  • This study will find meaningful independent variables for criterion variables that affect influencing on purchase intention in social network service, on the basis of the results of a meta-analysis. We reviewed a total of 29 studies related purchase intention in social network service published in Korea journals between 2005 and 2015, where a cause and effect relationship is established between variables that are specified in the conceptual model of this study. The result of the meta-analysis might be summarized that the highest effect size (r = .455) is the path from the satisfaction to the purchase intention. The second biggest effect size (r = .398) was found in the path between the word of mouth to the purchase intention. Next, the effect size (r = .386) in the path from the trust to the purchase intention showed very lower. Finally, the result of the meta analysis can be concluded that lower effect size (r = .342) Further, the predictive variables of this study have power of explanation about 22%-12% or more. Based on these findings, several theoretical and practical implications were suggested and discussed.

  • A meta-analysis is a statistical integration method that delivers an opportunity to overview the entire result of integrating and analyzing many quantitative research results. This study will find meaningful mediator variables for criterion variables that affects between pre and post in the metabolic syndrome studies, on the basis of the results of a meta analysis. We reviewed a total of 36 studies related the metabolic syndrome published in Korean journals between 2000 and 2015, where a cause and effect relationship is established between variables that are specified in the conceptual model of this study. In this meta-analysis, the path between pre and post in the waist circumference showed the biggest effect size (r = .420). The second biggest effect size (r = -.402) was found the path between pre and post in the high density lipoprotein cholesterol. By the way, one the smallest effect size (r = .234) was obtained the path between pre and post in the diastolic blood pressure. Thus, we present the theoretical and practical implications of these results.

  • A Meta-analysis is a statistical literature synthesis method that provides the opportunity to view the research context by combining and analyzing the quantitative results of many empirical studies. The theory of planned behavior (TPB) has been the subjects of a great deal fields and now also has been continuously studied. Recently, the information communication and information systems fields are the biggest issue. At this point, we conducted a Meta-analysis research on the behavioral intention of information technology based on The theory of planned behavior. This study was targeted a total of 36 research papers that are setting up the causal relationship in The theory of planned behavior among the research papers published in domestic academic journals before 2013. The result of the Meta-analysis, showed that the effect size was 0.571 in the path from attitude toward behavior to behavioral Intention, it showed that the effect size was 0.381 in the path from subjective norm to behavioral Intention. And, it showed that the effect size was 0.481 in the path from perceived behavioral control to behavioral Intention. Also, it showed that the effect size was 0.421 in the path from behavioral Intention to behavior. Based on the results, it was discussed the difference through comparative analysis with previous research.

The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) has been the subjects of a great deal fields and now also has been continuously studied. Recently, the issue of the biggest the information communication and information systems fields is smart. At this point, we conducted a Meta-analysis and review of external constructs based on the technology acceptance model. This study was targeted a total of 106 research papers that are setting up the causal relationship in the technology acceptance model among the research papers published in domestic academic journals before 2013. The result of the Meta-analysis, the biggest effect size the path from external Variables to perceived usefulness was showed playfulness. The effect size was 0.536 in the path from perceived usefulness to playfulness. And, the biggest effect size the path from external Variables to perceived ease of use was showed self efficacy. The effect size was 0.536 in the path from perceived ease of use to self efficacy. Based on the results, it was discussed the difference through comparative analysis with previous research.

  • This study used network analysis and clustering techniques to analyze studies on social media participation. As a result of the main path analysis, 37 major studies were extracted and divided into two networks: community-related networks and new media-related. Network analysis and clustering result in four clusters. This study has the academic significance of using academic data to grasp research trends at a macro level and using network analysis and machine learning as a methodology.

  • Recently, the convergence of knowledge based society and information telecommunication technologies has a rapid impact on politics, economics and various fields. Meta-analysis is a statistical integration method that delivers an opportunity to overview the entire result of integrating and analyzing many quantitative research results. Meta-analysis, can see the direction and size of the relationship between variables using the concept of the effect size. The factor determining behavioral intention of consumer in e-commerce can say that critically dependent variable. In a predictive factor determining behavioral intention is typical that perceived value and perceived risk. We conducted a meta-analysis and review of between perceived value, perceived risk and behavioral intention on e-commerce researches. This study focused a total of 33 research papers that established causal relationships in between perceived value, risk and behavioral intention on e-commerce published in Korea academic journals during 2000 and 2016. The result of the meta-analysis might be summarized that the effect size in the path from the perceived value to the behavioral intention with the effect size (r = .526), listed an explanatory power of 28%. In addition, it showed that the effect size in the path from perceived risk to the behavioral intention with the effect size (r = -.220), listed a negative explanatory power of 5%. Based on these findings, several theoretical and practical implications were suggested and discussed with the difference from previous researches.

  • Big data analysis, in the large amount of data stored as the data warehouse which it refers the process of discovering meaningful new correlations, patterns, trends and creating new values. The important issue of a meta-analysis is not the significance test, the effect size of the predictor variable on the criterion variable. We reviewed a total of 236 samples among 6 studies published on the topic related Collagen intake on skin between 2000 and 2016 in Korea. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, we concluded that the path between before and after of Sebum (SB) had the largest effect size of (r = .416) Therefore, the effect of the Collagen intake intervention showed an explanatory power of 17 (%) about. Next, the path between before and after of Moisture (MS) had the higher the effect size of (r = .318). Thus, we present the theoretical and practical implications of these results.

  • Recently, with the economy and the information communication technology developed, the e-commerce market grows continuously. A meta-analysis refers to a statistical literature synthesis method from the quantitative results of many known empirical studies. We conducted a meta-analysis and review of between perceived risk to criterion variable on e-commerce researches. This study focused a total of 25 research papers that established causal relationships in between perceived risk to criterion variable on e-commerce published in Korean academic journals during 2000 and 2014. The result of the meta-analysis might be summarized that the effect size in the path from perceived risk to the criterion variable with the effect size -0.251. Based on these findings, several theoretical and practical implications were suggested and discussed with the difference from previous researches.
