본 연구는 빈곤가구의 소비패턴이 단일 유형이 아니라 여러 유형으로 나타나고 있으며, 그러한 차이에 어떤 요인들이 관련되어 있는지 분석하였다. 연구결과 빈곤계층을 하나의 소비유형으로 단순화 할 수 없으며, 사회 환경의 변화에 따라 필수품의 목록이 변화하였고, 변화의 양상은 라이프사이클이 상이한 가구원의 구조에 영향을 받는 것으로 파악되었다. 소비패턴의 유형은 여섯가지로 분류되었는데, 각각은 교육비지출형, 식료품지출형, 사회적관계지출형, 교통통신비지출형, 의료비지출형, 주거비지출형으로 명명할 수 있었다. 각 소비패턴유형에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위하여 다항로짓분석을 실시한 결과 빈곤가구의 경제적 특성보다는 가구특성, 가구주특성, 사회적 특성이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 연구결과 빈곤가구의 다양한 욕구를 확인했고, 소비패턴의 영향 요인이 경제적인 요인보다는 가구의 인구사회학적 요인이 더 큰 영향을 미치고 있음을 감안할 때, 한시적인 소득지원에 무게를 두고 있는 한국의 빈곤정책은 가구의 욕구에 기초하여 다양하게 접근해야 할 필요성이 있다.

Consumers have been requiring more higher level of food and agricultural products safety. The system of Good Agricultural Practice(GAP) has been spreaded over the world. Korea also introduced the GAP system in agricultural industry. GAP is related to the production side in the whole traceability system. The establishment of GAP system is a prerequisite to secure food safety. This study reviewed the concept of GAP and necessities and backgrounds of introducing the GAP system. Also, this study analyzed the problems which have been appeared in the GAP program and proposed the policy strategies and directions for the Korean GAP system. So issues for the GAP system are as follows; computerizing of traceability system, forming the cooperative works among the related governmental departments, establishing a certification system to relate with crop features, efficient management, ensuring distribution channel and the research for estimating GAP consumer surplus is need to analyze GAP program more efficient. In addition, It is necessary to keep the records of the data to analyze the GAP program more accurately.

This study was to define the possibilities for the community resource development. Focused on the community organization this study analized 3 cases of the community organization. Based on the theoretical concepts and the analized case studies this study concluded some scheme as follows : 1. For the effective community organization the Healthy Families Center has to give emphasis on the establishment of the concrete objects, the system of communication and decision-making. 2. The professionals of the Healthy Families Center have to possess the knowlegement of the organization management. And this point porposed the necessities for enlargement of family resource management.

The purpose of this paper is to suggest a proposal for the betterment of the English curriculum in the Department of Tourism of a women's college. The paper includes not only the needs analysis of students but also that of personnel officers of tourism related companies and offices. Since the students will have to look for desirable jobs after graduation, the needs and demands of their potential employers or personnel officers are crucial in deciding what and how to teach. Based on these analyses, the paper also examines the current curriculum offered by the department. The needs, wants and necessities of the students, potential personnel officers, and the current curriculum will have to be taken into consideration in designing a more effective future curriculum. The results of the study reveal that more emphasis should be given on the improvement of students' communicative abilities and TOEIC scores.

Petroleum coke has high heating value and low price. Due to the steadily increasing demand for heavy oil processing, the production volume of petroleum coke tends to be expanded. The high availability and low price of petroleum coke have been strongly considered as candidate fuel for power generation facilities. However the high carbon content, high sulfur content and nitrogen content of petroleum fuel are known to produce relatively large quantity of CO2, high NOx and SO2 emission. In this work, a series of numerical simulations have been carried out in order to investigate the effects of swirl flow intensity on combustion furnace, which is most important operating condition. Results show that the temperature distribution was spatially uniform at about 1600K but high temperature region are located quite differently depending on swirl number. In addition, numerical temperature data was compared with experimental temperature data and its temperature difference shows less than 10%. On the other hand, discrepancy between numerical and experimental emission data were slightly large with necessities of improved emission model.

Purpose of this paper is to research about new building type of Korean library and suggest the design of Library which based on the building type changes. This research is based on the idea that change of building type could be derived from Architects' designs. So, we analyzed space programs of Gunpo Library competition, redefined the space programs and suggested the direction of building type changes with program changes through design processes. The conclusions of this research are follows; first, we suggested new zoning system in library building design that is consisted of three separate building based on each building's own functions. Second, new zoning and library design would be helpful to making plan about library building competition. The method that we tried at this projec is useful to other complex building designs which have necessities to redefine building type.

The Glass-Fiber Reinforced Epoxy-Panel(GFREP) is a composite material developed for repairing and strengthening of RC structures. The objective of this study is to verify the applicability of finite element modeling technique to analyze behaviors of RC beams strengthened by the GFREP. In this study, the basic material properties obtained by experiments on the GFREP and the reinforced concrete constitutive models were considered and the comparison between analyses and experiments of RC beam specimens strengthened by the GFREP was made. Although analysis method in this paper was reasonably good, the necessities which can consider the effect of plate-end shear and plate separation were recognized.

It tends to be emphasized that mathematics is the important discipline to develop students' mathematical reasoning abilities such as deduction, induction, analogy, and visual reasoning. This study is aimed for investigating the present state about mathematical reasoning in secondary school. We survey teachers' opinions and analyze the results. The results are analyzed by frequency analysis including percentile, t-test, and MANOVA. Results are the following: 1. Teachers recognized mathematics as knowledge constructed by deduction, induction, analogy and visual reasoning, and evaluated their reasoning abilities high. 2. Teachers indicated the importances of reasoning in curriculum, the necessities and the representations, but there are significant difference in practices comparing to the former importances. 3. To evaluate mathematical reasoning, teachers stated that they needed items and rubric for assessment of reasoning. And at present, they are lacked. 4. The hindrances in teaching mathematical reasoning are the lack of method for appliance to mathematics instruction, the unpreparedness of proposals for evaluation method, and the lack of whole teachers' recognition for the importance of mathematical reasoning

The objective of this study is to analyze the properness, effectiveness and sustainability on the large-scale environment-friendly agricultural districts (LEAD). For this, we survey 11 public officers who manage the LEAD. Most of them aware necessities of LEAD project. They have a higher satisfaction and think that the project affect ripple effect and contribution on environment-friendly agriculture. Main performance expected of the LEAD project is a spread of natural circulation agriculture in connection with cultivation and stockbreeding. For continuance of environment-friendly agriculture after the project, it is necessary to find markets of products. Also policy making related with environment-friendly agricultural technique is required. The results of this study show that the LEAD project need a modification based on field and change of agricultural issues.

Recently, remodeling has been a major field of the building construction that comes up for the alternatives of the reconstruction and the economical construction method. In the almost cases, the engineering capacity for the repair/rehabilitation of the remodeling should satisfy also the owner's various needs (eg, the minimum construction time, etc.) and the safety of the building. Also, the engineering and construction technique for remodeling should be applied to the contrary point of view of the general construction method. But, the many problem actually has arose from the wrongly applied construction method that is caused with the insufficient researches and development. Therefore, this study would suggest the necessities and the directions of developing the elementary engineering technique and the method that satisfy the owner's various needs for the remodeling and repair/rehabilitation of the multi-owned building as multiplex shop, with the successful construction cases.
