Female-headed household is one of the common family type in the changing Korean society. This study explored and described the coping strategies of poor female household heads who were in struggle with economic, physical, and emotional problems. The data was gathered by in-depth interviews with fifteen poor female heads of households. In the process of qualitative interview and analysis, the coping strategy was emerged as an important theme. The major strategies which the poor female heads had adopted were as follows. First strategy was making up their minds to live as heads of households to keep their children in the fence of family. Second was accepting that any husbands would not be helpful in general. Third was developing independence, which meant providing their families on their own labor without expecting the support from social network or welfare system. Forth strategy was giving the present situation a positive definition: it gave them the emotional comfort.

In this paper, the writer makes attempts to investigate what kinds of decision-making patterns are adopted, when husbands and wives make up their minds about home managerial problems of farming or fishing villages in Jeju Island. The data in this study were drawn through the questionaire collected from 299 families of farming of fishing villages in Jeju Island. Percentage and F-test applied to statistical analysis. The results are found as follows: 1. Although husbands and wives do joint decision making with each other, some decision making spheres are classified according to problems. 2. Family types are mainly made up of Autonomic family and syncratic family, but there are comparatively by far syncratic family in Jeju Island than any other area. 3. The background variables to be influenced upon are their ages, educational level, duration of marriage, the number of whole family, the number of daughters, the number of children, managing power of their living expenses, satisfaction of their conjugal lives, daily communication status, quarrels between them, locations of farming or fishing villages, etc.

This research, by analyzing the current first aid education status in K district, Seoul and comparing first aid education systems in other developed countries, introduces the need of first aid/Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation(CPR) education with Automated External Defibrillator(AED) usage to high school students, who are on the verge of becoming adults. The thorough research shows that schoolsshould be appointed as mandatory facilities for AEDs by laws and execute first aid education to their students. Only through organized and consistent first aid education would the students develop into true volunteers who not only have altruistic minds, but the ability to fluently adapt to medical emergency and properly use AED. In addition, the research also outlines various laws that could be legislated such as having to master the basic degrees of first aid education before getting driver's license and graduating high school so that more people become aware of first aid.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the lived experiences of new graduate nurses in personal life and in clinical setting during their first year. Methods: Eleven new graduate nurses were interviewed and the data were analyzed using the Giorgi's phenomenological method. Results: The main results of this research were negative experiences such as poor nursing skills, inability to enjoy personal life, physical exhaustion and health problems, and uncertainty of nursing values. On the other hand, there were some positive aspects on their minds: adjustmental/developmental needs, sense of responsibility, receptive capability, and proficiency with their work. They gradually found themselves being endured and changing to adapt. Conclusion: Transition from students to staff nurses is a very stressful experience for new graduate nurses. It may negatively affect their personal lives as well. However they tried to keep themselves positive to overcome their difficulties. It is necessary for them to be given time, a systematic program, and a supportive environment to adapt.

EC-Business Server supports Business-to-Business as in electronic commerce.

This study intend to make easy modification, even if there is a new job or structure change, by modularizing program and computerize and automation of production control management used in CIM. Under the condition where manager control production on the job-site, for increasing connection with other operation and management on the computer by monitoring center computer, Recognizing information by computer is needed, it is possible by converting transaction. So production increase and quality improvement are possible by diminishing manager's and producer's work with the result of the study combining POP and CIM, after that, in e-business and m-business period that every enterprise must pass, customer satisfaction and sales promotion are possible with employee's computerizing minds. These study result also can knowledge process condition with theoretical class and have a power in finding a solution with foundation of theoretical knowledge.

The purpose of this study is to understand the safety factors of the public transportation and recommend the experimental factors of customer satisfaction. The survey consist of 28 questions of 5 factors about users characteristics on roads, railways, ships, and flights. As a result of multiple regression analysis, we knew that there are three potential factors affecting customer satisfaction. The Factors are named 'expected', 'attitude', 'management', and the variable of factors affect customer satisfaction significantly. Therefore, it is good strategy for effective working to improve customer satisfaction that maintain attitude with safety minds, try to specialized management, and creating expectation for safety considering the difference by the type of public transportation. After considering the meaningful result, for the development of policies for customer satisfaction for safety, we have to consider expected, attitude, and management factors of workers and officials that influence customer safety and try to improve the managerial factors considering the characteristics of their own.

Recently we have lots of Youtube contents and their influence. But Just a few Studies have announced Youtube content's effect. The purpose of this paper is to see if ASMR content, which is popular through Youtube recently, helps teenagers stabilize their minds and improve their learning abilities. To that end, a survey of teenagers found that ASMR content is very familiar to teenagers, and that 66.7 percent of teenagers use ASMR content for sleep and learning. About the change before and after watching, half of the respondents said they felt a positive difference in learning and psychological stability. As a result, ASMR is a significant content for teenagers with a specific purpose. Therefore, policies such as 'after-school' in terms of school education are proposed as alternatives rather than unilateral measures such as banning ASMR content to teenagers.

From being understood as a dwelling, the concept of home is extended to denote belongingness and a sense of attachment in which spiritual, ethnic, religious and historical identities shape a sense of self. Hence, home with its expanded definitions is considered as a cross-cutting and fundamental theme in works by Võ Phiến, one of the diaspora's towering minds who devoted his life to capturing the rich details of Vietnamese culture, its villages and locals. This article pays attention to the cultural space created through Võ Phiến's tuỳ bút written when he lived in Saigon and California. Many representations of home were argued as evidence of subtle influences of the historical and social context on the way Võ Phiến perceived and built his own homeland. By observing disruption and continuity through the expressions of the home in Võ Phiến's writing, we shed light on how Võ Phiến managed to create an indigenous cultural space towards social interactions of Western ideology in South Vietnam from 1964 to 1975.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the actual conditions of primary school science teaching and ways to improve it. In elementary science teaching, teachers themselves tend to have science misconceptions and insufficient science content knowledge. Experienced teachers argued that it could be hard for elementary teachers with lack of science content knowledge to provide their students with meaningful learning experiences of science. Based on the general characteristics of elementary teaching and the awareness of elementary teachers' insufficient science content knowledge, we explored the real situation of the elementary science classroom. We conducted open-ended interviews with teachers and focus group discussions on a regular basis to analyze and compare classes of five primary school teachers. Data analysis focused on why elementary students avoid science classes in upper grades of elementary school and why elementary science classes always need hands-on activities. We also discussed ways to turn hands-on investigation into minds-on investigation by connecting it to important ideas in science. Based on the results, we suggested ways to improve inservice teacher training such as designing supplementary in-service training focused on content knowledge for primary school teachers, setting up professional exchange or collaboration between primary and secondary teachers, and introducing subject-specialized teachers for the fifth and sixth graders of primary school. In particular, considering elementary teachers' insufficient science content knowledge, employing science subject matter specialists in the elementary school could be a useful strategy.
