The purpose of this study is to develope a computer-generated work measurement system for creating and maintaining standard data as well as labor standards applying MODAPTS(Modular Arrangement of Predetermined Time Standards) technique. The system consists of three major parts. The first part is a work measurement program applying MODAPTS technique for work standards. The second part is a work scheduling program which calculate each operator's machine and job allocations, operation and load schedules, wage and wage incentives and direct labor costs etc. The last part is the case study application program for R-Instrument Manufacturing Industry. The whole system is programmed by dbase-Ⅲ and by pop-up mu for IBM PC compatibles.

The field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is growing, and many firms are investing in expert system, one of AI's subfields. An expert system is defined as a computer program designed to replicate some aspect of the decision making of one or more experts and to be used by nonexperts. The kernel of an expert system is the knowledge base, which consists of the facts and rules that represent the expert's knowledge. Firms need expert systems for training employees to provide competitive advantage. This paper describes the model of an instructional expert training system which interfaces to external programs, such as an ASCII file, a work-sheet program, and a database program. A model for such an expert training system, and its prototype have been developed to demonstrate its functionality. A modular knowledge base has been developed and implemented in support of this study. The modularized knowledge base offers the user an easy and quick maintenance of facts and rules, which are frequently required to change in future.

최근 연구개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있는 철골 조립식주택은 공장에서 생산되고 현장에서 조립되는 건설방식의 특성으로 인해 일반 건축물의 철근콘크리트 바닥판과 같이 일체타설 시공되지 못하게 되며 부재 단면크기 감소 및 경량화 등으로 인해 거주자의 활동에 의한 바닥판의 수직진동 및 처짐이 사용성 평가 측면에서 중요한 문제가 될 수 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 대상 조립식주택에서 장변방향 보 중앙에 샛기둥이 설치된 모듈과 설치되지 않은 모듈을 대상으로 실무에서 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 AISC 설계지침서 11의 계산식(이하 AISC 계산식)을 이용하여 바닥판의 진동성능을 평가하고 범용해석프로그램을 이용한 해석결과와 비교를 통해 AISC 계산식의 적용성을 고찰하였다. 이를 토대로 샛기둥이 설치된 모듈의 바닥판에서 AISC 계산식과 해석결과의 오차가 크게 발생되는 구조적 원인을 분석하고 이를 고려하는 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 대상 조립식주택 바닥판에 대한 진동성능 향상방안을 변수로 해석모델을 수립하고 진동응답해석 및 경제성평가를 통해 진동성능과 경제성이 우수한 방안을 제시하였다.

In this paper, We present a 3D image data for ocular refina. This 3D display techniques are used voxel(cuboid) projection. Voxel is 3D reconstruction method of the pixel. In this paper, 3D image display system is constructed under PC environment and programed based on modular programming by using Visual C++. The hole procedures are composed of data preparation, 3D Display over transformation and scaling.

As a basic study on the machine tools of modular structure, a Computer Aided Design of feed driving unit and an optimization of the dynamic characteristics of a machine tool structure are carried out.. Computer-aided design technique enables designers to save time and to easily do the job in variant design by effectively documenting design techniques and data. In this study a computer program package was developed for automatic design of a proper feed driving units by utilizing building block principle of OIWA CADET.

This paper describes the design and implementation of post processor for Numerical control programing which prepare control paper tape of NC machine. The post processor that we developed reflects modular program design methodology to improve flexibility about variety NC machine. Also, the designed post processor is able to link with general NC system as APT(Automatically programing tools) system or general CAD/CAM system.

최근 아이들의 창의력 학습 및 놀이에 로봇이 활발하게 이용되고 있지만 대부분 로봇이 정형화된 형태를 가지고 있으며 프로그램의 의존도가 높아 창의력 학습 및 놀이에 어려움이 있다. 우리는 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위해 정형화 되지 않은 모듈 형태의 로봇구조를 가지고 있으면서 결합을 쉽고 안정적으로 할 수 있도록 하였고 하나의 버튼을 이용하여 사용자가 원하는 동작을 기억시키고 기억된 동작을 똑같이 재생하는 로봇을 제작 하였다. 또한 모듈 사이를 무선으로 연결하고 정보를 공유하여 다수의 모듈이 결합 되었을 경우 어느 모듈에서나 버튼을 한번 누르면 결합된 모든 모듈의 동작을 쉽게 조정할 수 있도록 하였다. 실제 동작을 검증하기 위해 두 개, 3개 및 5개의 모듈을 결합하여 자벌레 동작과 보행 로봇을 구현하여 제안된 구조와 알고리즘의 유용성을 보였다. 향 후 무선연결 방법을 보완하여 인터넷상에서 통제할 수 있는 지능화된 모듈라 로봇의 연구가 필요하다.

The aircraft manufacturers are constantly driving to reduce manufacturing lead times and cost at the same time as the product complexity increases and technology continues to change. Integrated Modular Avionics (IMA) is a solution that allows the aviation industry to manage their avionics complexity. IMA defines an integrated system architecture that preserves the fault containment and 'separation of concerns' properties of the federated architectures. In software side, the air transport industry has developed ARINC 653 specification as a standardized Real Time Operating System (RTOS) interface definition for IMA. It allows hosting multiple applications of different software levels on the same hardware in the context of IMA architecture. This paper describes a study that provided the avionics software design for separation of fault and backup of core function to reduce workload of pilot with cost efficiency.

일반적인 영재아들에 대한 교육방법론과 교육과정들은 많이 존재하지만 정보영재아들을 위한 교육과정들은 거의 존재하고 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 정보 영재아들을 위한 교육과정을 제안한다. 본 교육과정의 특징은 정보 분야뿐만 아니라 과학, 수학분야를 같이 공부하는 통합되고 모듈화된 교육과정이다. 초등학교에서는 정보를 정규 교육과정으로 운영하지 않기 때문에 이 모델은 타당하다. 또한 정보 과학 분야의 영재성을 발견하기 위해서 여러 영역을 교육할 필요가 있다. 교육과정은 모둘간의 관계도를 최소화하고 모듈내에서의 깊이를 심도있게 구성한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 모델은 3년간 60명의 학생들을 대상으로 실험하였다. 실험결과 본 연구에서 제안한 모듈형 교육과정 모델은 효과가 있다는 것을 알았다.

복합기초의 한 형식인 소일시멘트 말뚝의 거동 특성을 컴퓨터 해석을 통하여 연구하였다. 연직하중을 받는 소일시멘트말뚝의 거동 특성을 ABAQUS라는 상용 프로그램을 사용하여 조사하였으며 해석조건은 지반물성치, 말뚝의 길이, 치환율, 강성비, 하중 조건 등을 달리하여 실시하였다. 해석 결과는 하중의 전이 및 침하특성 뿐만 아니라 효과적인 말뚝길이와 말뚝 및 지반의 하중 분배에 관하여서도 유용하게 쓰일 수 있음이 판명되었다. 또한 복합기초를 설계할 때 강성비, 치환율이 설계에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 인자로 나타났다.
