  • The Tactical Information and Communication Network system provides real-time multimedia services such as voice and data by utilizing the Mobile Subscriber Access Point. At this time, an external transmission path is constructed through the Low Capacity Trunk Radio and the High Capacity Trunk Radio system. The communication devices of each wireless transmission system are mounted on a tactical vehicle and a secondary battery is used to prevent a power interruption when the supply power to the tactical vehicle is transferred to the integrated power control device. In this paper, the basic design of the Wireless Power Transfer device for charging the battery of the integrated power control system of the mobile base station system using the Loading Distribution Method and checking the number of primary windings and the core material selection by the air gap through the Finite Elements Method.

  • In this paper, it is proposed that RSVP and WFQ must be a good way of a better service for the better quality for Mobile If Network. For the Performance Analysis of working it was composed of Mobile IP and VoIP Network model, and further more test of the postpone and QoS was implemented. The results of the test is as follows, Before the movement of mobile agent was 2ms, after that, 3ms, And before QoS was adapted the value was 30ms, after being adapted, analyzed as 10ms. This research that the problem of put off was improved by adaping QoS in the mobile IP Network.

  • NEMO Basic Support Protocol standardized in IETF provides the seamless communication environment to all nodes within the mobile network regardless of the network movement while the network is moving. According to the standard, when the mobile network moves outside of its home network the network can make use of the binding update message or dynamic routing protocol in order to register the mobility information into the Home Agent(HA). But because these two methods don't consider the route optimization, all packets destined to Mobile Network Nodes(MNNs) attached into the Mobile Router(MR) have to go through HAs of MRs so that they bring on the transmission delay and the waste of the bandwidth. This situation is to be worse and causes the packet fragmentation problem if MRs within the mobile network are nested. Even though there have been some researches about the route optimization to recover the problems, they have problems in the packet transmission performance side. In this paper, we propose a new scheme to improve the network performance by using a dynamic routing protocol and minimizing the number of HAs on the end-to-end path. Various performance evaluations show that the proposed mechanism gives better performance in view of the packet transmission compared to the existing schemes.

  • Robotic sensor network (RSN) contains mobile sensors and robots providing feasible solution for many multi-agent applications. One of the most critical issues in RSN and its application is how to effectively assign tasks. This paper presents a novel connectivity preserving hybrid task allocation strategy to answer the question particularly for RSN. Firstly, we model the task allocation in RSN to distinguish the discovering and allocating processes. Secondly, a fully distributed simple Task-oriented Unoccupied Neighbor Algorithm, named TUNA, is developed to allocate tasks with only partial view of the network topology. A connectivity controller is finally developed and integrated into the strategy to guarantee the global connectivity of entire RSN, which is critical to most RSN applications. The correctness, efficiency and scalability of TUNA are proved with both theoretical analysis and experimental simulations. The evaluation results show that TUNA can effectively assign tasks to mobile robots with the requirements of only a few messages and small movements of mobile agents.

  • The spectrum allocation is an attractive issue for mobile cognitive radio (CR) network. However, the time-varying characteristic of the spectrum allocation is not fully investigated. Thus, this paper originally deduces the probabilities of spectrum availability and interference constrain in theory under the mobile environment. Then, we propose a prediction mechanism of the time-varying available spectrum lists and the dynamic interference topologies. By considering the node mobility and primary users' (PUs') activity, the mechanism is capable of overcoming the static shortcomings of traditional model. Based on the mechanism, two prediction-based spectrum allocation algorithms, prediction greedy algorithm (PGA) and prediction fairness algorithm (PFA), are presented to enhance the spectrum utilization and improve the fairness. Moreover, new utility functions are redefined to measure the effectiveness of different schemes in the mobile CR network. Simulation results show that PGA gets more average effective spectrums than the traditional schemes, when the mean idle time of PUs is high. And PFA could achieve good system fairness performance, especially when the speeds of cognitive nodes are high.

  • Due to rapid spread of smart phones and SNS(Social Network Service), using of Internet applications has increased and taking up bandwidth more than 3G network's capacity recently. This caused reduction of speed and service quality, and occurred strong needs that backbone network company to increasing investment costs. Also a great rise of mobile network users causing identity management problems on mobile service provider through mobile network. This paper proposes advanced IDM3G[1] - to solve user ID management and security problems on mobile internet application services over 3G network and more - authentication management protocol. $I^2DM$ protocol breakup loads which made by existing IDM3G protocol's mutual authentication via mobile operator, via sending some parts to internet application service provider, enhancing mobile and ID management of service provider and network load and process load from information handling and numbers of transmitting packets, to suggest more optimized protocol against further demanding of 3G mobile network.

  • Mobile phones are the most common communication devices in history. For this reason, the number of mobile subscribers will increase dramatically in the future. Therefore, the determining the location of a mobile station will become more and more difficult. The mobile station must be authenticated to inform the network of its current location even when the user switches it on or when its location is changed. The most basic weakness in the GSM authentication protocol is the unilateral authentication process where the customer is verified by the system, yet the system is not confirmed by the customer. This creates numerous security issues, including powerlessness against man-in-the-middle attacks, vast bandwidth consumption between VLR and HLR, storage space overhead in VLR, and computation costs in VLR and HLR. In this paper, we propose a secure authentication mechanism based new mobility management method to improve the location management in the GSM network, which suffers from a lot off drawbacks, such as transmission cost and database overload. Numerical analysis is done for both conventional and modified versions and compared together. The numerical results show that our protocol scheme is more secure and that it reduces mobility management costs the most in the GSM network.

  • The Korea Communication Commission(KCC) measures communication qualities of mobile phones' voice calls, mobile internet, and broadband internet to provide quality communication services. It particularly focuses on measuring qualities of mobile internet data that is on the rise in terms of usage. However, existing quality measurement simply measures the speed of mobile communication through data without providing much information to users and does not disclose measured data, making it hard for individuals to objectively determine their communication quality. Thus, to improve such problems, the author suggests a system that measures qualities of mobile communication through Android. The method guarantees user convenience and reliability and improved mobile communication by making it easy for users to select the quantity of data to be used. It also saves the current GPS obtained through GPS module or mobile communication network and transfers measured data to servers so that the data can be processed into new information and be reinterpreted.

  • Recently, mobile devices have evolved into small computers with various functions according to user requirements. Careful attention must be paid to the design of the power supply network for the stable operation of the application processor (AP), the wireless communication modem, the high performance camera, and the various interfaces of the mobile device to implement various functions of the mobile device. In this paper, we analyzed and verified the method of optimizing the design parameters such as the position, capacity, and number of decoupling capacitors to meet the target impedance required by the driver IC chip to ensure the stability of the power supply network of mobile devices that should be designed as wiring type due to mounting density limitation. The proposed wired power supply network design method can be applied to various applications including high-speed signal transmission line in addition to mobile applications.

  • This paper address the scheme for WiMAX backhaul in mobile communication network. These days most ISPs has implemented Wi-Fi backhaul using T1/E1 and DSL. if WiMAX is installed as the alternative to the mobile backhaul, it can decrease the costs drastically for the installation and operations. And it will be one of the best cost-effective solutions to cover the service areas which has not the wired communication infrastructure. WiMAX can be used for Base station, Subscriber Station, and Relay. In this paper, the performance is measured for downstream and upstream using NAT and port forwarding functions by configuring WiMAX server and WiMAX SS.
