  • Sinheung Military Academy was the first one which prepared for independence war built by members of Sinminhoe in Western Manchuria. Sinheung Military Academy is known that nurtured 3,500 independence soldiers during 10 years from 1911 thorough 1920. Nevertheless no people know how it recruited so many students for 10 tears. In the course of studying the recruit of Sinheung Military Academy, I became to focus on Manjugisa by Yi Sang-nyog. Although Yi Sang-nyon remembered that there were over five hundred students in Sinheung Military Academy from just after it's set up in Manjugisa, scholars overlooked that mention so far. In addition, in the Sixth poem of Manjugisa, Yi Sang-nyong recollected that there were 30 preliminary educational organizations in 1918 after installation of Sinheung Military Academy in 1911. Therefore I concluded that the over 500 students nurtured from just after installation of Sinheung Military Academy were summed up students of preliminary educational organizations over Sinheung Military Academy's and proved it. The students of preliminary educational organizations in Liuhexian Tonghuaxian entranced into Sinheung Military Academy after graduation. The graduates of Sinheung Military Academy taught the students of preliminary educational organizations a common and military educations in duty for two years. In conclusion, Sinheung Military Academy and nearby preliminary educational organizations were an wide military camp organically maintained by Korean in Western Manchuria for big purpose of independence war.

  • In this study, we have proposed a novel decomposition agent composed of Cu(II) and soluble chitosan for organophosphorus chemical agents. Compared to the autohydrolysis, the soluble Cu(II)-Chitosan complex hydrolyzed DFP more effectively. Results show that soluble Cu(II)-Chitosan complex enhances the hydrolysis of DFP in 4~6 folds compared to the autohydrolysis of DFP in buffer solution. This study provides the possibility of using this soluble Cu(II)-Chitosan complex as the environmental friendly decomposition agent which can substitute current DS-2 decomposition agent.

  • In this paper, the results of experimental analysis for the chemical composition and strengh verification of Bailey Panel Bridge have been presented. Some of main sections of bailey bridge colllected from military engineer troops were prepared for the chemical composition and strengh verification. The composition test and strength verification were conducted by using the optical microscope and Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM), Automatic Control Spark Emission Spectrometer(OBLF), X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy(XRF) and Instron measurement. The results showed that currently used sections of bailey bridge passed the strength verification and could be operated in drill of troops and battle fields.

  • This paper deals with signal processing and pattern recognition for the pulsed doppler radar. In order to identify the class of moving targets detected by radar, linear predictive analysis is utilized to extract reflection coefficients of each radar signal as features, and Bayes decision theory is applied to classify them.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the images of the Military Academy, Naval Academy, Air Force Academy, Police Academy, and Armed Forces Nursing Academy using multidimensional scaling method. For this research, we surveyed 363 applicants to special purpose academies including Military Academies and Police College. The study showed that the Military, Naval, and Air Force Academies had stronger image than the Police Academy in the area of physical strength, tradition, and fellowship between senior and junior. On the other hand, the Police Academy had better image in the area of social activity and applicant's academic achievement. The Military Academy had been evaluated the best school among the three Academies in the area of applicant's academic achievement, educational environment, faculty, tradition, and fellowship between senior and junior.

  • In this paper, the results of computational analysis for the stability and F.S.(Factor of Safety) of Bailey Panel Bridge have been presented by FEM(Finite Element Method). The computational analysis was conducted by using LUSAS V14.0 that is a program applicated in the field of Civil Engineering. 6-free beam elements and 3-free truss elements were considered and F.S. against Yield Stress of main sections(considered self-weight and Live-Load) was investigated through the linear-elastic analysis method. The results showed that currently used sections of bailey bridge satisfied for the standard F.S. unit and could be operated in drill of troops and battle fields.

  • Recently, instead of technical cyber operations that directly attack the target information system by using cyber attack techniques, social engineering techniques that indirectly invade the system by exploiting the vulnerabilities of persons who manage the system are being watched. Despite this trend, there is a lot of confusion because there is no clear concept about the relationship between cyber operations and social engineering techniques. Therefore, this paper aims at establishing a clear concept of a social engineering cyber operation, helping future researchers in this literature.
