중년기 복부 비만 여성의 생활형 랩 원피스 스타일 댄스 스포츠 연습복 패턴 개발 (Development of patterns for comfortable wrap-one-piece style dance sport practice wear in daily life for middle-aged women with abdominal obesity)

  • This study aims to develop a life-friendly, wrap-one-piece style dance sports practice wear considering the physical characteristics of middle-aged, abdominally obese women. These types of practice wear allow people to enjoy exercise easily and to wear these garments as daily wear while meeting the requirements for dance sports wear. The three participants selected for this study were all women with five or more years of dance sports experience and were all average sized on Korea's abdominal obesity scale. In the first phase of the study, practice wear was created in a total of nine styles with three different styles of neckline depths for three different styles of dress skirt lengths. In the second phase of the study, the practice wear was created in 15 styles with five different styles of sleeve lengths for three different styles of waistline heights. After analyzing the design preferences of the participants, the fit preferences of the designs were evaluated and the final appearance was analyzed in order to suggest a pattern. The results of the subjects' first and second preference evaluations showed a preference for a 10 centimeter neckline depth, for high waistlines, and for elbow to wrist-length sleeves. The implementation of this research is expected to be extensive, as its results can be used as basic data for making lifestyle dance sports practice wear that covers the physical insecurities of middle-aged, abdominally obese women and enables them to enjoy their leisure time.

  • This study aimed to suggest a suitable collar pattern by visually evaluating the appearance of the amount of collar drape by the starting position of the lapel line of a double-breasted tailored jacket using a 3d virtual fitting program. It created an avatar based on the mean size of women in their 20s (the 8th Size Korea) using clo network (double fastening: 10cm, collar width: 4.5cm, collar stand: 3cm, and lapel width: 8.5cm). The starting of the lapel twist line was waistline level, the 1/2 level of bustline and waistline, or bustline level, and collar laying amount was 4.5, 5.5, 6.5, or 7.5cm. It was evaluated by garment construction experts using 5, 6, and 4 items on the front, sides, and back, respectively. Descriptive statistics, F-test, Duncan-test, and reliability analysis were conducted using SPSS 22. When collar laying amount was 6.5cm, it was best rated regardless of the starting point. Under waist line, when collar laying amount was 6.5cm, it was best rated regardless of the starting point. When collar laying amount was large, the collar's outline length increased, resulting in unnecessary wrinkles from the neckline to the lapel, affecting the overall collar appearance. When collar laying amount was the smallest, the collar was lifted and the width was narrowed, exposing the seam connecting the collar and neckline. The length of the collar's outline varied depending on collar laying amount, which was important to make the outline sit comfortably on the body.

漢代와 고구려의 長袖衣 무용복 비교 (Comparisons between Dancing Costumes Style of Kokurye and Han dynasty)

  • During the 3C(B.C.) and 2C(A.D.), there were large influx of variety of arts to Jin and Han dynasty such as music, dancing, and at performing from neighboring countries. It made a tremendous impact on the development of dancing an in Han dynasty. On the other hand, Kokurye people had also enjoyed their own singing and dancing culture (styles) for a long time. Han and Kokurye's dancing costumes were studied based on artifacts (data) such as wall paintings, clay doll, and other small paintings all from tombs in Han and Kokurye. A similarity was found between two dynasties' dancing costume, since both had tong sleeve dresses. However, the further detailed study showed that one can't simply say both are in the same style. For example, the dress in Han dynasty had a long length style of coat(深衣) covering all the way to feet, and there were round neckline coat(團領) and long Jacket(장유). In contrast, that of Kokurye had a shorter length in coat(直領) covering only up to calf of the leg or long jacket(장유).

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the method of trace gas technique by G.C and the effects of the type of blouse on ventilation. The experimental system employed a trace gas technique in which ventilation was monitored to determine oxigen exchange rate. The experimental variables were tested with three types of blouse depending on the sizes of neckline, armhole and waist line. Exercise conditions include standing and walking position. The results and discussion forcused on the construct validity of the apparatus/testing protocol. the effect of experimental variables on ventilation was also discussed.

  • The purpose of the research was influential in the fashionable dacolleta of women's costume in the mid-l5th century. The results were as follow: A variation of social environment and an aesthetic sense brought on desires to express human nature. Especially, the importance for costume of the appearance of a new spirit, confirmed and developed on the contemporary. The first symptoms of humanism were leaning towards secular art, an ideal of man at once more independent and avid for action, and an interesting applied to the individual and particularity. In addition, love affairs between the ladies and knights led to increasing interest in the beauty of weakness and tenderness in the women's body Sorel Agnas who was a lover of Charles VII, France king, had a great influence on the fashion of decollette in women's costume. It was just a dacolletta to express an ideal of beauty to neckline in women's dress in contemporary.

Conventional Female Donor Costume of Cave 79 of Kumtura

  • Cave 79 of Kumtura grottoes, is the best preserved cave, which has an important meaning for research on Uighur costume. This paper is intended to analyze the costume characteristics of female donors in Cave 79 by comparing image materials between Dunhuang murals and other murals in Xinjiang province. In Cave 79, female donor wears red robe with tight sleeve, whose collar is crescent-shaped decorated. Two different opinions are upheld for this decoration. One regards this as the turn-down collar, while the other believes this as decoration on V-neckline. Red robe is quite common in female donors of Xinjiang and Dunhuang murals and a female in fresco is wearing a crown in a triangle red headwear style, regarded as red silk and drooping at head. Female donors wear an extra coat, kame hair clasp, red jacket, light-colored high-waist skirt with a long-tail waistband, and tangerine Pibo (silk ribbon) with scattered small flowers. All these costume styles are commonly-used by Han females. The kame headwear is also the common ornament for Han females and the female's hairstyle is in cone shape on head by a white kame. Current costumes are similar but not completely same.

노인계층의 의생활 실태에 관한 연구(II) (A Study on Clothing of Elderly Women(II))

  • The porpose of this study was to know what kinds of clothes the elderly women preferred to wear according to their ages and body type and to pro-vide basic data for clothing design of the elderly women. Anthropometric analysis and questionnaire study wear done on 230 elderly women over sixty years, For analysis of the data One-way ANOVA and Chi-square were employed. The results of this study were as fol-lows: 1) The elderly women have a prefer-ance fore 'Front openning style' and 'Two-opiece style' which are easy to wear and prefer skirts to pants. 2) Their preference for clothes is de-pendent on their age rather than their body type. 3) The age is the decisive factor on blouse collar design neckline style sleeve ending skirt length location of zippe and waist band style when the select the clothes. 4) The body type is the decisive fa-ctor on jacket style skirt length and waist band style.

석국묘 출토 발해 삼채 여용의 복식 연구 (A Study on the Costumes of Two Women Statuettes Made with Three Colored Ceramic Parhae Dynasty, Excavated from a Tomb in Shiguo(석국))

  • This study is an analysis on the costumes of two statuettes of standing women made with three colored cermai excavated from Parhae tomb in Shiguo(석국), Chilin province(길림성), China. These statuettes wear similar clothing ; A narrow sleeved under-blouse with a decollette neckline and a long skirt tied above the bosom. But their hairstyles are quite different ; one has a bun top of the head which tipped slightly forward. the other has two buns with two loops near ears. Their shoes are a little different: in the former the top of the shoes are a little crooked, but in the latter they are high-fronted and more crooked. These two statueettes are valueable and unique source which demonstrates the female costumes of Parhae dynasty, and at the same time which accounts for the acceptance and assimilation of costumes of Tang dynasty. Base upon the analysis on their costumes, hairstyles , and their expressions of the body shape, two statuettes seem to be made after the early 8th century.

Effects of Body-Cathexis and Importance of Ideal Body Image on Satisfaction with Ready-to-Wear (Part One)

  • The purpose of the present research is to determine, for a sample of female college students, the effects of body-cathexis and importance of ideal body image on satisfaction with ready-to-wear. The sample included 177 female college students aged from 18 to 25. To measure the variables, an instrument was developed based on previous studies. Body-cathexis and importance of meeting the ideal body image were measured for five areas of body parts; head/upper body, lower body, height, weight, and torso. Satisfaction with ready-to-wear includes satisfaction with the fit at pant length, thighs, hips, waist, bust, and neckline, and with the variety in ready-to-wear. Research hypotheses were tested using multiple regression. The results showed that there was a positive impact of body-cathexis for a specific body area on ready-to-wear satisfaction which is related to the body area. The effect of importance of meeting the ideal body image on ready-to-wear clothing was different in regard to different areas of body parts.

고려시대(高麗時代) 편복포(便服抱)에 대한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Style of the Pyonbokpo(便服抱) in Koryo Dynasty)

  • In Koryo Dynasty Pyonbokpo(便服抱) was worn by both sexes. There were four styles that was Yosunchollic, Dappo, Pol, Poll, of the men's Pyonbokpo(便服抱). Double breast style (重据形) was used for the adjustments of these clothes. Neckline and he-m line were substituted by rectangular collar (목판깃). The width and length of sleeves in Yosunch-ollic was tighter and shorter as general Po. Coat-string (Okgolum), side slit were used. Feminine Pyonbokpo (便服抱) had usually same style of men's one. There was one was back longer than front length. They wore it with or without a belt. Knot-button, Coat-string (Okgolum), White straight collar (DongJung), side slit were used.
