건강검진센터에서 임상병리사의 업무 전문성 연구: 일반건강검진을 중심으로 (Study on the Professionalism of Medical Technologists' Work in Health Examination Centers: Focusing on the General Health Examination)

  • "건강검진"이란 건강상태 확인과 질병의 예방 및 조기발견을 목적으로 건강검진기관을 통하여 진찰 및 상담, 신체계측, 진단검사, 병리검사, 영상의학 검사 등 의학적 검진을 시행하는 것을 말한다. 건강검진의 종류에는 일반건강검진, 종합건강검진, 특수건강검진, 기타건강검진이 있다. 건강검진센터에서 근무하고 있는 임상병리사들의 일반건강검진 업무의 비중은 전체 업무에서 50% 이상 기여를 하고 있는 것으로 추정할 수 있다. 질환의심 비용적인 측면은 25% 이상 기여하는 것으로 추정할 수 있다. 진단검사 비용은 약 5%로 추정되며 의학진단 사용 비율은 70%를 차지하고 있다. 본 연구 결과에서 임상병리사들이 건강검진 업무에서 사회적, 경제적, 정책적인 타당한 처우를 받고 있는가를 검토되어져야 할 것이다. 임상병리사의 미래는 향후 업무적으로 정밀의료와 원격의료에서 진단검사 및 질 관리에서 전문성이 더욱 확대될 것으로 예측된다. 따라서 임상병리사들은 국가건강검진 관련 정부정책결정에 적극적으로 참여하고 더불어 처우개선의 노력이 필요할 것이다.

  • In this study, the Commission proposed the mitigation of remedies by improving the role of medical disputes and preventing medical disputes. Medical disputes include a comprehensive description of medical malpractice, medical negligence, medical malpractice, and medical malpractice. Medical negligence refers to the neglect of medical care due to careless medical care in the treatment of patients, leading to patient injury and death. An inappropriate response in the process of international treatment could result in international trials and a decline in international credibility. In cases where medical disputes arise, health care is strictly necessary to determine the truth or absence of medical malpractice, and these expertise and experience are usually provided by emotion. With the neutral and objective emotions provided fairly and impartially, medical care expertise and experience can be fair, and the medical disputes can be resolved peacefully if the parties are trustworthy. The Health Care Dispute Mediation Committee should focus on enhancing the professionalism, objectivity, and reliability of medical care.

사람과 사회 중심의 기본의학 학습성과 (Human and Society-Centered Learning Outcomes in Basic Medical Education)

  • Learning objectives for human and society-centered basic medical education to improve physicians' ability to practice in a Korean context were developed by the Korean Association of Medical Colleges in 2015-2016. The task-force committee identified eight domains for medical practitioners: human illness, reflection and self-improvement, patient safety, communication and collaboration, medical ethics, legal issues, social accountability, and professionalism. A total of 172 enabling learning outcomes and 42 terminal learning outcomes were identified by the workshop. The workshop members were representatives from 41 medical schools, the Korean Medical Association, and a scientific group (medical ethics, legal issues, and medical communication). The curriculum for "medical humanity and social medicine" was first published in 2007. The human and society-centered learning objectives that were developed will be revised annually.

도.농촌지역 암 검진 수검률 영향 요인 연구 (Study on Factors that Influence Cancer Screening Rate in Urban and Rural Areas)

  • 본 연구는 도시, 농촌지역에 거주하고 있는 암 검진 수검자들을 대상으로 원하는 암 검진 서비스와 과정, 환경, 결과 등에 대한 분석을 통하여 암 검진 수검률에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구는 빈도분석, 교차분석, t-test, ANOVA, 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 결론을 도출하였다. 도시지역 암 검진 수검률에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 검진예약절차, 의료진전문성, 검진통보내용, 검진결과설명, 검진통보날짜, 검진예약기간이, 농촌지역은 검진통보내용, 총 검진시간, 검진결과설명, 의료진전문성, 검진예약기간, 검진과정설명이 주요 요인으로 분석되었다. 도시 농촌별로 암 검진 수검 시 수검률에 영향을 미치는 주요요인에는 큰 차이는 없는 것으로 조사되었다. 검진 절차와 서비스에 대한 요구파악은 지속적으로 실행되어야 하며, 도시 농촌지역간의 형평성을 고려한 차별화 전략과 정책수립이 요구된다고 하겠다.

병원규모에 따른 간호사의 간호업무환경, 전문직업성과 직무만족의 비교 (A Comparative Study on Nursing Practice Environment, Professionalism, and Job Satisfaction according to Hospital Size)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate and compare the characteristics and relations of nursing practice environment, professionalism and job satisfaction among nurses in general hospitals according to hospital size. Methods: The participants included 314 staff and charge nurses who were working in the general medical/surgical nursing units in one large hospital, three medium sized hospitals, and four small hospitals. Data collected through using self-report questionnaire were analyzed using the SPSS and SAS statistical programs. Results: Nursing practice environment and job satisfaction had significant differences according to hospital size. Both of these scales were highest for medium hospitals and lowest for small hospitals. For all hospital sizes there were positive correlations between each of the variables. Multiple regression analysis showed that both nursing practice environment and job satisfaction were affected by hospital size, but professionalism was not. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that nursing practice environment and job satisfaction vary with the size of the hospital. Therefore, further study is necessary to identify the work environment variables of nurses for performance management and to implement appropriate policies.

응급구조사 선서 및 윤리강령의 제안 (Proposed oath and ethics code for emergency medical technicians)

  • Purpose: The purpose of our study was to introduce an oath and ethics code for emergency medical technicians (EMTs). Methods: The proposed oath and ethics code for the EMTs was evaluated using a modified Delphi technique. This oath and ethics code was presented at Korean association of emergency medical technician conference and was revised by experts in emergency medical services. Results: We examined the ethics codes for other allied healthcare professionals regarding the topics of human rights, health promotion, acting as an advocate, ethics, cooperation, observance, human rights, right to know, self-determination, confidentiality, and professionalism. These elements are reflected in our proposed oath and ethics code for EMTs. Conclusion: The proposed oath and ethics code would raise the professional status of EMTs.

치과위생사의 직무만족과 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 선행요인 탐색 (Exploring Antecedent Factor that Influence Dental Hygienist's Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention)

  • 치과의료에 대한 공급은 갈수록 증가하고 있고 이에 따라 구강보건 전문인력인 치과위생사의 역할은 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 치과위생사의 직업전문성이 의료현장에서 실제로 인정받는다고 보기에는 힘든 상황이며, 이로 인해 치과위생사의 직무불만과 이직의도는 의료기관의 문제로 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 치과위생사의 직무만족과 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 선행요인을 탐색하여 조직유효성을 증진시키는 방법을 모색하고자한다. 선행요인을 보다 다각도로 탐색하게 위해 개인의 특성(낙관성)과 직무와 관련된 특성(직업전문성) 그리고 조직과 관련된 특성(조직지원인식)으로 구분하여 접근하였다. 치과 의료기관에 근무하는 치과위생사들 199명의 자료를 분석한 연구결과, 치과위생사의 낙관성과 직업전문성, 그리고 조직지원인식은 모두 직무만족도를 높여 궁극적으로 이직의도를 낮출 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 조직지원인식은 이직의도에 대해 직접적인 효과를 미치기도 하지만 직무만족이라는 매개변수에 의해 보다 큰 효과를 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구의 결과는 치과위생사의 높은 이직률과 직무불만으로 고통받는 치과 의료기관들에게 문제해결을 위한 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Development of Mission and Vision of College of Korean Medicine Using the Delphi Techniques and Big-Data Analysis

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to introduce the procedures and methods for mission and vision development at a College of Korean Medicine (CKM), which established its mission and vision using Delphi techniques and big data analysis on various members and stakeholders. Methods: A total of 754 participated in the Delphi survey. A Delphi survey was conducted with professors, students, parents, and alumni stakeholders to establish Daegu Haany University CKM's mission and vision. The data were analyzed through content analysis and big data analysis of keywords. Results: As a result of the study, the most important keywords to be included in the mission and vision were "professionalism" and "morality." Included in the mission were the concepts of "morality" and "professionalism," which were emphasized by the four groups. All surveyed stakeholders regarded "scientific," and "global" as important themes to be included in the vision. Conclusions: The present study confirmed that there were themes commonly prioritized by all stakeholders for college mission and vision, and a difference in demand for educational goals between professors and students was also affirmed. Therefore, institutions of higher learning should develop their mission and vision by appropriately reflecting the needs of the interest groups.

간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스와 임상실습 만족도가 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Clinical Practice Stress and Clinical Practice Satisfaction on Nursing Professionalism on Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구 대상자는 충청북도 E군에 소재한 G대학교 임상실습을 경험한 간호학과 3,4학년 재학생 167명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 자료수집기간은 2020년 12월 1일부터 12월 18일까지 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 대상자의 일반적 특성, 임상실습 스트레스와 임상실습만족도는 빈도와 백분율, 평균, 표준편차로 분석하였고, 일반적 특성에 따른 임상실습 스트레스, 임상실습만족도, 간호전문직관의 차이는 t-test와 one way ANOVA로 분석하였다. 임상실습 스트레스, 임상실습만족도, 간호전문직관의 상관관계는 Pearson Correlation Coefficients로 분석하였고, 간호전문직에 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 stepwise multiple regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 전공만족도(β=.256, p=.001)가 가장 강력한 영향변수였으며, 임상실습만족도(β=.237, p=.004), 임상실습 스트레스(β=.-.143, p=.068)순으로 간호전문직관에 영향을 주는 요인으로 확인되었다. 이들 전체변수의 설명력은 21.8%로 나타났다(F=.14..44, p=.000). 이상의 연구결과로 간호전문직관을 향상시키기 위한 교육전략 및 구체적인 프로그램을 개발 및 적용이 필요함을 시사한다.

의료급여관리사의 업무경험 (On-the-Job Experiences of Medical Aid Managers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this phenomenological study was to understand the job experiences of the medical aid client managers Method: The data were collected through an in-depth interview from twelve medical aid client managers. It was analyzed using the phenomenological method proposed by Colaizzi (1978). Their feedback was categorized into five items such as 'settlement in the unknown place,' 'exhaustion from work,' 'difficulties in dealing with people,' 'achievement of professionalism and accomplishment,' and 'vision on the new aspect.' Conclusion: Medical aid client managers played diverse roles and they had a role conflict due to unstable position amid feeling proud with new vision on their roles. The results of this study suggested that systematic development of job training programs and description on the duty are needed. Moreover, appropriate legal basis for the duty of medical aid client managers is to be established. Finally, based on this research, more acknowledgement from the Korean nursing society is needed for the new emerging professional job.
