치과 기관유형에 따른 의료서비스 품질과 명성이 환자 만족도와 충성도에 미치는 영향 - 의료기관 신뢰의 조절 효과를 중심으로 - (The Effect of Quality of Service and Reputation on Patient Satisfaction and Loyalty by Dental Services -Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Trust in Medical Institutions-)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the quality and reputation of medical services in hospitals run by Gangwon-do 1,3, and 10 dentists, to investigate the mitigation effects of trust and quality on patient satisfaction and loyalty. Methods: Of the 600 surveys collected, 578 were used. Results: Although there were differences in dental services by type of institution, fame influenced patient satisfaction in all three institutions, and patient satisfaction also affected loyalty in all three institutions. The moderating effect of trust was shown to one dentist, and physician trust was shown to have a moderating effect. Conclusions: The establishment of reputation trust and the practice of dental medical services are important for attracting patients.

SDN-Based Hierarchical Agglomerative Clustering Algorithm for Interference Mitigation in Ultra-Dense Small Cell Networks

  • Ultra-dense small cell networks (UD-SCNs) have been identified as a promising scheme for next-generation wireless networks capable of meeting the ever-increasing demand for higher transmission rates and better quality of service. However, UD-SCNs will inevitably suffer from severe interference among the small cell base stations, which will lower their spectral efficiency. In this paper, we propose a software-defined networking (SDN)-based hierarchical agglomerative clustering (SDN-HAC) framework, which leverages SDN to centrally control all sub-channels in the network, and decides on cluster merging using a similarity criterion based on a suitability function. We evaluate the proposed algorithm through simulation. The obtained results show that the proposed algorithm performs well and improves system payoff by 18.19% and 436.34% when compared with the traditional network architecture algorithms and non-cooperative scenarios, respectively.

  • This paper shows the latest trend of coping plan for mitigating lightning damage in advanced countries. The mitigation measures were investigated in following fields: the organization of government and warning system, education and publicity, support program and concerned service. In results of investigations, the USA and Japan have been organized with the latest technology of warning system and the effective management of organization. So government-level mitigation measures based on the small-scaled lightning warning system need to be considered for reducing the damage of lightning in our country.

A Blockchain-enabled Multi-domain DDoS Collaborative Defense Mechanism

  • Most of the existing Distributed Denial-of-Service mitigation schemes in Software-Defined Networking are only implemented in the network domain managed by a single controller. In fact, the zombies for attackers to launch large-scale DDoS attacks are actually not in the same network domain. Therefore, abnormal traffic of DDoS attack will affect multiple paths and network domains. A single defense method is difficult to deal with large-scale DDoS attacks. The cooperative defense of multiple domains becomes an important means to effectively solve cross-domain DDoS attacks. We propose an efficient multi-domain DDoS cooperative defense mechanism by integrating blockchain and SDN architecture. It includes attack traceability, inter-domain information sharing and attack mitigation. In order to reduce the length of the marking path and shorten the traceability time, we propose an AS-level packet traceability method called ASPM. We propose an information sharing method across multiple domains based on blockchain and smart contract. It effectively solves the impact of DDoS illegal traffic on multiple domains. According to the traceability results, we designed a DDoS attack mitigation method by replacing the ACL list with the IP address black/gray list. The experimental results show that our ASPM traceability method requires less data packets, high traceability precision and low overhead. And blockchain-based inter-domain sharing scheme has low cost, high scalability and high security. Attack mitigation measures can prevent illegal data flow in a timely and efficient manner.

  • 2009년 이후 정부 및 민간부문에서는 DDoS 방어체계 구축을 위해 수백억 원의 예산을 투입해 왔으며, 그 결과 많은 정부 및 민간분야에 DDoS 대응을 위한 전용장비가 설치되었다. 그러나 이러한 기관 역시 DDoS 공격 발생 시 성공적인 방어가 이루어지지 않는 경우가 많은데, 이는 DDoS 대응 장비가 특정 공격 행위에만 대응할 수 있는 시그니처 중심의 방어 구조를 따르고 있기 때문이다. 이에 비해 방어자원 관점의 정책적 대응방법을 통할 경우, 공격 기법과 상관없이 서비스 자원의 가용성 확인을 통하여 시스템 이상여부 및 공격 유형의 종류를 확인할 수 있으며, 공격에 대한 대응 정책 또한 손쉽게 도출할 수 있다. 본 고에서는 기존의 공격 행위 중심의 방어체계에서 벗어나 방어자 관점의 DDoS 탐지 기법을 소개하고, 이를 통해 정책기반 서비스거부공격 대응방안을 제시한다.

Location Analysis for Emergency Medical Service Vehicle in Sub District Area

  • This research aims to formulate a mathematical model and develop an algorithm for solving a location problem in emergency medical service vehicle parking. To find an optimal parking location which has the least risk score or risk priority number calculated from severity, occurrence, detection, and distance from parking location for emergency patients, data were collected from Pratoom sub-district Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Center from October 2010 to April 2011. The criteria of risk evaluation were modified from Automotive Industry Action Group's criteria. An adaptive simulated annealing algorithm with multiple cooling schedules called multi-agent simulated quenching (MASQ) is proposed for solving the problem in two schemes of algorithms including dual agent and triple agent quenching. The result showed that the solution obtained from both scheme of MASQ was better than the traditional solution. The best locations obtained from MASQ-dual agent quenching scheme was nodes #5 and #133. The risk score was reduced 61% from 6,022 to 2,371 points.

  • In Korea it continues to grow elderly population, especially the elderly who lived alone and above-average temperatures is increased by global worming lately. So that, to take immediate action and to solve social isolation for elderly people living alone, we prospect it plays an important role ubiquitous information technology(IT) such as Geosensor based on GIS, RFID and wireless sensor networks, etc. In this paper, we searched domestic and foreign response status of heat wave for the elderly and proposed u-Care service for the elderly to stay indoors during heatwave warning. In future, we will design u-Care system and carry out various researches on accuracy, revitalization, the law, etc.

U&V-City is the four-dimensional future city that actualizes an intelligent daily ubiquitous computing service by embodying 3D-Virtual City, the reproduction of real world U-City while using Digital map, satellite image, VRML(Virtual Reality Modeling Language), which are presentation tool to describe city components and by efficiently catch and cope about nature and human disasters while employing EAI(External Authoring Interface) that provides HTML&JAVA, and interface for efficient removal/process of massive information/service and also by employing GPS/LBS/Navigation in support of the world-wide orientation concept, and RTLS(Real Time Location System).

소방재정 확충방안 -소방공동시설세를 중심으로- (A Study on the Financial System for Public Fire Services)

  • 오늘날 행정 환경의 전반적인 변화에 따라 소방 서비스에 대한 국민들의 욕구는 점차 높아가고 있고, 그에 대응한 소방재정의 수요 역시 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 그러나 현재의 소방재원 마련을 위한 재정구조는 이러한 환경변화를 대응하기에는 많은 문제점과 한계를 가지고 있다. 우리나라 소방서비스는 기본적으로 광역행정체제에 의해 공급되고 있고, 그 대표적인 재원이 소방공동시설세이다. 그러나 소방공동시설세는 현재 소방재정의 30%정도에 불과한 실정이다. 또한 소방과 관련하여 지방교부세, 국고보조금 등 재정조정제도가 마련되어 있지만 이 역시 특별교부세의 축소로 인해 오히려 소방재정의 악화를 가져왔다. 또한 현행 소방공동시설세는 과세대상의 협소와 낮은 세율구조로 인해 재원 확충에는 한계를 가지고 있으며, 가장 직접적으로 소방서비스를 제공받고 있는 기초자치단체는 무임승차자가 되어 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 양질의 소방서비스를 제공하기 위해 필수적이라 할 수 있는 안정적인 소방재정의 확충을 위한 방안을 마련하는데 목적을 두고서 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 위해 현행 소방재정의 현황을 분석하여 그 문제점을 제시한 후 부족한 소방재정을 안정적으로 확보하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 구체적으로는 소방공동시설세의 확대개편을 통한 확충방안으로 과세대상과 부과방법의 개선 및 세율구조의 개편을 제시하였고, 지방세법의 개정을 통한 확충방안으로 보통세로의 보상세의 신설과 목적세로의 소방안전세의 신설, 그리고 소방공동시설세관리특별회계의 신설 등을 제시하였다.

  • The personalized meal service is being developed to prevent and alleviate illnesses according to the individual's health condition. However, the current meal does not provide a fully customized service to individuals and a diet that meets the consumer's information needs. The cause is the lack of information on the ingredients and the difficulty of comparative analysis between the materials. Therefore, in this study, we propose basic analysis process for basic information acquisition and database construction for food composition before providing personalized food. In this study, we investigated the content of carbohydrate, reducing sugar and protein as basic components of Grifola frondosa and investigate the content of polyphenol as a biological active ingredients. Respectively. Studies on the hypoglycemic effect of the diabetic rat model have been carried out in relation to the prevention of diseases. Based on the results of this study, it is also possible to obtain information on the basic ingredients of the food and to analyze the information on the content and activity of the biological active ingredients. Using animal models, information on disease prevention and mitigation was also available. The process introduced in this study is applied to various food materials, accumulating data, and utilizing Database, this results will be an excellent tool for providing more efficient service by providing a proper dietary composition for consumers.
