인체 유래 물질과 관련된 계약 (Material Transfer Agreement for Human Material)

  • Human material is considered as an independent object after departing from human body. But unlike other materials, that is not allowed for the trading because of the nature of personality. According to the present legal system, the human material is only permitted to donate to the researcher or biobank for scientific study. Bur after the collection, the human materials are regarded as a valuable assets and the collectors want to get more economic gains. If the neutral modulators serve for the justifiable circulation. The economic motivations could be prevented within material transfer processes. In real life, the neutral modulator is hard to find and most of partipants are involved in the economic interests. In this situation, it may be justifiable to permit the person who donate his body material to pursue reach through right on his material. The problem is how to measure the value of human material and how to treat the informed consent. If the essential portion of human personality is contributed to the value of human material and if only his material can be served for the invention, the tissue donator can get economic interests on his body material as his property. That is based on the rule of processing of human efforts on civil law.

  • The amorphous chalogenide semiconductors are new material in semiconductor physics. Their properties, especially electronic and optical properties are main motives for device application. Amorphous As$_{10}$Ge$_{15}$ Te$_{75}$material has the stable ac conductivity at high frequency and the dc memory switching property. At higher frequency than 10MHz, ac conductivity of As$_{10}$Ge$_{15}$ Te$_{75}$ thin film is much higher than below frequency and independent of temperature and frequency. If the dc voltages are applied between edges of thin film, one can see the dc memory switching phenomenon, in other words the dc conductivity increases quite a few of magnitude after the threshold voltage is applied. Using the stable ac conductivity at high frequency and the increase of conductivity after dc memory switching, As$_{10}$Ge$_{15}$ Te$_{75}$thin film is considered as new material for microwave switch devices.vices.es.vices.

  • Electro-deposition of carbon film on silicon substrate in methanol solution was carried out with various current density, solution temperature and electrode spacing between anode and cathode. The carbon films with smooth surface morphology and high electrical resistance were formed when the distance between electrode was relatively wider. The electrical resistance of the carbon films were independent of both current density and solution temperature.

  • GdBa$_2$Cu$_3$Ox superconductors were prepared by ceramic powder compacting method. X-ray powder diffraction patterns and SEM microphotographs were taken to analyze phase and microstructure, and electrical properties were investigated by 4-point probe method. The results show that the $N_2$atmosphere enhances the formation of high Tc(critical temperature) phase, but the Tc is independent of sintering conditions.

대학생의 음란물 노출력과 성태도 및 성경험간의 상관성 분석 (Correlation between History of Exposure to Obscene Material, Sexual Attitudes and Intercourse Experience among University Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the history of exposure to obscene material, and examine sexual attitudes and intercourse experience in order to develop an effective program for university students. Method: The data were collected in May, 2012 from 385 students attending 3 universities in Korea. An independent t-test and ANOVA were used to determine the differences with regard to sexual attitudes and intercourse experience according to general characteristics and history of exposure to obscene material. Results: Sexual attitudes significantly differed according to timing of first exposure to obscene material (p<.001). Intercourse experience was significantly different according to timing of first exposure to obscene material (p=.016) and type of exposure to obscene material (p=.032). There was a negative correlation between first exposure to obscene material and sexual attitudes (p<.001), and a positive correlation between first exposure to obscene material and intercourse experience (p=.017). Conclusion: Results of this study indicate that history of exposure to obscene material should be considered as an important variable in managing the sexual health of university students.

Single Extruder를 이용한 마른새우첨가 쌀 Collets 제조 시 독립변수의 조건변화에 따른 종속변수의 특성 (Characteristics of the Dependent Variable due to Changes in the Conditions of the Independent Variable During the Producing of Collets Added with Rice and Dried Shrimp by Single Extruder)

  • 주원료인 쌀과 부원료인 마른새우의 농수산 복합물을 single screw extruder를 이용하고, 다목적 식품소재의 적용을 위하여 원료독립변수 3개(쌀의 함수율, 쌀의 입도, 마른새우 첨가율)와 작동독립변수 4개(barrel 온도, screw 속도, 토출구직경, 원료투입량)의 총 독립변수 7개의 조건변화에 의한 5개의 종속변수(팽화도, 함수율, 명도, 균질성, 생산성)의 특성은 다음과 같다. 쌀의 함수율을 12, 14, 16, 18%로 조건 변화하여 collets을 제조할 경우, collets의 팽화도는 그 값이 증가하다가 감소하였고, 함수율 및 명도는 증가하였고, 균질성은 감소하는 경향이었다. 쌀의 입도를 raw, 20, 40, 60 mesh로 조건 변화하여 collets을 제조할 경우, collets의 팽화도는 그 값이 미미하나마 감소하였으나 유의적인 큰 차이가 없었고, 함수율은 raw에 비해 20 mesh 입자의 크기로 작아질 때 함수율이 감소하였으나 20 mesh 이상으로 더 분쇄하여 입자의 크기가 작아지더라도 변화 없이 거의 일정하였으며, 명도는 쌀 입도의 크기에 따른 유의차가 없었고, 균질성은 증가하는 경향이었다. 마른새우의 첨가율을 2, 4, 6, 8%로 조건 변화하여 collets을 제조할 경우, collets의 함수율 및 명도는 증가하였고, 팽화도 및 균질성은 감소하는 경향이었다. Barrel 온도를 90, 95, 100, $110^{\circ}C$로 조건 변화하여 collets을 제조할 경우, collets의 팽화도 및 균질성은 유의적으로 증가하였고, 함수율 및 명도는 감소하는 경향이었다. Screw 속도를 210, 280, 340 rpm으로 조건 변화하여 collets을 제조할 경우, collets의 팽화도, 균질성 및 생산성은 증가하였고, 함수율 및 명도는 감소하였다. 토출구 직경을 4, 6, 8, 10 mm로 조건 변화하여 collets을 제조할 경우, collets의 팽화도 및 균질성은 감소하였고, 함수율 및 명도는 증가하였으며, 생산성은 그 값이 증가하다가 일정하였다. 원료투입량을 30, 40, 50, 60 kg/h로 조건 변화하여 collets을 제조할 경우, collets의 팽화도, 함수율, 명도 및 생산성은 증가하였고, 균질성은 감소하였다. 이와 같이 쌀을 주원료로 하고 부원료로 마른새우를 첨가하여 collets을 제조할 경우, 독립변수의 변화에 따라 종속변수의 값이 변화하여 최종제품인 collets의 품질에 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 품질이 좋은 collets을 제조하기 위해서는 독립변수를 잘 설정할 필요가 있다고 판단되었다.

공진법을 이용한 PMN-PT 단결정의 탄성, 유전, 압전상수 측정 (Measurement of all the Elastic, Dielectric and Piezoelectric Properties of PMN-PT Single Crystals)

  • PMN-PT, a piezoelectric single crystal, has many useful applications such as sensors and actuators. In this paper, all the elastic, piezoelectric, and dielectric constants of the PMN-32%PT single crystals were measured by the resonance method. For the rhombohedral symmetry, a total of twelve independent material constants were measured such as six elastic compliance constants at constant electric field, two dielectric constants at constant stress, and four piezoelectric constants d. Seven sets of crystal samples of each different geometry were prepared for the measurement of length-thickness extensional, thickness extensional, radial, length extensional and thickness shear modes of vibration, respectively. In order to check the validity of the measurement, experimental impedance spectrum of the PMN-PT crystal was compared with numerical data spectrum calculated with the measured material constants. The good agreement between the two spectra confirmed validity of the results in this paper.

A New Material Sensitivity Analysis for Electromagnetic Inverse Problems

  • This paper presents a new self-adjoint material sensitivity formulation for optimal designs and inverse problems in the high frequency domain. The proposed method is based on the continuum approach using the augmented Lagrangian method. Using the self-adjoint formulation, there is no need to solve the adjoint system additionally when the goal function is a function of the S-parameter. In addition, the algorithm is more general than most previous approaches because it is independent of specific analysis methods or gridding techniques, thereby enabling the use of commercial EM simulators and various custom solvers. For verification, the method was applied to the several numerical examples of dielectric material reconstruction problems in the high frequency domain, and the results were compared with those calculated using the conventional method.

Preferred orientation of TiN thin films produced by Ion Beam Assist Deposition

  • The crystal structure properties of TiN thin films deposited on SKD61 steel and Si(100) substrates by Ion Beam Assisted Deposition have been studied to clarify the thin film growth mechanism by using XRD, RBS, SEM, and AFM. The preferred orientation of TiN thin films changes from (111) to (100) as increasing the assisted energy. This tendency is independent of the substrate structure. The TiN thin film grow with (100) direction having surface free energy minimum as the assisted energy increases.

재질의 공간적 변동이 재료강도시험결과에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Spatial Distribution of Material Properties on its Experimental Estimation)

  • Some engineering materials are often known to have considerable spatial variation in their resisting strength and other properties. The objective of this study is to investigate the averaging effect and the applicability of extremal statistic for the statistical size effect. In the present study, it is assumed that the material property is a stationary random process in space. The theoretical autocorrelation function of the material strength are discussed for several correlation lengths. And, in order to investigate the statistical size effect, the material properties was simulated by using the non-Gaussian random process method. The material properties were plotted on the Weibull probability papers. The main results are summarized as follows: The autocorrelation function of the material properties are almost independent of the averaging length. The variance decreases with increasing the averaging length. As correlation length is smaller, the slope is larger. And also, it was found that Weibull statistics based on the weakest-link model could not explain the spatial variation of material properties with respect to the size effect satisfactory.
