모바일 메신저 서비스의 지각된 가치, 사용-확산 그리고 충성도 간의 관계에 대한 연구 (The Relationships among Perceived Value, Use-Diffusion, Loyalty of Mobile Instant Messaging Service)

  • 스마트폰의 대중화와 함께 모바일 메신저 서비스는 모바일 시장의 중요한 키워드로 부상하고 있다. 갈수록 경쟁이 심화되고 있는 모바일 메신저 시장에서 고객 충성도 제고는 기업 비즈니스 생존을 위한 열쇠이자, 기업 마케팅 전략의 목표 일 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 모바일 메신저 서비스 수용 후 발생되는 지각된 고객가치, 사용-확산 그리고 충성도 간에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고, 연구 결과를 통해 모바일 메신저 서비스 고객 확보 및 충성도 제고를 위한 시사점을 제공하고자 하는 것이 연구의 주목적이라 할 수 있다. 연구결과, 지각된 가치는 서비스 사용량에 영향을 미친다는 결과가 나타났다. 또한 사용량은 지속적 사용의도와 타인 추천의도에 영향을 미치며, 사용 다양성은 타인 추천의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 지각된 가치는 지속적 사용의도와 타인 추천의도에 영향을 미치며, 브랜드 전환의도의 경우 사회적 가치 요인만이 브랜드 전환의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 따른 시사점으로 서비스 제공자는 모바일 메신저 서비스 사용을 확산시키고 지속적인 사용을 촉진하기 위하여 첫째, 사용자들의 서비스 사용과 연결된 지각된 가치에 대한 인식을 고취 시킬 필요가 있으며, 둘째, 서비스의 충성도에 영향을 미치는 사용-확산 패턴이 다름을 인식하고, 충성도를 제고 할 수 있는 사용자의 사용-확산 전략을 수립 할 필요성이 있다. 마지막으로, 사용자가 경쟁적인 대안에서 충족시킬 수 있는 고객가치 요인이 무엇인지 분석하여 고객 충성도를 높이고 관계를 지속해나갈 수 있는 방법을 모색해야 할 것이다.

The effect analysis where beauty care service's quality of perception influences to a value of perception

  • This study examines closely the relationship between beauty art service quality and value. And satisfaction and purchase action that they do perceive to customers who have beauty art service company's service use experience. Moreover, this study was achieved purposely to present service raising plan of good quality to beauty art company managers and business employees. First, to investigate the concept of beauty art service quality and special quality was with doctrines that have been presented through a virtue aspect to achieve this study. Moreover, the wave and beauty art service, human service relativity is a let down unlike manufacture enterprise. Further more, beauty art service by complex composition of existence and nonexistence style is sold, and it could be known by having personality consumed at the same time production. The concept of quality about beauty art service and quality that became perceived through virtue study of concept and measurement about value. Therefor, value was deduced, and could deduce measurement, the linear measure that is applied to measure this. Large majority virtue study found is measuring quality of service to 22 articles on PZB's theory, and this study corrects measurement, the linear measure that is applied in Morritt's study that is based in PZB matrix and supplements and attempted measurement to 22 items. The result measurement dimension is consisted of functional quality, technological quality, physical quality dimension. To measure this through virtue study about value that become perceive, could confirm that all expense and beauty art companies which the customer is paid, connect with offering general quality of service. Therefor, through measurement, 2 dimension was deduced by monetary value and the non-monetary value.

Electronic Cash for Central Bank′s Monetary Policy

  • Electronic cash affects central bank in many areas, in particular regarding the issuance of money, supervision of cashless payments, supervision of the banking system and monetary policy. The effects of electronic cash on central bank policies, the security and integrity of the payment system, and naturally also on single sector such as company engaged in the transport of money and valuables, depend mainly on the extent to which the new payment methods can replace cash. The possible development of electronic cash merits special attention from central banks for at least three reasons. First, central banks are concerned that the introduction of the new payment instrument should have no adverse effect on public confidence in the payment system and payment media. Second, although the substitution of electronic cash for other forms of money should not theoretically hamper central bank's ability to control the money supply, it might, however, have practial implications, at least in the long run, which need to be carefully examined. Third, because electronic cash may be used for payments of very small value, they have the potential, more than any other cashless instrument, to take over the role of notes and coins in the economy and, therefore, have implications for central bank's activities and revenues.

Turnbull 분포무관모형을 이용한 월악산국립공원의 자산가치 평가 (Estimating the Stock Value of Woraksan National Park Using Turnbull Distribution-Free Model)

  • 편익-비용분석은 국립공원 보전과 같은 공공투자 정책의 상대적 가치에 관련된 정보를 파악하는데 매우 유용한 분석도구이다. 편익과 비용이 화폐단위로 계산될 수 있으면 순편익을 계산하여 공공후생을 최대로 얻을 수 있는 정책적 대안을 규명할 수 있다. 그러나 국립공원에서 파생되는 재화와 용역은 일반시장에서 판매되지 않기 때문에 국립공원의 보존정책 결과를 금액으로 계산하는 것은 그리 쉽지 않다. 이 경우 비시장재의 편익가치를 측정하기 위하여 이선선택형 가상가치평가법이 가장 널리 적용된다. 본 연구는 이선선택형 가상가치평가법의 일종인 Turnbull 분포무관모형을 이용하여 월악산국립공원의 경제적 가치를 추정하고 최종적으로 자산가치를 평가하였다. 평가결과, 연간이용가치는 65억원, 연간보존가치는 1,374억원으로, 프로우(flow)인 연간총가치는 1,439억원으로 추정되었으며, 스톡(stock)인 총자산가치는 약 3조217억원으로 평가되었다.

RFMC 모델 기반의 카 셰어링 지속 사용에 관한 연구 (An Investigation on the Continuous Use of Carsharing: Evidence from RFMC Model)

  • 정보 기술의 발전으로, 공유 경제 서비스는 새로운 형태의 소비 방식으로 자리 잡았다. 특별히 차량을 소유하지 않고 빌려 쓰는 형태인 카 셰어링은 개인들의 이동 수단의 범위를 확장하는 새로운 서비스이다. 차량 소유로 발생하는 비효율성을 줄이고, 교통 문제를 완화하는 등 카 셰어링은 다양한 사회적 이점을 제공하지만, 이를 구현하기 위해서는 개인의 카 셰어링 서비스 이용 패턴을 이해하고 이용자의 서비스 재사용을 유도해야 한다. 본 연구는 개인의 카 셰어링 서비스 재사용 행동을 이해하기 위해 RFMC (Recency, Frequency, Monetary, and Clumpiness) 모델을 활용하였다. 국내 카 셰어링 서비스 업체의 데이터를 분석한 결과, 카 셰어링 서비스 재사용에 Recency, Monetary 는 부의 영향을, Frequency는 정의 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 더욱이 Clumpiness가 높은 집단의 경우, Recency와 Monetary의 효과는 두드러지는 반면, Frequency의 영향은 미미해졌다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 이론적, 실무적 함의를 도출하였다.

An Exploratory Study of the Utilitarian and Hedonic Values on Buying Intention in Mobile Service

  • Purpose - The main purpose of this study is to find consumers' usage behavior in mobile services. To achieve these research goals, we empirically estimate the relationship between characteristics related to the use and provision of mobile services and factors influencing consumers' intentions. Research design / data / methodology - This study based on TAM, in which behavior is seen as a consequence of affect and intentions and used the theory of consumption values which is a means of explaining user decisions to employ a utilitarian and hedonic facet using by smart phone. Results - The result of the study verified that specific factors, such as expectations about pleasure and monetary value, had the biggest influence on the service usage pattern of mobile consumers. And typically, when consumers are expected to monetary damages, it will be avoided. However, in result of this study, it was found that mobile service users pay a high cost, but they are in pursuit of pleasure and fun. Conclusions - These results, a variety of applications in the mobile service are being provided to users. As information technology has developed, companies should have providing diverse application programs and good quality of services with advanced information technology.

E-Banking Performance in Uganda: A Case Study of Bank of Uganda

  • Online or e-banking has been adopted as key banking innovation in Uganda adopted by all financial institutions in the country. This research explored the state of e-banking and its efficacy in Uganda banking industry. A correlation analysis approach was adopted for this research. In Uganda, the banking sector has been liberalized with telecommunications allowed to effect e-banking and ecommerce transactions. The study concentrated on the periods of years 2011/2012 and 2012/2013. Findings from this research revealed that BOU uses UNISS for real time gross settlement (RTGS). Since its adoption a +1 coefficient correlation was realized. With the use of mobile money, also a +1 coefficient correlation was achieved for the period under consideration. As regards the use of e-cheques, there was a drop reflected by -2.8 percent which could have been attributed to perception of the users, though there was a +1 coefficient correlation when considering e-cheque transactions and the monetary value. The use of EFT in Uganda generated a +1 coefficient correction considering the number of users and the monetary value involved. Bank of Uganda should work hard and make or go live with electronic banking supervision software which would aid them with their supervisory roles.

  • Naval ships are complex weapon systems which play the integrated performance by system integration of many kinds of weapon systems and their leading ships are usually not disposed after test and evaluation but militarised. Then, strict project management is required for naval ship building projects by identifying problems early and by taking prefer measures in time against unexpected situations encountered in the process of the projects. EVMS is a project management system which can manage the schedule and the budget of a project concurrently and estimate the project's time duration and the cost at project completion. In this paper, the applicability and usefulness of WMS is studied for a assumed navai ship building project, in the environment of monetary fluctuations such as price index, wage increase rate and exchange rate.

Dirt Roads vs. High Speed Train: Opinion Towards ROI Value of Thailand's Transportation Infrastructure Development

  • This research is a qualitative based study by using data gleaned from documentary analysis and in-depth interviews of 10 potential stakeholders were involved in the proposed high-speed train project in Thailand. Many perspectives from key informants revealed that this project would bring Thailand sustainable development in the future due to the fact that it is supposed to be an environmentally friendly mode of transportation and timesaving for passengers. Key informants who tend to have negative opinions towards the project feel apprehension due to the huge monetary investment during a time of monetary crisis. However, there was one complaint that the high-speed train is harmful to the environment surrounding the proposed area of this project. Several key informants agreed that ticket fares must be in between the cost of a bus ticket and airfare.
