본 논문은 스마트 무인항공기를 개발하거나 획득시에 요구되는 전투실험 수행 중 지능화 정도에 대한 평가 및 실험방향을 제시를 위한 지능화 성숙도 모델을 제안한다. 먼저 표적탐색 소요검증 전투실험 절차를 제시하고, 지능화 정도를 4단계로 나누어 단계별 요구되는 지능수준을 제시한다. 분류된 지능수준별로 기술수준, 동작수준, 상호운용성 수준 영역의 4단계 각 수준별 요구 능력을 분석, 제시하여 지능화 정도를 측정할 수 있는 지능화 성숙도 모델을 설계한다. 마지막으로 표적탐색 소요판단을 위한 전투실험시 활용 가능한 중점분야를 지능화 성숙도 모델 영역별로 식별하고, 단계별 식별된 중점분야를 실험할 수 있는 전투실험 평가요소를 제시한다.

The scope of this paper is to show a risk management plan including how to perform risk assessment and to make a mitigation plan aspects of the communication payload system development. According to system engineering management guide of DoD of USA and risk management plan of satellite communication system, risk assessment and mitigation plan of communication payload system were performed. In this paper, it is indicated the process of risk management and risk assessment procedures as well as mathematical model for risk assessment of DoD guide. It is shown how risk assessment and mitigation plan have implemented in communication payload system development through case study.

프로젝트 관리 성숙도(Project Management Maturity Model)란 프로젝트 관리 관련 업무 성숙도를 측정하는 것으로, 프로젝트 성공을 위해 관련 있는 업무가 어느 정도 수준으로 진행되고 있는가를 평가하는 목적으로 주로 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 프로젝트 관리 성숙도를 활용하여 프로젝트 관리 성숙도가 범위, 일정, 그리고 원가에 미치는 영향을 연구 하였다. 연구 결과로 프로젝트 관리 성숙도가 낮으면 범위 변경률이 커지고, 일정이 지연되며, 비용 또한 초과되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 성과를 토대로 기업이 프로젝트 관리 성숙도 향상을 위해 투자와 노력을 해야 한다는 것을 알 수 있다.

소프트웨어 산업 발전과 함께 소프트웨어에 대한 사용자 기대치가 높아지게 되었다. 그로인해 소프트웨어 개발사는 기존의 소프트웨어 보다 나은 품질의 소프트웨어를 원하게 되었다. 보다 높은 품질의 소프트웨어를 개발 위해서는 우선적으로 올바른 개발 절차와 방법에 따라 개발하여야하며 최종적으로 완벽한 테스트를 통해 사용자에게 전해져야한다. 하지만 완벽한 테스트를 수행하는 것은 불가능하기 때문에 본 논문에서는 테스트 프로세스 개선 모델(TPI next)을 통해 기존 모델을 확장한 테스트 성숙도 모델(Enhanced TMMi)을 활용하여 정형화된 테스트 프로세스를 통한 보다 높은 품질의 소프트웨어를 확보하는 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

Heart disease is one of the major life-threatening diseases with high mortality and incidence worldwide. Several model systems, such as primary cells and animals, have been used to understand heart diseases and establish appropriate treatments. However, they have limitations in accuracy and reproducibility in recapitulating disease pathophysiology and evaluating drug responses. In recent years, three-dimensional (3D) cardiac tissue models produced using tissue engineering technology and human cells have outperformed conventional models. In particular, the integration of cell reprogramming techniques with bioengineering platforms (e.g., microfluidics, scaffolds, bioprinting, and biophysical stimuli) has facilitated the development of heart-on-a-chip, cardiac spheroid/organoid, and engineered heart tissue (EHT) to recapitulate the structural and functional features of the native human heart. These cardiac models have improved heart disease modeling and toxicological evaluation. In this review, we summarize the cell types for the fabrication of cardiac tissue models, introduce diverse 3D human cardiac tissue models, and discuss the strategies to enhance their complexity and maturity. Finally, recent studies in the modeling of various heart diseases are reviewed.

정부에서는 내·외부 사이버 보안 위협 고도화에 대한 실질적이고 효과적인 대응을 위해 정보보호관리체계(Information Security Management; 이하 ISMS) 인증에 대한 법령을 시행하고 있다. ISMS 인증은 컨설팅과 인증심사를 분리하여 독립성을 확보하였으며, 현장심사 비중을 높여 기존 문서심사에 치중되었던 인증·평가제도와의 차별화를 통해 실효성을 증진시켰다. 그러나 최근 ISMS 인증을 받은 대상자임에도 불구하고 개인정보 정보유출 사고, 대규모 서비스 장애가 유발됨으로써, 다시금 ISMS 인증의 실효성 문제가 제기되고 있다. 현재 제기되고 있는 문제의 요인은 인증기준에 적합한 최소한의 요구사항만 심사·심의하는 ISMS 인증의 한계점에 기인한다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 ISMS 인증의 실효적 한계점을 개선하고 인증취득 대상자의 실질적 보안역량 강화시키기 위하여 성숙도 평가모델에 기반한 ISMS 인증제도 운영 방안을 제언한다.

대표적인 소프트웨어 프로세스 심사 모델로서 ISO/IEC 15504(일명 SPICE)와 CMM은 숙련된 전문 심사원을 통하여 소프트웨어 프로세스의 능력수준을 결정한다. 그러나 이들 모델들은 프로세스 측정을 위한 체계적인 메트릭스를 제공하지 않으므로 심사원은 심사대상 프로세스의 정량적인 수준 측정을 위하여 주관적인 판단을 통해 프로세스를 평가해 오고 있다. 본 논문에서는 프로세스의 정량적이고 객관적인 측정을 위하여 기초 품질 메트릭스를 정의하고 CMM과 ISO/IEC 15504에서 정의한 프로세스 분야에 대한 표준 메트릭스를 제안한다. 또한 표준 메트릭스를 조직에 적용하기 위한 프로세스 측정 절차와 가이드라인을 제시한다. 이를 통해서 조직 내의 프로세스에 대한 객관적 평가와 수준을 결정할 수 있으며 향후 개선을 위한 관리가 용이하다.

Hyperspectral reflectance and fluorescence scattering have been researched recently for measuring fruit post-harvest quality and condition. And they are promising for nondestructive detection of fruit quality. The objective of this research was to develop a model, which measure the quality of apple by using hyperspectral reflectance and fluorescence. A violet laser (408 nm) and a quartz tungsten halogen light were used as light sources for generating laser induced fluorescence and reflectance scattering in apples, respectively. The laser induced fluorescence and reflectance of 'Golden Delicious' apples were measured by using a hyperspectral imaging system. Fruit firmness, soluble solids and acid content were measured using standard destructive methods. Principal component analyses were performed to extract critical information from both hyperspectral reflectance and fluorescence data and this information was then related to fruit quality indexes. The fluorescence models had poorer predictions of the three quality indexes than the reflectance models. However, the prediction models of integrating fluorescence and reflectance performed consistently better than the individual models of either reflectance or fluorescence. The correlation coefficient for fruit firmness, soluble solid content, and tillable acidity from the integrated model was 0.86, 0.75, and 0.66 respectively. Also the standard errors were 6.97 N, 1.05%, and 0.07% respectively.

In the age where the Internet changes everything, even the earth has become flat. The boarders between nations, locations, times, and industries are not maningful, and no single company can do the whole process well. Therefore, various types of 'Value network' and 'Relation web' emerge for moving first and fast learning. Bort the relationship maturity model (RMM) proposed and the partnership management initiatives at SKT demonstrate that the concept is important, and that the final goal can be reached only through a series of critical outcome at each phase. In particular, recognizing as core infrastructures various online/offline channels, deep trust, and rich communications is an important finding for a successful relationship management. Also, related literatures suggest the following key factors to be influential in more that two phases: professionalism including expertise, similarity, channel capacity. Based on these findings, future efforts need to be put on the research & development of related measurement and management tools. We do hope more people dance with their partners through these efforts.

본 연구는 영국 런던지역의 한인 이주민 사례를 통해, 한인 이주민의 정착과정에서 한인네트워크 역할을 살펴보고, 한인네트워크의 활성화 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째로, 영국으로의 최초 이주과정에서 대다수의 응답자들은 한인네트워크를 활용한 것으로 나타난다. 둘째로, 한인네트워크의 역할과 관련하여 응답자들은 종교활동, 쇼핑활동, 교육활동 분야에서 많이 활용하는 것으로 나타난다. 셋째로, 대다수의 응답자들은 한인네트워크의 활성화 필요성을 인지하고 있으며, 한인네트워크의 활성화 방안으로는 한국정부의 지원방안들에 대한 선호도가 높게 나타난다. 넷째로, 한인네트워크의 활성화 방안으로, 한인네트워크의 성숙단계에 따른 차별화되고 종합적인 한인네트워크의 활성화 모형을 제시하였다.
