SCP개량지반상에 성토시공 시 최적설계에 관한 연구 (Study on Optimum Design for Embankment Construction on Soft Ground Treated by SCP)

  • 본 연구에서는 모래다짐말뚝 (SCP)로 개량된 연약점토지반상의 성토시공에 있어서 최적설계조건에 대해 현행 설계법과 손실평가함수 및 1차 근사 2계 모멘트법 (AFOSM)에 기초한 신뢰성 설계법으로 비교 검토하였다. 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 안전율(Fs)와 파괴확률($P_F$)는 심한 비선형 관계를 나타냈고, Fs가 1.2로 증가함에 따라 $P_F$는 약 1%까지 급격한 감소를 나타낸 후, 안전율의 증가와 더불어 $P_F$는 점진적으로 감소하였다. 현행 설계법상의 기준 안전율 1.2는 둘의 관계에 있어서 일종의 임계값이며, 이들의 관계가 적절히 고려되어 정립되었다고 판단된다. 2) 최소기대총비용을 나타내는 안전율은 1.15부근으로 현행설계기준 1.2에 다소 못미치는 값으로 나타났고, 파괴확률은 1% 정도로 다소 컸다. 3) 응력분담비 n과 모래의 내부마찰각 ${\phi}$의 민감도가 연약층의 초기비배수강도 관련 변수들의 민감도보다 더 크게 나타났다. 이것은 n과 ${\phi}$의 변동 특성이 보다 해석결과에 큰 영향을 준다는 것과 이들 변동 특성은 SCP 개량지반상의 성토안정해석에 반드시 고려되어야 함을 의미한다. 4) 설계기준안전율 1.2 이상(파괴확률 0.1-0.3% 이하)에서 New Failure Point는 평균치에서 표준편차의 1~2배 가량 떨어져 있는 값을 나타냈다.

  • 최근 사물인터넷(Internet of Things, IoT)이 인간의 안전, 생명, 자산과 직결되는 산업과 일상생활에 널리 활용되고 있다. 그러나 저가, 경량, 저전력 요건을 충족해야 하는 IoT 장치는 배터리 소모 공격과 간섭 때문에 배터리 라이프타임이 심각하게 단축되는 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 웨이크업 리시버(Wake-up Receiver, WuR)를 위한 802.11ba 표준이 등장했고, 이 기능은 와이파이 기반 IoT의 에너지 소비를 최소화하는데 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 그러나 WuR 프로토콜은 지연시간과 오버헤드를 단축하기 위해서 보안 메커니즘을 고려하지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 배터리 소모 공격에 대응하기 위해서 저전력 웨이크업 리시버를 위한 적응형 파워 세이빙 메커니즘(Adaptive Power Saving Mechanism, APSM)을 제안한다. APSM은 공격이 잦은 환경에서 파워 세이빙 시간을 기하급수적으로 증가시킴으로써 비정상적으로 발생하는 파워 소모량을 최소화할 수 있다. 실험 결과에 따르면, APSM은 전체 트래픽 중 공격 비중이 10% 이상일 때 종래의 파워 세이빙 메커니즘(Legacy Power Saving Mechanism, LPSM)보다 13.77% 이상의 에너지 소비 효율을 개선할 수 있었다.

불가항력 의료사고 보상사업에 대한 헌법적 쟁점 검토 (Constitutional Issue Review of Compensation for Inevitable Medical Accidents During Delivery)

  • 불가항력 의료사고 보상사업의 근거 법률인 현행 「의료사고 피해구제 및 의료분쟁 조정 등에 관한 법률」 제46조제1항에서는, 보건의료인이 충분한 주의의무를 다하였음에도 불구하고 불가항력적으로 발생한 '분만에 따른 의료사고'를 사업의 대상으로 정하고 있다. 또한, 동법 시행령에서 보건의료기관개설자 중 분만실적이 있는 자가 보상재원의 30%를 부담하게 규정하고 있는바, 이에 대하여 헌법재판소에서는 2015헌가13 결정을 통해 의료분쟁조정법에서 위 사업의 분담금 납부의무자의 범위와 보상재원의 분담비율을 시행령에 위임하였다고 하여 헌법에 위반되지 않는다고 결정한 바 있다. 그러나 이는 의료진으로 하여금 의료과실이 없는 분만사고에 대하여 금전적으로 보상하게 하는 것으로 과실책임주의를 배제한 것인바, 이 제도의 본질이 사회보상적 성격을 갖는 사회보장제도의 일종이라면, 보건의료개설자의 비용분담 규정을 삭제하고 국가가 비용 전부를 부담하는 방법을 고려할 수 있을 것이다. 다만, 이와 더불어 의료사고 원인분석 및 재발방지 조치 등 의료기관의 노력을 강화하기 위한 제도적 장치를 함께 검토할 필요가 있다. 더불어, 의료분쟁조정법상 보건의료개설자가 부담하여야 할 보상재원의 분담비율의 상한을 정하는 것이 포괄위임금지원칙의 취지에 부합할 것이다. 한편, 의료사고 보상심의위원회의 분담금 지급기준과 관련하여, 시행령에서 보상의 기준이 되는 재태주수, 출생체중 등을 적시하고, 그 세부기준을 의료사고 보상심의위원회에서 정함이 타당하다. 마지막으로 불가항력 의료사고 보상사업에서 보상의 회색지대를 방지하기 위함은 물론, 의료'과실'이 규범적 판단임을 고려할 때 위 동법 제48조 제1항의 규정에서 '보건의료인의 과실이 인정되지 않는다는 취지의 감정서가 제출되고'의 요건은 삭제하는 것이 바람직하며, 반드시 의료중재원 조정·중재절차가 선행되어야 하는 현행의 규정을 개선할 필요가 있을 것이다.

  • This talk presents the overview of the author's research and development activities on fuzzy inference hardware. We involved it with two distinct approaches. The first approach is to use application specific integrated circuits (ASIC) technology. The fuzzy inference method is directly implemented in silicon. The second approach, which is in its preliminary stage, is to use more conventional microprocessor architecture. Here, we use a quantitative technique used by designer of reduced instruction set computer (RISC) to modify an architecture of a microprocessor. In the ASIC approach, we implemented the most widely used fuzzy inference mechanism directly on silicon. The mechanism is beaded on a max-min compositional rule of inference, and Mandami's method of fuzzy implication. The two VLSI fuzzy inference chips are designed, fabricated, and fully tested. Both used a full-custom CMOS technology. The second and more claborate chip was designed at the University of North Carolina(U C) in cooperation with MCNC. Both VLSI chips had muliple datapaths for rule digital fuzzy inference chips had multiple datapaths for rule evaluation, and they executed multiple fuzzy if-then rules in parallel. The AT & T chip is the first digital fuzzy inference chip in the world. It ran with a 20 MHz clock cycle and achieved an approximately 80.000 Fuzzy Logical inferences Per Second (FLIPS). It stored and executed 16 fuzzy if-then rules. Since it was designed as a proof of concept prototype chip, it had minimal amount of peripheral logic for system integration. UNC/MCNC chip consists of 688,131 transistors of which 476,160 are used for RAM memory. It ran with a 10 MHz clock cycle. The chip has a 3-staged pipeline and initiates a computation of new inference every 64 cycle. This chip achieved an approximately 160,000 FLIPS. The new architecture have the following important improvements from the AT & T chip: Programmable rule set memory (RAM). On-chip fuzzification operation by a table lookup method. On-chip defuzzification operation by a centroid method. Reconfigurable architecture for processing two rule formats. RAM/datapath redundancy for higher yield It can store and execute 51 if-then rule of the following format: IF A and B and C and D Then Do E, and Then Do F. With this format, the chip takes four inputs and produces two outputs. By software reconfiguration, it can store and execute 102 if-then rules of the following simpler format using the same datapath: IF A and B Then Do E. With this format the chip takes two inputs and produces one outputs. We have built two VME-bus board systems based on this chip for Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). The board is now installed in a robot at ORNL. Researchers uses this board for experiment in autonomous robot navigation. The Fuzzy Logic system board places the Fuzzy chip into a VMEbus environment. High level C language functions hide the operational details of the board from the applications programme . The programmer treats rule memories and fuzzification function memories as local structures passed as parameters to the C functions. ASIC fuzzy inference hardware is extremely fast, but they are limited in generality. Many aspects of the design are limited or fixed. We have proposed to designing a are limited or fixed. We have proposed to designing a fuzzy information processor as an application specific processor using a quantitative approach. The quantitative approach was developed by RISC designers. In effect, we are interested in evaluating the effectiveness of a specialized RISC processor for fuzzy information processing. As the first step, we measured the possible speed-up of a fuzzy inference program based on if-then rules by an introduction of specialized instructions, i.e., min and max instructions. The minimum and maximum operations are heavily used in fuzzy logic applications as fuzzy intersection and union. We performed measurements using a MIPS R3000 as a base micropro essor. The initial result is encouraging. We can achieve as high as a 2.5 increase in inference speed if the R3000 had min and max instructions. Also, they are useful for speeding up other fuzzy operations such as bounded product and bounded sum. The embedded processor's main task is to control some device or process. It usually runs a single or a embedded processer to create an embedded processor for fuzzy control is very effective. Table I shows the measured speed of the inference by a MIPS R3000 microprocessor, a fictitious MIPS R3000 microprocessor with min and max instructions, and a UNC/MCNC ASIC fuzzy inference chip. The software that used on microprocessors is a simulator of the ASIC chip. The first row is the computation time in seconds of 6000 inferences using 51 rules where each fuzzy set is represented by an array of 64 elements. The second row is the time required to perform a single inference. The last row is the fuzzy logical inferences per second (FLIPS) measured for ach device. There is a large gap in run time between the ASIC and software approaches even if we resort to a specialized fuzzy microprocessor. As for design time and cost, these two approaches represent two extremes. An ASIC approach is extremely expensive. It is, therefore, an important research topic to design a specialized computing architecture for fuzzy applications that falls between these two extremes both in run time and design time/cost. 폐수를 이용한 겨울철 경제적 미세조류 배양 시스템의 개발 (Development of Economic Culture System Using Wastewater for Microalgae in Winter Season)

  • 우리나라는 겨울철에 미세조류가 성장하기에 적합하지 않은 기후조건을 가진다. 따라서, 차세대 바이오매스의 공급원료로서의 미세조류 배양을 겨울철에 이룩하기는 쉽지 않다. 본 연구에서는 적은 에너지를 이용하여 미세조류가 성장이 불가한 영외환경에서 미세조류를 성장시키기 위해서, 삼중막의 비닐하우스를 설치하였다. 또한 투명한 아크릴 재질로 수조를 제작하여 빛을 수조의 모든 면에서 받을 수 있게 함으로써, 빛의 이용성을 최대화하였다. 6가지의 다양한 실험조건을 설정하여 겨울철 영하의 기후조건에서 최소한의 비용으로 하수종말처리장 폐수를 사용하여 미세조류를 배양하였다. 또한 미세조류 바이오매스를 증가시킴과 동시에 환경오염의 원인이 될 수 있는 영양염류 성분 중 질소를 최대 92%, 인을 최대 99%까지 제거시켰다. 본 연구에서 바이오디젤의 원료가 될 수 있는 가장 주된 지방산은 리놀렌산(C18 : 3n3)으로 총 지질량의 최대 61%까지 차지했다. 지방산의 생산성은 2.4 g $m^{-2}day^{-1}$이었다. 결론적으로, 본 연구를 통하여 차세대 바이오매스 생산을 위한 미세조류 배양을 저온 시기에서도 이룩하였으며, 그에 따른 폐수처리에서도 좋은 성과를 이루었다.

최소운송비용의 선형계획모형을 통한 K-LandBridge의 타당성 연구 (A Feasibility Study of the K-LandBridge through a Linear Programming Model of Minimum Transport Costs)

  • 최근 중국은 일대일로 국가전략을 표방하고 이를 세부적으로 실행함과 동시에 세부계획 등을 지속적으로 수정보완 중에 있다. 그러나 우리나라를 포함한 한반도는 여기에 전혀 포함되지 못한 채로 우리나라 주도의 독자 국제물류정책들을 남발하고 있다. 지금은 유명무실화된 한중열차페리시스템이 다시 제기되는 등 동북아 국제복합운송시스템에 관한 움직임은 마련되어야 하고 유지되어야 한다. 본 연구에서 그 실행계획으로써 K-LB(Korea LandBridge)를 소개하고 이에 관한 타당성조사를 실시하였다. K-LB는 새만금신항을 중심으로 하는 대중국 열차페리시스템인 left-wing과 영일만항을 중심으로 하는 대러시아 열차페리시스템인 light-wing으로 하는 양 날개를 우리나라 기존 철도시스템으로 연계하는 시스템을 말한다. 본 연구는 K-LB가 현 조건과 상황에서 실효성 있는 국제물류시스템이라 확신하며 이의 도입에 관한 타당성을 제시하였다. 보다 엄밀히 말하면 도입 타당성을 확보하기에 앞서 계량화가 가능한 운송비용을 최소화 시키는 목적함수하의 선형계획모형을 통하여 K-LB의 효율성이 확보되는 운송비에서의 가용범위와 조건을 제시하였다. 연구결과는 해상운송보다 열차페리가 34.5% 정도 저렴한 비용 수준을 확보할 수 있다면 열차페리에 의한 K-LB에 경쟁력이 확보될 수 있음을 밝히고 있다. 이는 열차페리가 컨테이너전용선보다 신속한 통관시간과 절차뿐만 아니라 양하역비가 절감되는 유연한 양하역작업을 감안한다면 그 임계수준이 크지 않으며 동북아 국제물류시스템에서 충분히 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있는 시스템임을 의미한다.

A Study on the Meaning and Strategy of Keyword Advertising Marketing

  • At the initial stage of Internet advertising, banner advertising came into fashion. As the Internet developed into a central part of daily lives and the competition in the on-line advertising market was getting fierce, there was not enough space for banner advertising, which rushed to portal sites only. All these factors was responsible for an upsurge in advertising prices. Consequently, the high-cost and low-efficiency problems with banner advertising were raised, which led to an emergence of keyword advertising as a new type of Internet advertising to replace its predecessor. In the beginning of 2000s, when Internet advertising came to be activated, display advertisement including banner advertising dominated the Net. However, display advertising showed signs of gradual decline, and registered minus growth in the year 2009, whereas keyword advertising showed rapid growth and started to outdo display advertising as of the year 2005. Keyword advertising refers to the advertising technique that exposes relevant advertisements on the top of research sites when one searches for a keyword. Instead of exposing advertisements to unspecified individuals like banner advertising, keyword advertising, or targeted advertising technique, shows advertisements only when customers search for a desired keyword so that only highly prospective customers are given a chance to see them. In this context, it is also referred to as search advertising. It is regarded as more aggressive advertising with a high hit rate than previous advertising in that, instead of the seller discovering customers and running an advertisement for them like TV, radios or banner advertising, it exposes advertisements to visiting customers. Keyword advertising makes it possible for a company to seek publicity on line simply by making use of a single word and to achieve a maximum of efficiency at a minimum cost. The strong point of keyword advertising is that customers are allowed to directly contact the products in question through its more efficient advertising when compared to the advertisements of mass media such as TV and radio, etc. The weak point of keyword advertising is that a company should have its advertisement registered on each and every portal site and finds it hard to exercise substantial supervision over its advertisement, there being a possibility of its advertising expenses exceeding its profits. Keyword advertising severs as the most appropriate methods of advertising for the sales and publicity of small and medium enterprises which are in need of a maximum of advertising effect at a low advertising cost. At present, keyword advertising is divided into CPC advertising and CPM advertising. The former is known as the most efficient technique, which is also referred to as advertising based on the meter rate system; A company is supposed to pay for the number of clicks on a searched keyword which users have searched. This is representatively adopted by Overture, Google's Adwords, Naver's Clickchoice, and Daum's Clicks, etc. CPM advertising is dependent upon the flat rate payment system, making a company pay for its advertisement on the basis of the number of exposure, not on the basis of the number of clicks. This method fixes a price for advertisement on the basis of 1,000-time exposure, and is mainly adopted by Naver's Timechoice, Daum's Speciallink, and Nate's Speedup, etc, At present, the CPC method is most frequently adopted. The weak point of the CPC method is that advertising cost can rise through constant clicks from the same IP. If a company makes good use of strategies for maximizing the strong points of keyword advertising and complementing its weak points, it is highly likely to turn its visitors into prospective customers. Accordingly, an advertiser should make an analysis of customers' behavior and approach them in a variety of ways, trying hard to find out what they want. With this in mind, her or she has to put multiple keywords into use when running for ads. When he or she first runs an ad, he or she should first give priority to which keyword to select. The advertiser should consider how many individuals using a search engine will click the keyword in question and how much money he or she has to pay for the advertisement. As the popular keywords that the users of search engines are frequently using are expensive in terms of a unit cost per click, the advertisers without much money for advertising at the initial phrase should pay attention to detailed keywords suitable to their budget. Detailed keywords are also referred to as peripheral keywords or extension keywords, which can be called a combination of major keywords. Most keywords are in the form of texts. The biggest strong point of text-based advertising is that it looks like search results, causing little antipathy to it. But it fails to attract much attention because of the fact that most keyword advertising is in the form of texts. Image-embedded advertising is easy to notice due to images, but it is exposed on the lower part of a web page and regarded as an advertisement, which leads to a low click through rate. However, its strong point is that its prices are lower than those of text-based advertising. If a company owns a logo or a product that is easy enough for people to recognize, the company is well advised to make good use of image-embedded advertising so as to attract Internet users' attention. Advertisers should make an analysis of their logos and examine customers' responses based on the events of sites in question and the composition of products as a vehicle for monitoring their behavior in detail. Besides, keyword advertising allows them to analyze the advertising effects of exposed keywords through the analysis of logos. The logo analysis refers to a close analysis of the current situation of a site by making an analysis of information about visitors on the basis of the analysis of the number of visitors and page view, and that of cookie values. It is in the log files generated through each Web server that a user's IP, used pages, the time when he or she uses it, and cookie values are stored. The log files contain a huge amount of data. As it is almost impossible to make a direct analysis of these log files, one is supposed to make an analysis of them by using solutions for a log analysis. The generic information that can be extracted from tools for each logo analysis includes the number of viewing the total pages, the number of average page view per day, the number of basic page view, the number of page view per visit, the total number of hits, the number of average hits per day, the number of hits per visit, the number of visits, the number of average visits per day, the net number of visitors, average visitors per day, one-time visitors, visitors who have come more than twice, and average using hours, etc. These sites are deemed to be useful for utilizing data for the analysis of the situation and current status of rival companies as well as benchmarking. As keyword advertising exposes advertisements exclusively on search-result pages, competition among advertisers attempting to preoccupy popular keywords is very fierce. Some portal sites keep on giving priority to the existing advertisers, whereas others provide chances to purchase keywords in question to all the advertisers after the advertising contract is over. If an advertiser tries to rely on keywords sensitive to seasons and timeliness in case of sites providing priority to the established advertisers, he or she may as well make a purchase of a vacant place for advertising lest he or she should miss appropriate timing for advertising. However, Naver doesn't provide priority to the existing advertisers as far as all the keyword advertisements are concerned. In this case, one can preoccupy keywords if he or she enters into a contract after confirming the contract period for advertising. This study is designed to take a look at marketing for keyword advertising and to present effective strategies for keyword advertising marketing. At present, the Korean CPC advertising market is virtually monopolized by Overture. Its strong points are that Overture is based on the CPC charging model and that advertisements are registered on the top of the most representative portal sites in Korea. These advantages serve as the most appropriate medium for small and medium enterprises to use. However, the CPC method of Overture has its weak points, too. That is, the CPC method is not the only perfect advertising model among the search advertisements in the on-line market. So it is absolutely necessary that small and medium enterprises including independent shopping malls should complement the weaknesses of the CPC method and make good use of strategies for maximizing its strengths so as to increase their sales and to create a point of contact with customers.

  • The categories of national health problems may be mainly divided into health promotion, problems of diseases, and population-economic problems which are indirectly related to health. Of them, the problems of diseases will be exclusively dealt with this speech. Rurality and Disease Problems There are many differences between rural and urban areas. In general, indicators of rurality are small size of towns, dispersion of the population, remoteness from urban centers, inadequacy of public transportation, poor communication, inadequate sanitation, poor housing, poverty, little education lack of health personnels and facilities, and in-accessibility to health services. The influence of such conditions creates, directly or indirectly, many problems of diseases in the rural areas. Those art the occurrence of preventable diseases, deterioration and prolongation of illness due to loss of chance to get early treatment, decreased or prolonged labour force loss, unnecessary death, doubling of medical cost, and economic loss. Some Considerations of Innovative Approach The followings art some considerations of innovative approaches to the problems of diseases in the rural Korea. 1. It would be essential goal of the innovative approaches that the damage and economic loss due to diseases will be maintained to minimum level by minimizing the absolute amount of the diseases, and by moderating the fee for medical cares. The goal of the minimization of the disease amount may be achieved by preventive services and early treatment, and the goal of moderating the medical fee may be achieved by lowering the prime cost and by adjusting the medical fees to reasonable level. 2. Community health service or community medicine will be adopted as a innovative means to disease problems. In this case, a community is defined as an unit area where supply and utilization of primary service activities can be accomplished within a day. The essential nature o the community health service should be such activities as health promotion, preventive measures, medical care, and rehabilitation performing efficiently through the organized efforts of the residents in a community. Each service activity should cover all members of the residents in a community in its plan and performance. The cooperation of the community peoples in one of the essential elements for success of the service program, The motivations of their cooperative mood may be activated through several ways: when the participation of the residents in service program of especially the direct participation of organized cooperation of the area leaders art achieved through a means of health education: when the residents get actual experience of having received the benefit of good quality services; and when the health personnels being armed with an idealism that they art working in the areas to help health problems of the residents, maintain good human relationships with them. For the success of a community health service program, a personnel who is in charge of leadership and has an able, a sincere and a steady characters seems to be required in a community. The government should lead and support the community health service programs of the nation under the basis of results appeared in the demonstrative programs so as to be carried out the programs efficiently. Moss of the health problems may be treated properly in the community levels through suitable community health service programs but there might be some problems which art beyond their abilities to be dealt with. To solve such problems each community health service program should be under the referral systems which are connected with health centers, hospitals, and so forth. 3. An approach should be intensively groped to have a physician in each community. The shortage of physicians in rural areas is world-wide problem and so is the Korean situation. In the past the government has initiated a system of area-limited physician, coercion, and a small scale of scholarship program with unsatisfactory results. But there might be ways of achieving the goal by intervice, broadened, and continuous approaches. There will be several ways of approach to motivate the physicians to be settled in a rural community. They are, for examples, to expos the students to the community health service programs during training, to be run community health service programs by every health or medical schools and other main medical facilities, communication activities and advertisement, desire of community peoples to invite a physician, scholarship program, payment of satisfactory level, fulfilment of military obligation in case of a future draft, economic growth and development of rural communities, sufficiency of health and medical facilities, provision of proper medical care system, coercion, and so forth. And, hopefully, more useful reference data on the motivations may be available when a survey be conducted to the physicians who are presently engaging in the rural community levels. 4. In communities where the availability of a physician is difficult, a trial to use physician extenders, under certain conditions, may be considered. The reason is that it would be beneficial for the health of the residents to give them the remedies of primary medical care through the extenders rather than to leave their medical problems out of management. The followings are the conditions to be considered when the physician extenders are used: their positions will be prescribed as a temporary one instead of permanent one so as to allow easy replacement of the position with a physician applicant; the extender will be under periodic direction and supervision of a physician, and also referral channel will be provided: legal constraints will be placed upon the extenders primary care practice, and the physician extenders will used only under the public medical care system. 5. For the balanced health care delivery, a greater investment to the rural areas is needed to compensate weak points of a rurality. The characteristics of a rurality has been already mentioned. The objective of balanced service for rural communities to level up that of urban areas will be hard to achieve without greater efforts and supports. For example, rural communities need mobile powers more than urban areas, communication network is extremely necessary at health delivery facilities in rural areas as well as the need of urban areas, health and medical facilities in rural areas should be provided more substantially than those of urban areas to minimize, in a sense, the amount of patient consultation and request of laboratory specimens through referral system of which procedures are more troublesome in rural areas, and more intensive control measures against communicable diseases are needed in rural areas where greater numbers of cases are occurred under the poor sanitary conditions.

적외선 난방등을 이용한 난방이 딸기의 생육과 난방비에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Heating by Infrared Heating Lamps on Growth of Strawberry and Heating Cost)

  • 2개의 단동 수막 비닐하우스에 보조난방으로 경유 온풍기와 적외선 난방등을 설치하고 야간최저온도를 $6^{\circ}C$로 설정하여 '설향' 딸기를 재배하였다. 하우스 내부의 평균 야간온도는 적외선난방이 $6.6^{\circ}C$로 온풍난방의 $7.1^{\circ}C$와 비슷하였지만 외기의 최저온도가 $-10^{\circ}C$ 이하로 내려갈 경우 온풍난방은 내부온도의 변화가 적은 반면 적외선난방은 설정한 온도 이하로 내려가는 경우도 있었다. 상대습도는 보조난방 종류와 관계없이 수막시스템의 영향으로 98% 이상으로 높았다. 엽온의 변화를 열화상 카메라로 촬영했을 때 적외선 난방등이 켜졌을 때와 꺼졌을 때 사이에 $5^{\circ}C$ 정도의 차이를 보였으며 적외선 복사선이 식물체에 직접적으로 미치는 범위는 제한적이었다. 딸기의 화경장과 초장은 적외선등 난방을 한 하우스가 온풍난방을 한 하우스보다 증가하는 경향을 보였고 잎의 크기, 엽수, 1화방 화수, 분지수에서는 통계적인 차이를 보이지 않았다. 수확과수와 당도, 경도, 평균과중 및 수량은 차이를 보이지 않았고 경유 온풍기는 면세유 543L를 사용하여 622,662원이 소요된 반면 적외선 난방등은 농업용(병) 5,685kW를 사용하여 235,284원이 소요되어 약 62.2%의 난방비를 절감할 수 있었다.

식사구성안을 이용한 저소득층 학령기 어린이의 식생활 평가: 2001년 국민건강.영양조사 자료 분석 (Evaluation of Dietary Intake of Korean School-aged Children from Low-income Families by Comparing with the Korean Food Guide: Analysis of the Data from the 2001 National Health and Nutrition Survey)

  • 본 연구는 2001년 국민건강 영양조사 자료를 이용하여 초 중 고 학령 어린이를 가구 소득 수준에 따라 저소득가정 어린이와 일반가정 어린이로 분류한 후 신체계측자료 및 영양소와 주요 식품군의 섭취수준을 학령군별로 비교 평가하였다. 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 저소득가정 어린이들과 일반가정 어린이들의 학령군별 연령수준과 성별분포는 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 2) 저소득가정 어린이들의 신장, 체중, BMI는 일반가정 어린이들보다 전반적으로 낮은 경향이었으나, 이러한 차이는 중학생 학령군의 체중과 BMI에서만 통계적으로 유의하였다. 체중평가 결과의 분포를 비교한 결과, 저체중 또는 과체중의 비율이 두 소득계층간에 유의하게 다르지 않았다. 3) 에너지 섭취수준에는 소득계층에 따른 차이가 나타나지 않았으나, 저소득가정 어린이의 경우 일반가정 어린이 보다 탄수화물에서 섭취하는 에너지 비율이 높고 지방에서 섭취하는 에너지 비율은 낮았다. 4) 일부 미량영양소의 경우, 저소득가정의 초등학생과 중학생 학령군의 평균 섭취수준이 일반가정 어린이들보다 낮았으며, 초등학생 학령군에서 이러한 차이를 보이는 영양소의 수가 더 많았다. 5) 식사구성안을 기준으로 여섯 가지 식품군에 대한 섭취수준을 평가하였을 때, 초등학생 또는 중학생 학령의 저소득가정 어린이들의 경우 우유 유제품과 과일의 평균 섭취수준이 일반가정 어린이들보다 낮았고, 또한 권장 수준보다도 낮은 수준이었다. 중학생과 고등학생 학령의 저소득가정 어린이의 경우, 고기 생선 계란 콩류의 평균 섭취수준이 일반가정 어린이보다 낮았고 이 또한 권장 수준보다 낮았다. 결론적으로 식품섭취 수준에서 본 우리나라 저소득가정 어린이의 식생활 문제는 일반가정 어린이와 공통적 요소를 가지고 있었으나, 그 심각성은 상대적으로 큰 것으로 나타났다. 즉 우유 유제품 및 과일의 섭취 부족은 소득 계층에 관계없이 학령기 어린이의 공통된 식생활 문제로 분석되었으나 이러한 문제가 저소득계층에서 더욱 심화된 양상이었다. 또한 일부 학령군의 저소득가정 어린이는 일반가정 어린이에게서는 발견되지 않는 특수한 식생활 문제로서 고기 생선 계란 콩류의 섭취 부족이 나타났다. 따라서 학령기 저소득층 어린이의 식생활 문제의 해결을 위해서는 일반 어린이와는 다른 접근방식의 보다 적극적인 지원 정책이 필요하며, 기존의 관련 정책 및 사업 또한 이러한 특수성을 고려한 개선이 시급하다. 저소득층 어린이들의 학령군에 따른 상이한 식생활문제 또한 이러한 정책 내용에 반영되어야 할 것이다.
