서울 도심의 실제 도로 주행 조건에서 소형자동차의 주행인자와 CO2 배출 특성에 관한 연구 (The Characteristics of Driving Parameters and CO2 Emissions of Light-Duty Vehicles in Real-Driving Conditions at Urban Area in Seoul)

  • 본 논문에서는 소형자동차에 이동식 배출가스 측정장비(PEMS)를 탑재하여 서울 도심의 실제 도로를 주행하고, 주행인자와 $CO_2$ 배출량 간의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 주요 주행인자로는 평균차속, 상대가속도(RPA-Relative Positive Acceleration), 정지비율을 선정하였고, 도로유형을 단속류와 연속류로 구분하여 분석하였다. 주행거리 기반의 이동평균구간 계산 방법을 적용하여 다양한 주행조건에서의 평균값을 구하고, 다중 선형 회귀분석 방법을 통해 주행인자와 $CO_2$ 배출량 간의 상관관계를 조사하였다. 이러한 분석을 통해 자동차의 $CO_2$ 배출량은 평균차속이 증가함에 따라 감소하고, RPA와 정지비율의 증가에 따라 증가하는 경향이 있음을 통계적인 방법으로 확인하였다. 단속류는 연속류와 비교하였을 때 평균차속이 상당히 낮고, RPA와 정지비율은 높게 나타나는데, 이러한 주행인자분포의 차이로 인해 단속류의 단위주행거리 당 $CO_2$ 배출량이 높은 것으로 판단된다.

  • 2007년 3월 건설교통부에서는 "지반조사성과 전산화 및 활용에 관한 지침"을 제정하여 훈령으로 시행하였다. 2007년 지반정보DB 구축사업은 건설교통부의 지침 적용에 따른 지반정보 유통체계 안정화를 위한 시범사업으로 진행 중이며, 지반정보 유통시스템에 대한 사용자 교육도 함께 수행하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 건설교통부 지침을 통하여 건설현장에서 지반조사성과를 전산화하기 위한 지반정보 입력시스템의 통일된 DB구조 및 항목 정의를 위한 지반조사양식의 표준화, 유통용 지반정보 생성을 위한 메타데이터의 표준화, 국가좌표계 변환에 따른 세계측지계 기반의 시추공의 공간정보 생성 등의 핵심내용들을 중심으로 개발된 지반정보 입력시스템을 소개하고자 한다. 또한, 시범사업을 통하여 분석된 지반정보 입력시스템의 활용 현황과 입력자료 처리통계내용을 소개하고, 시범사업을 통하여 발생한 문제점을 분석하여 향후 지반정보 입력시스템의 개선사항을 제시하고자 한다. 기관별 지반조사성과양식 및 메타데이터 표준화를 통해 개발된 지반정보 입력시스템의 현장 활용을 위해 수행한 교육과 시범사업 수행 결과, 대부분의 사용자들이 쉽게 활용할 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 하지만, 메타데이터 생성의 복잡성, 시추공 정보창 이동 부분 오류, 컴퓨터 OS환경에 따른 인스톨프로그램의 부분 인식오류 등의 지반정보 입력시스템의 문제점이 발생하였다. 특히, 건설교통부 산하기관 중 대한주택공사의 개별적 표준양식 활용 및 지반조사입력자 특이성 등이 발생하여 지반정보 입력시스템의 부분적인 개선이 필요하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 도출된 문제점 및 개선사항들은 2008년 지반정보 DB센터 운영 및 관리 시 우선적으로 보완할 계획이다.

여닫이형 방사선 치료의 검증: 잔여 움직임의 선량적 영향 (Verification of Gated Radiation Therapy: Dosimetric Impact of Residual Motion)

  • 여닫이형 방사선 치료에서, 잔여 움직임으로 인하여 방사선은 실직적인 질병의 부위 뿐만이 아니라 주변 정상조직까지 투여 되도록 되어 있다. 비록 표적이 방사선 투여 중 움직이지만, 방사선이 최소한도로 실질적인 부위 (임상적 표적 체적)에 조사되기를 원한다. 본 연구의 목적은 여닫이형 치료에 있어서 방사선이 실질적인 표적에 투여되는지를 검증하고, 여닫이 범위, 움직임의 정도 및 임상적 표적체적의 크기의 변화에 따라, 표적및 주변 조직에 투여되는 방사선의 경향을 연구하는 데 있다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 실험 및 이론적인 연구를 고안하여 수행하였다. 직육각형 및 피라미드형의 표적 체적을 내포하는 팬텀을 만들어 움직이며 4차원 영상을 얻었다. 여러 여닫이 범위를 얻어진 영상에 적용하여 치료계획용 내부표적(표적체적 및 내부 움직임범위포함)을 만들었다. 직육각형 표적에는 전통적인 치료계획을 그리고 피라미드형 표적에는 세기 변조형 치료계획을 세웠다. 평판형 다이오드에 치료계획에서 얻어진 여닫이형 방사선을 수직으로 조사하여 실험적으로 선량평가를 수행하였고 또한 움직이는 상황에서 선량투여를 전산적으로 모사하였다. 본 연구는 두 표적에 대한 반음영 영역의 확장 및 움직임으로 인하여 방해 받았으나 확실하게 수행된 표적 선량투여 그리고 주변 조직에 투여된 상당량의 선량등을 수반하는 잔여움직임의 영향을 정량적으로 그리고 해석적으로 분석하였다. 선량-체적 히스토그램 분석에 따르면, 내부표적에는 여닫이 범위 또는 움직임 정도가 감소함에 따라 또한 표적체적이 증가함에 따라 선량이 증가함을 보였고, 내부 움직임 범위에 해당하는 체적에 대하여는 여닫이 범위 또는 움직임 정도가 감소함에 따라 선량이 증가하였고, 마지막으로 주변 정상조직에 대하여는, 내부 움직임 범위와는 반대의 경향을 보였다. 본 연구는 잔여움직임의 영향에 대하여 확실한 이해를 주었고 호흡행태가 재생되는한 불연속적인 투여과 표적의 움직임에도 불구하고 여당이형 방사선 치료는 안전함을 입증하였다. 본연구에서 수반된 절차와 전산적 모델은 여닫이형 치료의 시작점 검증, 주기적인 품질관리 및 환자별 검증에 사용될 수 있다. 환자별 영상에 선량을 재구성하는 방향으로 추후 연구가 필요하다.

북한 핵실험 모니터링 : 1, 2차 비교 (Monitoring North Korea Nuclear Tests: Comparison of 1st and 2nd Tests)

  • 북한지역에서 핵실험으로 추정되는 두 번의 발파가 관측되었다. 한국지질자원연구원 관측소와 한중 공동관측소는 북한과 주변국간의 경계에 고르게 분포하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 북한 핵실험 장소로부터 200 km에서 550 km 거리에 있는 광대역 지진 관측소의 자료를 사용하여 북한의 2차례 핵실험을 비교 분석하였다. 관측소별 1차 실험과 2차 실험의 초동 Pn 도착 시간차를 비교함으로서 상대적인 위치이동을 계산할 수 있다. Pn 속도를 8 km/s로 가정하고, 실험 장소와 관측소간의 기하학적인 관계를 이용하여 계산한 결과, 2차 장소는 1차 장소로부터 서북서 방향으로 2 km 거리에 위치하는 것으로 추정된다. P 파로부터 계산된 2차 실험의 실체파 규모는 평균적으로 4.5이나, 관측소별로는 최대 5.2에서 최소 4.1로 아주 큰 차이를 보인다. 이에 비해 Lg 파로부터 계산한 2차 실험의 규모는 평균적으로 4.6이며, 관측소별로 최대 4.7에서 최소 4.3사이로 P 파에 의한 규모에 비해 관측소간의 차이가 작다. 1, 2차 실험의 이동 윈도우 주파수 스펙트럼은 매우 비슷한 패턴을 보여 주며 두 실험의 초동 P 파의 모서리 주파수는 거의 차이가 없다. 따라서 2차 실험의 깊이가 1차 때와 비슷한 것으로 추정된다. 2차 실험의 폭발력은 관측소별 1차와 2차의 지반속도비로부터 계산한 결과 1차에 비하여 8배 큰 것으로 추정된다.

<스카이 크롤러>를 통해 본 오시이 마모루 감독의 '현대세계' 재현과 인식 (Director Oshii Mamoru's Recognition and Representation of Modern World Shown in )

  • 오시이 마모루에 대한 연구는 대체로 그의 작품들이 현실의 황폐함을 '폐허'의 이미지로 재현하고 있다는데 집중해 왔다. 또 오시이 마모루의 애니메이션이 점점 디자인적으로 '현실미'를 드러내기 위해 발전해 갔다고도 주장해 왔다. 그러나 본 연구는 그의 작품이 근대적 자본주의의 억압된 '현대세계'를 벗어날 수 있는, 전복의 가능성을 모색하고 있음에 주목하고자 한다. 이를 위해 <스카이 크롤러>(The Sky Crawlers)를 공간, 신체, 일상성 세 가지 층위로 나누어 분석했다. 2장에서는 <스카이 크롤러>의 공간이 근대적이고 기계적인 빈틈없이 자본화된 공간이자 '반복'의 성질을 지닌 폐쇄된 회로와 같은 공간임을 분석했다. 3장에서는 캐릭터 신체의 측면에서 <스카이 크롤러>가 '키르도레'(Kildren)라는 인간과 비인간의 사이에서 유동하는 신체를 제시하고 있으며 이를 통해 현대세계의 자본화되고 물화된 신체를 재현하고 있다고 분석했다. 또 그 신체가 처한 극단적 불안이 현대세계의 노동 유연화에 따른 '불안'과 '장소상실' 현상을 반영하고 있음을 밝혀 보았다. 4장에서는 미장센과 디자인 그리고 연출의 측면에서 현대세계의 '일상성'이 신체에 남긴 '기억'과 '습관'의 측면을 분석했다. 5장에서는 이런 현대세계에 대한 현실 인식을 바탕으로 오시이 마모루가 근대공간에서 어떻게 '도주'하고자 하는가를, 근대적 일상을 어떻게 '전유'하려 하는지를 살펴보았다. 6장 결론에서는 이러한 오시이 마모루의 작품이 지닌 의미와 가치를 해석해 보았다.

기원후 600년간 한반도 지구 자기장 고영년변화 (Geomagnetic Paleosecular Variation in the Korean Peninsula during the First Six Centuries)

  • 지구 자기장의 고영년변화(PSV)를 이용하면 시대 미상의 고고학적 유적에 대한 연대측정이 가능하며, 이를 고고지자기 연대측정 기법이라 한다. 고고지자기 연대측정을 위해서는 비쌍극자기장을 반영하는 그 지역의 PSV 모델이 필요하다. 그동안 국내에서는 자료의 부족으로 시험적 한반도 영년변화 곡선(t-KPSV)을 사용하였으나, 이는 서남 일본의 영년변화(JPSV)로부터 수학적인 계산을 사용한 곡선이므로, 비쌍극자기장의 영향을 고려하지 못하여 신뢰성이 부족하다. 이번 연구는 그동안 한반도에서 수행된 고고지자기학적 연구 결과와 이미 발표되어 신뢰할 수 있는 연구 자료를 바탕으로 한반도 삼국 시대(원삼국 시대 포함)에 해당하는 AD 1~600년 동안의 PSV를 분석하여 곡선을 제시하였다. 제시된 PSV 곡선은 전 지구적 지자기 예측 모델과 비교 분석하였으며, 시험적 한반도 고영년변화(t-KPSV) 곡선과도 비교하였다. 선별된 고고지자기 방향 자료는 시료 수(N) ≥ 6개와 높은 신뢰도를 보이는 통계자료(𝛼95 ≤ 7.8°, k ≥ 57.8)를 보였으며, 전국의 16개 지역에서 총 49개의 자료로 구성된다. 수집한 자료의 고고학적 연대는 방사성 탄소연대측정 결과와 고고학적 편년을 사용하였고, 연대 오차는 ±200년 이하의 기준으로 선별하였다. 선별된 자료들은 편각 341.7~20.1°, 복각 43.5~60.3°의 범위에 분포하며, 이동창문기법(moving window method)을 사용하여 과거 600년간 한반도 PSV 곡선인 KPSV0.6k를 제시하였다. 제시된 모델은 기존의 t-KPSV 곡선과 차이를 보이며, 전 지구적 지자기 모델(ARCH3K.1, CALS3K.4, SED3K.1)에 대비한 결과, 모델들과 방향의 변화 경향이 일치하였으며, 특히 ARCH3K.1 모델이 본 연구에서 제시한 KPSV0.6k와 가장 잘 일치하였다. 이러한 결과는 한국과 일본이 지리적으로는 근접해 있으나 비쌍극자기장 영향이 매우 다르게 나타나며, 따라서 이러한 영향이 고려된 전 지구적 모델이 한반도의 영년변화를 보다 잘 나타낼 수 있는 것으로 해석된다. 따라서 고고지자기 연대측정을 위해서 독자적 영년변화 곡선 구축이 필요하며, 보다 정교한 전 지구적 모델을 위해 보다 많은 신뢰성 높은 한반도의 고고지자기 자료 확보가 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 실제 고고학적 유적지를 대상으로 실시한 고고지자기 연대측정 결과, KPSV0.6k와 ARCH3K.1 모델에선 고고학적 편년과 일치하는 연대를 제시하였다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The correlation between glucose concentration and parameters was the best at 610nm. 30535 T00401030535 ^x Radiation-induced fibrosarcoma tumors were grown on the flanks of C3H mice. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. To synthesize microspheres for biomedical application, "two stage shot growth method" was developed. The uniformity ratio of synthesized microspheres was always smaller than 1.05. And the surface charge density (or the number of ionizable functional groups) of the microspheres synthesized by "two stage shot growth method" was 6~13 times higher than that of the microspheres synthesized by conventional seeded batch copolymerization. As a previous step for biomedical application, adsorption experiments of bovine albumin on microspheres were carried out under various conditions. In this BEAM, instantaneous change and average energy distribution over any arbitrary time interval of brain electrical activity could be observed and analyzed easily. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. We have used an IBM 486 compatible PC with 16MB main memory, 210 MB hard disk drive, 9 RS-232C port and 24 pin dot printer. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. The authors suggests that this system based on down-sized computer could provide a progressive approach to total LIS based on local area network, and the implemented system could serve as a model for other hospital's LIS for routine hematology. 30609 T00401030609 ^x To develop an artificial bone substitute that is gradually degraded and replaced by the regenerated natural bone, the authors designed a composite that is consisted of calcium phosphate and collagen.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases.
