Recently new construction system, the Infill Modular Construction System, is being emphasized depending on the industrialized technology introduction and the needs of high-rise housing. In order to applicate the Infill Modular Construction System and activate the domestic market, development of insufficient element technologies against the advanced technologies should be preceded and mobile device development of Infill Unit Module which is differentiated from the existing modular construction systems should be needed urgently. As advanced research for the activation of the Infill Modular Construction System, this research aims to develop Infill Unit Module's mobile device. This is expected to improve the constructability of Infill Unit Module. In addition development of mobile device considering weight of Infill Unit Module and construction errors are being planned.

Recently It has been required the research for the load of transport of the unit module to secure the safety of the transport locking device. So the purpose of this study is to analyze the probability distribution of the load of transport of unit modular when transporting unit modular by vehicle.

It has applied the design method of face to face dimension, an MC (Modular Coordination) design method, at design steps of an apartment house for standardization of architecture. But It has been still using center line size. A construction limit isn't specific on these center line size, and dead space occurs with excessive gaps as size matching isn't performed well between structural sieve and parts. And above all, measurement before construction isn't to expect standardization, and to increase custom-made furniture. We investigate manufacture of a preferential domestic system kitchen and construction state, and we derive from a problem in viewpoints of standardization for this. And we utilized a reference plane, and we present construction document and design plan in order to solve these problems. And we analyze an effect got by application of the assembly basis aspect that we presented, and we can raise efficiency of standardization of housing and construction industry, and we light ultimately up.

General metal welding occurs distortion. Also, reducing distortion is required much cost. Therefore, the purpose of this study is optimization of welding conditions to reduce distortion in welding of monolithic rack housing for modular steering gear. Firstly, heat source for welding was chosen arc and laser. Secondly, it investigated optimizing welding conditions in bead welding by arc and laser heat source, and welding conditions in fillet welding was optimized with welding shapes. Finally, it was measured temperature distribution of welds by infrared camera and angle distortion in fillet welding. As a result, laser welding was superior to arc welding on distortion.

최근 연구개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있는 철골 조립식주택은 공장에서 생산되고 현장에서 조립되는 건설방식의 특성으로 인해 일반 건축물의 철근콘크리트 바닥판과 같이 일체타설 시공되지 못하게 되며 부재 단면크기 감소 및 경량화 등으로 인해 거주자의 활동에 의한 바닥판의 수직진동 및 처짐이 사용성 평가 측면에서 중요한 문제가 될 수 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 대상 조립식주택에서 장변방향 보 중앙에 샛기둥이 설치된 모듈과 설치되지 않은 모듈을 대상으로 실무에서 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 AISC 설계지침서 11의 계산식(이하 AISC 계산식)을 이용하여 바닥판의 진동성능을 평가하고 범용해석프로그램을 이용한 해석결과와 비교를 통해 AISC 계산식의 적용성을 고찰하였다. 이를 토대로 샛기둥이 설치된 모듈의 바닥판에서 AISC 계산식과 해석결과의 오차가 크게 발생되는 구조적 원인을 분석하고 이를 고려하는 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 대상 조립식주택 바닥판에 대한 진동성능 향상방안을 변수로 해석모델을 수립하고 진동응답해석 및 경제성평가를 통해 진동성능과 경제성이 우수한 방안을 제시하였다.

Built-in wardrobe is constructing after ordering and making, because built-in wardrobe's size is fixed as housing measurement. It is hard to speak built-in wardrobe components of construction in these ways, and application of an MC (Modular Coordination) design system is meaningless too. And above all, measurement before construction isn't to expect standardization, and to increase custom-made furniture. So I suggest the standardization of built-in wardrobe utilizing standard last finish and reference plane in order to prevent an evil influence of built-in wardrobe's construction. And we utilized a reference plane, and we present construction document and design plan in order to solve these problems. The first stage, we investigate manufacture of a preferential domestic system kitchen and construction state, and we derive from a problem in viewpoints of standardization for this. And we analyze an effect got by application of the assembly basis aspect that we presented, and we can raise efficiency of standardization of housing and construction industry, and we light ultimately up. I will apply a standardization plan as above, and define that this assures a standardization of components and an economic effect.

국내 공공주택으로 활용되고 있는 모듈러 공동주택은 도입 초기 단계에 있다. 그 발생된 입주단계 하자와 입주 후 유지보수 단계의 하자를 구분하여 분석한 결과 입주단계에서 높은 비율을 차지하는 도배 및 바닥재 공사는 보양 등의 품질관리가 요구된다. 유지보수단계에서는 많이 발생하는 누수하자에 대해서 지붕공사의 노출방수공법 보완과 저층부 콘크리트 골조와 모듈러 연결부위, 그리고 모듈러 발코니 부위의 철저한 설계 및 시공관리가 필요하다. 또한 골조 및 유닛모듈 시공업체를 1개 업체로 발주하여 전체 시공 관리를 일원화하는 것이 요구된다. 이로써 모듈러 공공주택의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단되며 모듈러 공법의 활성화에도 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

In Korea, it raised the need of the specification of unit modular construction, because there are no standard or manual. And it is urgent that the specification of unit modular construction is needed to develop in the domestic. Therefore, this study aims to propose the manual framework of the construction method. In the future, this framework will be based on the development of the manual on the unit modular construction method.

The major industrialized nations have continued to develop industrialized construction techniques based on automated production processes in factories, and are applying them to a wide range of building. However, the unit modular construction system has had a shorter history of development and application in Korea compared to advanced countries, and consequently, Korean modular builders have a relatively poor technical capacity. So this study is draw a conclusion on the target of priority improvement for idea creation. It study on the enhancement of the functionality of the tool for assemble of Unit Modular that choose the enhancement of the functionality through the analysis of function on the three-level of functional definition and classification, functional arrangement, functional appraisal.

현재 부동산 경기는 매매건수의 감소와 장기적 경기 침체로 인해 상당히 위축되어 있는 상태이다. 이에 대응하여 최근 정부는 기업형 주택임대사업 육성을 통한 중산층 주거혁신방안을 발표하면서 부동산 경기 활성화에 앞장서고 있다. 한편 국내 주택시장은 가구구조의 변화, 전세에서 월세의 증가를 겪는 등 구조적 전환기에 접어들고 있다. 또한 1~2인 소형가구에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있으며 점차 가파르게 늘어나는 추세를 보일 것으로 예상하며, 결과적으로 1~2인 소형 주택 사업이 활발히 진행될 것으로 전망된다. 또한 국내 건설업계는 모듈러 건축물이라는 새로운 기술에 대한 관심이 상당히 높아진 상태이다. 모듈러 건축이란 공장에서 모듈을 생산하여 현장에서 조립하는 형태로서 빠른 시공성과 친환경성 및 이동성 등 여러 분야에서 활용 가능한 건축기술이다. 종합해보면 부동산 시장의 변화, 모듈러 건축기술이라는 두가지 큰 이슈가 현재 건설시장의 화두이다. 이러한 현 상황에서 본 논문은 시장분석을 통해 모듈러 진출분야를 선정하고 LCC분석을 통해 수익성 분석 및 사업시나리오 구상 등을 통한 임대시장에서의 모듈러 사업모델을 제안해보고 모듈러 건축물을 이용한 1~2인 소형 임대주택 사업 가능성을 판단해보고자 한다.
