Customer is the base factor of income for some corporations, so that effective CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is very important to develop the business. In order to use CRM efficiently, we should figure out customers' demands and provide services or products that the customers want. However, it is getting difficult to comprehend customers' demands because they have complicated form and getting more diverse. Recently, social media like Twitter and Facebook let customers to express their demands, and using big data is a very effective method for efficient CRM. This research suggests how to utilize big data for hotel CRM, which considers customer itself as asset of business. In addition, we discuss security problems of big data service and propose the solution for that.
The new system on the Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) in the Indian Companies Act became overnight sensation to the worldwide. However there has been very few studies which are analyzing a purpose of it under the context of Indian societies. This paper examines the circumstance whether the CSR activities is functioning well or not. And verifying problems regarding it and suggesting supportive measures are a target of this paper. Though Indian government already established CSR legislation, they did not stipulate the penalty clause. And that became why corporations were poorly perform on CSR activities in first year of enforcement. Furthermore, There is a proclivity that corporations lack an understanding for which activities could be recognized into the CSR. And they excused that they had no time for themselves to adjust an abruptly changing business landscape. With all, unlike rosy expectations, corporations only showed little interests to the area where the investment or attentions from the media are expected. Fortunately, incumbent legislative is fully aware of it and exploit their best resources to various social fields. Despite the doubts that they originally did not have any intention to introduce the penalty clause, they are handling problems in ways that corporations can be invited in public programs. They also need to request the service sectors to take a leading role of it, which could provide the financial, or telecommunication service to the people in rural province. Thus, the fact that there was a substantial rise in terms of the amount of CSR expenses in 2015 provides a supporting evidence to the endeavors of the government. In doing so, we could finally achieve a better understanding of two-fold goals shown in this paper; maturing settlement of this legislation and development of Indian society.

The development of web technologies and the generalization of smartphones have dramatically increased the number of social media users using the Internet. As a result, companies are perceived social media as a major marketing tool and operate a variety of SNS channels. In particular, start-ups conducting businesses with limited resources, social media is being used as an effective marketing tool to meet many potential customers at a low cost. Among them, facebook is the most used channel in the world and plays an important promotional tool not only in overseas but also in marketing activities of domestic start-ups. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between satisfaction and purchase intention according to four personal characteristics of users who use social media contents and to measure the mediating effect of satisfaction on the relationship between content type and purchase intention. To this end, we classified into three types based on the previous research, and social media content is provided to 200 fans of Minbak Danawa(Minda), one of representative start-ups related to accommodation, The questionnaires were conducted for 3 weeks, and a total of 145 copies were collected. All the collected questionnaires were used for statistical analysis through SPSS 18.0. The empirical results show that all three types of content, such as task-oriented, self-oriented, and interaction-oriented, have a significant effect on the satisfaction level. Among them, it is confirmed that the satisfaction level plays a mediating role on the relationship between task-oriented contents and purchase intention. And the user 's personal characteristics showed a partially moderate effect on the satisfaction according to the content type. Therefore, social media content provided by corporations has an important effect on consumer satisfaction and purchasing, in order for start-up to prevail in the market, it is necessary to have an operational strategy to communicate with customers continuously through systematic contents analysis and planning. The result of this study suggests effective ways to build a social media marketing strategy for start-ups and suggests ways to utilize contents considering the characteristics of internet users.
Competition between corporations is getting more intense, so they need customer feedback in order to fulfill an effective management. Recently, SNS (Social Network Service) such as Twitter and Facebook has grown dramatically because of smart phones. Social media like Twitter and Facebook let customers to express their needs, and using big data such as data on SNS is a very effective method for getting customer's feedback. Collecting and analyzing social big data are operated by Buzz monitoring system. This research suggests how to utilize big data for getting customer's feedback on hotel CRM(Customer Relationship Management), which considers customer itself as asset of business. This paper demonstrates the research of buzz monitoring system that analyzes big data, and presents results of hotel customer reputation using buzz monitoring system. It would analyze the result from the hotel customer reputation, and research the implication in this paper.
Economic crisis, efforts to overcome the digital content industry development at home and abroad have been racing in the country's future lies in the digital content industry. Therefore, the digital content industry through vision, model identification knowledge-based global digital content market-based deployment is required. For research purposes the digital content industry to derive an alternative to national industrial development that will lay the groundwork. The deployment order for the first digital content industry, SWOT analysis performed to derive the Korean-specific model. As a result, measures based on the advancement of digital content industry as a long-term vision and specific goals are presented as staged. The age of convergence of the u-media content markets in government, corporations, consumers, and these form the structure of a virtuous cycle distribution systems for energy by being active, synergistic effects are obtained. Above all, based on the content industry to secure internal and external growth is key. Vision of the digital content, the growth momentum of the national social development policies to be used as a role model by changing the way a series of courses is required.
Background : The concept of 'service' in a hospital is based on the quality of medical staffs who serve as customer-satisfying media, and this is what distinguishes general hospitals from other business corporations in which customer satisfaction is achieved through commercial products. Thus, the internal employee satisfaction is essential in the improvement of the 'service' and subsequent 'competitiveness' of a hospital. The purpose of this study is to establish internal marketing strategies for a general hospital through regular surveys on employee satisfaction. Method : Surveys on employee satisfaction in radiology department were conducted regularly twice a year in a university hospital with 800 beds 2001 in 2004. The subjects of this study were 35 employees who work in radiology department. The authors developed the questionnaires and the surveys were conducted initially during the first 6 months of the year. After necessary improvements were made by applying 6 Sigma techniques, subsequent surveys were conducted during the latter 6 months of the year and the degree of employee satisfaction was compared. Results : Overall satisfaction increased with a constant rate and the authors were able to assess that the hospital is being gradually stabilized. The degree of satisfaction assessed by multiple choices showed only minor changes. However, as a result of focusing on the demands put forth by the employees through the open questions, the degree of satisfaction increased gradually year after year. Conclusions : It is important to heighten the internal employee satisfaction systematically and harmoniously through the assessment on the demands of the internal customers and feedback-based communications between the management officers and the staffs. Continuous surveys on the internal employee satisfaction will serve to be valuable materials in the establishment of internal marketing strategies for a general hospital.
Consumers have come to demand high quality, affordable prices, and innovative product designs of the outdoor wear market due to their well-being and leisure oriented lifestyle. A new system of business in outdoor wear has emerged in the process through which corporations have endeavored to satisfy such consumer needs. Outdoor wear brands have utilized social network services (SNS) such as Facebook and Twitter as means of marketing and have built close relations with consumers based on communication through these media. Recently, explosively escalating SNS data are referred to as social big data, and now that every consumer online is a commentator, reviewer, and publisher, the outdoor wear market and all of its brands have to stop talking and start listening to how they are perceived. Therefore, this study employs Social $Metrics^{TM}$, a social big data analysis solution by Daumsoft, Inc., to verify changes in the allusions related to outdoor wear market found on SNS. This study aims to identify changes in consumer perceptions of outdoor wear based on changes in outdoor wear search words and trends in positive and negative public opinion found in SNS social big data. In addition, products of interest, the major brands mentioned, the attributes taken into consideration during purchases of products, and consumers' psychology were categorized and analyzed by means of keywords related to outdoor wear brands found on SNS. The results of this study will provide fundamental resources for outdoor wear brands' market entry and brand strategy implementation in the future.
Depending on the sophistication of IT, it is increasing more and more information leaks and breaches. Accordingly the majority of companies have expand investment protection for the information. However, companies still have been exposed the vulnerability of information leakage. Especially, small IT service businesses than large corporations relatively have some limitations in the points of resources and manpower business activities. For studies on information security for small IT service companies so far, however, there have been insufficient studies considering small business scales and business characteristics of IT services. In this study, we made to design an information security management model for establishing security measures of small IT service companies which are classified SI/SM, DB, IR and IP industry that depending on how the value creation of the business. In detail, we performed an empirical analysis for small IT service business to consider business characteristics and we proposed security implementation strategies based on the analysis results.

And Chapter II introduces the general concept of Image and Semiotics. Chapter III deals with the signification of the web sites with introducing semiotic methods such as the theory of R. Barthes. Chapter IV discusses the signification of Images of web sites as an advertising creative talking into consideration of semiotic theories. And this thesis analyze almost all visual images and verbal message by the theory of R. Barthes. In this matrix, a. particular image of web site can be analyzed into its basic structure of pictorial and word elements , i. e., into the representations the viewer uses and identifies. It's my belief that one of aesthetic engineering approaches such as Semantic Differential Method and semiotic approaches such as the Interpretant Matrix for advertising design images provide basic methods which is about defining the process of constructing and coding the advertising images as well as analyzing and decoding advertising expressions.
