국가 수준 평생교육 정보시스템의 회원 정보 수집 현황 분석 (Analysis of Member Information Collection in the National Level of Lifelong Education Information System)

  • Coursera, edX 등 원격 교육 플랫폼으로 촉발된 온라인 교육의 질적 성장으로 온라인 플랫폼을 통한 평생교육의 수요가 증가하였다. 이에 부응하여, 우리나라도 정부 기관, 지자체에서 다양한 평생교육 지원 제도와 사이트를 만들었다. 각 지원 제도와 사이트의는 각각의 회원 정보 수집 체계를 만들었다. 학습자의 정보를 체계적으로 수집하고 이용하기 위해서는 각 시스템들의 통합된 회원 관리 체계가 필요하다. 따라서 국가 수준의 평생교육 지원 시스템들의 회원 정보 수집 현황을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 시스템들이 공통적으로 수집하는 회원정보와 개별적으로 수집하는 정보를 구분한다. 통합 회원 체계의 바탕이 되는 항목들을 갈무리하는 데 도움을 줄 것이다.

Capillary Force Lithographic Patterning of a Thermoplastic Polymer Layer for Control of Azimuthal Anchoring in Liquid Crystal Alignment

  • We demonstrated the capillary force lithography (CFL) method for controlling the azimuthal anchoring energy of a liquid crystal (LC) alignment layer. When a thermoplastic polymer film is heated to over the glass transition temperature, the melted polymer is filled into the mold structure by the capillary action and the aspect ratio of the pattern is determined by the dewetting time of the CFL process. Here, the proposed method showed that the azimuthal anchoring energy of the LC alignment layer could be simply controlled by the surface relief patterns which were determined by the dewetting times during the CFL patterning.

  • Theoretical simulations of spatial distribution of charge carriers and recombination rate, and J-V characteristics of the multi-layer organic light emitting diodes are carried out. Drift-diffusion current transport, field-dependent carrier mobility, exponential and Gaussian trap distribution, and Langevin recombination models are included in this computer model. The simulated results show good agreement with the experimental data confirming the validity of the physical models for organic light emitting diodes.

조직구성원의 정보보안 의식과 조직의 정보보안 수준자의 관계 연구 (A study on the Relationship between Organizational Member′s Information Security Mind and Organizational Information Security Level)

  • This study examines the relationship between the organizational member's information security mind and organizational information security level. The influential relationships among organizational members' information security mind are investigated, and the relationship between organization's information security level and information security mind has been analyzed. As a result, too manager's information security mind is shown to give the biggest influence to other group in the organization. A strong positive correlation exists between organizational member's information security mind and the level of organization's physical, technical, managerial information security. However, there is no significant difference in information security level by types of business. In the future, a more profound study on information security mind is necessary. And alternative methods of information security level estimation need to be studied.

아시아 지역 농업기상정보 공유를 위한 인터넷기반 기상정보 연동시스템 (Internet-based RAMINS II as a Future Communication Framework for AgroMeteorological Information in Asia)

  • All the countries in RA II (Asia Region in WMO) welcome the establishment of a Web site dedicated to agricultural meteorology, because it is believed that the best way to improve and speed up the flow of information is the use of the Internet and the establishment of a Web site. In providing recommendation for the promotion and improvement of the AgroMeteorological service in RA II, a couple of key suggestions were proposed: (a) Exchanges of data and AgroMeteorological knowledge between member countries and between RAs, (b) Exchanges of experts between member countries as a necessary way to share the knowledge, and (c) Joint research between member countries to solve common problems in AgroMeteorological affairs. In order to meet the above requirements for RA II, an AgroMeteorological information network will be the most critical and dynamic aspect in sustainable agriculture in this region. In addition, the establishment of a Core AgroMeteorological station, recommended by CAgM of WMO, will require its own information sharing systems for communication among member countries. Inevitable use of information technologies (IT) such as information networks, databases, simulation models, GIS, and RS for regional impact assessment of environmental change on AgroEcosystem will be enforced. Thus, the regional Internet-based Agrometeorological information network has been in place since 1999, though all contributions to it have been volunteered by individuals, institutes, universities, etc.

  • The structure systems with non-rigid member were classified by the composition type of line and surface members. As a result of the classification, there are 1-way cable structure, cable net and radial cable net structure in the line member system. And there are pneumatic structure and suspension membrane structure in surface member system. In addition, when the line and surface members are composed together, there is the hybrid membrane system which are divided into hanging type and supported type. In this paper, the Korean terms of structure systems with non-rigid member are recommended through this classification. In each the structure systems with non-rigid member, the examples were also investigated considering their historical developments. It present that the light weight structure system and the openness of space have pursued with the developments. So largely, cable net structure with membrane, membrane structure and hybrid structure have used in these days.

A Two level Detection of Routing layer attacks in Hierarchical Wireless Sensor Networks using learning based energy prediction

  • Wireless sensor networks are often organized in the form of clusters leading to the new framework of WSN called cluster or hierarchical WSN where each cluster head is responsible for its own cluster and its members. These hierarchical WSN are prone to various routing layer attacks such as Black hole, Gray hole, Sybil, Wormhole, Flooding etc. These routing layer attacks try to spoof, falsify or drop the packets during the packet routing process. They may even flood the network with unwanted data packets. If one cluster head is captured and made malicious, the entire cluster member nodes beneath the cluster get affected. On the other hand if the cluster member nodes are malicious, due to the broadcast wireless communication between all the source nodes it can disrupt the entire cluster functions. Thereby a scheme which can detect both the malicious cluster member and cluster head is the current need. Abnormal energy consumption of nodes is used to identify the malicious activity. To serve this purpose a learning based energy prediction algorithm is proposed. Thus a two level energy prediction based intrusion detection scheme to detect the malicious cluster head and cluster member is proposed and simulations were carried out using NS2-Mannasim framework. Simulation results achieved good detection ratio and less false positive.

  • We introduce a new electrode structure for the patterned vertical alignment (PVA) mode, which has a lower color-shift at large viewing angle than the one-domain VA mode. By manipulating the period of electrode structure, we can make more multi-domains and use the existing fabrication processes without having to use additional materials.

트랜잭션 데이터를 이용한 문헌복사 서비스 참여기관 분석 (An Analysis of Member Participation in a Document Delivery Service Using Transaction Data)

  • 본 연구는 2004년에서 2012년까지 9년간의 KERIS 문헌복사 트랜잭션 데이터를 대상으로 문헌복사 서비스 참여기관에 대한 통계 분석과 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과 발견한 주요 사실은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신청건수가 제공건수에 비해 많은 기관이 전체 기관 중에서 약 80%를 차지하고 있었다. 둘째, 신청과 제공면 모두 건수가 많은 상위기관들에게 문헌복사 서비스 의존도가 높으며, 특히 제공면에서 그 집중도가 더욱 높았다. 셋째, 2012년 대학도서관 학술지를 대상으로 주제별 네트워크 분석 결과 각 주제별로 단일기관 집중형, 복수기관 주도형, 다수기관 분산형과 같은 세 가지 유형의 협력체제가 나타남을 파악하였다.

위치정보 기반 가상 그룹을 활용한 효율적인 멀티캐스트 기법 연구 (A Study on Efficient Multicast Technique using Virtual Group based on Geographic Information in MANET)

  • MANET은 이동 노드들이 무선으로 연결되어 스스로 구성되는 네트워크로서 그룹 통신을 위한 분야에도 다양하게 적용되어 왔다. 하지만 노드들의 이동으로 인한 동적인 토폴로지는 그룹 통신에 참여하는 노드들에 대한 위치 정보 유지가 어려워 라우팅 실패가 빈번히 발생하고 있다. 그리고 멤버 노드들에 대한 정보를 관리하기 위한 높은 오버헤드로 인해 네트워크 성능이 떨어지는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 멤버 노드들의 관리가 유연하고 신뢰성이 높은 위치기반 2-tier 가상그룹을 이용한 멀티캐스트 기법을 제안하였다. 제안한 기법에서는 네트워크를 셀룰러 존으로 구성하여 노드들의 위치정보를 이용한 가상그룹을 구성하였다. 가상그룹내 멤버 노드들에 대한 위치정보 관리의 오버헤드를 최소화하기 위하여 가상그룹 관리 노드를 선정하였다. 가상그룹 관리 노드는 멤버 노드들의 관리와 멀티캐스트 데이터 전송시 신뢰성을 높이기 위하여 멤버 노드들의 패킷 전송률을 측정한 후 전송률이 낮은 게이트웨이 노드를 경로 설정시 배제하도록 하였다. 제안한 기법의 우수한 성능은 AMRoute 기법, PAST-DM 기법과 비교 실험을 통해 확인할 수 있었다.
