South Korea has the most advanced technology in the Fourth Industrial Revolution era because of its high-speed Internet commercialization. However, the industry is shrinking due to its various regulations in building and its utilization of personal information as big data. Currently, South Korea's personal data utilization business is in its early stages. In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, it is difficult for startups to use data. There are various causes here. Above all, legal regulations to protect personal information are emphasized. This study confirms that transactions of personal medical records through My Data can be made. Moreover, it confirms that there is a need for a mediating role between stakeholders. This study lacks statistical access in the process of performing stakeholder roles. However, personal medical records will be traded safely in the future, and new subjects will enter the market. Furthermore, the domestic bio-industry will develop. Through this study, various problems were derived in establishing Medical MyData in Korea. Moreover, it looks forward to continuing various studies in the health care sector in the future.

The European Union recently established the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for secure data use and personal information protection. Inspired by this, South Korea revised their Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Credit Information Use and Protection Act, collectively known as the "Three Data Bills," which prescribe safe personal information use based on pseudonymous data processing. Based on these bills, the personal data store (PDS) has received attention because it utilizes the MyData service, which actively manages and controls personal information based on the approval of individuals, and it practically ensures their rights to informational self-determination. Various types of PDS models have been developed by several countries (e.g., the US, Europe, and Japan) and global platform firms. The South Korean government has now initiated MyData service projects for personal information use in the financial field, focusing on personal credit information management. There is also a need to verify the efficacy of this service in diverse fields (e.g., medical). However, despite the increased attention, existing MyData models and frameworks do not satisfy security requirements of ensured traceability, transparency, and distributed authentication for personal information use. This study analyzes primary PDS models and compares them to an internationally standardized framework for personal information security with guidelines on MyData so that a proper PDS model can be proposed for South Korea.
Purpose: This study aimed to explore the perception of medical aid beneficiaries on their experiences of receiving case management. Methods: Data were collected through in-depth interviews with sixteen medical aid beneficiaries who had been receiving medical aid case management from at least one year ago. The data were analyzed using the NVivo software program for its qualitative content analysis. Results: Three categories emerged from the data: "not perceived but come into my territory", "realized the necessity of changes and begin to take care of my own health", and "satisfied passively with some of my changes." With respect to these categories, eight sub-categories were ultimately identified. Conclusion: It would be effective if both medical aid beneficiaries and case managers can set the case management goals and management plans together at the beginning of case management. It is also needed to develop a comprehensive case management model tailored to the characteristics and needs of the beneficiaries.

Background: Reliable and validated instruments are needed in order to study the quality of life in myeloma patients. This study aimed to translate and explore the psychometric properties of the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC) myeloma module (QLQ-MY20) in Iranian patients. Materials and Methods: Two hundred and fifteen patients with multiple myeloma (MM) were recruited from Imam Khomeini Hospital, Tehran. A standard forward-backward translation procedure was implemented. Participating patients were asked to complete the EORTC QLQ-C30 and the QLQ-MY20 three times, at study entry, after two weeks, and again after three months. Data were tested for the range of measurement, internal consistency, test-retest reliability, known group comparison, responsiveness and factor structure. Results: Mean age of the patients was 60.7 years. No floor and ceiling effects were seen for the QLQ-MY20. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ was greater than 0.80 for all three multi-item scales (ranging from 0.82 to 0.93). All four scales had test-retest reliability of 0.85 or greater. Results of the confirmatory factor analysis that the hypothesized 3-scale measurement model of the QLQ-MY20. Moreover, the Persian version for the QLQ-MY20 differentiated between subgroups of the patients in terms of beta-2 microglobulin, fracture and performance status. The responsiveness of the QLQ-MY20 to change over time was confirmed within 3 months. Conclusions: the results of our study indicate that our Iranian version of the QLQ-MY20 is a feasible, reliable and valid questionnaire for assessing the condition-specific quality of life of patients with MM.
There are some limits on cost and efficiency for large amount of data in RDBMS, and NoSQL is starting to gain popularity. In medical institutions, data forms are different between organizations, and that makes difficulty for interoperability between organizations. In this paper we focused on performance issues between RDMBS and NoSQL in medical documents. We had built two different environment and had experiment comparative analysis of NoSQL with RDBMS based on medical data. We used medical HL7 FHIR as a medical data standard. Also YCSB benchmark tool was used for performance comparison. Experiments shows that NoSQL has better performance in large amounts of medical data processing systems that have over 10,000~100,000 records.
