중소제조기업의 품질경영시스템 도입 수준에 따른 경영성과 차이 연구 (A study on the difference in management performance according to the quality management system introduction level of small and medium-sized manufacturing companies)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of quality management system requirements, a management innovation technique, on business performance to secure the competitiveness of SMEs in an environment of increasing uncertainty in the global economy and intensifying competition. To this end, a survey was conducted on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating a quality management system, and statistical analysis was performed through validity and reliability analysis, regression analysis, and group analysis using IBM SPSS 26.0. As a result of the study, it was found that planning, operation, support, and improvement, which are the core requirements of a quality management system, have a positive effect on business performance. In addition, through group analysis, it was found that the effect of quality management system requirements on business performance varies according to the level of the company. This means that the importance of quality management requirements required for strategy establishment varies according to the quality management introduction level of small and medium-sized manufacturers, and it can be used for small and medium-sized manufacturers to set strategic directions.

  • In this study, we analyzed the process of the housing reflecting the self, based on the qualitative data that people describe their thoughts about their housing in social media 'online-housewarming'. Especially, based on the precedent study that modern self is established on continuous selection behavior, we focused on the selection behavior of the self and the role of the housing that affected it through the narrative. Each narrative component corresponds to the self-establishment process of modern people, identified through precedent study. We can confirm the existing internal criteria changing into new internal criteria through accumulation, interaction and nonverbal communication of selection by housing. Housing has been involved in the selection behavior of self throughout the narrative. From this, it can be seen that the thought of the self and housing are identified in three ways. In 'Online-Housewarming', (1) Housing equates with the self, in the sense that housing is a physical entity in which one's own choices are accumulated (2) People perceive the change of choice caused by the realistic constraints of housing as their interaction with housing. (3) People relate the opinions of others about housing with the opinions about their own self. In contemporary society, house reforming process is a process of mediating the self and the external world based on the selection behavior and affects the establishment of self.

돼지 태아섬유아세포 Clonal Lines의 배양 (Culture of Clonal Lines in Porcine Fetal Fibroblast Cells)

  • This study was performed to establish the effective culture condition for the establishment of clonal lines from porcine fetal fibroblast cells. Fibroblasts derived from a pig fetus (Day 50) were cultured and passaged two times before use. A single cell was seeded in 96-well plates, cultured in medium supplemented with different concentrations of FBS, catalase or $\beta$-mercaptoethanol ($\beta$ME), and classified by cell size and morphology. Cells were passaged two times into 4-well dish before freezing. The establishment efficiencies were not different among different concentrations of FBS (0.3 to 5.1%). However, population doubling time (PDT) was significantly decreased by increasing the FBS concentration (P<0.05). The establishment efficiency of $\beta$ME-added group (10.4%) was significantly higher than those of catalase-added and control groups (3.5%, and 3.5%, respectively, p<0.05), and PDT was significantly decreased (23.6 vs 28.1, and 25.5 h, respectively, p<0.05). However, catalase did not show a positive effect on the establishment efficiency. Cell size and morphology did not affect the establishment efficiency and PDT of clonal lines. The result of present study shows that the establishment efficiency of clonal cell lines can be enhanced by the culture in media supplemented with 30% FBS and $\beta$ME.

Effects of altering medium strength and sucrose concentration on in vitro germination and seedling growth of Cypripedium macranthos Sw.

  • The genus Cypripedium, known as lady's slipper orchid, has been considered to have a considerable marketability as a potted and garden plant with beautiful flowers; however, this species is becoming endangered and, in some places extinct, due to habitat destruction and illegal collections. As such, an optimized artificial propagation system is necessary for its conservation and horticultural cultivation. For the establishment of the in vitro proliferation of the endangered Cypripedium macranthos Sw., native to Korea, the effects of medium strength and sucrose concentrations on germination, protocorm formation and seedling growth were investigated through asymbiotic seed culture. The highest germination rate and protocorm formation rate were obtained with a 1/4 MS medium; higher MS medium strengths did not generate the favorable conditions required for germination and protocorm growth. The overall growth characteristics of roots and buds developed from protocorms were best in cultures of 1/4 MS medium. On this medium containing $10g{\cdot}L^{-1}$ sucrose, both the germination rate and protocorm formation rate increased significantly. The general growth properties of seedlings developed on the medium with $10g{\cdot}L^{-1}$ sucrose were best, showing the highest bud formation rate and root number. Our results demonstrate that the 1/4 MS medium, supplemented with $10g{\cdot}L^{-1}$ sucrose, could improve in vitro germination, and facilitate the growth of seedlings developed from the protocorms of C. macranthos Sw.

  • 10년생 두릅나무의 동아(冬芽)를 절편으로 체세포배(體細胞胚)를 유도하고 식물체(植物體)를 재생(再生)시켜서 단지(團地)에 활착시키는 실험을 수행하였다. 배발생(胚發生) 캘러스는 MS 배지(培地)에 2, 4-D를 첨가하여 유도(誘導)되었다. 다량의 체세포배가 MS 배지에 2, 4-D와 BA를 동시에 첨가한 조건에서 발생(發生)되었다. 배발생 캘러스에서는 기형의 체세포배가 흔히 관찰되었으나 대부분은 전형적(全形的)인 배(胚) 형태(形態)를 보였다. 어뢰형에서 자엽(子葉) 단계(段階)에 이르는 성숙(成熟)한 체세포(體細胞) 배(胚)는 모두 발아(發芽)가 가능하였으나 완전한 식물체로의 재분화(再分化)는 MS 기본 배지에서 평균(平均) 14%이었다. 재분화된 식물체는 온실(溫室)에서 순화(馴化) 후(後) 단지(團地)에서 95% 이상 활착(活着)되었고, 이식(移植) 후(後) 3년까지 정상적인 생장(生長)을 보였다.

맞춤형 IT 인력양성을 위한 '대학-중소기업' 공동 교육 프로그램 개설 및 산학협력 방안 연구 (Cooperative Curriculum Establishment and Council Organization between University and 'Small and Medium Sized Companies' for IT Manpower Cultivation)

  • 본 논문에서는 중소기업의 맞춤형 IT 인력양성을 위한 업종별 '대학-중소기업 공동 교육 프로그램'을 제안하였다. '업종-기술' 매칭 테이블에 의해 제시된 업종별 핵심 기술을 중심으로 대학과 중소기업에서 특화된 공동 교육프로그램을 개설하고, 이를 이수한 학생들에게 해당 기업에 우선적으로 취업을 보장하는 제도이다. 이를 위해 대학과 중소기업은 인력 수급, 기술의 내용, 취업 조건 등의 공동 관심사항에 대한 양해각서(MOU)를 교환한 후 '대학-중소기업 공동 교육 프로그램' 개설에 대해 협약을 체결하는 2단계 절차를 제시하였다. 최종적으로, '대학-중소기업 공동 교육 협의회(UCCCC)'를 구성하여 '대학-중소기업 공동 교육 프로그램'을 운영하도록 한다.

성형제조업의 생산설비정보화 시스템 표준모델 구축 및 효과 분석 (Establishment of Standard Model for Production Facility Informatization System for Molding Business and its Effect Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 중소기업의 정보화를 추진함에 있어, 정보화 중에서도 중단기적인 도입 성과를 낼 수 있는 생산설비정보화 구축을 위하여, 성형제조업 분야의 생산실적 수집에 대한 표준 모델을 연구 개발한다. 성형제조업 생산설비정보화 표준화를 위한 개발방법론은 기 연구 개발된 생산설비정보화 개발 방법론(PSDM)을 적용하며, 표준화 모델은 생산관리 프로세스 중 메인 프로세스인 원자재수급 관리와 생산량 집계 2개의 프로세스를 표준화 시키고 표준 모듈을 개발한다. 본 연구로 생산설비정보화를 구축하고자 하는 성형제조업 중소기업 및 관련 전문 IT업체 들이 표준화된 모듈을 적용하여 시스템을 보다 효과적으로 구축 할 수 있으며, 시스템에 대한 구축 용이성과 신뢰성을 제공한다. 본 연구 결과를 적용함으로써 생산공정의 불합리한 요소제거, 생산제품 품질 향상, 생산비용절감이 가능하다.

중소기업의 환경요인과 흡수역량을 통한 Smart Factory 구축 연구 (A Study on the Establishment of Smart Factory through the Environmental Factors and Absorption Capacity of Small and Medium Businesses)

  • 많은 중소기업이 Smart Factory를 구축할 때 기업 내 외부의 환경변화나 구성원들의 역량 등 기업이 처해있는 상황에 대한 충분한 고려 없이 구축하고 있다. 그래서 구축 후 활용도와 효과도 낮다. 본 연구는 '중소기업의 환경요인과 흡수역량을 통한 Smart Factory 구축'을 실증연구를 통하여 검증해 보는 것이다. 설문은 Smart Factory를 구축한 중소기업에서 관련 업무를 하는 인원에게 받았다. 연구결과는, 첫째, 기업 내 외부의 환경요인은 기업 내부의 흡수역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 기업 내부의 흡수역량은 Smart Factory 구축에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 위의 입증을 통해서 중소기업에서 Smart Factory를 구축할 때 기업의 내 외부 환경요인과 흡수역량을 바탕으로 Smart Factory 핵심영역을 구축하면 효과적이라는 것이 입증되었다. 향후는 Smart Factory 구축성과의 연구를 하고자 한다.

다양한 배지종류, sucrose 농도 및 갈변억제물질 처리에 의한 팔레놉시스 PLB 증식 및 재분화 체계확립 (Establishment of proliferation and regeneration system of PLBs in Phalaenopsis by treatments of a variety of types of medium, sucrose concentrations and anti-browning agents)

  • 팔레놉시스 PLB (protocorm-like bodies) 조직을 이용하여 대량증식 및 신초재분화 체계 확립을 위하여 다양한 증식배지, 액체배지와 고체배지의 효과, sucrose 농도 등이 PLB 증식과 신초 재분화에 효과가 있는지 그리고 활성탄소, citric acid 및 ascorbic acid 등이 팔레놉시스 PLB 배양시 갈변화 현상을 감소하는데 효과가 있는지 알아 보고자 본 연구를 수행하였다. 그 결과, 난과 식물에서 증식배지로 널리 사용되는 VW, HCa, Orchimax 및 Kudson C 배지 중 VW 배지가 PLB 증식에서 타 배지와 비교해서 최소 1.3배에서 최대 2배의 증식효율 그리고 신초 재분화에서도 50% 이상 높은 효율을 보여 주었다. 최적 배지로 선정된 VW배지에 apple powder 및 banana powder를 첨가한 VWAB 배지를 기반으로 액체 및 고체배양에서 PLB 증식효율과 신초재분화율을 비교한 결과, 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 발견되지 않았다. Sucrose 농도를 0 ~ 50 g 처리한 실험에서는 PLB 증식과 재분화 효율 둘 다 10 g 처리구에서 가장 좋은 결과를 보여 주었다. 마지막으로 팔레놉시스 PLB 증식 및 재분화 과정에서 자주 발생하는 갈변화를 감소시키기 위하여 활성탄소, citric acid와 ascorbic acid를 처리한 실험에서는 활성탄소 1 g이 1.5%의 가장 낮은 갈변율을 나타내었다. 이러한 실험결과는 향후 팔레놉시스 PLB를 이용한 대량증식 및 재분화 체계 확립에 크게 기여하리라 판단된다.

Mass Production of Adventitious Roots of Eleutherococcus sessiliflorus through the Bioreactor Culture

  • This paper reported the establishment of mass production system of adventitious roots of Eleutherococcus sessiliflorus through the shake flask and bio-reactor culture. Induction of adventitious roots was started from the explants of germinated somatic embryos on half-strength Murashing and Skoog (MS) solid medium. The frequency of adventitious root formation was better in the explants comprising the basal hypocotyl parts than root explants alone. Among the different auxins tested (NAA, IBA and IAA), frequency of adventitious root induction was highest on medium with 0.5 mg/L NAA, and produced $16.3\pm1.9$ roots per explant. In shake-flask culture, deletion of $NH_4NO_3$ of MS medium was effective for induction of adventitious root compared with both full and half-strength MS media. Fresh weight increase of induced adventitious roots was performed well in medium with 0.5 mg/L IBA. When adventitious roots produced in shake-flask culture were transferred to 10-liter bioreactor, 5.5 times of fresh weight increase was gained after one month of culture. HPLC analysis revealed that the amount of eleutheroside E and E1 was higher in in vitro cultured adventitious roots than the 3 year-old field cultivated root barks of Eleutherococcus sessiliflorus. The content of eltutheroside B was much lower in adventitious roots than that of field cultivated one.
