중등 수학영재 교수.학습자료 개발 동향 분석 (An Analysis on the Development Tendency of Teaching and Learning Materials for the Gifted Students in the Middle School)

  • 본 연구에서는 그 동안 개발된 중등 수학영재를 위한 교수 학습자료를 최대한 수집하고, 수집한 자료들을 교수 학습 대상, 수학과 교육과정과의 관련성, 렌쥴리의 3부 심화학습 단계, 자료의 성격, 교육과정 역역 등의 5가지 유목에 대해 각 유목별로 세부영역을 두어 분류한 다음 개발 동향과 특정을 분석함으로써 앞으로 중등 수학영재를 위한 교수 학습자료를 개발할 때 발생할 수 있는 세부영역별 개발 빈도수의 편차를 줄이고 개발 자료의 질적 향상을 위한 참고자료를 제공하고자 한다.

The Chemical Composition of V1719 Cyg: δ Scuti Type Star without the Accretion of Interstellar Matter

  • High resolution spectroscopic observation of V1719 Cyg were made at 1.8 meter telescope of Bohyunsan Optical Astronomy observatory in Korea. Spectral resolving power was R=45,000, signal to noise ratio S/N>100. The abundances of 28 chemical elements from carbon to dysprosium were found with the spectrum synthesis method. The abundances of oxygen, titanium, vanadium and elements with Z>30 are overabundant by 0.2-0.9 dex with respect to the solar values. Correlations of derived abundances with condensation temperatures and second ionization potentials of these elements are discussed. The possible influence of accretion from interstellar environment is not so strong as for ρ Pup and other stars with similar temperatures. The signs of accretion are absent. The comparison of chemical composition with solar system r- & s-process abundance patterns shows the enhancement of the photosphere by s-process elements.

관찰 및 추천에 의한 영재교육대상자 선발방식 분석 - 2011학년도 대학부설 과학영재교육원 입학전형을 중심으로 -

  • The methods of selection through observations and recommendations were introduced in the process of recruiting new students for the science education institutes for the gifted attached to 25 universities recently. This paper itemized the methods of screening through observations and recommendations. This paper also analyzed the problems with the methods and attempted to create plans for their improvement. The methods of selection through observations and recommendations led to the positive results that students' usual activities and attitudes in the classroom were reflected on the evaluation and that the cost of their private lessons was also reduced. However, the methods showed a few problems that need to be corrected. We point out problems occurring with examining their documents for submission and interviews. It was not easy to grade candidates' gifts, creativity, potential and development within the contents of the documents and the limited time of conducting interviews. On the plans for the developments of the implemented methods of selection through observations and recommendations, we have several suggestions. The chances for teachers' in-service training of learning the methods of selection through observations and recommendations need to be expanded. The interview needs to be enhanced and to have the same weight as the document screening. To secure the continuity of the education for the gifted, the clear guidelines from the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology along with the cooperation of the education institutes for the gifted are essential.

중학교 알고리즘 교육 내용의 위계 설정에 관한 연구 (A Study on determining hierarchy about the domain specific knowledge of the algorithm in middle schools)

  • 본 연구에서는 중학교에서 학습해야 할 알고리즘 분야의 학년별 학습 요소 선정의 타당성을 확보하고, 인접 교과와의 연계성을 분석하여 관련된 증거와 정보를 수집하여 연계 요소를 조정함으로써 알고리즘 분야의 내적 위계를 정립하고, 교과 간에 발생한 수 있는 중복성 문제의 대안을 제시하고자 하였다. 학습 요소 선정의 타당성을 검토하기 위하여 4가지 준거를 구안하였으며, 이를 현재 학교 현장 적합성 검토를 위해 교육인적자원부 웹사이트에 탑재되어 있는 "중학교 컴퓨터 교육과정 개정 시안(초안)에 적용하였다. 또한 인접 교과와의 중복성 검토에서는 중학교 정보 교과의 '문제 해결방법과 절차' 영역과 초등학교 수학과의 '규칙성과 문제 해결' 영역의 내용 중복성이 심각한 것으로 나타났으며, '문제 해결 방법과 절차' 영역의 내용체계는 인접 교과와의 차별화 전략이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

Development and Effect of H-STEAM centering on Secondary Education of Korea

  • The purpose of this study is to develop and analyze the meaning and contents of the "H-STEAM teaching & learning model" which combines Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics (STEAM) with the elements of Humanities. We developed this model based on the key competencies linked with career path for middle school students in Korea, with the recognition of two issues. First, the existing Korean STEAM education lacks the elements of humanities, thus failing to achieve an authentic convergence education. Second, it is necessary to develop a program that might correspond to the Free Semester Program that was first introduced in 2013, and implemented at full scale in 2016 for middle school students in Korea. The advantages of H-STEAM are as follows: First, H-STEAM enables students to flexibly think while traversing the physical world and the symbolic world in the process of dealing with the daily problems. Second, it combines advanced technology with human sensibility and imagination, and enables students to derive creative outcomes that stimulate their minds. Third, it makes students feel and realize a point of contact between the subject that students learn, and jobs of the real world.

Topic Extraction and Classification Method Based on Comment Sets

  • In recent years, emotional text classification is one of the essential research contents in the field of natural language processing. It has been widely used in the sentiment analysis of commodities like hotels, and other commentary corpus. This paper proposes an improved W-LDA (weighted latent Dirichlet allocation) topic model to improve the shortcomings of traditional LDA topic models. In the process of the topic of word sampling and its word distribution expectation calculation of the Gibbs of the W-LDA topic model. An average weighted value is adopted to avoid topic-related words from being submerged by high-frequency words, to improve the distinction of the topic. It further integrates the highest classification of the algorithm of support vector machine based on the extracted high-quality document-topic distribution and topic-word vectors. Finally, an efficient integration method is constructed for the analysis and extraction of emotional words, topic distribution calculations, and sentiment classification. Through tests on real teaching evaluation data and test set of public comment set, the results show that the method proposed in the paper has distinct advantages compared with other two typical algorithms in terms of subject differentiation, classification precision, and F1-measure.

개념도를 이용한 구조적 지식의 조사 연구 -초등학교 평면 도형 단원을 중심으로- (An Analysis on Structural Knowledges by Concept Maps -Focused on Plane Figures in Elementary School-)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate significant differences of structural knowledges among the groups(high, middle, low) when the 6th grade subjects structured the concepts of the plane figures, triangle and quadrangle, by concept maps, and to analyse the features of concept maps according to hierarchy. For this purpose, the following two research contents were investigated: 1. Investigating significant differences of structural knowledge in the concepts of the plane figures using concept maps among the groups(high, middle, low). 2. Analysing the features of concept maps according to hierarchy. The structural knowledges represented on the concept maps of triangle and quadrangle which were drawn by the subjects were analysed by propositions, hierarchies, and cross-links. Subject-self Reports about how to make the concept maps were used to analyse the features of concept maps according to hierarchy. The conclusions drawn from the results were as fellows: First, there were significant differences among the groups in proposition links. Second, there wasn't my significant difference among the groups in hierarchy. Third, there were significant differences among the groups in cross-links, and Fourth, the results of analysing the concept maps by hierarchy showed that there were differences among the individuals in constructing the knowledges.

마인드맵을 이용한 수학학습이 학생들에게 미치는 영향 (Impacts of Mind-map on Students' Learning Mathematics)

  • This study was initiated by the idea to help students to be more ideally educated following the 7th curriculum that seeks the proactive students along with creativity for the 21st century. Mind-map was the main tool throughout the study and this was performed to find answers for the following questions : 1) to examine how students' drawing a mind-map affects their mathematical tendency or emotional aspects (motivation for study, interest, etc); 2) to investigate the types and characteristics of mind-maps that students draw; 3) to analyze advantages and obstacles that they experience during the process of drawing a mind-map and provide some suggestions for overcoming them. The research shows that students were highly motivated by the drawing a mind-map. There are types of mind-maps: tree shape and radial shape, and each shape has its own advantages. But the more important factor for being a good mind-map is where and how each concept is located and connected. Although it is true that drawing a mind-map helped students to see the bigger structure of what they learned, but there are several hardships taken care of. The study suggests to extend the experiment to various levels of students and diverse contents.

  • 본 연구에서 함수를 어려워하는 원인이 함수의 가역성에 기인하는지 살펴보고자 가역적 사고가 요구되는 무리함수의 개념과 가역성을 분석하였다. 함수와 관련하여 저학년에서 형성된 개념이 불균형 상태로 고착화되어 있다. 하위권 학생들의 시각화, 기호 이해, 특히 가역적 사고 능력이 부족하여 오류 현상을 보이고 있다. 저학년부터 생활 주변의 가역적인 사고를 요하는 내용을 다루지만, 학생들은 가역성이 내포된 함수 내용을 어려운 대상으로만 간주하고 인지 구조의 조절 과정을 의도적으로 회피하거나, 인출하여도 연결성이 부족하고 부정확한 개념으로 응답하고, 특히 가역성이 내포된 문제에 대하여 반응율과 정답율이 낮으며 다양한 오류 현상이 나타났다.

  • 최근 몇 년간 국가수준에서 학생들의 기초학력 향상을 위한 다양한 정책이 수행되었다. 2011년 초등학교 3학년 기초학습 진단평가는 학생들의 학습부진을 조기에 확인하고 그에 따른 보정 교육을 실시할 목적으로 실시되었다. 본 연구에서는 초등학교 3학년 기초학습 진단평가 기초수학의 평가 결과를 토대로 초등학교 3학년 학생들의 성취수준을 분석하였고, 성취수준별 학생들의 학업성취도를 분석하였으며, 3) 학생들의 반응이 특이한 문항 분석을 실시하였다.
