육상 이동통신 채널에서 복소 다중비율 필터뱅크를 채용한 DS-CDMA/TDMA 공존 시스템의 성능 분석 (Performance Analysis of Co-Existence of DS-CDMA and TDMA System by Using Complex Multirate Filter Bank in Land Mobile Channel)

  • 직접확산 부호분할 다원접속(DS-CDMA) 시스템과 시분할 다원접속(TDMA) 시스템을 동일 주파수 대역에서 증첩하여 전송한 때 DS-CDMA 수선선호는 TDMA 선호에 의한 협대역 간섭이 문제된다. 따라서 본 논문에 서는 DS- COMA 수선선호의 협대역 간섭파(NI)를 제거하는 방법으로 복소 다중비율 필터뱅크(CMRFB)를 이용한 노치 펀터를 채용하여 AWGN, COMA 다중접속간섭 및 TDMA에 의한 Nl가 존재하는 육상 이동통신 채널에서 DS-COMA 선호의 성능과 공존 가능한 TOMA 채널 수를 분석하였고 노치 필터를 채용한 시스템에서가 거의 완벽하게 제거됨음 알 수 있었다.

  • The smart space is composed of the wire and/or wireless network, multi-sensor-based environment, and many various controllers. For the smart space, this paper presents a new design method of multirate digital decentralized controller using the intelligent digital redesign technique. In specific, the proposed method is based on the delta-operator and the multirate sampling and takes the form of the LMIs. To shows the feasibility of the suggested method, the computer simulations for Heating, ventilating, and ai. conditioning (HVAC) system are provided.

  • This paper proposes a design method of a CDBC(Continuous-time Deadbeat Controller)system that takes into account the response between the sampling instant and using second-order smoothing elements. The continuous deadbeat controller is composed of a serial integral compensator and a local feedback compensator introduced into the state feedback loop. A DC servo motor is chosen for implementing CDBC algorithm. Especially according to the variable input and disturbance, corresponding CDBC design method is suggested. A Matlab Simulink is used for simulation with the Motor parameter. By computer simulations, control inputs and system outputs are shown to have desirable property such as smoothness.

  • 디지털제어에 잘 사용되어 온 유한정정제어를 연속계에 적용하기는 연속계의 점근성 때문에 어려운 것으로 알려져 있다. 그러나 유한 Laplace변환을 전달함수에 적용하고 여기에 정정조건을 적용하여 제어기를 설계한 연속계 유한정정제어기(CDBC, Continuous-time Deadbeat Controller)에 대해서 연구가 되고 있다. 이에 따라 지연요소가 전달함수에 사용되어 정정을 위한 차수 및 보간조건이 유도되어 제어기가 설계되거나, 디지털 유한정정제어기를 설계하고 이를 연속계 제어기로 변환하기 위해 평활요소로 사용하여 CDBC를 구성하기도 한다. 본 논문에서는 다중 샘플링을 적용하여 제어기와 출력귀환루프의 샘플링 속도를 달리하였으며, 2차 평활요소를 디지털 유한정정제어기에 사용한 CDBC를 연구한다. 이러한 다중 샘플링은 샘플링 주기 동안에 제어루프를 또 샘플링하여 전체적인 출력응답을 개선할 수 있다. 제어기는 직렬 적분 보상기를 전향경로에 배치하고 지역 귀환보상기를 귀환 루프에 도입한다. Matlab Simulink을 사용하여 시뮬레이션을 한다.

  • This paper proposes a stabilizing controller for the multirate sampled-data systems, which have a periodic output measurement scheme, in case of the open-loop unstable plant. A sufficient condition for maintaining observability in the multirate sampled-data systems is derived and a design strategy for filtered disturbance rejection is proposed. We also propose a design method for the plant output estimator. It is shown that the proposed pre-stabilizing controllers can stabilize the plant through the simulations. The proposed controller has IMC structure, and can be decomposed into the pre-stabilizing controller, the plant output estimator, the filtered disturbance estimator and the inverse of the fast pre-stabilized plant model. We assume that the plant is open-loop unstable and the disturbance consists of a sum of finite number of sinusoids with different frequencies. Some examples are presented for illustrations.

다속신호처리 기법을 이용한 LTE 시스템 채널 추정기법 설계 (Design of a Channel Estimator for the LTE System Based on the Multirate Signal Processing)

  • The Long Term Evolution (LTE) system is based on the Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) and relies its channel estimation on the lattice-type pilot samples in the multipath fading channel environment. The estimation of the channel frequency response (CFR) makes use of the least squares estimate (LSE) for each pilot samples, followed by an interpolation both in time- and in frequency-domain to fill up the channel estimates for subcarriers corresponding to data samples. Any interpolation scheme could be adopted for this purpose. Depending on the requirements of the target system, we may choose a simple linear interpolation or a sophisticated one. For any choice of an interpolation scheme, these is a trade-off between estimation accuracy and numerical cost. For those wireless communication systems based on the OFDM and the preamble-type pilot structure, the DFT-based channel estimation and its variants have been successfully. Yet, it may not be suitable for the lattice-type pilot structure, since the pilot samples are not sufficient to provide an accurate estimate and it is known to be sensitive to the location as well as the length of the time-domain window. In this paper, we propose a simple interpolated based on the upsampling mechanism in the multirate signal processing. The proposed method provides an excellent alternative to the DFT-based methods in terms of numerical cost and accuracy. The performance of the proposed technique is verified on a multipath environment suggested on a 3GPP LTE specification.

다상분해 신호의 주파수 스펙트럼 압축 효과 (The Frequency Spectrum Compression Effects for Polyphase Decomposition Signal)

  • 디지털신호처리에 있어서 신호의 다상분해(polyphase decomposition)는 멀티레이트(multirate) 시스템 구현에 있어서 다양한 용도로 사용된다. 특히 디지털 필터설계 등에 있어서 다채널 신호를 제공함으로써 병열연산을 가능하게 하여 알고리즘의 성능을 개선하는데 특히 유용하다. 일반적으로 다상분해신호는 원신호를 다운샘플링을 위해 데시메이션(decimation)하기 때문에 원신호에 비해 많은 고주파 성분을 포함하여 주파수 대역이 확장되는 경향이 있다. 이러한 성질은 다상분해신호의 활용, 즉 디지털 신호처리 시스템의 구조나 성능에 상당한 제약을 초래한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다상분해신호에 대한 완전 대역압축 및 복원 방법을 이론적으로 제시하고 Matlab 시뮬레이션을 통하여 그 유효성을 확인한다.

Improved Digital Redesign for Fuzzy Systems: Compensated Bilinear Transform Approach

  • This paper presents a new intelligent digital redesign (IDR) method via the compensated bilinear transformation to design the digital controller such that the digital fuzzy system is equivalent to the analog fuzzy system in the sense of the state-matching. This paper especially consider a multirate control scheme with a predictive feature, where the digital control input is held constant N times between the sampling points. More precisely, the multirate control scheme is proposed that utilizes a numerical integration scheme to approximately predict the current state from the state measured at the sampling points, the delayed measurements. For this system, the IDR conditions incorporated with stabilizability in the format of the linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) are derived. The superiority of the proposed technique is convincingly visualized through a numerical example.

  • In this paper,we consider a LQG problem subject to the stochastic multirate system. By restating the problem as a periodic LQG problem, it is pointed out that the lack of measurements and control inputs in some time instants makes the problem singular. A method of transforming the problem into a nonsingular one enables us to obtain the solution,however which gives a resulting value of the LQG cost and the setimation error dynamic different with those of the original system. As a consequence, we present a optimal value of the original cost and the estimation error covariance of the original system,which are expressed by periodic Lyapunov equation respectively. The evaluation resulte can be exploited in comparing the control system performances and specifying the sampling rates.
