Financial technology, also known as FinTech, is one of the fast growing global businesses in since its inception in 2008. Fintech is a new economic industry, comprised of companies that adopted the latest technologies to provide more efficient financial services than the traditional financial services. Fintech companies are generally small to medium sized startups trying to disintermediate existing financial systems. FinTech companies can be differentiated in several areas, based on its business solutions and target customers. In Korea, the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) lending companies are the most prominent in the FinTech sector. P2P lending is a method of borrowing or lending money to individuals through online services without the use of an official financial institution as an intermediary. The P2P lending companies operate their services entirely online or mobile environment. Consequently, mobile P2P lending application users are dramatically increasing. Thus, it is worth evaluating the acceptance of the mobile apps of the P2P lending companies from a user's perspective. This paper discusses user acceptance of the mobile P2P lending apps, guided by the Technology Acceptance Model. We conclude that the users' acceptance of mobile P2P lending apps are significantly influenced by perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and user satisfaction. These in turn influenced their attitude towards using mobile P2P lending apps and intention to use.

남녀 중학생 217명을 대상으로 자아탄력성과 또래애착의 하위영역 특성, 휴대폰 이용관련 특성이 휴대폰의 기능별 사용정도, 즉 SNS와 메신저, 인터넷, 음악기능 사용정도에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 남녀중학생의 68.6%가 가장 많이 사용하고 있는 휴대폰 기능은 SNS와 메신저이었다. 휴대폰 SNS & 메신저기능 사용정도는 남학생의 경우 자아탄력성의 대인관계 수준이 높을수록, 활력성 수준이 낮을수록 높았고, 여학생은 또래애착의 의 사소통수준이 높을수록 높았다. 휴대폰 인터넷기능 사용정도는 남녀학생 모두 자아탄력성의 호기심 수준이 높을수록 높았으며, 또한 여학생은 학년과 성적이 영향요인이었다. 이를 통하여 휴대폰 기능별 사용에 대한 교육과 관리가 이루어져야 하며, 또래애착과 자아탄력성를 하위영역별로 적용하여 중재로 활용할 수 있는 프로그램이 개발되어야 할 것이다.

Recently, with the proliferation of smart phones and mobile devices and the increase in the speed of mobile Internet, IT services are increasingly used in smart phones and mobile devices in a different way from the past. That is, a cloud service that downloads and uses data stored in the server in real time is expanding, and as a result, the security due to the continuous Internet connection of the user becomes a problem. In this study, we analyzed the relationship between factors affecting the continuous use of personal cloud service by using technology acceptance model. In addition to the technology acceptance model, confidentiality, privacy, accessibility, innovation, and self-efficacy were extracted from the existing research with emphasis on the characteristics of the cloud service and security factors. Moreover, the difference of intention to use among genders was verified through structural equation modeling with survey data from 262 personal cloud service users.

휴대 단말을 이용한 모바일 인터넷은 이동성을 제공하며 우리의 생활 속에서 빠르게 성장해 가고있다 그러나 모바일 인터넷은 기본적인 제약으로 인해서 대중적 활용이 미약한 수준이다. 특히 모바일 인터넷 서비스는 사전의 맞춤형 서비스로 제공되어 자원간의 상호 연계성이 미비한 자원제약 적인 사항이 대두되고 있어서 모바일 인터넷이 대중적인 서비스로 발전하기에는 많은 시간과 노력이 요구되어진다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 인터넷 환경에서 분산되어 있는 객체간의 위치 제약성을 극복하고 객체 자원 간 상호 공유를 확대하는 '모바일 자원의 공유'를 증대하는데 연구의 목적을 두었으며 이론 구현하기 위해서 모바일 자원공유 시스템(MIRSS : Mobile Resources Sharing System)을 제안하였다. 모바일 자원공유 시스템은 사용자의 단일 요청을 상황인식(Context Awareness)에 기반한 다중 명령으로 자동 변환하여 정보를 요청하게 된다. 모바일 자원공유 시스템의 적용으로 모바일 인터넷 환경에서 사용자가 원하는 정보를 어디에서든지(anywhere), 언제든지(anytime) 얻을 수 있는 모바일 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경의 구축을 기대할 수 있다.

국내 무선 인터넷은 서로 다른 플랫폼을 사용하는 콘텐츠 제공자의 개발환경이 서로 상이하여 무선 인터넷 환성화의 저해 요인이 되고 있다. 이러한 문제점플 해결하기 위하여 창립된 한국 무선 인터넷 표준화 포럼(KWISF; Korea Wireless Internet Standardization Forum)에서 개발한 무선 인터넷 플랫폼인 WIPI(Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability)의 사용으로 무선 응용프로그램의 상호 운용 및 하드웨어에 대한 독립성을 보장할 수 있게 되었다. 논문에서는 현재의 서로 다른 플랫폼에서 발생하는 비용을 절감할 수 있는 표준 플랫폼인 WIPI의 특정과 주요규격을 살펴보고, 최근 사용되는 있는 휴대폰간의 채팅 서비스의 편리성을 고려한 상용어구 기능을 설계 및 구현하고, 이를 통하여 휴대폰의 문자입력 속도의 향상과 그로 인하여 발생하는 효과에 대해 논하고자 한다.

In this paper, we propose handoff scheme for BT(Bluetooth) IP and define signaling for the handoff scheme. In local area, BT IP use the concept of Cellular IP and the operation property of Bluetooth system. In case of accessing external internet, use the concept of Mobile IP. IP-based Mobility of Bluetooth Terminal provides efficient and rapid mobility in local area and flexibility on the internet.

유선인터넷의 다양한 서비스를 이동통신사의 무선인터넷처럼 이동성이 가미된 환경에서도 이용하고자 하는 요구가 점점 증가하고 있다. 이러한 요구사항을 충족시키기 위해 유선인터넷의 장점인 '초고속'과 무선인터넷의 '이동성'이 결합된 휴대인터넷서비스가 대안으로 등장하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 휴대인터넷 서비스의 개요, 특징 및 기존의 무선 서비스와의 비교분석과 이용자 요구사항 분석 등을 통하여 휴대인터넷에 기반한 도서관에서 적용 가능한 서비스를 조망한다. 특히 기존에 도서관에서 제공되고 있는 무선망 기반의 정보서비스에 대한 현황 및 문제점과 함께. 휴대인터넷을 기반으로 하는 정보서비스의 세부분야 및, 고려사항, 그리고 제공 방법에 대해 살펴보았다.

This study analyzed the digital divide of Korean senior citizens through the preference for smart media. Targeting two media out of mobile internet and mobile social media, the media dependency ratio and the trend of people in their 20s-60s were verified. Regarding the dependency ratio of young people(20s) and senior citizens(60s), in case of mobile internet, people in their 60s were average 8.6% while people in their 20s were average 38.9%, so that the ratio of senior citizens was lower by 30.3%. In case of social media, people in their 60s were average 1%, which was 7.1% lower than people in their 20s(8.1%). And this divide was the digital divide shown in the informatization process through the trend of internet use of senior citizens in their 60s or up. Thus, as the policy measures for solving the digital divide of senior citizens, it would be required to continuously develop the digital cultural programs for senior citizens, to expansively perform the government subsidiary policies like additionally providing the essential information to senior citizens, and also to expand the smart-based infrastructure for senior citizens' participation in economic activities.

급속히 발전하는 인터넷의 활용은 여러 측면에서 긍정적 발전을 가져왔고 삶의 질적인 향상과 생활의 풍요로움을 가져다주었다. 그러나 사이버 공간은 비행이나 폭행 등 부정적 결과를 초래하고 있다. 이는 현실세계에 보다 심각한 사회적 혼란을 야기하고 있다. 본 연구는 모바일 SNS 사용자를 대상으로 인터넷 윤리의 바람직한 방향을 연구하고자 한다. SNS는 경제적 가치는 물론 사회적 파급효과도 적지 않아 특정 문제에 대한 의견 소통의 도구로 이용된다. 사회적 영향력, 개인의 감정요소는 커뮤니티 관계의 요소가 된다. 또한 SNS는 이용자의 정체성과 공공영역에 영향을 미치게 된다. 모바일 SNS 시대에 인터넷 윤리는 모바일 인터넷 사용자들에게 올바른 인터넷 윤리정보를 인식하고 실천하도록 할 것이다.

The existence of Internet revolutionized the computer and communications world. With the rising demand for accessing the Internet, the mobile technology has incorporated the use of Internet in mobile phones. Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) has combined two of the widest utilized technology today: mobile phones and Internet. This study aims to assess the existing WAP pages offered by the top service providers in the Philippines through usability testing experiments. The paper also aims to identify existing problems in WAP interface by focusing on the errors committed by the users. From the usability study, it was found out that common usability problems are wrong selection of links, unclear grouping of categories, wrong feedback, and redundant links. The type of service provider used is significant in determining the performance of users while experience in accessing WAP is insignificant.
