Dispatch of ROK Armed Forces is a significant contemporary event that enhances the ROK's position in the international communities and ensures the solid national security by contributing international peace keeping operations. Indirectly, dispatch of armed forces also can contribute to strengthen the national defense. However, despite its importance, record management related to the dispatch is not done properly. Because variable records produced in the process of dispatching troops are transferred to distributed archives, searching or accessing each record is not easy and making a collection from a series of record related to certain dispatch is more difficult. Moreover, since most transferred records were produced in the public domain, production and management of record in the aspect of archive of everyday life is needed. In this paper, we summarize the current state of domestic records by dispatch procedure, organization, and dispatched troops. And we also explore the problem of record management.

A prerequisite for a lasting ceasefire is the emergence of a prevailing view in Moscow and Kyiv that the fighting has reached a hurting stalemate. In sum, they both lose more through continuing warfare than by a ceasefire. This study applies social identity dynamics of nationalism to this escalatory conflict. It generates findings that imply that China as a third-party great power intervening mediator can potentially play a pivotal role. Shifting the respective prevailing views in Moscow and Kyiv of their interaction from a zero-sum foundation requires proffering powerful economic and political third-party incentives. Effective inducement would facilitate national defense, development and prestige for Moscow as well as Kyiv. China arguably has the underutilized potential power capabilities necessary to alter the respective prevailing views of strategic relationships among the great powers within Moscow, Brussels and Washington. A prerequisite for success in striving effectively towards this strategic goal is cooperation with the Beijing despite skepticism from Washington. This study utilizes a process tracing methodological approach. It highlights that the foundations of the Russo-Ukraine war lie in the institutionalization within Euro-Atlantic integration of the Cold War assumption that the USSR was an imperialist revisionist actor. Russia is the USSR's successor state. Moscow's prevailing view is that Russian national self-determination was unjustly circumscribed in the multinational Soviet totalitarian Communist system. The Euro-Atlantic community is perceived as a neocolonial imperial threat by allying with post-1991 Ukrainian nationalism at Russia's expense. The study finds that acknowledging Eurasian regional multipolarity is necessary, if not sufficient, to coopt Beijing into a global political stabilization strategy. It functionally aims to promote international balancing to lessen potentials for horizontal as well as vertical escalation of the Russo-Ukrainian conflict.

To explore on the defense strategies against hervivory of Juglans regia and J. mandshurica, morphological characteristics of the leaf, leaf domatia structure and the number, herbivores insects and mites on the leaves, collected from the trees growing in Mt. Chiak, Mt. Cheongtae, Mt. Jungwang, Namyangju-si and Wonju-si, were investigated from May to October, 2009. Domatia of J. mandshurica revealed tuft type, these of J. regia revealed pocket+tuft type. Domatia number per leaflet proved the higher figures, 28.3/leaflet for J. mandshurica, and the lower, 19.6/leaflet for J. regia. Leaf surface trichomes of J. regia revealed stellates only on the domatia structures, and that of J. mandshurica does dense stellates and glandular hairs on the leaf-blade and vein. Predatory mites' number per leaflet proved highly significant differences among tree species, and mean of predatory mites was higher values (4.8/leaflet) in J. mandshurica and lower values (3.5/leaflet) in J. regia. Small amount of nectar are found distal veinparts on the leaf margin of J. mandshurica. Dense glandular hairs on the lower leaf surfaces of J. mandshurica estimates useful strategy against herbivory. It may be possible to breed J. regia for better expression of leaf traits such as dense glandular hairs that increase predator populations and efficacy.

In the defense industry, national security takes priority over economic sense and this has translated into high cost and long-term research and development. However, the exponential growth of technology and rapid changes in the security situation in recent years have resulted in a call for the development of systems at a low cost within a short period of time. In order to implement a modularization strategy in the field of defense, the introduction of line replaceable units in OO systems needs to be prioritized. This study selects six criteria following a literature review and prioritizes 11 modules for OO systems using the project evaluation method, Grey Relational Analysis (GRA). Based on the GRA results, the grey relational grades were derived as 0.83, 0.81 and 0.80 for the M11 (Main board), M8 (EMI module), M3 (Single board computer) modules, respectively. The cost and time of development is expected to be reduced in accordance with the grey relational grade. The results of this research could be utilized for decision making on adopting modularization in similar system development or product improvement programs (PIPs).

In 2002, the government arranged an institutional strategy to make it possible for a consumers to make a claim for damages caused by product defects against a business that produces and sells a product by enforcing the Product Liability Law(hereinafter referred to as 'PL'). On the other hand, due to the recent humidifier sterilizer accident, approximately 12 cases of related bills, such as a revised bill for the product liability law, have been proposed to the National Assembly at present in an effort to introduce the group action system and punitive compensation system for the purpose of the strengthening of the corporate product liability, and consumer damage relief. Ironically, as much as 62.6% of small & medium businesses, which are actual interested parties to this bill, are unaware of this. Many companies are responding to PL with the rationalization of document preparation & storage, clarification of responsibility relations with related business operators, and PL insurance policy purchase, or securing compensation funds as a means of Product Liability Defense(PLD), but the methods of preparation such as this leave much room for limits on the considerations of product design and product safety. This paper presents the individual management system model with more focus on product safety by looking into the clear concept of PL and the countermeasures against it, grasping the relevance between the PL system and individual management system, and integrating the PL response system in preparation for the PL. It is hoped that the result of this research objective will be evaluated as a rational countermeasure for small & medium businesses to respond effectively to the PL.

The most important bases of maritime laws in China are laws enacted by Constitution, a legislative institution of National People's Congress and Legislation of NPC Standing Committee. However, in reality, the institution, which become the basis of Chinese marine policy and leads overall maritime affairs, is a State Council of the Chinese central government and many objects of our researches on Chinese marine policy and laws are composed centering on this administration law. Therefore, in understanding Chinese maritime laws, it becomes an important prerequisite to understand relevant laws (statutes), administration law, statutes of local province, mutual authority relationships of these legislative institutions, and interpretation authority regarding laws (statutes). In May 2003, Chinese State Council ratified and declared ${\ll}$Guideline of the national maritime economic development plan${\gg}$ and this is the first macroinstructive document enacted by the Chinese government for promoting maritime economy in integration development. This plan guideline shows very well a new policy and deployment direction of maritime policy in China. China is already striving to lead its maintenance stage of domestic legislation into a new stage under the UN maritime laws agreement system and this is an expression of intention to take national policy regarding the ocean as a new milestone for the national economy through concurrent developments in various fields such as national territory, economy, science technology, national defense, and maritime biology. In this point, Chinese maritime policy and maritime legislation provide lots of indexes of lessons in many parts. In particular, regarding Korea, which has to solve many issues with China in Yellow Sea, East China Sea, and Balhae, we have to realize that we can maximize national interest only with a systematic approach to research on changes of domestic policies and maritime legislation within China. In addition, in understanding Chinese maritime related laws, we have to realize it is an important task to not only understand legislative subjects for mutual creation of order within the entire frame of law orders of China but also to predict and react to direction of policy of Chinese domestic legislation through dynamics of these subjects.

Ministry of Information and Communication is pushing for IT 839 strategy that has main points : 8 major service which can develop IT industry of Korea on the whole, 3 major infra, and 9 major new growth power. Of these, RFID/USN utilizing service is expected to exert a great influence the whole industry from field that is closely related with our life to national defense, supply, construction, transportation, physical distribution, manufacture, circulation, and service. In domestic case, departure of RFID/USN field is a little bit later than advanced nation's, and a technique difference between domestic field and that of advanced nation is about 2 years. In this situation, in order to develop middleware of various field gearing RFID Tag efficiently, we have to study about user interface and data analysis technique that is used in middleware commonly. This paper searches about WPF that appears in user interface field with up-to-date technique, and embodies 3 dimension visualization information system with WPF.

This study is to investigate into the factors that influence the use of a military logistics information system in Korean army. We developed the research model based on DTPB (Decomposed Theory of Planned Behavior) because the DTBP is an appropriate model in a mandatary using environment through the study of previous technology-acceptance models. A questionnaire survey was conducted with Korean army solders and civilian components who use the army logistics information system and 266 valid questionnaires are recovered. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS and AMOS. The results show that perceived usefulness and ease of use did not affect the attitude of the use intention. The influence of colleagues and upper class officers was all satisfactory and computer self-efficiency affected perceived control of behavior. The results of this study will contribute to the further use of the military logistics information system and future development strategy.

The purpose of this study is to find the way that how to gain excellent human resources now and in the future. The Ministry of National Defense to study US military Acquisition system. Korean military strategy in the situation of the confrontation between South and North Korea and in the situation of the international relationship and the way of constructing the military strength for the future. To improve Acquisition Program of Human Strength, we must develope and assess the future strategic environment of the Korean Peninsula especially Acquisition Program of Human Strength.

Through the convergence of the games industry value creation is possible regions. It typically appears as a Serious Game. Education, medical, defense such as industry and convergence are creating greater added value. The government also identified the importance of the games industry, and the budget set, game development, support business, human resources development policy, along with business and industry to industry to solve the social problems of regulatory policy and operations are being announced. However, by accessing it from a different perspective on the continued growth of the industry's problems is thought to act as. Thus, policymakers in government positions and in fact industry to conduct business in the private sector to reflect both the position of the design of a new development approach is needed. In this study examines the current game industry development policies, as well as activities at corporate level and industry level, the activities of national at the same time that the service should consider using a model with an integrated perspective of the games industry development policy is proposed.
