본 연구의 목적은 물리치료사의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진과의 관계에 있어 자기효능감과 사회적 지지의 조절효과의 실증 분석 결과를 제시하는 데에 있다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 독립변인으로는 직무스트레스를, 조절변수로는 자기효능감과 사회적 지지를, 종속변인으로는 심리적 소진을 설정하여 연구모형을 구성하고 변인 간의 효과 및 관계를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 물리치료사를 대상으로 200부의 설문지를 배포하여 최종 155부를 실증분석에 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 물리치료사의 직무스트레스, 심리적 소진, 자기효능감, 그리고 사회적 지지는 변인 간의 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 물리치료사의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진과의 관계에서 자기효능감은 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 물리치료사의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진과의 관계에서 사회적 지지는 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the moderating influences of unity on typicality effect of prototype theory in new product development process. It is said in the classical point of view of categorization that the higher level of typicality, the more preference a consumer have on a specific product. According to, however, the prototype theory's view on the relationship between product preference and typicality, there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between those two factors. But the prototype theory is needed to be verified with various design variables such as harmony, proportion, balance etc as well as unity. Therefore this study verified moderating effect of unity on typicality effect of new product.

In this study, the work attitude of flight attendants who were performing emotional labor, had been explored. The organizational support system had been analysed to test its effect as a moderator on increasing positive job attitudes. It was found emotional labor had influence on work attitude of flight attendants. Emotional labor consisted in this study deep acting and surface acting. First, deep acting found positively related with job satisfaction and organizational commitment, negatively related with intention to leave. Second, surface acting negatively related with job satisfaction and positively related with intention to leave. This study put organizational support systems as moderator. First, Training has moderating effect on the relationship between deep acting. Organizational support has moderating effect on the relationship between deep acting, intention to leave. Counselling has moderating effect on the relationship between deep acting, job satisfaction. Peer support has same effect on the relationship between deep acting and intention to leave.

In this study, we investigated the repeated vist of the e-village shopping mall as an online agricultural business platform. We applied Pine and Gilmore (1998) theory for the e-village website information systems. We hypothesized that 4 dimensions such as entertainment experience, educational experience, esthetic experience, and escapist experience toward satisfaction and, moreover, we investigated the moderating trust effect of satisfaction and repeated visit website. We set those independent variables (entertainment experience, educational experience, esthetic experience, and escapist experience) and dependent variable as experience satisfaction. The results indicated that the 4 experiences factors had a positive effect on the experiential satisfaction, and the trust moderating effect has a negative effection between the experiential satisfaction and the repeated visit. The experiential satisfaction had a positive effect on the repeated visit of e-village websites.

This paper reviewed the relationship between job stress and service quality, and the moderating effect of organizational justice in food service restaurant. Based on the responses from 209 employees, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) job stress(insufficient job control, lack of reward, occupational climate, job insecurity, interpersonal conflict) partly effect negatively on all service quality factors(tangibility. reliability, responsiveness, empathy). 2) distributive justice and procedural justice partly effect positively on the relationship between job stress and service quality.

Personality, especially neuroticism has been found related to be related with poor sleep quality. This study focused on emotion regulation, reappraisal and suppression, which can buffer or aggravate the effect of neuroticism influencing sleep quality. One hundred and forty two ordinary adults were used in this study and were recruited and required to complete a package of questionnaires including: the Eysenck personality Questionnaire/EPQ, the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire/ERQ, and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index/PSQI. The result was that participants with higher neuroticism had poorer sleep qualities than those with lower neuroticism. Moreover, participants that had high neuroticism and high reappraisal had better sleep qualities. This means that there was an interaction effect of neuroticism and reappraisal on sleep quality. However, suppression did not have a moderating effect on the relation between neuroticism and sleep quality. These findings inferred that reappraisal plays an important moderating role (buffering effect) on the relationship between neuroticism and sleep quality. Reappraisal cannot only prevent people high in neuroticism from sleep problems but can also buffer symptoms of sleep disorder by treating patient's negative emotions.

본 연구는 이동통신사의 멤버십카드를 소지한 고객을 대상으로 이동통신사가 제공하는 보상이 통신사만족에 영향을 미치는데 있어 고객유형의 조절효과를 확인하는 연구로서, AMOS의 개별모수 차이검증을 통해 보상프로그램 가치와 통신사 만족간의 관계에서 고객유형별(거래지향형/촉진둔감형) 차이가 있는 지를 밝히고 보상프로그램 가치들 간의 상대적 영향력의 차이를 비교하였다. 분석결과 먼저, 보상 실용성과 통신사 만족, 보상 쾌락성과 통신사 만족 간의 경로계수값이 유의한 차이를 보이지 않아 고객유형이 조절효과를 가지고 있다라고 보기는 어려웠다. 그러나 보상프로그램 가치들 간의 상대적 영향력에서 있어서 거래지향형 고객과 촉진둔감형 고객 둘 다 보상 실용성이 보상 쾌락성보다 더 크게 영향을 미쳤고, 보상 실용성의 경우 촉진둔감형 고객이 거래지향형 고객보다 더 큰 영향을 미침을 확인하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine how the self-image of nursing students can affect the perception of the nurse and to verify the moderating effect of self-regulatory efficacy on perception of the nurse and self image of nursing students. Methods: This study was carried out by 768 nursing students of 10 Universities from all parts of the country from June 18, 2012 to July 13, 2012. Data was analyzed by the SPSS (frequency, ANOVA, and hierarchial multiple regression analysis) program. The moderating effect of self-regulatory efficacy in the relationship between self-image and the nurse's perception of nursing students was measured. Results: The result of male students shows that self-regulatory efficacy affects the perception of the nurse. In the case of female students, their self-image and self-regulatory efficacy were statistically significant. In addition, the moderating effect of self-regulatory efficacy was statistically significant. Conclusions: Colleges of nursing are in need of providing chances to students to attend a class related to understanding how to encourage a positive self image. In addition, a positive self image can effect a nurse's identity. As the moderating effect of self-regulatory efficacy is proved to be effective, nursing students should request a way to achieve recognition with professionalism during nurse's training.

본 연구는 대학생들의 부정적 정서가 자살생각에 미치는 영향에서 성별을 통해 폭발적 행동이 매개된 조절효과를 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 대학생 644명(남자 322명, 여자 322명)을 대상으로 우울, 불안, 폭발적 행동 및 자살생각을 조사하였고, 매개된 조절효과는 위계적 회귀분석과 경로분석을 통해 분석하였으며, 단순기울기검정 결과를 도식으로 제시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 부정적 정서, 폭발적 행동과 자살생각 간에 모두 유의한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 부정적 정서와 자살생각 간의 관계에서 성별의 조절효과는 유의하였다. 셋째, 부정적 정서와 자살생각 간의 관계에서 폭발적 행동의 매개효과는 유의하였다. 넷째, 폭발적 행동과 자살생각 간의 관계에서 성별의 조절효과는 유의하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 성별에 따른 부정적 정서와 폭발적 행동이 자살생각의 증진에 미치는 영향에 대한 시사점 및 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

Purpose - This study analyzes the effect of internationalization represented as exporting on firm performance on the subject of SMEs operating in Masan Free Trade Zone which has shown poor performance recently despite its status as the oldest and largest free trade zone in Korea. We also analyze the effect of firm size on firm performance, and the moderating role of firm size in relation to internationalization and firm performance. Design/methodology - This study uses multiple regression models for unbalanced panel data as the empirical tools for the estimation of the effect that internationalization has on firm performance (ROA or ROS). Our sample consists of 91 manufacturing SMEs among all 110 companies located in Masan Free Trade Zone as of 2017. Findings - The degree of internationalization has a negative impact on firm performance. However, firm size turns out to have a positive effect and play a positive moderating role in the relation to internationalization and firm performance. This seems to be because most tenant companies operating in Masan Free Trade Zone are small firms whose costs of internationalization may exceed the benefits. Empirical results also show that longer CEO tenure has a greater negative effect on firm performance. Originality/value - The originality/value of this paper can be found in 3 aspects. First, we conducted an empirical analysis on the relationship between the internationalization and firm performance of SMEs in a specific region, namely, Masan Free Trade Zone. Second, while most previous studies focused on listed medium companies, most of the sample of this study are small and medium non-listed enterprises. Third, it is witnessed that firm size has a positive moderating effect on the relation between internationalization and firm performance.
