  • In this study, the compressive strength and porosity characteristics of cement mortar mixed with liquid and powder composite water repellent were evaluated. When the liquid water repellent was mixed, the compressive strength at 28 days of age was 42% compared to OPC, and the compressive strength was greatly reduced. However, the 28-day compressive strength of the powder water repellent mixture and P5L1, P6L1 liquid and powder composite water repellent was about 97% compared to OPC, and there was little decrease in compressive strength.

  • In this study, the analysis was conducted in the aspect of non-hardened concrete of Ternary Mixed Aggregates, and it was determined that flowing and amount of air increased as the mixing combinations of RS increased. However, it is difficult to see the phenomenon only as a result of increasing mixing combinations of RS, and it is thought that the influence of CS and SS also plays a large role. For later analysis, we plan to conduct research on compressive strength and shrinkage according to age, and analyze more suitable mixing combinations.

  • Using the limestone powder as material that can alternate the clinker, it seems to get positive effect as filler and enhance workability of cement, but the amount of replacement can affect compressive strength of cement. This study was evaluated the effect of limestone mixed cement fineness and SO3 content on cement mortar. As a result of measuring the compressive strength, it showed 93% compared to the compressive strength of Plain 28 days at fineness 4,400 and SO3 2.6%. It is judged that additional research is necessary to express the strength equivalent to that of Plain.

  • In this study, the compressive strength and hydration heat of cement paste mixed with cellulose nanocrystal(CNC) and graphene oxide (GO) were evaluated. The difference was compared by mixing 0.1 vol.% ~0.4 vol.% of CNC and 0.05 wt.% ~ 0.1 wt.% of GO in a cement paste with a water cement ratio of 0.3. As a result, it was confirmed that the compressive strength increased as CNC and GO were mixed respectively, and then the compressive strength decreased when the appropriate mixing rate was exceeded. In the hydration heat measurement, there was no significant difference when only CNC was mixed, but it was confirmed that the hydration heat decreased as the amount of CNC mixing increased when used in combination with GO.

  • The usage of mixed 2D and 3D CAD data of commercial CAD systems is required in the construction practice. Sometimes 3D wireframe model is required by end-users when 2D CAD data is delivered. However, current KOSDIC can not represent 3D CAD data, because it has been developed as a 2D drawing delivery standard. Therefore, this study is to provide exchange and sharing of mixed 2D and 3D CAD data that add 3D wireframe model in the KOSDIC. To achieve this purpose, the authors have investigated the 3D CAD entities of commercial CAD systems, and have analyzed STEP standards providing 3D wireframe model. The result, the authors have extracted 3D CAD common entities based wireframe model which shall be added in the KOSDIC. This study can be beneficial by using the developed data model for heterogeneous CAD systems, and by providing the representation of mixed 2D and 3D CAD data in construction practice such as GIS, piping system, and so forth.

  • In this paper, we construct extrapolated expanded mixed finite element approximations to approximate the scalar unknown, its gradient and its flux of semilinear Sobolev equations. To avoid the difficulty of solving the system of nonlinear equations, we use an extrapolated technique in our construction of the approximations. Some numerical examples are used to show the efficiency of our schemes.

  • Red mud is an inorganic by-product produced from the mineral processing of alumina from Bauxite ores. the development of alkali-activated slag-red mud cement can be a representative study aimed at recycling the strong alkali of the red mud as a construction material. This study is to investigate the pore characteristics of alkali-activated slag-red mud soil pavement according to the red mud content. The results showed that the porosity of alkali-activated slag-red mud soil pavement increased but the compressive strength of that decreased as the red mud content increased.

  • In Korea, various policies are implemented so that the socially disadvantaged (disabled, elderly, pregnant women, temporary disabled, etc.) can easily access individual facilities and areas. As the nation's interest in the socially disadvantaged increases, the need for BF certification is also emerging in buildings in private facilities. However, this system requires a lot of cost and time in the examination process, so if certification fails, social costs and time losses are high. To solve this problem, this paper presents a measurement plan for mixed reality devices using HoloLens, a mixed reality device hardware that can pre-check BF certification based on augmented reality, and Unity 3D, MRTK, a development tool.
