In this paper, we have proposed Architecture Development methodology which can connect both operational view and system view. The Functional Architecture can connect both user and developer, and it is located between Activity analysis and System analysis. We suggest the new architecture methodology using the Functional Architecture and it provides effect to analyze the connection between user(military) and developer(enterprise) in Defence R&D and the new Architecture with the feedback analyze activity on a point of system view and the new architecture make the functional architecture.

It's strongly needed to minimize the logistics response time for supporting military operations in wartime. In this paper, we suggest the ILP formulation for minimizing logistics response time in wartime. Main structure of this formulation is based on the traveling purchaser problem(TPP) which is a generalized form of the well-known traveling salesman problem(TSP). In the case of general TPP, objective function is to minimize the sum of traveling cost and purchase cost. But, in this study, objective function is to minimize traveling cost only. That's why it's more important to minimize traveling cost(time or distance) than purchase cost in wartime. We find out optimal solution of this problem by using ILOG OPL STUDIO(CPLEX v.11.1) and do the sensitive analysis about computing time according to number of operated vehicles.

In this paper, we propose an efficient public key broadcast encryption system which can also extend traitor trace and revoke system. Although the proposed system has limited collusion size, the ciphertext size in the system can be sublinear in the number of total users, the private key size is constant, the computational cost can be sublinear and it can support black-box tracing algorithm, therefore, our system can be an option to applications where reducing the ciphertext size, private key size is a top priority. Furthermore, we can also apply our system to military document broadcast system, because it has such an efficient measurement.

The military has adopted and implemented risk assessment since 2013 to reduce fatalities and accident rates at construction sites. However, risk assessment is carried out as a voluntary preventive activity and is maintained as a superficial administrative process for owners. Risk assessment must comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act and the Enforcement Guideline of Risk Assessment. However, the scope of the assessment covers many industries, including manufacturing and distribution, making it difficult to apply to construction sites. As a result, the guidelines are interpreted and applied differently at each construction site. This study aims to improve the risk assessment system so that it is applicable to construction projects and proposes the improvement of the risk assessment system by analyzing the current status of serious accidents in military construction projects.

This article introduces a formalism for the analysis of airplane trajectories on which the motion is determined by specifying the power of the engines. It explains a procedure to solve the equations of motion to obtain the value of the relevant flight parameters. It then enumerates the constraints that the dynamical abilities of the airplane impose on the amount of fuel used, the speed, the load factor, the lift coefficient, the positivity and upper boundedness of the power available. Examples of analysis are provided to illustrate the method proposed, with rectilinear and circular trajectories. Two very different types of airplanes are used in the examples: a Silver Fox-like small UAV and a common Cessna 182 Skylane.

최근 정신질환에 대한 사회적 편견이 감소하면서 이차성 이득(secondary gain), 즉 군복무 기피를 위한 목적으로 정신과적 증상을 호소하는 환자가 늘어나고 있다. 특히 객관적 진단도구가 없는 정신의학적 문제의 경우 환자의 주관적 증상호소와 의사의 전문적 판단이 실제 유일한 진단 기준이다. 본 논문에서는 데이터마이닝을 이용하여 과거 정신과 입원 환자들의 처방데이터 분석을 통해 의병전역 결정을 위한 객관적 기준을 제공하여 의무조사의 신속한 의사결정에 도움을 주고자 한다. 따라서 정신과 환자 처방분석을 통한 의병전역 결정지원 시스템을 제안한다.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the opinions of Turkish adolesecent girls and their parents about HPV vaccination and the consistency. Methods: This descriptive study covered 301 girls and their parents. Questionnares were developed by the researchers based on findings within the literature and applied for data collection. Results: The mean age was 19.4 for girls, 44.2 for mothers and 47.9 for fathers. It was found that 43.5 percent of girls and 31.9 percent of mothers wish to be vaccinated against HPV. Also, 45.5 percent of mothers and 44.9 percent of fathers wish for their daughters to be vaccinated against HPV. A moderate consistency was found between mothers and fathers; a low consistency was found between fathers and girls, and between mothers and girls. Conclusions: The study indicates that an appropriate background has been partially provided about the acceptability of the vaccine between parents and their daughters in Turkey. However, the vast majority of adolescent girls and parents are indecisive or reluctant about HPV vaccination. This study also showed that the decisions of adolescents about vaccination may be affected by the opinions of the parents.

Objectives : Military Medicine, as its name suggests, deals with the subject of medicine in military settings. War has always been part of human history, and continues to be so even to this date. As such, many soldiers who take part in battles suffer from, or under the danger of, trauma and disease. Very few records in Korea deal with military medicine. Through a research, however, it was discovered that Euibangyuchwi and Hyangyakjipseongbang contains a number of mentions regarding the subject matter. As such, the paper will review military medicine as mentioned in Euibangyuchwi and Hyangyakjipseongbang. Methods : Bingbushouji as discovered in Euibangyuchwi and Hyangyakjipseongbang was reviewed and its main treatment, origin, usage, and reference were categorized and given considerations. Results : Bingbushouji was referened 29 times in Euibangyuchwi and 22 times in Hyangyakjipseongbang. In most instances, Bingbushouji was used as simple prescription, and its usage mainly revolved around the exterior of human body, such as applying directly on the skin. Conclusions : A study of the texts in Euibangyuchwi and Hyangyakjipseongbang revealed that Bingbushouji was put together to treat the ailments and diseases of the soldiers during wartime, and to provide treatment to soldiers and non-combatants statying in a region where medical expertise is scarce.

This paper examines the characteristics of 23 libraries affiliated with educational institutions of the Korean miltary. Materials and data used in this analysis were obtained from a variety of statute books, Korean Library Association publications, past works in military-related research, questionnaires and interviews with library staff. For each military educational institutions, the background to its foundation and Its current operations are briefly reviewed. Library characteristics subjected to analysis pertain to the following 8 areas： location and architecture, stack arrangement, furniture and furnishings, personnel, service elements, budget, book stock, and extent of computerization. The affiliated library (consisting of reading rooms and/or stack rooms) is then classified as belonging to one of the following three levels: graduate-school level (total of 4 libraries), university level (5 libraries), and technical-school level (14 libraries). When necessary. particular libraries are examined in detail. This research reveals that while most graduate-school and university level libraries are being operated on a relatively sound basis, there are significant disparities among university level libraries. As for technical-school level libraries, the lack of professional staff and service elements for users is seriously impairing their operations. In order to address these problems and support military education and research in the age of segyehwa and information, it is suggested that the Korean military formulate comprehensive measures to modernize library facilities and improve their operations.

In this paper, we propose an architecture design of military operation system utilizing cellular networks. The main contribution of this paper is to provide a cost-effective military operation solution for ground forces, which is based on IT(information technology). By employing the cellular phones of officers' and non-commissioned officers' as the tools of operational communication, the proposed system can be constructed in the minimum duration and be built on the four components: command and control system, gateway, security system, and terminal(cell phone). This system is most effective for the warfare of limited area, but the effectiveness does not decrease under the total war covering the whole land of Korea. For the environmental change of near future, expanded architecture is also provided to utilize the functionalities of smart phones.
