This paper proposes a method to estimate directly the incoherent scattered intensity and radar cross section (RCS) from the effective permittivity of a random media. The proposed method is derived from the original concept of incoherent scattering. The incoherent scattered field is expressed as a simple formula. Therefore, to reduce computation time, the proposed method can estimate the incoherent scattered intensity and RCS of a random media. To verify the potential of the proposed method for the desired applications, we conducted a Monte-Carlo analysis using the method of moments; we characterized the accuracy of the proposed method using the normalized mean square error (NMSE). In addition, several medium parameters, such as the density of scatterers and analysis volume, were studied to understand their effect on the scattering characteristics of a random media. The results of the Monte-Carlo analysis show good agreement with those of the proposed method, and the NMSE values of the proposed method and Monte-Carlo analysis are relatively small at less than 0.05.

This paper reports a sinusoidal $180^{\circ}$ drive for a permanent magnet (PM) brushless motor employing automatic angle compensator to suppress the driving loss during the wide-range load operation. The proposed drive of the sinusoidal $180^{\circ}$ PM Brushless motor reduced the amplitude of the 3-phase current by compensating for the lead-angle of the fundamental waves of the 3-phase PWM signal. The conventional lead-angle method was implemented using the fixed angle or memorized table, whereas the proposed method was automatically compensated by calculating the angle of the current and voltage signal. The algorithm of the proposed method was verified in a 30 W PM brushless motor system using a PSIM simulator. The efficiency of the conventional method was decreased 90 % to 60 %, whereas that of proposed method maintained approximately 85 % when the load shift was 0 to $0.02N{\cdot}m$. Using an FPGA prototype, the proposed method was evaluated experimentally in a 30 W PM brushless motor system. The proposed method maintained the minimum phase RMS current and 79 % of the motor efficiency under 0 to $0.09N{\cdot}m$ load conditions. The proposed PM brushless motor driving method is suitable for a variety of applications with a wide range of load conditions.

To deal with the potential XSS vulnerabilities in the source code of the power communication network, an XSS vulnerability detection method combining the static analysis method with the dynamic testing method is proposed. The static analysis method aims to analyze the structure and content of the source code. We construct a set of feature expressions to match malignant content and set a "variable conversion" method to analyze the data flow of the code that implements interactive functions. The static analysis method explores the vulnerabilities existing in the source code structure and code content. Dynamic testing aims to simulate network attacks to reflect whether there are vulnerabilities in web pages. We construct many attack vectors and implemented the test in the Selenium tool. Due to the combination of the two analysis methods, XSS vulnerability discovery research could be conducted from two aspects: "white-box testing" and "black-box testing". Tests show that this method can effectively detect XSS vulnerabilities in the source code of the power communication network.

To simulate the verification process using materials from a decommissioned reactor, a mock-up of the bottom-mounted instrument nozzle in the Kori 1 reactor, where the nozzle was attached to a plate by J-groove dissimilar metal welding, was fabricated. The mock-up distortion was quantified by measuring the plate surface displacement after welding. The residual stresses formed on the support plate surface and the inner surface of the nozzle were then analyzed using the hole-drilling method, contour method, and neutron diffraction. Welding simulations were performed using a 3D finite element method to validate the measured results. The measured and computed stress distributions on the support plate exhibited reasonable agreement. Conversely, the stresses on the inside of the nozzle were found to have an indisputable difference in the contour method and neutron diffraction measurements, which demonstrated strong tensile and compressive hoop stresses, respectively. The possible origins of such differences were investigated and we have provided some suggestions for a precise evaluation in the simulation. This study is expected to be useful in future research on decommissioned reactors.
In order to estimation the optimum PID parameter of the turbine speed controller, the response cure of the object plant was compared with the reference pattern and then the magnitude peak value error and peak time error was calculated. With the calculated errors as input into the Fuzzy inference Method was introduced to propose the tuning method for each parameter. And the computer simulation was performed with the above Fuzzy inference method in which the Chunju hydro power plant turbine governor system was used as a model. This Study also aims to develop the exclusive tuner for govenor using industrial computer.

Europium-doped gadolinium oxide ($Gd_2O_3;Eu^{3+}$) phosphors have been prepared by combustion method using urea[H$_2$NCONH$_2$] or carbohydrazide[H$_2$NNHCONHNH$_2$] as fuel materials in a preheated furnace at 500$^{\circ}C$. The phosphors obtained were fired at 1200$^{\circ}C$ for 3 hours to get better luminescent properties. The combustion method used was found to be a simple and fast method for the preparation of fine-sized particles. The influence of the fuel/oxidant (urea or carbohydrazide/nitrate) mole ratio on the phosphor has been investigated and the optimum values for various parameters have been determined. By this method, phosphor that has better brightness and smaller size particles than that obtained by conventional method has been prepared.d has been prepared.
The interaction between particles and fluid was investigated by IB-SEM numerical method which is a combination of combing the spectral/hp element method and the rigid immersed boundary method. The accuracy of this numerical method was verified based on the computed results with the traditional body-fitted mesh in numerical simulation of the flow through the cylinder. Then the governing equations of particles motion and contact in fluid are constructed. The movement of the particles and the interaction between the fluid and the particles are investigated. This method avoided the problem of low computational efficiency and error caused by the re-division of the grid when the solids moved. Finally, the movement simulation of multi particles in the fluid was carried out, which can provide a completely new numerical simulation method.

We have developed an automated circuit defect inspection and repair method that can be used to improve the yield ratio of TFT-LCD. The method focuses on correcting resist patterns after the development process to ensure shape regularity. We built a prototype system and confirmed that the method is valid.
An advanced extraction method by ultrasonic extraction with applied solid phase extraction (SPE) has been developed for the determination of simultaneous eight major ginsenosides, namely ginsenosides Rg1, Re, Rf, Rb1, Rg2, Rc, Rb2, and Rd in the root of Panax ginseng. Four extraction methods including n-BuOH reflux extraction (Method A), 70% EtOH reflux extraction (Method B), 50% MeOH reflux extraction with SPE (Method C), and 50% MeOH ultrasonication with SPE clean-up process (Method D) were investigated for the determination of eight major ginsenosides. Total contents of ginsenosides were highest by extraction of Method C as $2.408{\pm}0.011%$. However, Method D was evaluated as relatively simpler and more efficient method due to short extraction time, small solvent consumption and less expensive, compared to conservative reflux method. Ginsenosides were also satisfactorily separated with good resolution and the accuracy range was between 1.05 and 4.06% as relative standard deviation (RSD) by Method D. SPE condition and HPLC condition were further optimized for determination of eight major ginsenosides by the ultrasonic extraction method. Conclusively, ultrasonic extraction of 2 g sample of ginseng using ultrasonic bath and 1 loading for SPE was evaluated as proper condition for extraction of ginseng.
Digital waveform generation technology for SAR payload can be divided into DDS(Direct Digital Synthesizer) method and Memory Mapped(M/M) method. DDS is the single chip which consists of the Sine Table, NCO(Numerically Controlled Oscillator), DAC, and so on. DDS method is a very simple method because the circuit configuration is not complex but has a disadvantage that can not control phase and amplitude easily by using NCO. M/M method has the complexity of the circuit configuration because it requires the memories which stores the waveforms, the control circuits, and DAC. And this method should apply the high interface technology for being compatible with the wide bandwidth of the digital signal and has the difficulty for PCB design because the number of the signal lines should be increased according to the number of the data bits for DAC. Although it has several disadvantages, this method has the capability of pre-distortion function which can compensate the phase and amplitude characteristics of the system and also has an excellent advantage to make any arbitrary waveform, so this method is considered as an important technology with DDS method. This research describes the technological trends of the waveform generator for the SAR payload and analyzes the characteristics of the technology.
