부가중합형실리콘인상재의 물리적 특성에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Physical Properties of Addition Silicone Impression Materials)

  • 본 연구는 부가중합형실리콘인상재의 정밀 인상채득에 영향을 미치는 요인, 압축변형률, 탄성회복률, 점주도와 젖음성을 평가하기 위하여 현재 시판되고 있는 4종류의 인상재 Examixfine(GC), Aquasilultra(Dentsply), Extrude(Kerr), Perfect-F(Handae)를 이용하여 실험하였다. 실험 데이터는 SPSSWIN 12.0을 사용하여 분석하였고, 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 압축변형률은 Extrude가 4.86%로 가장 낮게 나타났고, Examixfine이 6.78%로 가장 크게 나타났다. Examixfine과 Perfect-F 사이에는 유의한 값의 차이가 없었으나, 다른 인상재 그룹에서는 유의성이 있었다. (p < 0.001). 2. Extrude의 탄성회복률이 99.83%로 가장 크게 나타났고, Perfect-F가 96.54%로 가장 낮게 나타났다. Examixfine과 Aquasilultra 간에는 유의성이 없었으나, 다른 인상재그룹간에는 유의한 차이가 있었다(p < 0.001). 3. 점주도의 측정결과에서 Examixfine이 점주도 값이 45.12mm로 가장 높았고, Perfect-F의 경우 40.28 mm로 가장 낮은 점주도 값을 나타내었다. Examixfine과 Aquasilultra, Extrude와 Perfect-F 간에는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다(p > 0.001). 4. 젖음성에서는 Aquasilultra가 $47.85^{\circ}$로 가장 접촉각이 작게 나타나 친수성이 가장 우수하게 나타났고, Perfect-F는 접촉각이 $94.89^{\circ}$로 접촉각이 크게 나타나 소수성으로 나타났다. 인상재 종류별로도 각각 유의성이 존재하였다 (p < 0.001). 5. 접촉각은 압축변형률(p < 0.01), 탄성회복률(p < 0.01), 점주도(p < 0.05)와 상관관계가 있었고, 탄성회복률과 점주도 와는 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 압축변형률은 접촉각, 탄성회복률과 상관관계가 있었고(p < 0.01), 탄성회복률과 음의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 탄성회복률은 접촉각, 압축변형률과 음의 상관관계를 가지고 있었고(p < 0.01), 점주도도 접촉각과 음의 상관관계를 보였다(p < 0.05).

  • Flexible die is more efficacious than fixed die which is generally used in stretch forming process in view of production cost. Accordingly, in order to verily the validity of the flexible forming process, curved thin skin structure forming analyses using the fixed and flexible die were performed. As results, merit and demerit with regard to the fixed and flexible die were confirmed. The result of the stretch forming process analysis using the flexible die was better than that using the fixed die in view of the elastic recovery. However wrinkles were occurred on the sheet material due to die cavities between the punches in the flexible forming process, thus the solutions against these problems were presented.

This facility specification is up to 90[kApeak] and up to 300[kVpeak]. It is possible to verify the interrupting capability by using low-energy and reduce the development period and the cost.

  • We developed the low level laser therapy(LLLT) apparatus for external injury cure using a GaAsP Diode. This equipment was fabricated by using GaAsP diode and a microcontroller, and designed to enable us to control light irradiation timer, and frequency. In this paper, the designed device was used to find out how GaAsP diode light source affects the skin wound of RAT. In the experiment, $1cm^2$ wounds on the External injury of RAT were made. Light irradiation RAT and none light irradiation RAT divided, each RAT was irradiated 20 min a day for 9 days. In result, compared with none light irradiation RAT, the lower incidence of inflammation and faster recovery was shown in light irradiation RAT.

Post-Damage Repair of Prestressed Concrete Girders

  • Concrete is an economical construction material and for that reason it is widely used in buildings and infrastructures. The use of deicing salts, expansion joint failure, and freeze-thaw cycles have led to concrete bridge girders experiencing corrosion of steel reinforcement and becoming unsafe for driving. The goal of this research is to assess the effectiveness of current and possible repair techniques for the end region of damaged prestressed concrete girders. To do this, three American Association of State Highway and Transportation prestressed concrete girders were tested to failure, repaired, and retested. Three different repair materials were tested including carbon fiber, glass fiber, and surface mounted rods. Each different repair material was also tested with and without injected epoxy. Comparisons were then made to determine if injecting epoxy had a positive effect on stiffness and strength recovery as well as which repair type regained the largest percentage of original strength.

635nm 레이저다이오드의 피부 결손 치유 효과 (Healing Effect of 635 nm Laser Diode in Skin Injury)

  • Low level laser therapy has various therapy effects. This paper performed the basic study for fabricating the low level laser therapy apparatus, and one of the goals of this paper was to make this apparatus used handily. The apparatus has been fabricated using the laser diode and microprocessor unit. The apparatus used a 635 nm laser diode for laser medical therapy and was designed for a pulse width modulation type to increase stimulation effects. In this study, the designed device was used to find out how 635 nm laser diode affected the skin injury of SD-Rat(Sprague-Dawley Rat). We divided the participants into two groups; irradiation group which was irradiated 10 minutes a day for 9 consecutive days, and none irradiation group. The results showed that the study group had lower incidence of inflammation and faster recovery, compared with the control group.

  • The prepartion of various metal oxide nanostructures via hydrothermal method, hydrolysis, thermal evaporation and electrospinning and their applications to chemoresistive sensors have been investigated. Hierarchical and hollow nanostructures prepared by hydrothermal method and hydrolysis showed the high response and fast responding kinetics on account of their high gas accessibility. Thermal evaporation and electrospinning provide the facile routes to prepare catalyst-loaded oxide nanowires and nanofibers, respectively. The loading of noble metal and metal oxide catalyst were effective to achieve rapid response/recovery and selective gas detection.

  • 코발트와 니켈에 대한 수요가 증가함에 따라 다양한 자원으로부터 순도가 높은 상태로 이 금속들을 회수하는 것은 중요하다. 고순도 코발트와 니켈을 얻기 위해서는 다른 금속이온과의 분리가 필요하다. 본 총설에서는 순수한 코발트와 니켈용액을 얻을 수 있는 용매추출, 이온교환 및 침전법을 소개하고 비교하였다. 특히 용매추출에 대해서는 기존 공정의 장단점과 함께 공정조건을 조사하였다.

  • The power law is very important in gas sensing for the determination of gas concentration. In this study, the resistance of a gas sensor based on poly (3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate+graphene oxide composite was found to exhibit a power law dependence on hydrogen concentration at $150^{\circ}C$. Experiments were carried out in the gas concentration range of 30~180 ppm at which the sensor showed a sensitivity of 6~9% with a response and recovery time of 30s.

  • A simple cold pressing procedure which allows shear deformations on sheet metals is proposed by designing dies with grooves and applied to aluminum 3003 sheets. shear deformation led to the formation of preferred orientation along <100>//RD, and the effect of initial tortures on the formation of shear textures was also studied Rectangular shaped dislocation cells formed in the deformed microstructure and boundaries of dislocation cells gradually rounded with the increased plastic strain. Upon subsequent annealing textures inherited deformation textures. Recrystallized grains consisted of a large number of fully recovered subgrains with well defined boundaries which persisted even after annealing at a higher temperature.
