Recently, it is getting more and more important ensuring the integrity for the equipment degradation according to the increase of nuclear power plant operating period. In many equipment of the nuclear power plant, snubbers mainly installed in reactor coolant pumps, steam generators and piping protected the equipment and piping from the occurrence of transient dynamic loads such as the earthquake, thermal load during the plant operation. This report describes the function, regulation, inspection requirements and management status of the snubbers installed in domestic nuclear power plants.
Time-frequency analysis (TFA) method was applied to identify the integrity of the internal local surface of a pipe where some chemical corrosions are likely to occur by acid mixed in the coolant of nuclear power plants. The spalling out of internal material pieces by corrosion induces some transient signals and the change of structural vibration of a local point in the pipe. It is therefore possible to detect the corrosion detachment through the measurement of the transient acoustic signals or the vibration signals. In this presentation, the TFA was configured on the vibrational signal data of the pipe and it is identified that the TFA can Provide an important information, i.e., the amplitude fluctuations in the instantaneous frequency of each characteristic frequency.
Early detection of premonitory symptom of slope movement ensures tremendous saving of lives and repair costs from catastrophic disaster. Therefore, it is essential to constantly monitor the performance and integrity of both reinforced and un-reinforced cut slopes. We developed a novel monitoring system by using tension wire sensors. It's advantages are highly sensitivity, simple installation, large displacement measurement, durability of system, capability of remote sensing. Real-time measurement of slope surface movement is shown graphically and it gives a warning when the monitored value exceeds a given threshold level so that any sign of abnormal slope movement can be easily perceived.

In this study, authors have proposed the autonomous state estimation which has been composed with IEC61850, GPS time synchronization and objective model design concept. The proposed method is able to supervise/correct measurement and communication error from SCADA. The major advantages of the proposed autonomous state estimation are that it is possible to evaluate integrity of data measured and transferred from SCADA, to reduce human intervention and to expense national-size applications such as EMS (Energy Management System), WAMS (Wide Area Monitoring System) or WAPS (Wide Area Protection System). This study addresses the issues related to the operation of the smart grid and proposes a new automated approach to achieve this goal. Through applying the proposed system to IEEE 14-bus test electric system, we prove the possibility of the proposed idea.

Collaborative system is an essential idea in the global and e-business environments Workflow plays a key role implementing collaborative system. Workflow is an emerging technology for business process automation, monitoring integrity enforcement, and recovery. A process model describes the structure of business process in the real world The process model can be transformed into a Workflow model utilizing a computer. The paper proposes a web-based Workflow process design in the B2B environment Considering a global environment where the partners interchange their processes beyond the company boundaries, a web-based infrastructure is the most preferred platform Considering this, Workflow processes and e-Business structures were combined together on the web environment.
The dopamine transporter (DAT) is responsible for the re-uptake of dopamine from the synaptic cleft and is located on dopaminergic nerve terminals only. DAT single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) and positron omission tomography (PET) imaging, therefore, offer the unique opportunity to study via striatal uptake the integrity of presynaptic dopaminergic nerve terminals in vivo. In recent years SPECT and PET using specific ligands binding to DAT have evolved as an useful tool for diagnosing and monitoring progression of neurodegenerative disorders affecting dopaminergic systems. This article briefly reviews the literature dealing with DAT SPECT and PET imaging in parkinsonism and other neurodegenerative disorders.

This paper introduces a novel technique to detect and isolate the failures of multiple actuators connected to a system. Failure of actuator considered in this study could be any type of erroneous input that is different from commanded one. The interaction matrix technique allows the development of input-output equations that are only influenced by one target input. These input-output equations serve as an effective toot to monitor the integrity of each actuator regardless of the status of the other actuators. The method is capable of real-time actuator failure detection and isolation under any type of input excitation. The laboratory experiment using 8-bay NASA truss structure verifies the feasibility of the proposed method.
The exponential proliferation of cutting-edge computing technologies has spurred organizations to outsource their data and computational needs. In the realm of cloud-based computing environments, ensuring robust security, encompassing principles such as confidentiality, availability, and integrity, stands as an overarching imperative. Elevating security measures beyond conventional strategies hinges on a profound comprehension of malware's multifaceted behavioral landscape. This paper presents an innovative paradigm aimed at empowering cloud service providers to adeptly model user behaviors. Our approach harnesses the power of a Particle Swarm Optimization-based Probabilistic Neural Network (PSO-PNN) for detection and recognition processes. Within the initial recognition module, user behaviors are translated into a comprehensible format, and the identification of malicious nano-structures behaviors is orchestrated through a multi-layer neural network. Leveraging the UNSW-NB15 dataset, we meticulously validate our approach, effectively characterizing diverse manifestations of malicious nano-structures behaviors exhibited by users. The experimental results unequivocally underscore the promise of our method in fortifying security monitoring and the discernment of malicious nano-structures behaviors.
The Satellite Based Augmentation System (SBAS) improves the accuracy and reliability of user positioning by transmitting the error correction and integrity information of the global navigation satellite system signal from geostationary satellites in real time. For this reason, SBAS was designed for aircraft operations and approach procedures and is now in operational or development stages in many countries. Time has passed since the construction of SBAS and many changes have occurred in the composition of the monitoring stations and the geostationary satellites. These changes have been investigated and the current operation and development status of SBAS globally are surveyed. The development and test schedules for the transition to dual frequency multi-constellation, an important topic in SBAS, are discussed.
This paper proposes a new approach to video surveillance systems, which have become essential components in modern urban management. By utilizing blockchain and IPFS, it enhances data integrity and privacy protection. Additionally, anomaly detection and automatic video storage are enabled through object detection technology, thus improving urban safety and security. This integrated approach serves as an efficient management methodology for surveillance systems, providing city administrators and citizens with a safer and more effective monitoring environment.
