Purpose: This study aimed to develop a mobile-based self-management health alarm (MSHA) program for modifying obese children's lifestyle based on the information-motivation-behavioral skills (IMB) model and to test its feasibility. Methods: A methodological study for the development of the MSHA program and pilot study with a one-group pretest-posttest design for feasibility testing was conducted. The MSHA program was designed to provide obesity-related information (I), monitor daily diet and exercise, provide motivational text messages (M), and enhance healthy diet and exercise skills (B) via a mobile-based web platform. In the feasibility test, six obese children participated in the 4-week program, and the number of days per week that they achieved their goals and differences in metabolic components were assessed. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Results: Participants successfully achieved their diet and exercise goals≥5 days per week. Body mass index (z=-1.99, p=.046), waist circumference (z=-2.20, p=.028), and triglyceride levels (z=-2.21, p=.027) significantly decreased. Conclusion: The MSHA program showed positive effects on health behaviors and metabolic syndrome risk. The program may be effective in improving metabolic syndrome in obese children by promoting self-health management behaviors.

Wireless data communication (WDC) services are increasingly penetrating the market. The two main alternative WDC technologies are wireless LAN and mobile Internet. Services based on these technologies display differences in quality attributes such as terminal device, data transmission speed, pricing scheme and so on. How consumers choose between these two alternatives will be determined by their preferences regarding such quality attributes. In turn, their preferences will affect the evolution of WDC services and related technologies. This study employs a conjoint analysis of consumer valuations of quality attributes of wireless LAN and mobile Internet services. Respondents rate hypothetical service alternatives featuring various combinations of quality attributes. By estimating consumer willingness to pay for the attributes of WDC services, the authors predict the evolution of WDC services and related technologies along various quality dimensions, make a comparison with the results of a previous study, and draw policy implications for national-and company-level R&D strategies.

As intelligence of robot is developed, consumer of robot changes by ordinary people. Intelligent service robot is produced to a target of ordinary people. It is risen that need the most service robot business. Among the control mobile robot because using network by real time. Do to appear on mobile phone LCD screen being transmitted image from device that acquire transmit of mobile phone user interface development and real time mobile robot in this study. Use the BREW that is Qualcomm's Mobile platform for mobile phone user interface development. Mobile phone JPEG compression function chooses excellent camera phone and display transmit image which send connection setting screen and mobile robot on LCD screen by real time. At the same time, materialize to make screen that can process button input that can control transfer of robot. Also, Relay Server used to help processing of protocol to control direction of mobile robot.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to compare the mother's rearing attitude and communication between mobile phone addiction group and non-addiction group in middle school students. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was performed with 574 students from 3 middle schools (1 boy school, 1 girl school, 1 coeducation school) at G-city in Gangwon Province. The data was collected from the 10th to 24th of July in 2010. Statistical analysis of the results was carried out by means, frequencies, chi-square, t-test and multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Results: There were significant differences in mobile phone addiction group and non-addiction group in regard to sex, school year, grades, mother' age, purpose of mobile phone use, activity after school, phone bill per month. Also There were significant differences in mother's rearing attitude and mother's communication between two groups. Conclusion: Mobile phone addiction among students is not serious, however, possibility of becoming an addict still remains. This study suggests that we have to educate them about proper mobile phone use in advance to prevent them from becoming a mobile phone addict in early stage. Therefore, we need to develop an educational program to prevent mobile phone addiction.

본 논문은 모바일 기기를 통해 건강에 중요한 부분인 안구 운동을 유도하고 이를 통해 안구 근육을 강화하여 시력을 튼튼히 유지시킬 수 있는 안구 운동 유도 기능의 프로그램을 개발하고 이를 스마트 폰의 앱의 형태로 구성하여 사용자가 쉽게 안구운동을 시행할 수 있도록 구현 하였다. 안구운동을 통해 시력이 강화되는지에 대한 기존의 연구결과를 참고하였으며 특히 안구운동에 대한 구체적인 운동패턴을 본 논문에 적용하여 구현하였다. 구현 방법은 기존 웹개발 언어인 HTML과 CSS를 통해 화면을 구성하고 기능을 구현하기 위해 javascript 언어를 사용하여 해당기능들을 함수로 작성하였다. 웹프로그램을 앱으로 변환하는 툴은 앱스프레소를 이용하였다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the effects of an educational program based on mobile SMS and counseling for colonoscopy in elderly people. Methods: The study utilized a non-equivalent control group with a non-synchronized design as a quasi-experimental research. The study subjects consisted of 72 elderly people (36 elderly people in the experimental group and 36 in the control group). Among the subjects, 49 were male (68.1%) and 23 were female (31.9%), and the age was 69.04±6.14 years. Forty-five subjects (62.5%) answered that they had underlying diseases, eight subjects (11.1%) had a family history of colon disease, and 61 subjects (84.7%) had undergone a colonoscopy. The experimental group was provided with an educational program based on mobile SMS and counseling when three days and one day before the test. The control group received verbal explanations using information sheet. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the Chi-squares test, and the independent t-test with SPSS/WIN 21.0. Results: Significant differences were found in bowel cleanliness scores (t= 3.60, p= .003) between the groups. No significant differences were seen between the groups in the sedation drug dosage (propofol (t= 1.02, p= .730), midazolam (t= 0.66, p= .380)) and time for colonoscopy (t= 1.08, p= .235). Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, an educational program based on mobile SMS and counseling for colonoscopy was proposed as an educational program before colonoscopy.

본 연구는 모바일기반의 군 위드유 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구설계는 단일군 전후설계의 유사실험연구로 연구기간은 2020년 12월 17일부터 12월 23일까지였으며 C시에 소재하는 공군부대 부사관과 장교로 사전조사 42명, 사후조사 37명을 대상으로 분석되었다. 성폭력 상황에서 목격자효능감, 친구 도움의도와 타인 도움의도를 촉진하기 위한 동영상 교육프로그램을 모바일을 통하여 제공하였다. 프로그램 전과 후에 수집된 자료는 SPSS프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계와 t-test로 분석하였다. 친구 도움의도와 타인 도움의도는 통계적으로 유의한 수준으로 증가되어 모바일 기반의 군 위드유 프로그램은 부분적으로 효과가 검증되었다. 모바일을 활용하여서도 군대 내 성폭력 예방에 중요한 목격자개입 인식을 향상시키고 교육의 실효성을 높일 수 있는 전략이 될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 다양한 부대환경을 고려한 모바일기반의 교육콘텐츠개발과 적용을 시도해볼 필요가 있다.

This paper presents a novel data transmit method using display units of mobile devices. Mobile devices such as personal-digital-assistants (PDAs) and cellular phones have a display unit. The typical display unit is a liquid-crystal-display (LCD) with an back-light. Since the proposed data transmit method uses the LCD or back-light as a data transmitter, it is a kind of sightable light communication. Tn order to transmit the data, the display unit drived by an application program on the platform of mobile devices. In this paper, detailed data transmit scheme, specific data protocol are presented and discussed. Finally, with the experimental results, usefulness of the proposed data transmit method is verified.

The paper presents a novel embedded multifunctional media sever (EMMS) for mobile devices to receive various media programs. Being different from other contemporary system research, the paper mainly studies how to design a reception solution for terrestrial digital television (DTV) on mobile devices and how to enable mobile devices can receive DTV program, enjoy video-on-demand (VOD), achieve video surveillance and relay Internet video program via local Wi-Fi simultaneously. In the system design, we integrate broadcasting-terrestrial DTV tuner, streaming media re-transmission system, VOD disk, video camera and access interface to the Internet into EMMS, which can either receive terrestrial DTV radio signals and demodulate out digital transport stream (TS), or can read streaming media bit-stream from VOD disk, surveillance camera or access interface to the Internet. The experimental results show the proposed system is stable and quality-efficient. Comparing with the other systems, the proposed system has the least packet loss rate and response time.

무선인터넷은 유선망을 중심으로 한 인터넷 비즈니스의 범위만큼이나 다양한 형태의 데이터 제공 및 서비스가 가능해야 한다. 하지만, 무선인터넷 초기의 SMS 기능을 이용한 단순 데이터 서비스를 위한 브라우저 만으로는 다양한 멀티 미디어 컨텐츠를 서비스할 수 없으므로 좀더 발전된 브라우저가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 이동단말기용 웹브라우저에 자바가상기계를 추가하여 자바프로그램 수행이 가능한 자바브라우저를 설계구현하였다. 본 자바브라우저를 탑재 한 이동단말기는 원하는 기능의 자바 프로그램을 동적으로 적재하여 전자상거래, 전자지갑, 게임기와 같은 다용도의 이동단말기를 가능하게 한다.
