항공사 마일리지 프로그램에 대한 고객의 신뢰와 결속이 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on How Trust and Commitment in Airlines' Mileage Program Affects the Customers' Loyalty)

  • A customer loyalty program (i.e., FFP) has become more important to keep loyal customers especially for legacy airlines. Therefore, the researchers intended to examine the elements of an airline loyalty program and how these elements influenced the effects of the loyalty program. To set up the research framework, the commitment-trust model (i.e., KMV model) in the loyalty program was used in this study. Shared values, benefits, serviceabilities, and affiliated companies were considered as independent variables (i.e., elements of FFP). Trust and commitment added as mediating variables and customers' loyalty were examined as a dependent variable. A survey has been conducted. All independent variables had positive relationships with trust and commitment and trust influenced commitment. Lastly, the mediating variables had positive effects on customers' loyalty.

판매촉진 이용성향이 화장품 구매행동에 미치는 영향 (A study on the Impact of Consumers' Deal Proneness on Purchasing Behavior of Cosmetics)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the variables influencing consumers' deal proneness. The data were collected from 385 college female students living in Daegu, Korea via self-administered questionnaires and were analyzed by frequency, factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha},\;X^2-test$, t-test and stepwise regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows: 1) There was found significant differences of demographic variables between domestic and imported cosmetics' consumers. 2) Deal proneness which were Consumers' responses to sales promotion were classified into six factors which were mileage proneness, display proneness, gifts proneness, sample/coupon proneness, sweepstakes proneness, make-up show proneness. 3) Domestic cosmetics' consumers who had higher gift proneness, sample/coupon proneness, mileage proneness had significantly positive influence on the buying experience of promoted cosmetics. Imported cosmetics' consumers who had higher sample/coupon proneness and lower make-up show proneness had significantly positive influence on the buying experience of promoted cosmetics.

  • 전자상거래의 발전과 온라인 마일리지, 포털머니, 게임머니 등 비즈니스모델의 다변화로 사이버머니 시장이 발전하였다. 그 규모는 지속적으로 성장하여 이에 관련된 시장의 분류, 현황 및 문제점 , 이슈에 대한 연구의 필요성이 높아지고 있는 시점이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사이버머니에 관련된 기존문헌 분석을 통하여 탐색적 연구를 시행하였다. 이를 통해 사이버머니의 범위를 설정하고 사이버머니 분류지표를 제시하며 사이버머니의 발전에 대한 이슈와 사이버머니 시장현황에 대한 현황을 살펴본다.

운행중인 삼원촉매부착 승용차의 오염물질 배출특성 (Exhaust Emission Characteristics of in-use Passenger Cars Equipped with Three-way Catalyst)

  • As exhaust emission standards for new passenger cars amended in 1987 have become more stringent, vehicle manufacturers have employed three-way catalyst in order to meet these requirements. The purpose of this study was to gather informations on new emission control systems in customer use for in-use vehicles from the 1987 through 1992 model years were capable of achieving low exhaust emission levels although high levels do occur due to defects, deterioration or maladjustments with the emission control equipment. The vehicles with closed loop electronic control fuel injection system emitted low exhaust emission, but the carburetor control system equipped vehicles emitted high exhaust emissions and the high mileage vehicles exhibited higher average emissions than low mileage vehicles. It was also found that the useful life of 80, 000km is very important to maintain the low emission levels within customer service period.

  • The electric vehicle market has increased rapidly in recent years. Established global automakers have announced that electric cars will be developed and distributed. Furthermore, current electric cars are not merely breezes, instead, they are the mainstream of automobiles. However, high prices, short mileage, and long charge times are the main obstacles to the spread of electric vehicles. To solve these problems, the competition for technology development for the expansion of electric vehicles worldwide intensifies because of the improvements in mileage, price reduction, and expansion of charging infrastructure. In this paper, the trends in the development of key technologies for electric vehicles in overseas markets and the present strategic goals for the development of key technologies for electric vehicles in Korea will be identified.

공공부문의 지식활동 측정 지표에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Indicator of Knowledge Activities in Public Institution)

  • An objective and valid knowledge activity indicator (KAI) is essential for encouraging knowledge activity in public institution. However, knowledge activity of public institution is inherently different from one of private corporation and, therefore, new method to find aggregated knowledge mileage considering public organizational culture and structure is to be developed. Therefore, this paper shows how to develop KAI of public institution based on three steps. First, knowledge activities were categorized as knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, and knowledge value increasing. Several knowledge indicators and hierarchical knowledge structure were developed for each knowledge categories. Second, personal knowledge mileage was calculated using AHP method considering whole organization's opinion. Finally, these approaches to find KAI were applied to "P" public institution as case studies. The results shows that KAI developed in this paper was very effective in grouping knowledge workers based on knowledge activities.

  • It is said that the effect in wheels of freight car varies with the type of freight, the condition of operation, the braking device, and the type of bogie. The hardness of open wagon, gondola car, propylene car, covered freight car, container car and hopper car has been measured according to the mileage through this research. As a result, the wheel with more mileages after shaving off the wheel tread has a higher hardness than the others in the case of same type of car.

  • The present paper to relate with the maintenance of the high-speed vehicle, KTX and is to treat a reliability evaluation. The reliability of the high-speed vehicle while operating between-failure average mileage (MKBSF) and parts between-failure average mileage (MKBF), 1,000,000 per km service failure number of items and availability and per km evaluated a maintenance expense. The reliability evaluation results and 2007 year reliability management indexes compared in 2006 years and they improved, per km the maintenance expense compared at 2006 and 36.6% was decreased. Reliability management activity leads and availability of the high-speed vehicle, safety improves and with the fact that will be able to decrease the maintenance expense which is an economic scale of railroad service is expected.

자동차 폐촉매의 물리 화학적 특성 (Physical and Chemical Characteristics of Waste Automotive Catalysts)

  • 본 연구는 자동차 폐촉매의 재활용 가능성을 검토하기 위하여 촉매의 물리화학적 특성 및 acetaldehyde의 연소활성에 관하여 조사하였다. 자동차 폐촉매의 물리화학적 특성을 조사하기 위하여 EA(Elemental analysis), ICP-AES (Inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrophotometer), XRD(X-ray diffraction) 분석을 수행하였다. Carbon 침적량은 촉매의 전반부가 후반부보다 많았으며, 주행거리에 따라 증가하는 경향을 보였다. Pt, Pd, Rh 함유량은 제작사에 따라 구성성분의 차이를 보였다. 모델 VOC로서 acetaldehyde를 선택하였으며, 상압유통식 반응장치를 이용하여 촉매의 연소활성을 조사하였다. 자동차 폐촉매의 후반부가 전반부보다 촉매 활성이 우수하였다. 또한 주행거리의 증가에 따라 촉매활성은 감소하는 경향을 나타내며, 주행거리와 촉매활성은 매우 우수한 상관성을 보였다. 자동차 폐촉매의 acetaldehyde 연소활성은 매우 우수하였으며, 소규모의 배출원 제어에 활용 가능한 것으로 평가된다.

휘발유 자동차의 메탄(CH4) 배출특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Characteristics of Methane Emissions from Gasoline Passenger Cars)

  • Automotive exhaust is suspected to be one of the main reasons of the rapid increase in greenhouse effect gases in ambient air. Although methane emissions are generally orders of magnitude lower than emissions of $CO_{2}$, the global warming potential (GWP) of methane is greater than that of $CO_{2}$. The environmental impact of methane emissions from vehicles is negligible and is likely to remain so for the foreseeable future. In this study, in order to investigate greenhouse gas emission characteristics from gasoline passenger cars, 20 vehicles were tested on the chassis dynamometer and methane emissions were measured. The emission characteristics by model year, mileage, vehicle speed were discussed. Test mode is CVS-15 mode that have been used to regulate for light-duty vehicle in Korea. It was found that $CH_{4}$ emissions showed higher for cold start, old model year and long mileage than hot start, new model year and short mileage, respectively. These results were compared with IPCC emission factors and the overall our results were anticipated to contribute for domestic greenhouse gas emissions calculation.
