  • This Study developed library of parts, applied with 3-dimension character which has width, length and height and a reference plane, for the system development of BIM design on housing unit modular. The current BIM software has not the concept of a reference plane or work tolerance in modular, so the development of parts library applied to unit modular has not moved forward. So, we developed, in this study, parts library applied to windows, built-in-furniture, kitchen systems and knock down bathrooms, with a reference plane and work tolerance based on single roon prototype on urban-life-housings. BIM library can utilize changed size and work tolerance of parts, and fabricating reference plane will be created automatically when an engineer puts work tolerance in the BIM library with supplement of some category related to work reference. Through this BIM library development, we consider the part module can be used for housing complex planning, and architectural designers will be able to utilize the BIM library for housing complex design.

Knowledge of fie이 experts. This system has been written in AutoLISP using AutoCAD ona personal computer and the I-DEAS drafting programming Language on the I-DEAS mater series drafting with on HP9000/715(64) workstation. Data exchange between AutoCAD and I-DEAS master series drafting is accomplished using DXF(drawing exchange format) and IGES(initial graphics exchange specification) files. This system is composed of six main modules, which are input and shape treatment, production feasibility check, strip layout, data conversion, die layout, and post processing modules. Based on Knowledge-based rules, the system considers several factors, such as V-notches, dimple, pad chamfer, spank, cavity punch, camber, coined area, cross bow, material and thickness of product, complexities of blank geometry and punch profiles, specifications of available presses, and the availability of standard parts. As forming processes and the die design system using 2D geometry recognition are integrated with the technology of process planning, die design, and CAE analysis, the standardization of die part for lead frames requiting a high precision process is possible. The die layout drawing generated by the die layout module s displayed in graphic form. The developed system makes it possible to design and manufacture lead frame of a semiconductor more efficiently.

  • The potential of nanocomposites have been drawing the intention of the researchers from energy storage to electrical insulation applications. Nanocomposites are known to improve dielectric properties, such as the increase in dielectric breakdown strength, suppressing the partial discharge (PD) as well as space charge, and prolonging the treeing, etc. In this review, different theories have been established to explain the reactions at the interaction zone of polymer matrix and nanofiller; the characterization methods of nanocomposites are also presented. Furthermore, the remarkable findings in the fields of epoxy, cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) nanocomposites are reviewed. In this study, it was observed that there is lack of comparison between results of lab scale specimens and actual field aged cables. Also, non-standardization of the preparation methods and processing parameters lead to changes in the polymer structure and its surface degradation. However, on the positive side, recent attempt of 250 kV XLPE nanocomposite HVDC cables in service may deliver a promising performance in the coming years. Moreover, materials such as self-healing polymer nanocomposites may emerge as substitutes to traditional insulations.

  • Demand for organic analysis increase as industries are growing and many products are spreaded in the daily life. One of many products is oil spill dispersant. It was used for oil accident in the ocean. When oil spill dispersant spread at the ocean, the petroleum in the ocean is dispersed. The oil spill dispersant is made of non ionic surfactant and petroleum oil. The non ionic surfactant disperse petroleum from oil accident. The other part is petroleum oil which has aromatic hydrocarbon. Because the aromatic hydrocarbon is cancerogenic material, it directly injure animals in the ocean. This cause the second pollution in the human body. Many oil accidents still are controlled by oil spill dispersant. Therefore quality control of the oil spill dispersant become important and this also demand for the exact quantitative analysis of aromatic hydrocarbon. Hereupon the first we develop separate petroleum oil from surfactant. The second standardize analytical method of aromatic hydrocarbon in the separated petroleum oil.
