본 연구의 목적은 미디어 환경과 미디어 사용에 대한 아동의 심성모형을 분석하여 제시하고 이를 토대로 교육적 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 10명의 초등 4-5학년 연령대 아동과의 인터뷰, 그림 그리기, 연상 단어 제시하기, 문장 완성하기의 네 가지 활동을 통하여 데이터를 수집하였고 연구자 2인에 의해 질적으로 분석되었다. 먼저 문장 완성활동과 연상 단어 활동을 통해 도출된 의미 구성요소는 미디어 기기, 소통성(소외감), 유능함(공급원), 오락성, 역기능, 양면성의 총 6개 요소였다. 두 번째로, 참여자들의 그림에서 추출된 미디어 심성모형의 구성요소는 기능성/유능함, 오락성, 책(종이)과의 갈등/공유, 해악/양면성 등의 4개 요소였다. 세 번째로, 인터뷰를 통해 나타난 심성모형의 의미요소는 갈등(종이책과 전자 미디어), 소통 중심성, 두려움(중독), 그리고 사용자의 자격 등으로 범주화되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 사이버 소통에 대한 관찰과 인식 강화, 중독예방 교육의 필요성, 학습 미디어와 책 미디어의 적극적 개발과 균형있는 활용, 건강한 미디어 리터러시 교육과 비판적 사고의 강화 등을 교육적 함축으로 제시하였다.

This study was performed to investigate the effects of lipid on cellular senescence, lipid peroxide production, and morphological changes. For this study we used primary skin fibroblasts from neonate rats grown in media various lipid contents. Fibroblasts were cultured until they lost their proliferation potential either in control medium (Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium supplement with 10% fetal bovine serum) or in media supplemented with various concentrations of lipid-cholesterol rice component from bovine serum. Cumulative population doublings(CPD, as an index of cellular life span), and cellular thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS, as an index of lipid peroxide) concentrations were measured and morphological changes were observed. CPD were shortened with increasing lipid concentration in media ; 28.12 for cells grown in control medium and 13.42, 11.42, and 6.19 for those grown in 0.1%, 1% and 5% lipid rich components containing media, respectively. Cellular proliferation ratios were those grown in 5% lipid rich components containing media were delayed and they were degenerated soon. TBARS concentrations were increased with increasing concentration of lipid in media. Morphological changes were observed in cells grown in control medium by cellular senescence. Especially lipid droplets were observed in cells grown in 5% lipid rich components containing media. Therefore it seems that lipid contents in media had an effect on cellular proliferation and cellular life span, possibly via lipid peroxide production.

본 연구의 목적은 소셜 미디어 이용자의 기대가치 구성 요소를 타당성 있게 유목화 하여, 소셜 미디어 이용자들에 대한 이해를 높이고, 그들과의 소통의 효율성을 제고하기 위한 전략적, 관리적 토대를 구축하는데 있다. 선행 연구로서의 2차 자료 검토, 질적 조사로서의 심층 인터뷰, 양적 조사로서의 사전조사와 본조사가 실시되었다. 연구 결과, 소셜 미디어 이용자의 기대가치는 실용적, 쾌락적, 관계적, 자아 확인적, 윤리 법제적, 시스템 기능적, 참여적, 자기 과시적, 자기 숨김적 관점으로 범주화 되었다. 본 연구의 의의는, 학제적 융합적 측면에서 볼 때, 커뮤니케이션, 심리, 마케팅, 미디어 등 관련 분야를 통합적으로 조망하고 있다는 점, 실용적 측면에서, 소셜 미디어 이용자의 기대가치를 세분화, 유목화 하여 정리하였다는 점, 전략적 측면에서, 향후 소셜 미디어 이용자의 태도를 예측, 확인, 관리할 수 있는 토대 구축에 기여하고 있다는 점이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 향후, 구축된 기대가치 구성 요인을 변인으로 한, 소셜 미디어 소비자 태도 연구와, 이를 바탕으로 한 미디어 효과 연구에 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of the present study is to develop a simple, fast and sensitive LC/MS method for simultaneous separation and the determination of an active component in the oriental medicinal mushroom Cordyceps militaris. Based on this work, the contents of cordycepin in Cordyceps militaris fruiting cultivated on various media were determined and compared. And also, the nutritional components such as minerals and vitamins were determined in order to provide useful information to consumer as a food material. The analysis methods of nutritional components were chosen on the basis of AOAC. The optimum separation for cordycepin was achieved using a solvent gradient consisting of the mixture of 0.1% formic acid in methanol (solvent B) in a background of 0.1% formic acid in water (solvent A) as a mobile phase and a 3.0${\times}$150 Waters XTera column. Selective ion monitoring (SIR) mode ([M+H]+ at m/z 252) was used for quantitative analysis of cordycepin. The cultivated Cordyceps militaris on various media contained 1~14 /g of cordycepin, 0.65~1.08% of thiamine, 0.86~7.17% of riboflavin, and 3.01~5.26% of niacin. The content of mineral components varied on categories, especially contained 500~3500% of potassium as a major mineral. Cordycepin, niacin and potassium were found much higher in the fruiting cultivated with soy power media (gold 10) than other media.

The precent, many outdoor advertisements in the media has such experience. Looking at the trend of outdoor advertising media, visual stimuli, causing extreme curiosity, stimulate emotion, expression, such as illogical to consumers using a variety of unexpectedness "surprising expression" attempt to give a strong impression on consumers appears to can. In this study, outdoor advertising media, outdoor advertising is now through the case study to evaluate the characteristics of the media in the unexpectedness, in the process based on components derived extraordinariness configure Tetrad Map and extraordinariness factors of outdoor advertising media Analysis of the key elements to configure the user experience factor that has the purpose of identifying the characteristics extraordinariness. As a result of analysis of outdoor advertising media element to configure the Visual / Installation / Technology / Story of the most important factors acting Visual elements were found to be leveraging. Components, as well as factors was higher than the interest factor involved. So now with the development of outdoor advertising media, the unexpectedness expression appears in the flow, limited to the visual aspect of extraordinariness factors that could be seen being used. Characteristics of outdoor advertising media in the past did not deviate more as consumers look to stimulate the technical attributes of a visual form that could be seen to be extended.

Most of digital media contents are composed with video and audio, picture and animation informations. Sometime, there is some deviation of information recognition quality for the video and audio information according to information receiver's characteristics or the understanding. But visual information using the text provide most clear and accurate ways for information recognition to human being. In this paper, we propose a new broadcasting system(BSDMC) to transmit clear and accurate meaning of the digital media contents. We implement general-purpose components to display the video, picture, text and symbol simultaneously. Only plug-in and call these components with proper parameters on the application developing tool, we can easily develop the multimedia contents broadcasting system. These components are implemented based on the object-oriented framework and modular structure so that increase the reusability and can be develop other applications quick and reliable.

This study was initiated to investigate the applicability of sludge from water or waste water treatment on the crop cultivation. Sludge is generated in the process of water and wastewater treatment process in large quantity. The sludge can cause many environmental problems. we have a many available treatment methods of sludge However, these methods still shortcomings and are not. The composition of typical municipal sludge contains organics and inorganics. The organics components are normally burnt in high temperature and mainly inorganics components are left after thermal treatment process. For the production of artificial media, chabazite was used as additive, and the mixed material was thermally treated in the firing kiln at 800~1,10$0^{\circ}C$ for about 10 minutes. The physical and chemical characteristics of artificial media were analyzed and it showed that the artificial media could be used as a media for plants and soil conditioner for farmland. The concentrations of the toxic heavy metals in the media were lower then those in the soil quality standard for farmland. This study illustrated that the artificial media production process, and introduced how to produce it's possible application as a media for Plant growth.

In this paper, we investigates the benefits of using social media on intentions and implementation entrepreneurial. This study took place in a well-known vocational college in Bandung, Indonesia, from July 2020 to January 2021. The research method used was the explanatory survey. Research data obtained from 317 respondent. Factor analysis and multiple regression were used to analyze the data. According to this study, social media has three dimensions: ease of use, controllability, usability, and profit. Entrepreneurial intention is made up of two components: entrepreneurial motive and entrepreneurial effort. Furthermore, there are four components to entrepreneurship implementation: investment courage, technology tools, social media skills, and environmental support. Other findings of each dimension of social media proved to affect entrepreneurial intention positively. The four aspects of entrepreneurial execution were likewise positively influenced by the dimension of entrepreneurial intention. This research reveals that students make the most use of the technologies available on social media for business and interactively communicate with their customers. Therefore, social media plays a role in accelerating the growth of entrepreneurship among students. However, more research is needed to see if there is a continuous pattern in the findings of this study so that the findings can be generalized.

In this study, rat hepatocytes known to have active carbohydrate metabolism were obtained by using the liver perfusion technique to examine the hypoglycemic action of red ginseng saponin components [ginsenoside (mixture, $Rb_1$, and $Rg_1$)] and incubated in two different media-one containing insulin and glucagon (control group), and the other containing glucagon only, The specific activities of some regulatory enzymes such as glucokinase, glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase, 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase, and glucose 6-phosphatase, in main pathways which were directly related to the glucose metabolism were compared between these two kinds of hepatocytes cultured in two different media. The effects of red ginseng saponin components [ginsenoside (mixture, $Rb_1$, and $Rg_1$)] under the concentration of $10^3$~$10^6$% on these enzymes In hepatocytes were also investigated, when they were added to these two media. The results were as follows. The specific activity of enzymes such as glucokinase, glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase, and 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase related to glucose-consuming pathways of insulin-deficient group was much less than control one, however, their decreased activity was recovered after the addition of ginseng components at all range of concentrations. The increased specific activity of these on - zymes was shown by the addition of ginseng components to the control group. On the other hand, the specific activity of glucose 6-phosphatase related to glucose-producing pathway of insulin-deficient group was much higher than control one, but their Increased activity was decreased after the addition of ginseng components at all range of concentrations. The same results were obtained after the addition of ginseng components to the control group. These results suggest that the red ginseng saponin components might better diabetic hyperglycemia by regulating the activity of enzymes related to glucose metabolism directly and/or Indirectly though more detailed studies were needed.

미디어파사드는 건물 외벽을 스크린으로 삼아 영상을 투사하는 것이다. 미디어파사드는 도시 공간에서 고도의 시장 경쟁 상황에 지쳐있는 수용자의 문화적 감성을 회복하며, 도시미학으로 발전하였다. 그래서 도시가 주제가 되기도 하고 투사 대상이 되기도 하면서 영상디자인으로 재해석 될 수 있다. 문화적인 면에서의 미디어파사드는 예술적 가능성과 공공성의 강화가 논의되고 있다. 가장 고려해야 할 부분 중의 하나는 건물 또는 투사 대상 주변과 소통되는 미디어가 되어야 한다는 것이다. 2014 광화문 미디어파사드, 2014 세종문화회관 미디어파사드, 2013 남산 미디어파사드 등의 도시경관 미디어파사드를 비교분석 결과 모티브, 컨셉, 스토리, 투사형태 등 네 가지 영상디자인 구성요소를 도출할 수 있었다. 캔버스와 극장 스크린을 박차고 나아가 새로운 기술적 장르로 자리매김 하고 있는 미디어파사드는 앞으로도 한 차원 높은 도시의 상징적 예술행위로서 메시지와 테마 그리고 기술적 진보를 담아내야 한다. 본 논문은 상징적인 도시경관 미디어파사드의 비교분석을 통하여 영상디자인의 구성요소를 도출하고자 하였다.
