Also, the study aims to look into the relationship that exists between these two factors and provide information to help women live and work better with higher self-satisfaction. As for the research process, 210 women aged 20 to 30 engaging in sales and services of clothing, financing, and cosmetics sales were asked to fill out questionnaires. Survey results indicate that women who received college education and beyond as well as those working in the cosmetics sales area were exceptional in their psychological wellbeing. In addition, women with higher income, especially those who work in the cosmetics sales field and are not yet married participated in nail management behavior with the most enthusiasm. Therefore as for the relationship between psychological wellbeing and nail management behavior, it can be said that the better one's psychological wellbeing is, the more one is likely to strive for uniqueness in managing nails.

  • This study is to identify whether a difference exists between factors that influence the time when independently owned nail shops and franchises commence business. Futhermore, we set out to investigate the criteria for nail shop owners use when selecting franchise nail shops with a relatively high level of customer satisfaction and performance, to discuss the necessity of a franchise agreement. An actual analysis has revealed that there is a difference in factors that influence management at the time of and after the inception of independently owned shops and franchise nail shops. Business performance of franchise shops, as a result of evaluating customer satisfaction or monthly sales, turns out to be higher than independently owned shops. The criteria for selecting franchise stores includes intensity of competitiveness in the same business district, accessibility, ability to keep up with current trends, directors' skills, color scheme, excellence of company logo, interesting interior, reasonable prices compared to the level of cosmetic procedure and efforts to motivate employees. Overall, the deciding factor enabling shops to operate continuously is constant supervision from the headquarters of the franchise company.

  • Soil nailing systems are generally many used in underground excavations and reinforcements of slopes since the first construction as a temporary retaining wall in 1993, Korea. In recently, they are many attempts to expand the permanent reinforcements of slopes However, experimental studies related to soil nailing systems are insufficient Specially, there are no researches related in the large scaled load tests of soil nailed walls in Korea In this study, a case study on the large scaled load tests of soil nailed walls is introduced and the behavior characteristic of them is investigated Also, they are proposed allowable deformation corresponding to the serviceability limit of soil nail walls and ultimate deformation corresponding to the collapse state of the walls. These results can be applied to the maintenance management of soil nailed walls And analysis on the required minimum factor of safety of soil nailed walls using the relation curve of load ratio and deformation ratio are carried out
