In this paper, a study has been conducted on designing messages which provide minimization of the size by converting Air Track message which is Fixed Message Format, Link-16 Standard, to Variable Message Format (VMF) and assessing the Message Conversion Reliability in order to maximize message transmit efficiency during transmitting many track information.

Link-K message is the Tactical Data Link message standard developed by the Agency for Defense Development which is optimized for the Joint Operation of ROK Armed Force. KMTF message is the standard message format of Battle Management Information System. Interconversion and propagation between these messages are definitely needed to have efficient warfare such as situation data propagation using network, the convergence of collected situation data, common situational awareness, cooperative engagement. Therefore, this study suggests a way of rule and process for format conversion between Link-K and KMTF messages.

The Battlefield Management System(BMS) of Ground Fighting Vehicles has employed its own message format but there have been requirements of using the standard message format, KVMF. To meet these requirements, we analyzed BMS and KVMF and incorporated KVMF into BMS. In this paper, we would like to introduce our implementation of KVMF in BMS.

AS EC is expanded and activated, many message standards, EDI, XML, UDF, etc are defined and is used at various business part. But the existed translator supports only one mapping translation, for example, EDI-to-UDF, UDF-to-EDI. So many user must be introduced a new translation when new business(message standard) is beginning, To solve this problem, we propose XConverter System as registering mapping information which is able to transform to user requested format using same translator even though it is transferred any formatted message in this paper. Also, We design and implement this system which is capable to integrate with existed legacy system, including DB transformation functionality. The .XConverter System supports changing the business message format to the common user used message format. And this system easily migrates with existed legacy system because DB transform module is component. Therefore, The proposed System is more various and flexible than the other translation system that provide just one mapping transformation.

This describes the standardization plan of data format (track 2) in magnetic stripe card and message format between terminal and host computer. The track 2's data format is composed of PAN and additional data based on ISO 3554. In the present social status of Korea, the VISA B message format is recommended.

The weapon system based on voice call can cause delay, error or damage to the message during the exchange of information. Furthermore, since the weapon system has a unique message format, it has limited data distribution. Therefore, a Korea Variable Message Format(KVMF) has been developed in this study to utilize a standard sized data format to guarantee the transmission quality and minimize the transmission amount. The ground tactical data link system quickly and accurately shares tactical information by incorporating a field management system that utilizes the KVMF standard message in the mobile weapon system. In this study, we examine the possibility of performing the mission immediately by recovering the state of network joining when a normal/abnormal termination situation of the battlefield management system occurs.

Security is very important in EC(Electronic Commerce) environment because exchanged information(that is transaction details, private data, charges data(card-no, accounts), etc) is various and is very sensitive. So, In this paper, we propose Secure-ReXpis(Reliable St excellent Xh3 Processing Infrastructure) System that transfer message and support Message Level Security(Encryption/Decryption and Digital Signature). And we implement Message Confidentiality Service, User Authentication ＆ Message Integrity Service and Non-Repudiation Service among the various Security Services. This system support XML message format and EDI message, WEB Data and Private Format Data, etc.

인터넷의 등장은 세계를 초단위 정보 소통 영역으로 묶어 정보가 사회를 주도하는 형태로 발전시켰듯이, 미래 전쟁 양상도 정보가 전쟁의 승패를 결정하는 네트워크중심전(NCW)으로 발전되고 있으며, NCW의 핵심은 무기체계간 상호운용성이다. 무기체계간 상호운용성을 확보하기 위해서는 표준화된 정보를 활용해서 연동하는 중요하며, 우리 군은 무기체계간 연동을 위해 연동메시지인 KMTF를 활용하고 있다. 그러나 현 KMTF 표준은 메시지구조(message frame)만을 제시하고 세부적인 메시지는 정의하지 않아 각 체계 개발자가 나름대로 메시지를 정의함으로써 중복된 메시지를 각 체계별로 관리하고 있고, 동일한 메시지를 다른 방식으로 적용하는 부작용이 발생할 수 있으며, 체계간 연동을 위해 별도의 변환기를 개발해야 하는 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 첫째, 미군 메시지포맷인 USMTF를 벤치마킹하여 무기체계에 공통 적용이 가능한 공통메시지 설계방안을 제시하며, 둘째, 메시지 생명주기 관리 및 메시지 추가등록 절차 관리를 위한 KMTF 표준 관리 절차를 제시하고, 셋째, 개정된 메시지 규격에 맞는 KMTF 관리도구 개발의 방향을 제시한다.

We describe CHAP authentication for roaming service method of visited ISP subscriber on GPRS network. We also illustrate how visited mobile ISP subscriber can access ISP server and authenticate RADIUS in home network via Gateway GPRS Support Node (GGSN) on GPRS/UMTS network for wireless internet service and roaming. For this we propose the modified CHAP message format, PCO Message format at MT, and interworking message and format between GGSN and RADIUS in home ISP network for wireless internet service of mobile ISP subscriber at GPRS network in this paper. We also show authentication results when visited mobile ISP subscriber via CHAP at GPRS network accesses the RADIUS server in home ISP network.

In this paper. I design and implement The Internet Messaging System(XML/EDI System), that is able to transform to user requested format as registering mapping script even though it was transferred any formatted message. Also, This system is able to easily migrate the existed Legacy System(ERP, MIS. etc). As basic service. I implement message sending message receiving, message retrieval, and mapping in Client system. And I support EDI, XML. DB. HTML that is selected among various message format.
