공급망 디지털 전환이 기업 성과에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Supply Chain Digital Transformation on Corporate Performance)

  • 본 연구는 자원기반관점(RBV) 이론을 기반으로 공급망 디지털 전환이 공급망 민첩성과 혁신 역량을 구축함으로써 기업의 성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 조사하고자 함에 목적이 있다. 국내 271개 기업의 데이터 세트를 바탕으로 구조 방정식 모델링을 사용하여 모델을 검증했고 연구 가설을 테스트하기 위해 조정 및 조정 분석이 수행되었다. 연구 결과는 공급망 민첩성과 혁신 역량 모두에 의해 완전히 조정되는 공급망 디지털 전환과 기업 성과 사이에 긍정적인 상관관계가 있음을 발견하였으며 공급망 민첩성과 혁신 역량 간의 상호 작용은 기업 성과에 불리한 결과를 초래할 가능성이 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 공급망 디지털 전환를 통합하고 공급망 민첩성과 공급망 디지털 전환과 RBV기반 기업성과 사이의 통로 역할을 하는 혁신 역량의 중재 메커니즘을 통합함으로써 기업 성과의 선행 요인에 대한 이해를 증진시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

우울과 온라인 사회관계망의 관계에서 오프라인 사회관계망의 매개 역할 (Mediating Role of Social Network Support in the Relationship Between Depression and Online Social Networking)

  • 목적 : 이 연구는 중년 및 노년층의 온라인 및 오프라인 사회적 상호작용에 대한 우울증의 영향을 조사하여 사회적 연결성과 정신적 웰빙을 향상시키기 위함이다. 연구방법 : 환자 건강 설문지(Patient Health Questionnaire-9)와 루벤의 사회 네트워크 척도(Lubben Social Network Scale-6)를 사용하여 429명의 중년 성인의 우울증과 사회적 관계를 평가하였다. 경로 분석과 소벨 검정을 사용하여 오프라인 관계가 온라인 상호작용에 미치는 매개 효과를 탐구하였다. 결과 : 교육 수준이 높은 평균 63세의 남성 코호트에서 우울증과 사회적 관계 사이에 유의미한 연관성을 확인하였다. 오프라인 상호작용은 우울증이 온라인 관계에 미치는 영향의 32%를 매개하였다. 결론 : 이 연구는 온라인 및 오프라인 네트워크에서의 적극적인 참여가 노인의 정신 건강을 개선하고 우울증이 사회 활동에 미치는 영향을 관리하며 고립을 방지하는 데 도움이 될 수 있는 역할이 존재함을 확인하였다.

뷰티 종사자의 물리적 작업환경이 프리젠티즘과 정신건강에 미치는 영향: 직무소진의 매개효과 (The effect of the Physical Risk Factors of Beauty Workers' on Presenteeism and Mental Health: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Job Burnout)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 뷰티 종사자의 물리적 작업환경이 직무소진, 프리젠티즘 및 정신건강에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 나아가 직무소진의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 서울·경기 뷰티 종사자 308명을 대상으로 질문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, 정규성 검증, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계, 구조방정식 모델 및 뷰트스트레핑을 이용한 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 일련의 연구 과정을 통하여 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 뷰티 종사자의 물리적 작업환경은 직무소진, 프리젠티즘 및 정신건강에 통계적 유의미한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 뷰티 종사자의 물리적 작업 환경과 프리젠티즘과의 관계에서 직무소진은 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 뷰티 산업 종사자의 물리적 작업환경에 대한 심각성을 알리고 나아가 뷰티 종사자의 삶의 질 향상하는데 기초자료로써 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

어머니의 스마트폰 중독이 아동의 미디어 기기 의존에 미치는 영향: 어머니의 일-가정 양립 갈등과 부모 감독의 순차적 매개 효과 (The Effect of Mothers' Smartphone Addiction on Children's Media Dependency: Sequentially Mediated by Mothers' Work-Family Strains and Parental Monitoring)

  • Smart devices have become an essential part of human life; however, excessive dependency on these devices has become a serious issue for both children and adults. In this study, a research model was developed which hypothesized that mothers' smartphone addiction influences children's media dependency, and that this effect is sequentially mediated by mothers' work-family strains and parental monitoring. To test this hypothesis, an analysis of data from the 13th Wave of Panel Study on Korean Children (PSKC), conducted in 2020, was performed. The data were collected from 726 children (359 boys, 367 girls) with an average age of 12.23 years (SD=.30). The analysis was conducted using SPSS 27.0 and Process MACRO Ver. 4.2. The results were as follows. Maternal smartphone addiction increased mothers' work-family strains, which in turn lowered the level of parental monitoring, which was associated with an increase in children's media dependency. Furthermore, mothers' smartphone addiction had a partial mediation effect on children's media dependency. In sum, this study revealed that the mothers' smartphone addiction increased children's media dependency, and this effect was sequentially mediated by an increase in mothers' work-family strains and a decrease in parental monitoring. This study verifies that mothers' smart device usage as well as their working environment has a significant effect on children's media dependency. Therefore, to increase parental monitoring of children's media usage, mothers' work-family strains need to be reduced.

온라인 네트워킹 활동이 가상협업 역량 및 업무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Online Social Networking on Individual Virtual Competence and Task Performance in Organizations)

  • With the advent of communication technologies including electronic collaborative tools and conferencing systems provided over the Internet, virtual collaboration is becoming increasingly common in organizations. Virtual collaboration refers to an environment in which the people working together are interdependent in their tasks, share responsibility for outcomes, are geographically dispersed, and rely on mediated rather than face-to face, communication to produce an outcome. Research suggests that new sets of individual skill, knowledge, and ability (SKAs) are required to perform effectively in today's virtualized workplace, which is labeled as individual virtual competence. It is also argued that use of online social networking sites may influence not only individuals' daily lives but also their capability to manage their work-related relationships in organizations, which in turn leads to better performance. The existing research regarding (1) the relationship between virtual competence and task performance and (2) the relationship between online networking and task performance has been conducted based on different theoretical perspectives so that little is known about how online social networking and virtual competence interplay to predict individuals' task performance. To fill this gap, this study raises the following research questions: (1) What is the individual virtual competence required for better adjustment to the virtual collaboration environment? (2) How does online networking via diverse social network service sites influence individuals' task performance in organizations? (3) How do the joint effects of individual virtual competence and online networking influence task performance? To address these research questions, we first draw on the prior literature and derive four dimensions of individual virtual competence that are related with an individual's self-concept, knowledge and ability. Computer self-efficacy is defined as the extent to which an individual beliefs in his or her ability to use computer technology broadly. Remotework self-efficacy is defined as the extent to which an individual beliefs in his or her ability to work and perform joint tasks with others in virtual settings. Virtual media skill is defined as the degree of confidence of individuals to function in their work role without face-to-face interactions. Virtual social skill is an individual's skill level in using technologies to communicate in virtual settings to their full potential. It should be noted that the concept of virtual social skill is different from the self-efficacy and captures an individual's cognition-based ability to build social relationships with others in virtual settings. Next, we discuss how online networking influences both individual virtual competence and task performance based on the social network theory and the social learning theory. We argue that online networking may enhance individuals' capability in expanding their social networks with low costs. We also argue that online networking may enable individuals to learn the necessary skills regarding how they use technological functions, communicate with others, and share information and make social relations using the technical functions provided by electronic media, consequently increasing individual virtual competence. To examine the relationships among online networking, virtual competence, and task performance, we developed research models (the mediation, interaction, and additive models, respectively) by integrating the social network theory and the social learning theory. Using data from 112 employees of a virtualized company, we tested the proposed research models. The results of analysis partly support the mediation model in that online social networking positively influences individuals' computer self-efficacy, virtual social skill, and virtual media skill, which are key predictors of individuals' task performance. Furthermore, the results of the analysis partly support the interaction model in that the level of remotework self-efficacy moderates the relationship between online social networking and task performance. The results paint a picture of people adjusting to virtual collaboration that constrains and enables their task performance. This study contributes to research and practice. First, we suggest a shift of research focus to the individual level when examining virtual phenomena and theorize that online social networking can enhance individual virtual competence in some aspects. Second, we replicate and advance the prior competence literature by linking each component of virtual competence and objective task performance. The results of this study provide useful insights into how human resource responsibilities assess employees' weakness and strength when they organize virtualized groups or projects. Furthermore, it provides managers with insights into the kinds of development or training programs that they can engage in with their employees to advance their ability to undertake virtual work.

중·고령자의 긍정심리자본이 창업의지에 미치는 영향: 위험 감수성의 매개 및 자산상태의 조절 효과 (The relationship between positive psychological capital and entrepreneurial intention among middle-aged and elderly individuals: Mediation of Risk Sensitivity and Moderating Effects of Asset Status)

  • 본 연구는 최근 창업에 관심을 가지는 중·고령자를 대상으로 위험 감수성의 매개 및 자산상태의 조절 효과를 중심으로 중·고령자의 긍정심리 자본이 창업 의지에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 서울지역 중·고령 직장인 250여명을 대상으로 2019년 12월 1일부터 31일까지 설문조사를 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 기술 통계량, 신뢰성, 요인분석을 통해 연구모형의 적합성을 검증하고 구조방정식 모형을 구축 후 AMOS 통계패키지를 이용하여 연구가설 검증과 매개 효과와 조절 효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과 긍정심리 자본이 위험 감수성에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으며 자기효능감과 창업 의지, 복원력과 창업 의지 간의 경로는 0.042와 0.026으로 매개효과가 지지가 되며 창업 의지에 영향은 모형 간의 χ2 차이가 7.096으로 자산상태의 조절 효과가 있음이 확인되었다. 본 연구결과의 시사점으로 중·고령자의 창업에 필요한 긍정심리 자본과 창업자산 상태를 강화할 수 있는 프로그램의 융복합적인 개발이 요구된다. 후속 연구로는 대상 지역을 확대하고 다른 창업요인에 대한 분석이 필요하다.

온라인분쟁해결의 활용과 문제점에 관한 연구 - 온라인중재를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Utilization and Problems of Online Dispute Resolution : Focusing on the Online Arbitration)

  • Electronic commerce and the Internet offer unprecedented opportunities. The explosive expansion of the use of the Internet makes it possible for businesses to expand their markets and render services. Global transaction costs are easy to cut off using Internet and transaction speed is faster than before. Where cyberspace is not free from claims, Offline transaction can lead to problems and disputes the same is for cyberspace transactions. However ADR is not meet for the online transaction for speed, cost and open network system, ODR methods to resolve electronic commerce conflicts is crucial for building confidence and permitting access to justice in an online business environment. The use of the Internet and the network in dispute resolution has an impact on the types of communication implied in the relevant processes such as automated negotiation, online mediation and online arbitration and involves new technological issues such as the integrity and confidentiality of data and communication used to transmit and store data. Among the ODR systems Online Arbitration is currently binding both parties disputed and can achieve the aim of dispute award the same as the traditional arbitration. Arbitration is based on the New York Convention 1958, Arbitration Model law 1985 and national Arbitration Act that are founded on territorial area and rested on arbitration agreement, constitution of the arbitral tribunal, due process, final and binding award and enforcement of the arbitration award. To compare with this issues Online arbitration has unnecessarily legal unstability and risk. ODR is the burgeoning field and has created a new issues. All such issues which have been debated in the ADR are composed with ODR. But these are not limited Some of issues are further complicated by the nature of the online environment such as confidentiality and principle of parties. It is true that online arbitration should comply with legal provisions, but which is impossible to adhere of the law. Flexible translation and functional equivalence of legal provisions are needed for acceptance of electronic commerce disputes. Finally electronic commerce now takes place on the Internet, it is inevitable that the commercial world wants access to dispute resolution process that best suits the new commercial environment. ODR methods are processing for development and legal issues are considered by both national and international authorities. Introduction of new Conventions or amend Convention and Model law of ODR comes near.

흰쥐의 착상기간중 Estradiol이 자궁의 Phospholipase $A_2$ 활성도에 미치는 영향 (Modulation of Uterine Phospholipase $A_2$ Activity by Estradiol During the Delayed Implantation Process in Rats)

  • 본 연구에서는 흰쥐의 수정란 착상시기에 estradiol이 prostaglandins(PGs) 합성의 전구체인 arachidonic acid를 생성하는데 관여하는 phospholipase $A_2(PLA_2)$의 활성도를 조절하므로써 PGs의 합성을 촉진하는가를 조사하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 자궁의 $PLA_2$ 활성도는 수정란이 착상하는 시기인 임신 제 5일에 증가되었으며, 비착상부위에서보다는 착상부위에서 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. Delayed implantation model에서, $PLA_2$ 활성도는 estradiol을 투여한 지 11시간후에 증가되었으며, dbcAMP를 투여한지 8시간후에 증가되었다. 또한 estradiol을 투여하기 2시간전에 phosphodiesterase inhibitor인 theophylline을 투여하면 estradiol만 투여한것에 비하여 $PLA_2$ 활성도가 증가되었다. Estradiol 또는 dbcAMP와 함께 indomethacin을 투여하면 자궁의 PGs합성은 억제되었으나 $PLA_2$ 활성도에는 영향을 주지않았다. 이상의 결과로 보아 흰쥐의 착상시기에 estradiol은 cAMP를 매개로하여 자궁의 $PLA_2$ 활성도를 촉진하므로써 PGs의 합성을 증가시키는 것으로 생각된다.

목표달성가능성에 영향을 미치는 개인의 특성과 목표달성기제에 관한 연구 (The Relationship of Individual Trait Factors and Goal Mechanisms with Goal Attainability)

  • Purpose - Goal setting is effective in any domain in which an individual or group has some control over the outcomes. It applies not only to work tasks but also to sports and health, and in various other settings. Its success depends on considering the mediators and moderators determining its efficacy and applicability. This study investigates the individual factors influencing academic goal attainability. Unlike previous studies, we focused on the effect of the relationships between individual traits (passion, tenacity, self-control) and specific motivation (vision, self-efficacy, implementation intentions) with academic goal attainability, rather than the effects of the relationship between commitment and the goal shielding mechanism with goal attainability. Research design, data, and methodology - Data collected through questionnaires were analyzed by the SPSS program. A total of 293 school students, who participated in the TOEIC program, participated in the survey. Slightly more than half were female (male: n=145 vs. female: n=148). We verified nine hypotheses through various statistical methods (reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation model for the hypothesis test, bootstrapping test for the mediation test). Results - Data was analyzed in three phases. The first phase involved measurement analysis (i.e., item purification and factor structure confirmation), involving the scales of the three variables of individual traits, three mechanism variables, and goal attainability. The second phase involved estimating the proposed structural relationships among the key constructs (see Figure 1), using the results to test H1 to H9. The final phase involved examining the mediating effects of the three variables (vision, implementation intention, and self-efficacy). The research model shows that the independent variable passion has a significant result with both the mediators-vision and self-efficacy. Further, vision and self-efficacy significantly affect goal attainability. The second variable, self-control, shows a significant effect when mediated by implementation intentions, but the direct relationship between implementation intension and goal attainability shows an insignificant result. However, when further mediated by self-efficacy, it showed a significant effect between self-efficacy and goal attainability. Similarly, the third variable, tenacity, shows an insignificant result when mediated by vision. In contrast, the mediator self-efficacy shows a positive effect between tenacity and goal attainability. Conclusions - This study shows how these individual traits, when mediated with the appropriate motivational factors, resulted significantly in the attainability of academic goals. We may identify several theoretical and practical contributions. Theoretically, we developed a step further in the research into consumer goals and related studies. Future research could examine the effects of different learning goal types and their combinations with performance goals (e.g., learning goals first, then performance goals), different types of goal framing (approach success vs. avoid failure), the relation between goals and cognition (which, by implication, entails all of cognitive psychology), goal hierarchies, and macro goal studies with organizations of different sizes. More studies on the relationship between conscious and subconscious goals would also be valuable.

충동성, 공격성과 게임중독의 관계에서 대인관계기술의 매개모형검증: 중고등학교급별 비교 (The Mediation Model Verification of Interpersonal Skills on Impulsivity, Aggression and Game Addiction: Comparative analysis on School levels)

  • 본 연구는 충동성, 공격성과 게임중독의 관계에서 대인관계기술의 매개효과를 검증하고 이를 중고등학교급별로 비교분석하고자 하였다. 연구모형을 설정하고 공변량구조분석을 실시한 결과, 첫째, 연구모형에 제시된 5개의 경로[(충동성$\rightarrow$대인관계기술), (충동성$\rightarrow$게임중독), (공격성$\rightarrow$대인관계기술), (공격성$\rightarrow$게임중독), (대인관계기술$\rightarrow$게임중독)] 모두 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 선행변인인 충동성과 공격성은 청소년의 게임중독 경향성을 증가시키는 유발요인 역할을 하며, 대인관계기술은 청소년의 게임중독 경향성을 감소시키는 억제요인 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 충동성, 공격성과 게임중독 간 관계에서 대인관계기술이 매개변수로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학교급별로 나누어 분석한 결과, 중학생들은 대인관계기술의 높고 낮음이 게임중독에 인과적 영향을 미치지 않았고 따라서 매개효과도 입증되지 않은 반면, 고등학생들은 대인관계기술이 게임중독에 영향을 미치며 대인관계 기술의 매개효과도 유의미한 것으로 나타나 게임중독의 예방이나 치료를 위하여 대인관계기술을 증진해주는 개입방안은 고등학생들에게 특히 효과적일 것으로 나타났다.
