산지형 체험테마공원 조성을 위한 환경생태계획 및 훼손저감 기법 연구 (Ecological Planning and Mitigation of Deterioration Technique for Plan of Mountainous Experience Theme Park)

  • Taebaek city is located in the mountainous plateau area therefore the major industry was coal industry. According to dramatically declining of the major industry, Taebaek city is need to alternative industry which associated with considering the geographical characteristics of natural tourism resources for increasing the local economy. On the basis of these reasons, this study can be suggested ecological planning and mitigation of deterioration technique about the these study site. That is the reserved area for mountainous experience theme park. As the results of environmental ecology assessment are following as; The natural ecosystem areas, multi-layer structure forest such as forest of Pinus densiflora, forest of Quercus mongolica and deciduous forest have a high value of nature, diversity and potential. In addition, wild bird habitats were important area as a inhabitation, breeding, feeding and hiding. Therefore, on these areas should be preserved. Also, it needs to conserve on there such as more than three types of wild bird inhabitate areas, the fringe of high biological diversity, the wetland that have got good vegetation condition and the function of amphibia, reptiles crossing. In addition, inhabitation, the waterway of wetland form that have got wide waterside width needs to conserve. In conclusion, on the basis of analysis results such as conditions of plan, environment, ecological assessments, survey informations are able to suggest the connectivity of the axis of forest and management plan. Moreover, in the part of forest restoration plan, we suggest the plan of transplant for a compensation of damaged forest by land use.

여성 지적장애인 마라톤 동호회 활동경험 연구 (A Qualitative Study on Marathon Club Activity Experience of Woman with Intellectual Disabilities)

  • 이 연구는 여성지적장애인의 마라톤 동호회 활동경험을 개인의 성장, 관계형성과정 그리고 삶의 질 향상을 지원하는 평생교육 차원에서 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 마라톤 동호회활동에 참여한 지적장애여성 5명과 정보제공자 5명을 연구 참여자로 선정하였으며 2012년 9월부터 2016년 10월까지 마라톤이 열리는 장소를 중심으로 현장관찰과 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 질적 연구방법을 활용하였으며 코딩과정을 통해 개념화, 소주제, 핵심주제를 생성하고 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 개인적 차원에서의 마라톤 동호회 활동경험은 달리기의 재미, 내면의 자유, 자연과의 동화 등으로 나타나 마라톤 활동 경험이 개인의 성장에 다양한 형태로 영향을 주고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 관계 형성적 차원에서의 경험은 가족과의 소통 및 참여, 참여자 또래와의 관계형성, 이해와 상생 등으로 나타나 마라톤 활동을 통해 소통의 의미와 기술을 익혀가는 과정을 탐색할 수 있었다. 셋째, 마라톤 활동은 삶의 영역을 확장시켜 나가며 사회인으로서 거듭나가는 성숙의 의미로 나타나고 있었다. 결론적으로 마라톤 활동은 여성지적장애인의 삶에 대한 동기부여와 능동적 선택의 기회를 갖게 하고 이를 통해 개인의 성장, 주변사람들과의 관계형성 및 삶의 확장을 통해 사회인으로 거듭나도록 돕는데 이는 삶의 질 향상을 위해 계속적 교육을 추구하는 평생 교육적 의미를 함의하고 있음을 시사하고 있다.

간호대학생의 일상적 창의성, 자아존중감이 사회성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Nursing Students' Everyday Creativity and Self-Esteem on Sociality)

  • Purpose : The aim of this study was to examine the relationships of everyday creativity and self-esteem, with sociality in college students majoring in nursing science and to identify factors that influence sociality. Methods : In the study 209 college students majoring in nursing science in B city were surveyed for the period of July through September 2020. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS statistics 22.0 for Windows to determine the frequency, percentage ratio, average, and standard deviation. Statistical analyses included the t-test, analysis of variance, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Results : The everyday creativity of the nursing students was 3.65±0.43, self-esteem was 3.70±0.63, and sociality was 3.21±.33. Significant differences were observed for self-esteem according to the participant's grade (F=3.11, p=.027), monthly income (F=2.41, p=.050), health condition (F=4.87, p=.001) and clinical experience (t=-2.17, p=.031). Significant differences were not observed with regard to sociality. A static correlation was observed between everyday creativity and self-esteem (r=.478, p<.001) and between everyday creativity and sociality (r=.342, p<.001). Self-esteem and sociality were also statistically correlated (r=.168, p<.05). Factors that influenced the participants' sociality included monthly income (𝛽=.168, p=.015), health condition (𝛽=.178, p=.022), clinical experience (𝛽=-.161, p=.048), ability to find alternative solutions (𝛽=.245, p=.015), and in dependent nature (𝛽=.224, p=.003); The explanatory power was 15.60 %. Conclusion : More research is needed to understand the relationship between everyday creativity, self-esteem, and sociality in college students majoring in nursing science, Greater efforts are needed to develop programs that nurture the sociality of college student majoring in nursing science.

  • During the course of play, children gain special experience in a place where they can explore their surrounding environment and feel emotional stability. This experience of attachment to the place of play is very important in that play can serve as a measurement of the child's growth and development. Therefore, the environment surrounding the child should be understood as a meaningful place that affects a child's life beyond the place of play. The purpose of this study is to propose a spatial planning method where the formation of place attachment is considered in the design of child care facilities, as this is where preschool children spend much of their early formative years. The research methods are as follow: First, we surveyed the relationship between child development and place attachment through literature reviews and found that the factors that form place attachment were summarized as accessibility, complexity, segmentation and nature friendliness. Second, we examined the spatial characteristics of Mitsuru Senda, a Japanese architect who has been intensively studying children's play environments, as well as the characteristics of children's play proposed by his academic research. Finally, we analyzed the relationship between the spatial characteristics supporting play shown in Senda's work, and the four factors of place attachment formation and proposed a planning method for space design applicable to child care facilities.

The Significance of a Performer's 'Unpredictability' and 'Immediacy' to Enhance His/Her 'Identity' as a Doer on Stage

  • This thesis discusses a performer's unpredictability and immediacy as a prerequisite quality and/or ability to facilitate his/her professional identity as a doer on stage. To examine the key principles and approaches, this research focuses on addressing a specific aspect of the performer's transformative experience from those, directors, and practitioners' concepts that inform and enhance the performer's passive readiness on stage. To be precise, this research attempt to interrogate and articulate the place and role of a performer's internal readiness and/or that of inner looking. The performer's inner intensity as seed of action signifies that his/her body is being in a state of listening to every tiny moment with his/her heightened awareness which in turn lead the performer's body to meet the demands of theatre, the whole-body engagement. Here, this thesis argues that the key principles of acting/training underlies the importance of a performer's ethical attitude and at the same time his/her responsibility for what the performer's choices and experiences within the performative involvement, that is, a process of preparation, are not technical matter but rather, the concepts, and/or approaches from those theatre artists' practical assumptions highlight a process of thorough encountering and/or listening to his/her body. Inhabiting and/or obtaining the principles through the performer's body means being free from his/her unnecessary trait(s) which in turn initiate and then move the whole body according to what is happening in the series of moment(s) on stage. What is more, such an appropriate psychophysical order reminds us of the significance of the nature of human/performer's body, namely, to being in a state of one's 'own' body as oneness. From this perspective, this thesis further argues that the performer's body necessarily need to be affected and/or triggered in a sense of responding to the given circumstance where the performer is working on in the here and now.

환자 가족의 중환자실 일기 체험 (The Lived Experiences of Patient's Families with the Intensive Care Unit Diary)

  • Purpose : Intensive care unit (ICU) diaries have been implemented across the international ICU community. This study aimed to comprehend the meaning and nature of the lived experience of patients' families using the ICU diary in Korea. Methods : This qualitative study adopted van Manen's hermeneutic phenomenology. The participants comprised eight women and two men who were the family members of patients in the ICU for more than three days. Data were collected using in-depth interviews and observation from July 2018 to January 2019. Results : Patients' families who experienced the ICU diary recognized it with six beings according to time: a good idea, forgotten stuff, burdensome work, touching service, my stuff, and a thing in the memory. The ICU diary had three essential meanings for the families: communication, solace and hope, and a record of life. These findings were rearranged according to van Manen's fundamental existential, and the lived things and lived others were remarkably confirmed. Conclusion : Patients' families experienced various ICU diary forms over time and recognized an ICU diary as a means of communication. Therefore, the ICU diary is expected to be used as an intervention between families and healthcare providers in the ICU to support mutual communication.

사용자 행동 분석 프레임워크 제안 (A Suggestion of User Behavior analysis Framework)

  • 본 연구는 언어학적 해석 기반의 사용자 중심 디자인 방법론을 제시하고 그 가치를 증명하는 것이다. 연구의 결과로 제안된 사용자 행동 분석 프레임워크는 문장구조와 그 성분들 간의 통사구조가 사용자의 상황과 행동을 설명하는데 있어 논리적 근간이 될 수 있다고 보았다. 이를 기반으로 사용자 행동과 사용자 콘텍스트에 대해 미시적 관점으로 정의와 분류를 진행하였다. 또한 사용자 행동이 목적 지향적 특성의 패턴구조가 있음을 파악하고 이를 전제로 하는 사용자 행동 시퀀스를 구성했다. 다음으로 사용자 행동과 사용자 태도, 사용자 콘텍스트 간의 관계와 의의를 정의하여 사용자 행동 분석 프레임워크를 도출하였다. 프레임워크의 검증을 위해서는 사용자의 경험을 수집하고 프레임워크에 항목화를 실시한 사례연구를 진행하고 프레임워크의 연구적, 실무적 효용가치를 알아보기 위하여 현업 실무자들에게 전문가 평가를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 프레임워크가 가진 정성, 정량적 분석 틀로서의 가치를 증명하였고 향후 개발방향을 수립할 수 있었다.

Toward the Successful Implementation of Problem-Based Learning at the University Level

  • The knowledge-based society increasingly demands professionals possessing essential knowledge, and the ability to use this knowledge effectively in their work settings. In response to the requirement for these professionals, PBL is a promising educational method. This paper suggests an educational development program for faculty to implement problem-based learning(PBL). To implement PBL at the higher educational level, there is a need for a systemic approach. First, a well-designed educational plan for PBL is necessary. Before implementing PBL, both the instructor and the students should be prepared. Faculty members should be well informed on the characteristics of PBL, effective tutoring or facilitation skills, and how to design problems reflecting features of their own academic subject areas. Students also have to know the characteristics of PBL. Both of these groups need to be trained through workshops rather than through lectures. Second, a phase of design and implementation of PBL is necessary. PBL methods may seem to be intuitive and even unstructured because a problem is, in nature, unstructured and authentic. However, a closer look at PBL reveals that it is complex, carefully designed, and highly structured activity. Therefore, if it is poorly and incompletely designed, PBL can be a frustrating and exhausting experience for students and faculty members. Well-designed PBL can be an exhilarating and rewarding experience for both of them. Third, a phase of sharing PBL experiences is important: faculty members who have implemented PBL are required to share their experiences to help others enhance tutoring skills, and acquire practical information of students, contents, and what happened during PBL, and to develop PBL model in a specific domain. Based on the developed PBL model in a specific domain, PBL can be expanded and stabilized at the university level.

Coronary Intravascular Lithotripsy Versus Rotational Atherectomy in an Asian Population: Clinical Outcomes in Real-World Patients

  • Background and Objectives: We compared real-world clinical outcomes of patients receiving intravascular lithotripsy (IVL) versus rotational atherectomy (RA) for heavily calcified coronary lesions. Methods: Fifty-three patients who received IVL from January 2017 to July 2020 were retrospectively compared to 271 patients who received RA from January 2017 to December 2018. Primary endpoints were in-hospital and 30-day major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE). Results: IVL patients had a higher prevalence of acute coronary syndrome (56.6% vs 24.4, p<0.001), multivessel disease (96.2% vs 73.3%, p<0.001) and emergency procedures (17.0% vs 2.2%, p<0.001) compared to RA. In-hospital MACE (11.3% vs 5.9%, p=0.152), MI (7.5% vs 3.3%, p=0.152), and mortality (5.7% vs 3.0%, p=0.319) were not statistically significant. 30-day MACE was higher in the IVL cohort vs RA (17.0% vs 7.4%, p=0.035). Propensity score adjusted regression using IVL was also performed on in-hospital MACE (odds ratio [OR], 1.677; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.588-4.779) and 30-day MACE (OR, 1.910; 95% CI, 0.774-4.718). Conclusions: These findings represent our initial IVL experience in a high-risk, real-world cohort. Although the event rate in the IVL arm was numerically higher compared to RA, the small numbers and retrospective nature of this study preclude definitive conclusions. These clinical outcomes are likely to improve with greater experience and better case selection, allowing IVL to effectively treat complex calcified coronary lesions.

중학생의 "과학자 되어보기" 멘토-멘티 프로그램 참여를 통한 과정으로서 과학의 본성 학습 경험 (The Learning Experience of 7th Graders on NOS (Nature of Science) as a Process in Research-Based "Becoming a Scientist" Mentor-mentee Program)

  • 본 연구는 연구 기반 '실제적' 과학 교육 프로그램이 맥락적으로 과정으로서 과학의 본성 학습을 촉진함을 밝히고자 한 사례 연구다. 이에 '과학자 되어보기' 멘토-멘티 프로그램을 개발하고 7학년 6명에게 8개월간 적용했다. 이 프로그램에서는 과학 교육 연구자인 멘토가 스캐폴딩과 코칭을 제공하며, 멘티 학생들은 연구 문제 선정, 연구설계, 자료 수집과 분석, 논문 작성 및 학회 발표에 이르기까지 과학연구의 전체 과정을 수행한다. 연구 문제는 1) 암묵적 과학 연구 프로그램의 참여자는 연구 단계별 학습 상황에서 무엇을 경험하는가? 2) 암묵적 과학 연구 프로그램에 참여한 학생은 각 학습 상황에서 '과정으로서 NOS'에 대해 어떤 관점을 구성하는가? 등이다. 수업 관찰, 사후 면담, 멘토의 성찰 보고서, 학생 산출물 등이 수집 및 분석되었다. 연구 결과, 참여 학생들은 1) 연구 문제 망각과 혼란, 2) 자료 오류의 처리와 파기, 3) 연구자 입장에 따른 자료 해석, 4) 전반적 연구 경험과 논문 작성, 5) 학술대회 발표장에서의 경험 등의 다양한 상황에서 연구문제의 역할, 측정값의 유효성, 자료 해석에서의 주관성, 과학 지식의 생성과 동료 심사, 학술 대회의 의의 등 과정으로서의 과학에 대한 각자의 관점을 학습했다. 참여 학생들이 공통적으로 학습한 NOS 관점은 현대적 인식론에 가까웠다. 본 연구는 과학 연구의 구체적 상황과 과정으로서 NOS 학습을 관련지어 보여줌으로써 NOS의 맥락적 학습이 가능함을 보였다. 본 연구에서는 과학자가 하는 일과의 유사성이 아닌 학습자의 주체성 및 의미와 관련지어 '실제성'을 정의했고, 이렇듯 상황학습론적 가정에 입각한 프로그램은 성공적인 NOS 학습을 촉진했다. 본 연구의 가정과 결과는 과학 교육에서 실제성의 의미와 실제적 과학 학습 환경의 구현 방식에 대한 재고의 필요성을 시사한다. 연구 기반 과학 교육 프로그램에서 성공적인 NOS 학습이 가능하도록 하기 위해서는 본 프로그램과 같이 1) 과학자가 하는 일의 주요 요소를 포함함으로써 풍부한 맥락을 제공하고, 2) 반구조화된 수업 설계를 바탕으로 학생이 연구의 주도권을 소유하도록 하며, 3) 과학 연구 내용이 연구자에게 관련되고 의미 있도록 해야 한다.
