국내 전력산업의 효율성 제고모형에 대한 SD 모형 연구 - 원자력산업을 중심으로 (A SD approach to the Efficiency Improvement of Electric Power Industry in Korea -Focused on the Nuclear Industry)

  • In this study, we tried to build a model which can deal with the efficient and effective operation of electric power industry, especially focused on the nuclear industry. Here, SD(system Dynamics) approach is used to visualize the underlying phenomenon of the nuclear power industry. SD is a methodology for studying and managing complex feedback systems, such as one finds in business and other social systems, The span of SD applications has grown extensively and now encompasses work in corporate planning and policy design, public management and policy, biological and medical modeling, energy and the environment. Recently, according to the report from KEPCO(Korea Electric Power Corporation), they are considering delaying a new power plant construction. It may be based upon business fluctuation downsized from Korean economic crisis in 1997 and freezing of construction funds due to unstable foreign exchange rate. At this point, we need desperately a kind of strategic model that would contribute to cope with the current business situation, energy generation, Production, and resulting Pollution. Specifically, this model, using SD approach, starts with the detailed drawing of influence diagram, which describes those relevant key points on nuclear power generation systems in electric power industry of Korea. These include such (actors as the operation of nuclear industry and parameters related to the decision making for business policy. Based upon the above-mentioned influence diagram drawn, we developed SD simulation model to evaluate and analyze strategic management of KBPCO. Based on our analysis, we could demonstrate how simulation model can be applied to the real electric power generation in Korea.

  • LOINC(Logical Observation Identifiers Names and Codes)는 Regenstrief Institute에서 제공하는 병원 검사 명칭 및 임상용어를 위한 표준체계이다. 평생전자건강진료정보에서 검사결과의 교류는 매우 중요한 영역 중 하나이며, 이를 위해서는 현재 각 병원의 표준화되지 않은 검사 명칭을 표준화하는 일이 시급하다. 본 논문에서는 병원의 로컬데이타베이스를 Regenstrief에서 제공하는 LOINC 검색 매핑도구인 RELMA(Regenstrief LOINC Mapping Assistant)가 요구하는 LMOF(Local Master Observation File) 포맷으로 미리 전처리 해주는 도구를 개발함으로써, LOINC 매핑작업을 보다 효율적으로 할 수 있는 해결책을 제시한다. 제안한 도구를 이용하여 로컬데이타베이스를 전처리 한 후 RELMA로 검색하였을 때, 인터페이스 측면에서 기존 전처리하지 않고 RELMA를 사용한 방법에 비해서 사용자의 편의성이 향상되었고 검색되는 키워드가 15% 감소하는 검색의 효율성을 가져올 수 있었다.

Zigbee 기반 AoA 위치인식 시스템 실험 및 구현 (AoA Localization System based on Zigbee Experimentation and Realization)

  • 위치인식 기술은 사물이나 사람의 위치를 측정하여 서로 정보를 교환하고 환경을 제어하는데 필요한 핵심기술이다. 현재도 위치인식 기술은 다양한 방법들로 연구되고 있으며, 물류, 의학, 로봇 분야 등에 적용될 수 있다. 그러나 위치인식 기술을 적용하려면 많은 비용이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 적은 비용으로 구현 가능한 Zigbee기반 AoA 위치인식 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 흔히 이용하는 스텝 모터, 지향성 안테나, Zigbee 모듈을 사용하여 비컨에 지향성 안테나를 회전시켜 RSSI값을 측정하였다. RSSI값이 가장 큰 값을 가질 때 스텝 모터의 회전각을 계산하여 수신기가 위치한 각도를 판단하고 AoA 방식을 적용하여 수신기의 위치를 측정하였다. 수신기의 위치를 옮겨가며 측정한 결과 35~36cm 정도의 오차가 있었다.

간호진단 분석 일 연구 (A Study of the Classification of Nursing Diagnoses)

  • This study was conducted to analyze the nursing diagnoses applied for case studies of nursing students through their clinical practices, and to provide the educational basis of nursing diagnoses with its results. The data were collected for two years(1995 and 1996) from 70 case studies reported by the 2nd and 3rd year nursing junior college students. The students made 259 nursing diagnoses among which 230 diagnoses qualified NANDA classification and were taken for analysis. The results of the analysis were as follows : 1. The number of diagnoses indicating response patterns was 35(35.7%), whereas 98 diagnoses in NANDA table. Among the 35 diagnoses, the pattern of exchange was most frequent, then feeling, moving, knowing in rank. 2. The diagnoses were analyzed in the categories of response patterns. For Instance, 'Altered in Nutrition' was most frequent in exhange, then Risk for Infection', 'Ineffective Airway Clearance', in rank. 3. Among 230 diagnoses, 'Knowle Deficit' was most frequently mentioned, then 'Activity Intolerance' 'Anxiety', 'Pain', 'Altered in Nutrition', 'Risk for Infection', 'Ineffective airway clearance', in rank. 4. The types of word expression of each diagnoses were various. 'Activity Intolerance' was expressed in 6 types. 5. The relating factors applied to each diagnosis were analyzed. For Instance, the relating factor of 'Knowledge Deficit' were illness, and therapeutic process, lack of motivation, occurrance of complication, short experience, operation, and so on. From the above study, the researcher would like to recommend as follows : 1) The current diagnoses need to be verified its content validity, when they are applied to our culture. 2) The most effective educational method for applying nursing diagnoses should be explored. 3) Further study could be focused on not only 'relating factors' but also 'sign and symptoms'.

Application of extraction chromatographic techniques for separation and purification of emerging radiometals 44/47Sc and 64/67Cu

  • Considerably increasing interest in using the theranostic isotopes/ isotope pairs of radiometals like $^{44/47}Sc$ and $^{64/67}Cu$ for diagnosis and/or therapeutic applications in the nuclear medicine procedures necessitates its reliable production and supply. Separation and purification of no-carrier-added (NCA) isotopes from macro quantitates of the irradiated target matrix along with other impurities is a cardinal procedure amongst several other steps involved in its production. Multitudinous methods including but not limited to liquid-liquid (solvent) extraction, extraction chromatography (EXC), ion exchange, electrodeposition and sublimation are routinely applied either solitarily or in combination for the separation and purification of radioisotopes depending on their production routes, radioisotope of interest and impurities involved. However, application of EXC though has shown promises towards the numerous separation techniques have not received much attention as far as its application prospects in the field of nuclear medicine are concerned. Advances in the recent past for application of the EXC resins in separation and purification of the several medically important radioisotopes at ultra-high purity have shown promising behavior with respect to their operation simplicity, acidic and radiolytic stability, separation efficiencies and speedy procedures with the enhanced and excellent extraction abilities. In this mini review we will be talking about the recent developments in the application and the use of EXC techniques for the separation and purification of $^{44/47}Sc$ and $^{64/67}Cu$ for medical applications. Furthermore, we will also discuss the scientific and practical aspects of EXC in the view of separation of the NCA trace amount of radionuclides.

유-헬스케어 기반 실시간 혈압, 혈당 측정치 전송의 간호기록 시간 단축 (Shortening of Nursing Record Time about Real Time Transmission Effect of Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose Value Based on U-Healthcare)

  • Purpose: The aim was to measure the real-time trans-mission effect of blood-pressure and blood-glucose value based on u-healthcare for saving the time and effort of nursing recording time. Methods: This study used a u-healthcare system based on the international standards for the exchange of health information. In order to verify the effectiveness of the u-healthcare, a clinical trial for the system regarding blood-pressure and blood-glucose targeting of patients with endocrine disorders at KNUH from February 7 to 9, 2012 was performed. Results: According to the analyzed results, of the 86 times the 11 patients were tested, measuring blood-pressure and blood-glucose using the u-healthcare system, we found the time differences between the real-time transfer recording method and existing hospital records that were used in the hospital. Based on the average time interval, there was a difference of 1,090.45 seconds (18.17 minutes). Conclusion: Therefore, it's cumbersome that nurses in the hospital have to record the numerical values of the measured blood-pressure and blood-glucose manually and input the recorded values directly into the electronic nursing record system. However, it was found in terms of the newly designed system, that it could save time and effort for nurses, since measured information is sent to the hospital information system on a real-time basis.

온톨로지에 기반한 간호진단 지식모델의 설계 (Design of Knowledge Model of Nursing Diagnosis based on Ontology)

  • 간호사는 NANDA, NIC, NOC과 같은 간호과정의 표준 가이드라인에 따라 간호 실무를 수행하고, 간호과정에 대한 정보를 전자의무기록 시스템에 기록하고 있다. 특히, NANDA는 간호진단 분류체계로써 간호진단의 추상적인 개념을 나타내고 있어, 상세한 간호진단 내용의 표현에 어려움이 있다. 그로 인해, 국내 병원에서는 자체적으로 간호진단 목록을 정의하여 사용하고 있으나, 이들은 표준이 적용되지 않아 간호기록의 전산화가 어려운 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 NANDA와 SNOMED-CT와 같은 표준 용어체계를 참조하여 간호진단 개념을 표현하기 위한 온톨로지로 구축 방법론을 제시한다. 제안한 방법은 각 병원 및 분야에서 주로 사용하는 간호진단 목록을 체계적으로 구축함으로써 의료정보 시스템 간의 상호운용이 가능하고 지식의 확장이 용이하도록 한다. 제안한 방법에 따라 경북대학교병원의 여성건강 간호기록 진술문을 분석하고, 간호진단 정보의 추출 및 정련을 통해 112개의 간호진단 용어를 생성하였다. 그리고 이 용어를 이용하여 여성건강 간호진단 온톨로지를 구축하였고, 전문가 평가 및 실험을 통해 개발한 온토롤지의 타당도와 실용성을 확인하였다.

A Novel Mannose-binding Tuber Lectin from Typhonium divaricatum (L.) Decne (family Araceae) with Antiviral Activity Against HSV-II and Anti-proliferative Effect on Human Cancer Cell Lines

  • A novel mannose-binding tuber lectin with in vitro antiproliferative activity towards human cancer cell lines and antiviral activity against HSV-II was isolated from fresh tubers of a traditional Chinese medicinal herb, Typhonium divaricatum (L.) Decne by a combined procedure involving extraction, ammonium sulfate precipitation, ion exchange chromatography on DEAE-SEPHAROSE, CM-SEPHAROSE and gel-filtration on sephacryl S-200. The apparent molecular mass of the purified Typhonium divaricatum lectin (TDL) was 48 kDa. TDL exhibits hemagglutinating activity toward rabbit erythrocytes at 0.95 $\mu$g/ml, and its activity could be strongly inhibited by mannan, ovomucoid, asialofetuin and thyroglobulin. TDL showed antiproliferative activity towards some well established human cancer cell lines, e.g. Pro-01 (56.7 $\pm$ 6.8), Bre-04 (41.5 $\pm$ 4.8), and Lu-04 (11.4 $\pm$ 0.3). The anti-HSV-II activity of TDL was elucidated by testing its HSV-II infection inhibitory activity in Vero cells with $TC_50$ and $EC_50$ of 5.176 mg/ml and 3.054 $\mu$g/ml respectively. The full-length cDNA sequence of TDL was 1145 bp and contained an 813-bp open reading frame (ORF) encoding a 271 amino acid precursor of 29-kDa. Homology analysis showed that TDL had high homology with many other mannose-binding lectins. Secondary and three-dimensional structures analyses showed that TDL is heterotetramer and similar with lectins from mannose-binding lectin superfamily, especially those from family Araceae.

의료정보의 의미적 상호운용성 보장을 위한 임상콘텐츠 모델 (Clinical Contents Model to Ensure Semantic Interoperability of Clinical Information)

  • 이 기종 시스템 간 의료정보의 의미적 상호운용성 보장을 위해서는 임상정보모델의 개발과 적용이 필요하다. 하지만 국내에서는 현재까지 임상정보모델이 개발되지 않았다. 본 연구의 목적은 의료정보의 의미적 상호운용성 보장을 위한 표준용어기반의 임상정보모델인 임상콘텐츠모텔을 개발하고, 이를 한국보건의료표준용어체계와 맵핑하는 것이다. 선진 임상정보모델과 HL7 참조정보모델과 표준용어시스템 등 의료정보표준을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 임상의사와 의무기록사가 임상콘텐츠모델을 개발하였다. 이 모형은 차세대 전자건강기록의 의미적 상호운용성을 보장하는 핵심 인프라로 활용 될 것으로 기대한다.
