전자종이용 티타니아 나노입자의 합성 및 물성 평가 (Synthesis and Characterization of Physical Properties of Titania Nanoparticle for Electronic Paper)

  • In this paper, synthetic conditions of titania nanparticle was investigated to enhance its uniformity of the particle size as a child particle on organic mother particle of liquid powder type electronic paper. The physical properties are very important to improve the uniformity of electrical charging properties Concentration of titania raw material ($C_9H_{19}NO_4Ti$) in the ethanol solvent, pH, and concentration of the solution in the D.I. water were selected as parameters. As a result, ultrafine and well crystallized titania nanoparticle with good uniformity could be synthesized as the concentration of the $C_9H_{19}NO_4Ti$ in the ethanol solvent, pH of the solution, and the amount of the D.I. water were increased. Using the optimized conditions, the titania nanparoticle with uniformly ultrafime size of 10 nm could be synthesized.

  • The differences of the effects of mechanical substance pre-activation in the mills with divers force effect schemes on the self-propagating high temperature synthesis (SHS) of the $SiO_2$ + 37.5% Al system were investigated. The power saturation of activated material state are estimated referring on the variations of dilatometry curve paths. The effects of activation time on the temperature of sample self-ignited in the furnace, combustion temperature and completeness of the quartz reaction with aluminium were determined. The enhancing effects of organic modifiers of quartz particle surfaces on the further SHS synthesis development were shown.

  • BSCCO (2223) compound which has the highest temperature of transition to the superconducting state in the homologous series considered is synthesized by SHS. The method exploits self-sustaining solid-flame combustion reactions which develop very high internal material temperatures over short periods. This report introduces the SHS method and its advantages and discusses its application in the synthesis of superconducting materials.

$LaNiO_3$전도성 세라믹의 합성과 도전특성 (Synthesis and Conductivity Properties of $LaNiO_3$ Ceramic Conductors)

  • The conductivity properties and synthesis of $LaNiO_{3}$ ceramics from $La_{1+\delta}NiO_{3}(\delta=-0.06,0,0.06)$ were investigated. A single perovskite phase was realized at $800^{\circ}C$. $La_{2}NiO_{4}$ and other unexpected oxide were observed at $1000^{\circ}C$. The Microstructure was showed clearly that it is a low density porous material. $LaNiO_3$ ceramic showed a metallic conductivity. The conductivity of La rich samples had a higher value than the La poor samples.

  • We describe the preparation of a manganese oxide polymorph in which the solid-pore architecture of the material is controllably varied. All MnO$_2$ gels derived from a KMnO$\_$4/-based sol-gel synthesis. The mesoporous structure of the initial gel is maintained by removingore fluid under conditions where the capillary forces that result fro extraction are either low or no existent. are either low or noexistent. Controlling both the pore and solid architecture on the nanoscale offers a strategy for the design of supercapacitor.
