This article aims at finding the ways, on the basis of the studies about the behaviors to search the existing CD-ROM databases, so that the searchers who retrieve the on-line MEDLINE used in the medical libraries can use the data more efficiently than now. We gave the questionnaires to the librarians in 60 medical libraries and searched the literatures and realities on the behaviors of the data uses to examine the search behaviors of the MEDLINE in the medical libraries. The result is as follows: 1) The medical data system rate for single users was $53\%$ and the ons for multi users $43\%$. As for the time which users retrieve for a week, under two hours was $75\%$, between 3 and 8 hours $18.3\%$, and eve. 9 hours $6.7\%$. 2) The increasing factors of the search result are (1) an enough discussion and interview between librarians and users, and (2) the use of the correct indexing terms, Thesaurus, and Keyword. In principle users must search directly. However, the librarians searched instead in case that the retrieval result was under two hours a week$(75\%)$. 3) As for the search fee, $91\%$ was free and $9\%$ was charged. Also search effectiveness was enhanced by the means of Inter-Library Loan Service & Information Network. 4) The medical librarians answered the questionnaire that they need the application education of professional knowledge, medical terms(thesaurus) and electronic medium, and also they need the computer education, interview technique and reeducation to give a satisfactory service. 5) As for the satisfactory degree of MEDLINE application, they answered $44.6\%$ for economy, $38.2\%$ for the conveniency of the time required, and $58.9\%$ for the users' search satisfaction answered respectively. 6) The application of MEDLINE system enhanced the medical libraries' image and had an effect on the users' satisfaction of using the data and search, the data activities and the research achievement. 7) In the past MeSH was used but as the time passes CD-ROM MEDLINE search behavior was preferred to On-line one.

Objectives: The oriental medical care has been getting popular in community health centers because of uniqueness, changing of disease patterns, and increasing of elderly population. From 1998, oriental medical doctors has been working in several rural community health centers for their military obligations. At this point of time, it is necessary to evaluate the oriental public health doctors system. This study was performed to investigate the utilization patterns, the degree of satisfactions, needs of oriental medical care service provided by community health center in a designated Gun area. This study focused on the need for extending over Myun area of community health center's oriental medical care services. Methods: Person-to-person interview survey method through a structured questionnaire was done by a personnel at a oriental medical care service room in a Gun community health center. The major statistical method used for the analysis were the t-test, ANOVA, and logistic analysis. Results: The total number of responded subjects in this study was 163 residents. Among these 65.0% were aged 61 or over, and only 13.5% recognized themselves were healthy. 73.7% of the respondents demanded establishment of more oriental medical care services provided by community health center to other Myun area. Factors affecting the need for enlargement of oriental medical care service room were education level, subjective awareness of access to community health center, and cost satisfaction of oriental medical service provided by community health center. Thus, a resident who had graduation of middle school achievement or above(OR=3.35), had a long way to center(OR=2.47), satisfied with oriental medical service cost(OR=2.78) had demonstrated increased chance of need by logistic regression analysis.
The objective of this research is to search the solution for the difficulties of science and invention gifted middle school students with social and emotional problems that they are faced. The result of this research has shown that the gifted students were feeling difficulties of low self-esteem in their peer relationships, communication and cooperation skills. They were feeling less confident in their stress processing capacity and their multi-processing capacity. Some were also troubled with the intense expectations from their environment and theirselves which led them to feel confusion in their identities and their future. Therefore, instead of education focused on academic achievement and cognitive activity, present education for the gifted must focus on helping to solve the student's social and emotional problems and to strengthen social and emotional skills they need. To achieve this, the education for the gifted students should include a social-emotional learning program, and it should also run a continued and personalized consultation program for gifted students.

Today computer education puts an emphasis on algorithm education. There are little researches about how to express the given problem in algorithm and how to interpret the expressed algorithm. In this study play-based learning methods dealing with flow chart which is one of the expressing tools of algorithm are developed for lower graders of elementary school. Then we diagnosed the learning possibility of the tool after applying the methods in a classroom environment. There are four types of learning game activities; sequential play, selective play, repetitive play and puzzle play. Puzzle play is a game that students need to reconstruct the learned content to a real flow chart by using flow chart cards. The result of an achievement test after teaching students flow chart showed that the group who took the play-based lesson got their average score with about 7.5% higher than the group who took the ICT-based lesson. Both the groups got their average scroe of more than 9 out of 10 after the lesson. This result shows that flow chart lessons are adaptable for the lower graders of elementary school. It also shows that play-based education can be exceptionally effective.
When evaluating the performance of a NPD(New Product Development) project, it is common to evaluate the project performance according to the achievement of the planned goal in terms of time, quality and cost management, which are usually three main constraints of the project. The evaluation of the financial factors by which sales contributed to the return of the company is more influential. This is why companies need to increase sales and raise profits. Therefore, it is more reasonable to evaluate the sales performance of NPD projects over a certain period of time against the input costs. At this time, we can analyze the causes of inefficient projects and compare them with other projects and find out how to improve the sales performance to help the company increase its competitiveness. In this paper, we analyze the relative efficiency of the sales performance on the input of the projects by using the actual sales in the period of one year after mass production of the NPD projects of 'S' company in ICT industry. Input factors include developer resource and development cost for the NPD reported after the project has been completed, the delay weeks for the schedule targeted at the project planning stage, and the number of quality issues due to development design faults during initial mass-production. The sales figure and the contribution margin of the product after one year from the start of mass production are defined as the output factors. In this paper, we analyze the efficiency of the projects by using data envelope analysis (DEA). As a result, we found out the reason of the inefficient project of DMUs according to the differences in the characteristics of the efficient and inefficient B2B markets based on the result of DEA of NPD projects. Thus, the goal of this paper is to identify strategies for improving sales performance of NPD projects in inefficient markets.
We need to understand the outcomes into adulthood for survivors born either extremely low birthweight (ELBW; <1,000 g) or extremely preterm (EP; <28 weeks' gestational age), particularly their blood pressure and cardiovascular metabolic status, respiratory function, growth, psychological and mental health performance, and functional outcomes. Blood pressure is higher in late adolescence and early adulthood in ELBW/EP survivors compared with controls. In some studies, expreterm survivors have higher insulin and blood lipid concentrations than controls, which may also increase their risk for later cardiovascular disease. ELBW/EP survivors have more expiratory airflow obstruction than do controls. Those who had bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) in the newborn period have even worse lung function than those who did not have BPD. As a group, they are unlikely to achieve their full lung growth potential, which means that more of them are likely to develop chronic obstructive airway disease in later life. Although they are smaller than term born controls, their weight gradually rises and ultimately reaches a mean z-score close to zero in late adolescence, and they ultimately attain a height z-score close to their mid-parental height z-score. On average, ex-preterm survivors have intelligence quotient (IQ) scores and performance on tests of academic achievement approximately 2/3 SD lower than do controls, and they also perform less well on tests of attention and executive function. They have similar high rates of anxiety and depression symptoms in late adolescence as do controls. They are, however, over-represented in population registries for rarer disorders such as schizophrenia and Autism Spectrum Disorder. In cohort studies, ex-preterm survivors mostly report good quality of life and participation in daily activities, and they report good levels of self-esteem. In population studies, they require higher levels of economic assistance, such as disability pensions, they do not achieve education levels as high as controls, fewer are married, and their rates of reproduction are lower, at least in early adulthood. Survivors born ELBW/EP will present more and more to health carers in adulthood, as they survive in larger numbers.
It is a fact that we are yet to recognize and sense the U-City even though the business of U-City construction has been started many years ago. One of the causes is that UCity was thoughtlessly developed in the industry-centered environment for a tangible achievement, despite of need on more systematic development and organized management. Fortunately, it is expected that the most part of the situation will be solved, since "laws on the construction of the ubiquitous city" for planning, construction and management has been promulgated on March, and U-City project will be systematically promoted by the related laws from now. Therefore, intention of this study is the sustainable development of the U-City by analyzing the previous process and problems of the U-City Construction project of local governments and reengineering U-City construction project process in accordance with new laws, using the BPR methodology.
The era of digital transformation is rapidly emerging in industries and academia, including finance and logistics, and the consulting market for digital transformation is also growing. According to previous studies, the need for digital transformation is also mentioned in consulting institutions. In this process, the role of consultants should be changed according to the times, and customer relationship management and attitude toward customers are emphasized. However, consulting research has the point that research on this has not been studied in depth. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop an element of attitude focusing on consultant attitudes in the field of digital transformation. As a result of research using literature analysis and modified Delphi techniques, 'customer orientation', achievement orientation', professional dignity', 'maintenance of expertise', and 'ethics' were found to be key attitude factors. This study is meaningful in that consultant attitude elements in the digital transformation field were explored and developed by verifying content validity, and consultants in the digital transformation field can recognize the importance of attitude and use it as a basic tool for capacity improvement.
The 2009 Revised National Curriculum introduces plans for the "intensive course completion system". This study investigated students' learning satisfaction with and perceptions of Life Science in the humanities and social science course in general high schools according to the implementation of the intensive course completion system in the 2009 Revised National Curriculum, and analyze relations with gender and with academic achievement levels. The findings are as follows: First, the students in the humanities and social science course recorded an overall low learning satisfaction in Life Science through the intensive course completion system. It was analyzed that they especially found it burdensome to take the lessons four hours per week in one semester according to the system. Second, the students in the humanities and social science course didn't have positive perceptions of a need to study Life Science when considering their future career choices, but they positively perceived when considering its educational benefits. Third, the more learning satisfaction with Life Science they had according to the intensive course completion system, the higher learning perceptions they had. Finally, the girls showed a higher level of learning satisfaction and perception than the boys. The higher their academic achievement was, the higher their learning satisfaction and perception level became.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how to strengthen the formation of relationship competence through the lesson in the housing of the 2015 revised Technology Home Economics curriculum. In order to achieve this goal, we analyzed curriculum documents, achievement standards of curriculum, achievement standards of assessment, and assessment standards of the 2015 revised Technology Home Economics curriculum. Then, we analyzed whether or not the curriculum could be truly reflected in the school site by comparing and analyzing verbs of the assessment standards and curriculum content system. In addition, we suggested the plan to ensure that 2015 revised curriculum can be implemented well by proposing a method of teaching-learning and assessment standards to cultivate the formation of relationship competence among the housing lessons. The results of the study are as follows. First, the 2015 revised Technology Home Economics curriculum are categorized into three subject competences according to the content, but eventually show the content is not mutually exclusive with the three subject competences. It can be said to demonstrate the characteristics of human ability development, that is, one learning can't be related only to one competency. Second, it is difficult to reflect the assessing subject competencies system in school education, where evaluation is carried out based on the assessment standards. This is because the skills of the 2015 revised curriculum documents are partially reflected in the assessment standards. Therefore, this study shows that teachers need to cultivate various subject competencies. In order to overcome the fundamental limitations of the competency-centered curriculum, it is necessary to retrain the teachers as well as to improve teaching and learning methods for operating the curriculum.
