The purpose of this study was to explore the well-being attitude and use the expectation-disconfirmation model to assess consumer satisfaction with well-being products. The consumer expectations, performance and disconfirmation scales were composed of 7 items of 5-likert scales. Consumer satisfaction with well-being products was measured with one-item-measurement scale. The results of this study are as follows. 1. The well-being attitude consists of 4 factors. : consumption of the well-being products, pursuit of mental well-being, criticism of commercial fashion, and pursuit of harmony with natural life. 2. Well-being attitude influences the consumers' expectation, performance, and satisfaction with well-being products. 3. Consumer expectation for well-being products has no influence on satisfaction, but performance and disconfirmation have a high degree of influence on satisfaction.

Performance of the software is based on the measurement of the quality characteristics to ascertain that it is meeting or exceeding the needs of customers in terms of its functionality, usability, efficiency, reliability, availability, maintainability, portability etc. These software quality attributes defined under ISO 9126 provide an overall good framework for assessing the performance of the software. This paper describes a Software Performance Assessment (SPA) model using the Goal-Question-Metric (GQM) paradigm which has been applied to the operational software in real context with successful results.

Optical frequency comb generators have been investigated as a signal source capable of generating highly stabilized ultrafast pulse lasers. The precise control of the optical frequency comb spacing by RF clock signals has led to a revolutionary paradigm shift in the precise measurement of time and frequency. Optical frequency combs also have advantages such as stable frequency spacing, stable number of lines, and robustness. Owing to these characteristics, optical frequency combs have been applied to the fields of high precision optical clock, communication, spectroscopy, waveform generation, and astronomy. In this article, we introduce the properties (i.e., generation methods, advantages, and so on) of various optical frequency combs, and discuss the expected future technological trends and applications.

Recent advancements in cloud service virtualization technologies have witnessed a shift from a Virtual Machine-centric approach to a container-centric paradigm, offering advantages such as faster deployment and enhanced portability. Container orchestration has emerged as a key technology for efficient management and scheduling of these containers. However, with the increasing complexity and diversity of heterogeneous workloads and service types, resource scheduling has become a challenging task. Various research endeavors are underway to address the challenges posed by diverse workloads and services. Yet, a systematic approach to container orchestration for effective cloud management has not been clearly defined. This paper proposes the DRA-Engine (Dynamic Resource Allocation Engine) for resource scheduling in container orchestration. The proposed engine comprises the Request Load Procedure, Required Resource Measurement Procedure, and Resource Provision Decision Procedure. Through these components, the DRA-Engine dynamically allocates resources according to the application's requirements, presenting a solution to the challenges of resource scheduling in container orchestration.
Today, many universities are confronted with the changing education paradigm such as e-learning, Distance Education, Virtual University, This IT-based teaming paradigm shift is certainly a new opportunity or a threat to our universities. To overcome this problem the universities should think e-Learning as strategic weapon, such as many firms created competitive weapons from the information systems at the 1980s. So, e-Learning system can be a SIS(Strategic Information System) which supports university's future education strategies. To build a e-Learning system, not only many H/W and S/W resources but also expert personnels are required. An organization such as local university who is week at financial status can't himself plan the system. The Local University Community e-Learning Centers that support the demand of e-learning for their community are recommended. In order to operate these centers efficiently, the strategic roles of the e-Learning center should first be defined. To define the strategic roles, We classified the strategic roles of the e-Learning center into four dimensions, (1) to improve management efficiency, (2) to enhance educational service, (3) to acquire competitive advantages, (4) to build new education infrastructure, and each dimension has 5 or 6 measurement items. As result, to enhance the educational service was considered as the most significant factor among the four dimensions of strategic roles, and the infrastructure building was the next. We also tried to find the difference for each factor by the characteristics of responsor. The data showed that there was litter difference between the groups in evaluating the significance of strategic roles of e-learning centers. Through the strategic roles definition and analysis of expected role ratings, we could have recommended the direction and operation policies of the e-Loaming centers.

Purpose - As society continues to develop and the economy grows, consumer participation in sports activities and consumption of sports-related goods are steadily increasing. Nowadays, Spyder, the sporting goods company has achieved great success in the Korean market. In the launching, Spyder tried to communicate the sport authentic brand value to consumers as successful sporting goods brands did. The purpose of this study is to identify the key factors influencing the successful branding strategies of sporting goods retailers. In the process of value trading to the consumer, the concept of authenticity which includes 'originality', 'truth' and 'genuine' is considered as one of the most important factor for branding. This study tries to define the brand authenticity in sporting goods retailer and to develop measurement scale. This study suggests a new paradigm for sports brand research and implications for management of domestic sporting goods retailer that is losing the direction to develop brand value. Research design, data, and methodology - This research consists of two parts of study. The first study is a qualitative research to define sport brand authenticity and measuring items through expert interviews. The second study is the development of scales to the authenticity. And reliability and validity of the scales are verified by quantitative methods. A total of 500 respondents were surveyed and the statistical tests were conducted by dividing two groups. Results - This study defines the authenticity of sports brand which is divided into four dimensions; behavioral authenticity, performance authenticity, spiritual authenticity and virtuous authenticity. And this newly defined four dimensions measurement tool is proved statistically in this study in terms of reliability and validity. Conclusions - For the success of sporting goods retailers, it is important to understand the value of sport and to communicate it with customers effectively. This study suggests a tool for sport brand authenticity and also significant implications for brand strategies. In addition, every entity which is related with sport can apply the measurement scale of this study to understand their position and find direction in terms of authentic sport value.

Purpose - Mobile devices, especially mobile terminals capable of telecommunication and wireless connectivity, are leading the advancements in consumer electronics. Digital convergence drives the functions of various devices, such as cellular phones, MP3 players, personal digital assistants, and gaming, into a single device. This trend would continue and applications such as digital audio and video streaming (including personalized content delivery mechanisms) would soon be on a handheld device. As customers want mobile convergence devices, manufacturers are driving new initiatives in the emerging mobile device market. Given the roles played by device design and service content in user satisfaction of a mobile convergence device, this study focuses on identifying and measuring the constructs for the process by which user satisfaction is achieved. This study synthesizes the expectation-disconfirmation paradigm with empirical theories in user satisfaction. Device and service levels are separated, and nine key constructs for user satisfaction of mobile convergence devices are proposed. Insight into this process could help web-based businesses to improve user satisfaction, thus enhancing the effectiveness of e-commerce for sellers and buyers. Research design, data, methodology - This study draws on three users of mobile convergence devices as examples. To test there search model and hypotheses, survey questionnaires were sent to 607 mobile device users. Mobile device users were initially identified from several members, and subjects were randomly drawn. Data from 577 survey responses were finally analyzed. The unit of measurement and analysis in this research study is at a personal level. Results - The measurements for the constructs were developed and tested in a two-phase study. In the first phase, the device and service dimensions were identified, and instruments for measuring them were developed and tested. In the second phase, using the salient dimensions of the device and service as the formulating first-order factors, instruments were developed and empirically tested to measure satisfaction of the device and service. In measuring satisfaction of mobile convergence devices, the critical tasks are to identify the key constructs of such user satisfaction and to develop validated instruments to measure them. Hence, the results of this study have immediate implications for businesses and for research in user satisfaction of mobile convergence devices. Conclusions - This study provides reliable instruments for operationalizing key constructs in the analysis of user satisfaction of mobile convergence devices within the expectation-disconfirmation paradigm. Hence, convergence device makers will be able to examine whether their websites meet their customers' expectations by examining the device aspect of the mobile convergence device customers, and the service aspect expectations and disconfirmation. Moreover, the introduction of expectation and disconfirmation constructs brings the marketing aspect of convergence devices into focus for such retailers, an aspect crucial to the effective design of websites for online businesses. In addition,this study provides the metrics required to initiate future studies on user satisfaction of mobile convergence devices.
