kind, sufficient explanation was selected as the one-dimensional attributes. Then a questionnaire was conducted how much the positive or negative online reviews influence on hospital selection, respectively. It was conducted from August 7 to September 7, 2021 for medical consumers in their 20s and older who have used medical services for the past 3 years, and the final 142 questionnaires were analyzed. All data was analyzed by chi-square and two-way ANOVA using SPSS ver 25.0. Findings: The results showed that, in one-dimensional attributes, the difference between positive and negative reviews was not statistically significant, but in attractive attributes, positive and negative reviews showed a statistically significant difference. It suggests that positive reviews on attractive attributes had a greater influence on hospital selection. In terms of hospital selection, when the experimental participants were exposed to the positive reviews, the hospital selection ratio did not differ by Kano's attributes, but to the negative reviews it differed. The hospital selection ratio, even after they were exposed to negative reviews, was higher in the attractive attributes than in the one-dimensional attributes. Practical Implication: This study confirmed that hospital selection is influenced differently depending on the Kano's attributes and the direction of the reviews, and suggests that marketers should respond differently to each Kano's attributes when they deal with online reviews of hospitals.
