Building is different from the general commodities and needs to maintain the function and performance to get the living condition. Building deterioration occurs naturally with time elapse. Deterioration reasons are various. These are physical, functional, social and second physical aspect. Building would inevitably be deteriorated and need to repair various building part and materials. It gets to arrive at repair or rebuilding time until any management activity is meaningless. It is important to decide the rebuilding time in a management cost. In this paper, it aimed at analyzing the management annual cost and provide a rebuilding time of a apartment housing with a deterioration curve model. Results of this study are as follows : Most of the building has started to deteriorate in 40 years when the performance of building downgrades to 20%. After it past about 40 years, the deterioration rate is faster than the earlier 40 years. Fourth, the rebuilding time of an apartment housing is recommended about 45 years if the building service life has 60 years.

'The eye' and 'the gaze' organize the visual system and distinguish the subject from the others. Recent philosophical thoughts have forcefully argued against the tradition characterized by the domination of the eye that assimilates the alterity of the others to one's own, cancels their alterity, and totalizes their differences within himself. In the speculative discourse modeled on the eye, the alienation of self in its other and the reflection of the object are linked together in such a way as to form a totality in which they are reflected into one's another, leaving absolutely no remainder outside. By contrast to this totalizing tendency of the eye, Sartre and Lacan propose the gaze that becomes constitutive of vision. The modern architecture reinforced subject's eye and clearly separated the others from subject Through Descartes's visual paradigm, space became homogeneous and nature was seized by architecture. However, recently the clear boundary between subject and object is disappearing. Lacan insisted that oneself's eye and the other's gaze are mixed up in human sight This means that the boundary between the subject and the other is indistinct and also the boundary between an object and landscape is meaningless in architecture. The overthrow of gaze in contemporary architecture appears in the form of trans-boundary, translucency and widen architectural notion and expression.

Most of the content-based image retrieval systems focuses on similarity-based retrieval of natural picture images by utilizing color. shape, and texture features. For the neuroscience image databases, we found that retrieving similar images based on global average features is meaningless to pathological researchers. To realize the practical content-based retrieval on images in neuroscience databases, it is essential to represent internal contents or semantics of images in detail. In this paper, we present how to represent image contents and their related concepts to support more useful retrieval on such images. We also describe the operational semantics to support these advanced retrievals by using object-oriented message path expressions. Our schemes are flexible and extensible, enabling users to incrementally add more semantics on image contents for more enhanced content searching.

The partial free order feature of Korean makes grammar size represented by CFG too big and that's why grammar has to contain all the ordered words. There are some problems to parse spoken language, because spontaneous spoken language has special features such as meaningless words, repetitious speech, etc. So, in this paper, we define 'Core-Concept' as the necessary element for parsing and we describe grammar only using Core-Concept. And we can prevent grammar from becoming very large and reduce an additional parsing burden as we select. Core-Concept described in grammar as parsing element. Through this strategy, we present that the simplified grammar can give us more efficient method to get right results. Experiments show that our parsing strategy has an average of 98% or over success rate in correct parsing results.

The study seeks to understand the effects of boredom proneness on impulse purchasing and smartphone addiction of young consumers. Moreover, the possible mediating role of smartphone addiction is tested for the effect of boredom proneness on impulse purchasing. Nowadays, the effect of emotions on human behavior is generally accepted, and boredom is one of the important and common problematic feelings or moods at various levels of life due to factors like unemployment, not being able to work in a suitable job, not getting appropriate education matching individual abilities, monotony of tasks, and feeling life is meaningless. Investigating the effect of boredom on specific consumer behavior would increase our knowledge about consumer behavior. For the research, a survey was conducted 313 students from Kirikkale University, Keskin Vocational High School; the data were collected by convenience sampling method. The data were processed through statistical tools like exploratory factor analysis, coefficient alphas, and regression analysis. The results of the study reveal that boredom proneness affects impulse purchasing and smartphone addiction. In addition, it is understood that smartphone addiction plays a mediating role in the effect of boredom proneness on impulse purchasing. These results indicate that boredom can be an important factor affecting certain negative consumer behaviors.

Fashion Illustration has become a key method in expressing Fashion, and is being applied in various fields of the modern world, where changes are so rapid that prescribing trends are meaningless. Fashion Illustration was stimulated through progress of wood block printing and development of printing techniques, and grew with fashion magazines. Fashion Illustration advanced along with the appearance of newspapers and magazines that were emerged due to historical demands such as development of printing techniques, spacial spread of human life, obliteration of traditional societies, diffusion of education systems, progress in postal systems, and appearance of commercial broadcast. Fashion Illustration showed growth and decline along with the influence of mass media such as magazines and photography, and the general publics demand. In this study, the author reviews Le Nouvau Mercure Galant, the magazine that first dealt with Fashion Illustrations. The author analyses the magazine in six stages of formation, growth, revolution, golden-age, decline, and reconstruction, to develope a theoretical analysis of Fashion Illustration and to give direction of use of Fashion Illustration in the future.

Guh Sung Y.L.S.-95 is one of the polyacidic solution of which main component is acetic acid. We investigated the subchronic toxicity of the Guh Sung Y.L.S.-95 using SPF ICR mouse for 4 weeks. The Guh Sung Y.L.S.-95 was administered by gastric intubation, 1.0, 2.5, 5.0 g/kg body weight. The results are as follows: 1. There are no adverse effects on the clinical obserbation and body weight changes. Also, there are some significant changes in organ weight, but it was meaningless because of the absence of dose-response relationships. 2. In the hematological patterns of administered mouse, there are no significant changes between the treated groups. Also, there are no serological enzymatic changes in the treated mouse. In the 1.0 g/kg treated group, ASP activity was increased significnatly compared with control group. But, this level of activity was fall under the normal physiological range of control mouse. 3. Histopathological findings of the brain, liver, heart, spleen, kidneys, stomach, lung, testis, ovary, uterus and thymus were not observed in the treated mouse. From the above results, the Guh Sung Y.L.S.-95 has no toxicity upto the 5.0 g/kg/day of oral dose for 4 weeks.

In this paper, we proposed a new customized e-Ring(Enterprise Ring Back Tone) system which could be represented each user and organization feature. The e-Ring system provided the ring back tone and additional services to reduce the waiting time when the client called an organization. This system was for an appropriate organization public relations instead of the meaningless ring back tone which was used usual call, also was maximized the service availability and work efficiency which was obtained from the automatic response and service suppling to users who had needs and questions.

Secret sharing is an effective way of protecting secret messages. However, the traditional secret sharing schemes are considered meaningless due to malicious people attention which might raise risks. To overcome the weakness, this paper presents an effective secret sharing scheme with the functionality of cheater identification, based on meaningful QR code. The secret message will be split and concealed in the padding region of cover QR codes with the assistance of Latin square and it can be completely restored when all the involved participants cooperate. The concealing strategy exploits the characteristic of Reed-Solomon (RS) code to ensure the strong robustness of generated QR code pseudo-shares. The meaningful QR code pseudo-shares help to reduce the curious of unrelated persons. Some experiments were done to evaluate the performance of proposed scheme. The results showed that the proposed scheme is feasible, efficient and secure compared to the other existing schemes. It also achieves a higher secret payload and maintains stronger robustness.

The discovered high potential utility itemsets (HPUIs) have significant influence on a variety of areas, such as retail marketing, web click analysis, and biological gene analysis. Thus, in this paper, we propose an algorithm called HPUIM-QGA (Mining high potential utility itemsets based on a quantum genetic algorithm) to mine HPUIs over uncertain datasets based on a quantum genetic algorithm (QGA). The proposed algorithm not only can handle the problem of the non-downward closure property by developing an upper bound of the potential utility (UBPU) (which prunes the unpromising itemsets in the early stage) but can also handle the problem of combinatorial explosion by introducing a QGA, which finds optimal solutions quickly and needs to set only very few parameters. Furthermore, a pruning strategy has been designed to avoid the meaningless and redundant itemsets that are generated in the evolution process of the QGA. As proof of the HPUIM-QGA, a substantial number of experiments are performed on the runtime, memory usage, analysis of the discovered itemsets and the convergence on real-life and synthetic datasets. The results show that our proposed algorithm is reasonable and acceptable for mining meaningful HPUIs from uncertain datasets.
